This is my favorite chain steak house. Always get the bone in ribeye with onions and mushrooms and a baked potato with a veggie or salad.

It's always a good experience coming to Texas Roadhouse. Remember to get on the waiting list (by calling or set up on app) so they can text you when your table is ready. The free fresh bread is so good I had to buy a dozen to go. The 14oz Ribeye was so tender and juicy. The steak kebab was a very good deal. Lots of meat and the rice was so flavorful. The sides fill us up. Our waiter, Nick was so attentive and so helpful the dining experience was so much more memorable.

My food came warm but I ask my Fantastic waiter to make it hotter and he did. That was GREAT. I accidentally removed my arrival and the hostess corrected it fo me then my journey there plus 15 minutes wait was great. The bathrooms needed a little TLC but overall the experience there was GREAT. Definitely going back again Thanks KEVIN and Crew.

I love this place in General. I’ve went to the Lancaster, PA & and Fredrick, MD location and my first time at this location. Great atmosphere. The whole staff is friendly. My waitress was Gabrielle, loved her vibe. The food is always on point in every location. The friendliness of the staff and you aren’t rushed and great portions and seasoned well. I’ll be back at this location for sure.

Good food but seats have holes in them vinyl is cracked. This doesn't happen overnight.😭 Staff is always great. 🥜 Peanuts not available 40% of the time we go there. Desert menu is lacking. update peanuts available 90% of the time. Seats have all been replaced shortly after 3 emailed them.

This the best Texas Road house. Worth the wait. It was packed now we know why. My wife and I had the bone in ribeye and it was superb. From the biscuits to the drinks everything was so good! Exactly how we wanted. The waiter Tim was on point, courteous and attentive. That alone gives a great first impression to the start of dining you are about to have. All around a great dine in experience. I recommend for those who love a delicious steak dinner. Thank you!

Don’t be shy to ask for some to-go, but make sure to leave a little extra tip for the server! Every single time, I go for the bone-in ribeye, cooked medium—it’s incredibly juicy and flavorful. Our first time trying Texas Roadhouse turned out an amazing experience. We came here to celebrate my son’s birthday and couldn’t pick a better place. All staff have been attentive and super friendly. We ordered the ribs, t bone and ribeye in medium rare. All of them were perfectly cooked. The buns and sides are also beyond expectations. We will definitely come back.

We had lunch here today. We have eaten in Texas Roadhouse many times in different cities and different states. We like the places, the menu, the prices, the atmosphere. I love the ribs and the margarita. Our ribs were a bit dry today.

Wow! I’ve lived in the area for 5 years and never been here. I was totally missing out. The service was outstanding, especially for a busy busy Friday night. Gabrielle our server was AMAZING. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took such care to ensure we had a great first experience. I wish every server would be like her on a busy Friday night. The food was delicious and so so reasonably priced. I can’t believe we had a delicious steak dinner, an app and drinks for less than $45/person. We’ll absolutely be back!

Yesterday I had a very bad experience due to the handling of the waitlist by the girl who was attending at that moment, so feeling very uncomfortable, I asked for the manager who arrived immediately. I explained the situation to him and he quickly apologized, told me to take sit because my table was about to be ready, and that he would check and let me know. It didn’t take long for him to come back to our table to apologize for the situation; in fact, he offered us a complimentary appetizer. My friends and I had a great time, and a bad start turned into a wonderful evening, and I must thank manager Steven wholeheartedly for his attention and concern to ensure we had a great time, and the girl who served us, Keiry, who was very attentive to our order and everything we needed. I applaud and respect their great sense of service. I will definitely return. Congratulations.

Listen, Texas Roadhouse main attraction is price vs value. It's a good steak with no nonsense. So if you're a reasonable person at around 30 dollars for everything you get a really good meal, a decent steak, 2 sides, unlimited biscuits and unlimited refills on your soda. Its a really good bang for the buck.

