Burger King Is alright .They have Good prices for A fast food restaurant!! I Try not to Eat here often. I'd rather eat At A Good Healthy Restaurant Instead!!! Well They Get Five Stars as well!!!

The overnight staff Very professional and friendly, food is always hot and fresh. I visit this Burger King multiple times per week. I would definitely recommend visiting.

Great Double Whopper with jalapeños!.. Inside is very clean with TV Monitors. Staff was very kind.

Service was terrific. The young man helped me to make my choice and even gave me a veteran discount. One small problem though, I ordered a whopper and crispy chicken, instead I got a whopper and double whopper with fried onions on sour dough bread. Not bad, but not what I originally ordered.

We have two Burger Kings we go to but this one is the best. No soggy buns. The french fries are very hot. A little heavy on the onions I had a Whopper with cheese and so did my mom. We didn't take pictures because we were sooo hungry after doing yardwork and it was too hot to cook today.

Didn't ask for his name. He wears a sport hat with glasses. Best BK staff ever. Felt like 1st class fast food service which doesn't exist ever but, this location does. From the moment you walk in. You are greeted, given time to decide, never rushed attitude, spoke loud and clear. The food is secondary. The presentation alone made me write this review for him.

The burgers are always so well portioned and filling while their fries when put against competing chains always surprise me. The fries are always so light and crisp and even good cold. I ordered the Double Bacon King and it was great, I didn't realize they had a bit of what I could only assume was relish on the burger because although i do like pickles i was not expecting the whole burger to taste as such.

It's a nicer looking Burger King with free wifi and a clean area. The soda machine is very clean and the employees are friendly.

It's a BURGER KING what can be said. Good food, good price. Plenty of parking in a good area. Must say the place is a bit of a mess.

Pretty good Burger King I haven’t had any problems with the food except with the fries for whatever reason it kinda taste like onion’s so it was a bit odd.

I went w a friend and had the usual burger and fries. The food was good. I am always checking the bathroom of wherever I go, as I try not to use public bathrooms. There was only one bathroom unlocked for whatever reason, but I used the men's room. It was kept very clean, no odor.

The food is fast food, but the value in the app for family meals is great.

Overall a nice Burger King, however, they were not keeping the condiments, ice, and cup lids stocked. Nice staff that let us stay in the dining area well after closing time, without saying anything, we weren't rushed at all.

The store itself was clean. Parking was easy. Lines were appropriately spaced so distancing was adequate. Only problem was the safety partition muffled the cashiers speech. Ordering was a bit annoying.

Good location. They do a great job inside this restaurant. They have the $3.49 meal which is so convenient when you're broke, on a budget, and hungry. Two flame broiled cheese burgers, fries, and a soda for $3.49.. that's more food than the amount of dollars you're throwing down. Can't beat that.

The BK app I thought it was broken because when I attempted to order 2 whoppers, it wouldn't let me order from this location so I was forced to drive all the way here just to see what was going on. I realized that they were out of whoppers but they never mentioned it on their app for some reason when I chose to order from this location. Sad, so in the end, I ordered a spicy hand-breaded chicken sandwich instead.

Very good customer service all the employees are polite and friendly. Food is well prepared and not bad quality, it is fast food, but one thing that can definitly improve is the speed when there isn't a lot of customers they are as fast as they could get but when there is a influx of people the staff serves the drive-thru first leaving the customers that came in awkwardly sitting there waiting for their food. It also seems they are frequently low on staff(nobody taking orders, one person doing all the work, one person making all the food, ec.) Overall the atmosphere is good and they treat you as an actual person and not just another order. (7/10)

Following the good value at a good price model, Burger King provides better quality than McDonald's and more competitive pricing, as well as a wider variety of delicious desserts. Plus where else gives you a crown? You may not eat like a King but you will feel like one!