September 29, we went in with five people, seated quickly from the waitlist. We ordered and there was a long wait between drop offs but we weren't mad about that, the waitress was busy but when she did stop by, she was nice and polite. Didn't know you could get a bag of peanuts, yummy! Once we received our food and started eating we had complaints. My fried sirloin steak was mostly breading and my partner's skirt was still bloody. I got home and sent in a complaint and didn't expect anything to come about this issue but I was not going to be my eating inside ever again. Everytime we get takeout, it's perfect! The next night, I get a call from Stephanie Diaz (pardon if I misspelled your name), she apologized about our experience and sent me a gift card. I was pleasantly surprised and she has just reinforced my love for your place. She was very nice, polite and great with fixing my bad experience. I enjoyed talking to her. Don't let her go!

We were a party of 8 and were told 30 min wait but it took 50 minutes. The customer service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was chill and vibey. The bread with the cinnamon butter was honestly so delicious. The LIT drink wasn’t as strong as I hoped and a little too sugary. The 12OZ ribeye tasted like an average steak that had good flavor. You can also add the mushroom and onion for extra price which was worth it in my opinion, because the mushroom was tasty and worked well with the steak. The shrimp was a little too salty for my liking and the ribs were good but not great. Loaded mash was good and the chili was alright. Overall it was an alright experience. Would I come back again? Maybe for the bread. 6.5/10.

Been to several Texas Roadhouse restaurants in different states but I feel like this one had the best service overall. Our drinks came out fast, surprisingly fast, food was ready shortly after. So we were happy about that. The waitress was friendly and attentive without hovering. Also other staff members It was a pleasant visit.

This is one of the cleanest and seamless roadhouses I have been to. It was something out of a magazine. I was well attended to by William and the manager also came around offering even more attention to me and any of my needs. Going from the Crunch gym next door to Texas for lunch might become daily. Also dine in meals from 3-5pm was ridiculous.

I had my first experience at Texas Roadhouse on Saturday. The wait was so long, and it was super crowded but it was worth the wait. We tried to kill time in Dollar Tree and Walmart because the wait was long. We did have a party of 7 so I know that was a challenge. Our server Timothy was so quick, very sweet and friendly. We really appreciated his service. We had a great time; the food was really good with the exception of the mac and cheese...not a fan. It was very bland. Everything else was very delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it all. Can't wait to go back!

You can taste the difference in other restaurants mac and cheese, this doesn’t taste box brand, taste fresh. The cesar salad was filling but not enough to take your appetite away from your meal. If there is something I love from this restaurant is the bread and butter. Is always so good. Ans that's why you will not see a picture of it, because none one can resist to leave it on the table 🤣. I got a ribeye 20 oz pretty good. Medium rare. Flavour and cook perfect. I love some mush potatoes. I tried the string bean and I think was over cook. I will not get it again. I didn't know they can add tajin 🌶 at your margarita. Server was pretty good. 7/5 update, I got ribbs this time . Really good . House salad was great and the side corn was amazing . This location have so good employees.

Had a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! The service was excellent from the moment we walked in — super friendly staff, fast seating, and our server was attentive and helpful throughout the entire meal. I ordered the Ribeye steak, and it was absolutely delicious. Cooked perfectly to my preference, juicy and flavorful with that signature Texas Roadhouse seasoning. The sides were great too, and of course, the warm rolls with cinnamon butter never disappoint! Overall, amazing food and even better service. This was our first time here. We were seated immediately. We started out with the appetizer combo (potato skins, mozzarella twists and boneless chicken wings with hot sauce). The chicken wings were pretty good, crispy and full of flavor. We followed that up with grilled portobello chicken with a side a Caesar salad and steak fries. Also got the chicken critters with a side of rice and fries. Overall the food was good. Quick service. Portobello chicken had nice flavors to it with sauteed mushrooms. Our server was friendly. Texas Roadhouse is a chain restaurant specializing in steaks and meats. Typically, one orders an entrée which comes with 1-2 sides (of your choice) ranging from chili, to applesauce, to corn, and more. The menu has sneaky upcharges that might catch you off-guard when placing your order with the wait staff. For example, adding gravy + mushrooms to your meat will incur a ~$2.50 additional fee. Please be careful. This Texas Roadhouse is very busy. Expect to wait for a table if you come for dinner. Once seated, service was very quick and friendly. I had a country style sirloin, which was good.

Good spot for a decent steak. If you don't want to spend Ruth Chris money, then come here. Spent about half the money compared to Ruth Chris. Bone in Ribeye was good. Needed to add a dash a pepper and salt though. Rice was ok, but got better the next day. Steak fries, sweet baked potato and green beans were good. The fried pickles are a little too salty. I could only have about 4 and I was done. Ribs were really good. Tender fall off the bone. I would definitely return here. Update: Food is still good but the service needs to be better. Last time I visited waiter hardly came to table and a recent visit waiter forgot to put in an order. Smokehouse burger is delicious!!!

I have now dined at this Texas Roadhouse at least 15-20 times. The food here is super affordable and super tasty. I usually order the steaks, shrimps, ribs and chicken. The apps here are good also including my favorites, loaded baked potato skins and cheese fries. As soon as you sit down they usually bring you a basket of their yummy rolls. Free unlimited peanuts are always readily available. During Monday-Friday, they have early bird specials with a bunch of full sized entrees for only $9.99 and it includes their delicious fresh baked rolls! I've always had a good experience with the staff here from the host to the servers. Will continue to dine here!

It's pretty full even on a weekday night. But the waiting was not too long, maybe 15-20 minutes. The waiter Shane was nice and always checked on us. We had Bone-in Ribeye (turn out medium cooked while ordered medium raw), Salmon Salad, Beef Tips over rice (done well), Filet Medallions over rice (turn out more like medium raw but we ordered it medium). Rice was s bit too salty for us. Salad was fresh. Loved the house baked bread a lot! Served warm and soft 😘

Service was quite slow but the unlimited refills of delicious fresh bread made up for it. I loved the really authentic Texan steakhouse decor and theme. My buddies and I have came to this place a bunch of times. Needless to say, experience was amazing. They got this amazing $5 L.I.T that is pretty sweet which is the way I like my cocktails. Not a huge fan of the bitter tasting ethanol😅 Breadrolls are to die for, especially if it’s not stale and hardened. Got myself the 12 oz sirloin and boy was it juicy. The knife practically melted through my steak. Shoutout to the caesar salad my buddy got 👍 Would recommend to anyone looking for a casual night out.

Good food. Better than Applebee's but same class of chain restaurant. Staff are friendly. We do often have issues with our steaks being prepared correctly. We tend to order medium rare in hopes of getting a proper medium. But once in a while we get a well done. Although management is often very quick to make it right. So I still go back.

There is a wait list on the website. I advise you to use it especially on a weekend night. Place was packed. Wasn’t a too bad of a wait. We sat. We got our drink and app order taken within minutes. We had the sample platter and the cactus blossom. Was served quick and hot. Dinner we had fish & chips 8/10 the pulled pork Sammie8/10 And 2 of us had the smoke house burgers 8.5/10 Hands down a great experience for a place beyond busy. Very well run by the staff. They are all patient and smiles on all. Highly recommend.

Took almost an hour to get tables and many tables were open so seems like better floor management is needed as it didn't need to take an hour to seat us as we were sat at separate tables for a party of 8 anyway. When I asked the host it's been 40 min he seemed unconcerned that there were 8 people and 2 children waiting for the table. Other than that the food was great and service was excellent.

This is one of the better Texas Roadhouses I've been to. It is quite busy there is weight to be seated so you have to get there and put your name on a list but I believe that the food is higher quality for this very reason. It's busy from open to close and so that pumping out good food the staff is really friendly and accommodating of course they have the hot rolls everyone loves. highly suggest a visit.

The staff was nice. The restaurant was clean. The only issue was the steaks were not cooked correctly. My wife's well done steak and my son's medium well steak all came out rare/raw. This is the second time that this happens at this location. We hate sending food back. The waitress corrected the issue.