Although Burger Kings are pretty much the same, the major thing that that makes this one better than most is the employees. They are courteous and they get the order correct pretty much all of the time. Other Burger Kings can't seem to do this. Other stores will leave food off the order, or not putting sauces with Chicken Nuggets, or things like that. Store is clean and well-kept.

Putting aside the obvious "Fast food is bad for you" thing, this place is pretty good. I've never had a problem with the staff, they're always pretty friendly, and my order is accurate 99% of the time. Not much more to say, it's hard for burger king to screw up the taste of their own signature food. They always have the promo items, too, for as long as they are served. There's this one really sweet spanish lady in the mornings that I see if I ever stop for breakfast, and she's super nice and actually seems HAPPY to be there..

Lunch was tasty albeit bearing little resemblance to the product posters in the windows. I tried the $1 crispy taco. Hardly worth $1. I don't expect to order that again. The $1 mocha frappe by contrast was a tasty cold dessert on a hot day. More of an ice cream treat than a coffee drink, but on another hot day I'd order it again if they hold to that price. The big problem for me at Burger King is way too much sodium. A Whopper, they say has nearly a gram of sodium. They have an amusing "whirling?" salt dispenser to salt the French fries. Really pours on the salt. Nutrition guide says medium fries deliver ~1/2 g of sodium. The new pulled pork sandwich isn't on their March, 2019, nutrition guide but with its generous load of pickle slices and BBQ sauce, I wager that sandwich has more sodium than the Whopper. Beware!

Food - need to watch how often the change the oil; my food tasted like the oil is over used. Service - good Atmosphere - decent, but the displaced people hanging around begging can be a turn off; they need to be warned off the premises to stand by the curb or something as bad as that sounds.

I regularly stop in for the iced coffee, which is, hands down, better than ANY fancy restaurants I have visited. I always get the plain one, with half and half, but they also have Mocha and Vanilla, which have sugar already in them. I don't add sugar, because it's fabulous all by itself. I also get mine WITHOUT ICE, a personal preference. Of course, since they made their reputation on the flame-broiled burgers, they're universally excellent, and you get to order it the way YOU want them. On the Whopper or Whopper Junior, I tell them to leave out pickles, onions and cheese. The atmosphere can be described as a Corporate Clone, but the heat or air-conditioning is always set to be comfortable, which is RARE for restaurant chains. Bathrooms are mostly clean, with occasional slips in their attention. One other unusual feature is that they are open 24 HOURS, with the dining room closed after 9 PM. After all, the food is the same when using the drive-through. They're located on Hempstead Turnpike, just West of Rte. 106 (Newbridge Road) in East Meadow and the best part is they're only 4 minutes from my house!

BK lounge experience was a 7/10. Restaurant was clean, good temperature, and has a freestyle machine which are all very important. The food was served hot but for some reason my group did not find it to be especially delicious today like on past occasions. Try the surge drink variations from the freestyle machine , they are awesome!

It was ok, customer service room for improvement. Food pretty good, they got the order right. Would go back.

Food is not always good at this location nor is the service. However, it appears they are trying to improve on both at my recent visit.

Cant get their only veggie option, the Impossible, with multiple patties. You'd have to pay for two while sandwiches, unlike the ham stackers. Service slow to order w just 2 other customers. Dreary compared to other chains.

The particular store seems a bit falling apart. Parts of the store looks new while parts look really old. Overall the location is good and the food is like any other Burger King.

What can I say good place for fast food. Has a drive thru and parking lot. For my taste, the cooking is not as good as other BK's.

Usually clean and accommodating. Employees are courteous and orders are often Swift and correct. There is the occasional off day but generally a good fast food restaurant.

Stood at the pickup counter for 10 minutes and was NEVER even acknowledged. Said excuse me and was ignored by one employee. Said it again to another and was again ignored. Spoke loudly and finally was angrily asked what I needed. Food was sitting and cold!