Improvement from the last few times we've eaten here in the past. Like huge improvement. Still not a great experience, but not a completely awful one either. Food was decent, mid-sized - not a heaping helping that you'd expect from something of it's namesake. Obviously, it's going to be loud - so prepare yourself for a noisy meal. They still have an issue with seating people quickly - nothing irks me more than walking in, with no wait - but standing there for however long as the young girls at the front play with their phones and giggle to each other. This time was thankfully less painful than the last - which was one of the reasons we hadn't been back in over ten years... truth - it was an awful experience. We decided to try again when given a gift card for the place, so here we were! The sweet potatoes are really tasty, so I'd definitely suggest one of those. Snakebites and Mozzarella sticks are tasty, nothing to write home about - but solid. The rolls and special butter are a tasty treat, so enjoy those while still warm. The ribs weren't bad, fall off the bone, and ok flavor. The Barbeque chicken was uber tiny and not really worth the price. The country fried chicken wasn't bad and was a decent size. Server wasn't bad - pretty attentive. Not sure we'll be rushing back anytime soon, but at least it was better than the fiasco on our last visit.

The re-do steak took over 15 minutes to come out, by which time everyone else was finished eating. The chicken-fried steak was fatty, and had a hair in it. We took the re-do to go. My chili was cold. We took the replacement to go. Also, there was a stiff cold breeze, coming down from the ceiling, that could not be stopped. But, our server, and the manager were extremely polite. Because of them we'll be giving this location a second chance...

Well appreciated since it's the only Texas Roadhouse for Miles. It's a place to come when you know you're gonna get something decent and you don't wanna look for anything else. It's like a safe spot. I like that we can all enjoy a steak for a good price. The appetizers are a hit too. Enjoyed the rattle snake bites, boneless wings and the loaded potato skins. And the rolls are definitely the best. Especially with their cinommon butter

Not the greatest experience here. Colder evening, but no one could wait inside in the empty front room. Didn't bring enough silverware or plates, and food came out at the wrong temperature. The food was decent enough when everything was corrected, but it felt like customer care was a low priority. The young waiter for our table was nice enough, but they need to try to do better.

I went here to celebrate a birthday. We order the ribeye combo with ribs. The ribs were absolutely delicious. However, I was very disappointed with the ribeye steak. The ribeye was about 1/2 and inch thick. And it tasted burnt. The rest of the meals were good, only the 2 ribeye combos I would not get again. When you go in you see big thick pieces of steak. Unfortunately that is not what we were served.

I give them a solid 3.5. Overall, the food portions are of a good size, they just need a bit of flavor. My salad tasted like greens, nothing spectacular. The steak was cooked well done when we asked for medium rare. The waitress was kind enough to send it back and the 2nd plate was better, but still, that was an additional 20 mins to receive the right order. The sampler was the best choice of the evening. The mozzarella sticks are delicious! 10 out of 10. The loaded potatoes were great too and the bbq chicken was okay. I would come back for a quick beer and small bites but nothing more than that.

There was a 30 minute wait for a party of 4 on a Tuesday evening at about 7pm. The menu was extensive and they're kept at the table but not cleaned often enough. The table was sticky, so their bussing methods are less than ideal. The decor was pleasant but a bit bland. There was generic country music on the speakers. The server (Layla) was very pleasant and knowledgable. The apps arrived quickly and the entrees arrived soon after. The food runner was very nice and actually made sure everything was correct. The apps were tasty and the drinks were refreshing. The entrees were hit and miss. Though the steaks were all undercooked vs what was ordered, they were still a bit dry and lacked flavor. The mushroom and onion toppings on the steak was delicious. The sides were well portioned and decent. Value was subpar, as the bill for 4, no alcohol and no desserts, came to over $200. We might be back some day, but we won't put it on our top list of places.

We’re here on Saturday 4:30pm for dinner. Our waiting time was still minimum but parking was very full. Kitchen was over capacity and our food weren’t in best shape nor good timing. When we finish our dinner like 5:30-6pm, wait line was long like one hour. However their price was very inexpensive and we enjoyed very much. It’s better try to go this restaurant when not on the peak time.

I ordered my steak well done. It came raw. Afterwards I was brought a mini small piece which was totally cut up. It was probably meant to be a greeting from the kitchen. My fries came after the meal and the herb butter I ordered was not brought at all. i will never go there.

The food was great, as always — Texas Roadhouse never disappoints with its steaks and sides. Unfortunately, the service was very poor this visit. Our server, Paul, was inattentive from the start. We were seated with bread but no plates. Paul eventually brought napkins and took our orders, but when he delivered drinks, he didn’t bring straws. We had to flag him down to get some. The appetizer came out with no small plates, and when we asked for them, Paul admitted someone should have given them to us when we were seated. The plates were wet, so we had to wipe them off ourselves. Later, we ordered another round of drinks — the manager had to clear our empty cups because Paul never did. When the drinks arrived, again, no straws. My husband had to flag down the manager to get them. Even the manager commented that we clearly had a bad server. Paul barely checked on us during the meal, but he came by twice to push for payment on the ziosk. The food was excellent, but the service was sloppy and frustrating. Hopefully, management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to other guests.

I came in a few weeks ago on a Sunday for lunch. We waited really long for service although the restaurant did not look packed or busy, but maybe they were short staffed so no worries. Our server was nice and we ordered our food but our salads never came until after our steaks came. When the food was brought every steak except one was well done when they were all supposed to me medium rare or medium. We asked the server for new steaks and he was very helpful. After waiting for the new steaks, our server comes back with the manager. The manager was viably annoyed and didn't apologise or anything for the steaks and missing salads. She only said "Cut into them now while i'm here so i can see." I assume she just wanted to make sure we received what was ordered but the whole interaction was just awkward and I felt she was being rude to us as if We had done something wrong. Maybe I just came in on an off day but I unfortunately don't think i'll be returning.

War in town for a funeral and we came in as a party of 11. We completed everything but when it came time to pay the managers rudely expressed that we were unable to split the tickets correctly. Then the fiasco began. The waiter Tim was amazing but then get nervous after the manager was rude to us. Nothing was ever solved and we ended having to help him split the ticket. We had a great time and then the manager ruined our evening.

This time I came back for their early special... And didn't make a reservation because it was 3:30p.... Fine... The party had reservation was sat before us even though we were there before them.... But when we were sorted, we did not get the bread... Had to ask our waitress for one!!!! That has never happened before.... 2 strikes for the host.... Server was wonderful.. had the special 6oz sirloin medium rare... It was perfectly medium rare but I chew and chew, it was so hard due to tendons.... Spit out every bit... No matter how tiny I cut it... Is it because its cheaper... Got a bad cut? It wasn't only mine, my friends were the same!

Food was decent, that’s the only reason we didn’t call for the Manager. 45 min wait when we were told 15-20, server didn’t show up to table for 7-10 mins, no refills (unless we flagged or called someone over), forgot my daughters Honey Mustard and brought back BBQ, Wife asked for a Coke, Water and Blue Lemonade. We got 2 cokes and a margarita. We’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, but haven’t been here in about a year. Never coming again.

Would recommend Applebees over this place. Horrible food, the waiters made the experience tolerable. Waited 15 mins to asked for drinks because the host didn't communicate to the waitress. The rolls were undercooked. There were debris in my friends drink. Asked for a medium well steak and it chewed like a now &later. The waitress gave great service, Which she was given a tip. the kitchen on the other hand, need's upgrading.

The first visit was delicious! The second was food to go and the well done cheeseburger was pink, The medium steak was beyond well done the watery mashed potatoes where not edible with a fork, the green beans where a soup, and that after walking in having a drink and ordering Togo food, after Appx 1 hour the food finally came out… the only thing edible was the French fries!

I always love Texas Roadhouse. The bread is to die for. Service is good. The only thing was the flavors are different from other Texas Roadhouse I went. I ordered steak it’s kinda bland no salt at all and the fried onion the breading is falling off. Maybe they just have different recipe but somethings off.