I needed something in a pinch, but I should've gone elsewhere. Honestly, not a good experience on the food side. One burger patty was actually broken and I was missing half of it in the sandwich. The Chicken fries were just awful, no redeeming value whatsoever. The Whopper Jr. was legit uber tiny... it was embarrassing. They've been decent in the past, but this was just not good. On the positive side, the drive thru last was nice.

Not the cleanest Burger King I've been to, but also not the dirtiest. The plastic divider and the speaker setup makes it so the cashiers voice blasts at you while they cant hear your order. They should probably fix that. Soda machine is not filled. Food is ok.

The impossible burger was not cooked properly, and it was raw. There was no mustard and ketchup. Asked for Siracha sauce, and she said they don't carry it.

I had a really bad experience and I usually have no problem but today (04/07/2019) was the worst. I wanted the grill chicken sandwich and hash browns it was not busy because it’s only 6:30 am. The girl said she needs time to cook. She rushed it and it was burnt And she didn’t put the hash browns in but I was charged. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I like the other guy that is usually there in the morning between 3:00am and 5:30am not sure what his schedule is but my husband and I never have a problem and he always gets our order right and so far makes no errors. I’ll just come back when he is there because I know I would not have a problem.

It's a Burger King. Manager is rude. Food takes very long to prepare, which is strange since their main source of "cooking" is microwave. Restaurant is clean. Any posted hours do not apply. They say 24 hours but have gone there many times at 7pm only to find they are closed. This happens on numerous occasions on both weekdays and weekends. Do NOT order online here. They take your online payment and when you get there the doors are locked. Avoid this BK.

Constantly shorting or trying to give less... Every other time they short you on nuggets, lay fried on their side in the bag to spill your fries so you don't get see that they half fill each container.. Today they even shorted on a kids ice cream cup, half filled it and left a huge hollow part in the middle on top of that... Shameful

The lady at the drive thru was amazing, very pleasant and happy to be at work, it showed. However the cook, in making my food was very disrespectful and disgusting, I'd asked for cheese, extra pickles and to make it fresh/hot. I work midnights so they usually give me cold food, the cook put an overkill of mayo and extra onions, neither of which I'd asked for, and the extra pickles were stacked on top of each other and not spread out. I tried my best to make due because I patrol at night and im not in one space long, but it wasn't edible. And I had to throw my unwanted food out. Look at those pictures, do that look edible to you!?

They get my order wrong way too many times. It is a simple order, #8 plain with just the spicy sauce on it, yet more then a majority of the time they put the savory sauce on it also.

Incompetent. Ordered a hot tea from this place and taking a sip it wasn't closed all the way and ended up staining and burning myself. I shouldn't have to make sure the cup is closed before drinking. Imagine I actually had an interview and ruined my outfit. Please fire the employee that made this tea. This is something that should not happen to any customer period. Atrocious.

Burger king should not be opened 24hrs if they can't fufill custoner needs. Chicken in sandwiches were hard as rocks we had to throw away sanwiches and chicken sandwiches was not our choice thats all they had.

Don’t listen to the people who have a good review because they just want the free sandwich that they offer on the back of the receipt. This hands down has to be the worst Burger King on Long Island. The employees are clueless, careless, and act like they hate their job. I was lied to by a worker because he was to lazy to make something I wanted. They’re slow as snails. I wait on the drive thru line when there was no one in front of me for 20 min. I got a one meal order. It’s like that every time I go. I would rather eat off w food truck.

Disappointing experience. When we arrived there was no line and there was staff by the register. No one acknowledged we were there, they just looked at us and continued doing what they were doing. We waited for a few minutes and finally someone came to take our order. Staff got the order wrong, our children's drinks were missing, the place was not clean, and the soda tasted strange.

I made an order today 10 minutes ago. I ordered some sandwiches for my children and included in the order was 1 chicken sandwich. They handed me the food and since I was in a rush, I headed straight home after leaving the drive thru. Only after we reached home and opened the bag we discovered the chicken sandwich was missing. I was very disappointed along with the child who wanted that particular sandwich. It was especially aggravating because on the receipt it shows that I was charged for it despite not receiving it. I called the store several times but no one picked up.