Rainy Sunday evening in Long Island and we spent the earlier part of the day reading the Sunday papers online. Saw an obscure article that said "Texas Roadhouse has become the largest casual dining chain in the U.S., surpassing Olive Garden. This growth is attributed to a 14.7% increase in systemwide sales, reaching $5.5 billion, and the addition of 26 new locations." With a location about 10 miles away, a rainy Sunday evening was a good time to see for ourselves. We checked in on the app prior to driving out and thank Goodness we did. Even at 6:30pm, on a rainy evening, it was packed with people. The wait was about 45 minutes and the receptionist couldn't find any record of our check in. I showed her our confirmation number on our telephone and we were seated within 5 minutes. The 2 top was small, but adequate. We ordered the hand cut sirloin and bone in ribeye as recommended by the server. House salad, Caesar salad, sides of broccoli and steak fries well done. Also a side of the BBQ ribs to try a cross section of their menu. Both steaks were ordered medium rare. The sirloin came out medium and the ribeye was rare. Ribs were tasteless and unsauced. Sirloin was actually not terrible, well-trimmed, beefy flavor. The ribeye was mostly fat, gruel, poorly trimmed, and tough. It was uncuttable with the house steak knife. Fries were cool and chewy - we didn't eat them. The best part of dinner was the 2 salads, both crisp and cool and broccoli, which was still firm and bright green, not soggy. Our server Jeff did stop by to ask how our food was multiple times throughout dinner, but we didn't have the heart to tell him just how bad all the proteins and fries were. Loud and noisy, just like the name of the place. Probably our fault for expecting a pleasant surprise. Not sure why this is the largest casual dining chain in the U.S., but $5.5 billion in sales is not inline with our food experience here. We're in NY and for about $100, with 2 soft drinks, I'd recommend a good Kbbq if you're in the mood for some grilled meats.

This place is way overhyped. Unless you love meat I don’t recommend coming here. No matter what time of day you come here it’s always packed and when you get seated the place is very loud that you can hardly hear the person next to you and the waitress has a hard time hearing you place your order. This place is not for picky eaters and not really kids either and I highly recommend staying away from their baked/mashed potatoes; they taste awful. Even though I asked for certain things not to come with my food it still did and it is very hard to say you don’t want something that is a part of your meal since it’s automatically with it which tells me a lot of the stuff here is frozen and premade. There are way better places to go and I highly recommend to them.

if i could leave zero stars when it comes to the quality of the food here i would. with a reservation i came in to eat in on Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at 8:45pm after my younger siblings graduation and i wish i didnt. i ordered an 8oz sirloin MEDIUM RARE with shrimp and asked for no onions or mushrooms. granted, we were a party of eight so i was fully prepared for the food to take some time, which i was okay with. when my food finally did arrive it was more like medium well to well and was cold, it also was covered in mushrooms and onions. i could swear that they killed the cow twice just based off of how cold and dry the steak was. i’ve had cotton mouth more saturated than that steak was. it was completely inedible, i took two bites before giving up completely on it. When this was brought to our waitresses attention all she offered to do was have the kitchen make another one but by that time it was 10:22pm and my family had all finished eating their meals so we politely declined. We also felt it would be rude to ask the kitchen to reopen to remake one steak since it does say online that the restaurant is closed at 10:00pm. If you’re wondering, yes my family and I did still have to pay for the steak I didn’t eat. since we had to pay for it we asked for a box to take the food home with us and likely feed to the dogs at home as to not waste any of the food. to top this off when we asked for the boxes our server informed us that there actually was not a single to go box in the restaurant for us to use and all she could offer us was aluminum foil to wrap the food in and two LIDS to hold it together somehow. that being said our server Iris was an absolute gem and did everything she was able to do in order to be accommodating as it is in no way her fault things get overcooked or management doesn’t order the proper amount of supplies for things as simple as to go containers. she was so sweet and deserves the world.

My friend and I ordered the same midium well 11 oz hand cut steak. When the steak coming，my plates were cold and so was the steak. My friend's steak was normal, mine was so hard. I suspect the steak was reheated, by the way, fried onion is delicious😀

Went to celebrate a birthday of my wife with my 2 sons and grandson..WHAT A MISTAKE!.. first off no prime rib..settled for rib eyes 20oz...it still had the whip marks on it!.. grizzle evey bite..should have sent them back!... ribs were good bread was undercooked..thank God they didn't mess up the beer!.. going to OUTBACK next time!

Don't use the app. The incompetence at this place incredible. The poor hostess telling everyone 20 to 30 minutes meanwhile I and most around me used the app to make a reservation which apparently doesn't really matter. Almost an hr drive to make a reservation that didn't matter. Tins of empty unclean tables while people waiting for one. Haven't eaten yet but it doesn't boast well if they cant even keep up with the tables!

This review is almost a month late. My wife and I went to this restaurant on January 30. It was a cold cold Thursday night. It was surprisingly busy. We were seated right by the door and it was extremely cold. We asked to change our tables. We were told we would have to wait. I don’t remember staff members names but they all had bad attitudes. Horrible experience. Never going back. We watched several tables sit dirty for 20 minutes while staff members were looking at their phones in the middle of the dining floor .

I’ve been here three times, and unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be coming back again. Every time I order a medium-rare steak, it comes out almost well-done. This has happened repeatedly, so it doesn’t feel like a one-time mistake. My husband ordered well-done, and it was so dry and overcooked that he joked it felt like eating beef jerky. The edges were completely burnt and hard to chew. If a steakhouse can’t get steak temperatures right after multiple visits, that’s a real disappointment.

The place has gone downhill. So much that we have basically stopped going. I'd say it's been about a year now since my last visit. The only reason for going was my wife felt like steak fries and it was the only local place open to get them. Boy were we disappointed. We got the order but it could not have been any smaller. The paper container it came in wasn't even full. Below is a pic so you can see what came in our order. Next to it is a comparison of the side item fries my daughter got in her KIDS meal at Buffalo Wild Wings. They were her leftovers, but honestly she barely ate any. So it is basically the entire side. I understand things are getting expensive these days, but c'mon, make it an adult side item. Just because it's takeout, we should not get shortchanged.

We dined at this restaurant on January 7, 2026, and our server was Timothy. He was excellent. However, the issue arose with the manager’s unpleasant tone. Had we been informed that we could only split two checks from the beginning, we wouldn’t have encountered any problems. Timothy was doing well before the manager interrupted him about splitting the checks. This interruption i feel made him feel anxious about checking us out. I believe it would be beneficial to retrain the management staff on how to approach tables. This night started off great but ended up in disarray.

This is the third time I was disappointed with a take out order.. which has urged me to share this review! Horrible experience every single time my order is missing/wrong. Ordered 2x medium RARE… received a super THIN steak WELL DONE, and a thick one rare. The thin one was completely trash poor quality steak.. where is the consistency??? In addition, every time I DID NOT check off the “remove seasoning” but yet every time my steak has no seasoning… so not only the steak is not cooked to my preference it bland and tasteless too. Complete disappointment. Always missing sauces, requested horseradish, never received. Request for 2 bags of bread in the notes (which is the allowable amount of bread they can give) never received every time!! Overall disappointing, this would be my last time dining with Texas Roadhouse I have also dined in the restaurant and there were also so many mistakes but they were able to fix in person sooo I never felt the need to report their problems but these take out services need major improvements.

The waitress took 14 minutes to greet us. The host didn't bring bread for us and never came back. We needed to ask and find someone willing to bring bread. The ribs were dry and one crouton in the Ceasar salad. This roadhouse needs to train at the upstate Queensbury, Glens falls new york restaurant as they know service and quality. We were disappointed with this location and will not be back...

What do you expect from Texas? Honestly… the basics. But even that seemed impossible here. The food tasted like something I could’ve cooked at home for half the price and with double the flavor. The cooking was completely uneven — my mom could do better, and I definitely could. The steak had no flavor at all compared to what I buy at Foodtown or King Kullen. Even the potato wasn’t warm. And the flies… there were multiple flies circling my food the entire meal. One was literally sitting on my salad enjoying himself. The environment was just as rough. I couldn’t hear anything except people screaming from other tables. Not exactly the atmosphere you want when you’re trying to enjoy a meal you overpaid for. On top of that, a quick warning: If you’re the UN-designated driver — meaning you’re not even drinking or driving — they still require your physical ID. A photo of your ID won’t cut it. Be warned when coming here