Very poorly made Order. I ordered 3 veggies Whoppers, BK used junior kids Buns instead of the regular size, no meat Whopper is usually cheaper than regular, but they charged full price, Fries were the worst, uncooked & not a crispy, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE..

On July 17, 2021, I got off of work one morning and wanted to get two cheeseburgers at BK. I waited at the drivevup window and called out to the clerk. He didn't respond after three minutes until someone in a black pickup truck drove up. The clerk finally took my order. I got the cheeseburgers and drove off. I got home and started to eat the burgers. They smelled as if they were last night's leftovers set to go to the dump. I threw up whatever I started to eat and couldn't hold down water. I don't know how they expect to compete with Wendy's if they serve last night's leftovers. McDonald's has always been out of reach. Now, I hear Wendy's had taken the number two spot in fastfood burgers. 🍔

Gave me a milkshake without whip cream even though on their mobile app it said whip cream. They said they no longer serve whip cream. Place looked empty and boring , too quiet while McDonald’s down the street was packed and customers came in by the dozen happy

Usually they are good but recently a lot of people (I'm the third person that I know of this week) have been getting upset stomaches after ordering from this specific location so I don't know if it was a hygiene issue or a supply issue but watch out.

The most garbage burger restaurant in this street, the speed and efficiency of work are at the bottom of this street, especially when Uber drivers go to get food delivery, their speed is turtle speed, and the strange beverage packaging can be opened directly without any protection. . Walked in Burger King right now. 6/24/23 Had 3 Indian workers in the front talking.( no other customer was in the store at this time 2:32pm) Stood for five minutes now on acknowledged me ( black women). I waited patiently. Finally someone decides to assist me. Ordered a large fries and large onions rings and 2 big Mack. Each container was partially filled. Ask the lady for extra sauce she looked me up and down and told me I had to pay. Paid the money left and won’t be back.

Honestly if I could give this location 0 stars I would. I’m currently pregnant and was having a late night/ morning craving. This location states they’re open 24 hours. My husband ordered food through the mobile app and when he arrived to pick it up, the manager rudely turned him away and said that BK is closed. It’s 5:30 am; He showed her the order and she said “idk then.” He asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded to lie saying she was one. Why state you’re open 24 hours and have someone in the building if you’re closed? She simply didn’t want to make the order. I honestly hope she’s fired for being such a b***h. If she was truly a manager, she wouldn’t have turned a customer away ESPECIALLY because my husband mentioned that I’m pregnant and he was getting me food. i tried calling the store as well to speak to her, but she picked up the phone and didn’t say a word, she just hung up. I won’t be ordering from here again, she’s disgusting.

Very bad service. I wanted to buy my dinner, a small hamburger, turns out it was still open! There are cameras to prove it! The guy who was the manager decided not to sell to me and not to serve me at all. Saying that they were closed, he kicked me out and I decided to leave, ... when the door was open, anyway. I do not recommend it!

Ordered through UberEats for my son, who doesn't eat any type of topping on his burgers. Both of my son's burgers came with about 5 toppings on each, and by the time we were done getting him different food to eat and submitting the complaint to UberEats, what was left of the food had gone cold. Waste of about $50 with the tip.

How can this Burger King be so unreliable? Half an hour ago, I purchased a family meal that was supposed to include four large fries. On the way home, I noticed one pack of fries was missing. When I got home and unpacked the meal, I realized I had been given medium fries instead of large. This is the second time I’ve had a similar experience, with missing items from my order. Is this intentional? Do you not value your credibility? I noticed that you place cheap and tacky plastic flowers on every table, perhaps to attract customers. I suggest that the best way to retain customers is by being reliable and ensuring that every order is complete. I would prefer not to have to double-check my order at the drive-thru window.
