I made a huge order because i was ordering for my office. The gentleman who helped me over the phone for my pick up order was very patient. I had three different orders with special instructions and all separate payments. Yes, i knew it was a lot. He kept his professionalism and grace. I walked into the restaurant and it was clean, smelled sanitized and things were neatly place and organized. As soon as i was greeted by a nice lady at the register when i told her my name my order was close by being prepared. The service was fast and friendly. The gentleman who helped me over the phone let me know we were waiting for my fries and he prepared a lemonade which went with the upgrade for one of my orders. While waiting for the fries we shared a nice small talk about the great service and he let me know getting the lemonade was a better deal than the can soda because the lemonade was 20 ounces and the van was 12 ounces. The staff was great! Now to the food. I tipped in the jar because it’s a great experience. It only got better when he helped me to my car. He placed the food neatly in my car. I started with my appetizer the mini crab cakes. You get five for $10.95. They were seasoned nicely to taste and perfectly baked outside batter. May have been imitation crab meat but hey they were good! The macaroni salad that came with my pastrami Mac melt wasn’t the best. They used rigatoni noodles instead of elbow and it was dry. The Mayo was at the bottom of the cup. I doctored that up and it was okay. But boyyyyy did the pastrami Mac melt melt my taste buds! Wow is all i can say! Temperature wise the food was hot and fresh. The taste of the pastrami was so delicious and savory it went perfectly with the type of bread that was used. The Mac was cheesy and also seasoned (i noticed the pepper) went so well with the meat! This melt is a must have if you like big flavor. This place is fantastic and i will always dine here. Thank you to the staff at Pantano’s for “loving to feed us!” Keep up the awesome work!

Just landed in New York from Alaska. Pops and I were looking for sandwiches, and I think we found the best spot right out of the gate. Incredible menu. Phenomenal food. Great service. You gotta check this place out. I meant to take a before picture, but we were too busy enjoying our food. 10 outa 10 Strongly recommend

Call to pickup your order or place it online. They don't have indoor seating it's just easier for yourself and the staff to get it to go. Their menu as alot of great options and the sandwiches are huge. I love Kenny's Italian and the Rolando. Parking is in the back and limited spots but you can easily park in the backroad nearby.

Been to this place for first time as a hungry soul for some wholesome breakfast on a wintery morning and was so suprised. This place has cozy and loving vibes with delicious food. Good quantity at a reasonable price and free coffee! Special shout out to Berta who took our order and was so kind and warm with us. Looking forward to come here again. Thank you Berta.

I love the food from here, 80% they get everything great amazing. No issues but my last two orders which i gotten delivered from uber eats, had some issues. One blt sandwich had a hair in it and another sandwich with multiple pieces of eggshells in it!

Tons of variety, menu is huge so you get stuck on what you want to order. Got the morning mac sandwich with no meat. Comes with mac and cheese, eggs, more cheese on challah bread. Very messy to eat. It was ok, nothing special in my opinion. There is a small parking lot in the back. Inside is a couple of seats to sit and eat

The lemonade was top tier! I'd go back just to get it. (Went back and lemonade was not the same 😢)Very welcoming environment, the food was presented well, the packaging was convenient, staff was helpful. The fries were fresh. I ordered the New York Philly cheesesteak it looked really good and I was excited to try it but unfortunately didn't really enjoy it. It wasn't well seasoned and there was too much onions. Tasted like something you'd make at home purposely with no salt/seasoning for the purpose of being healthy. Went back today and the hostess was super sweet in letting me know that you have to request salt and pepper!! Had a bagel with tuna which I usually enjoy from the Garden city location, the tuna wasn't quite the same but we love a good bagel Enjoyed the lemonade last time so I got it again but It just didn't taste the same. The customer service is amazing so I just feel like I gotta give them another chance some other time

Grabbed a bite to eat for breakfast and settled on "The Hangover". It basically had eggs, Philly cheese steak, American cheese and hashbrowns stuffed in a roll. The only thing amazing about it was the price costing well north of 10.

I don’t know if the food here is good or not. But the staff is very rude. I came to pick up an order that was supposed to be ready 10 minutes ago. I simply asked, «Is my order ready yet?» To which they replied, «Don’t wait, someone else will pick it up.» Very hospitable.

Today 10/24 very rude and impatient not a nice person at all. He did not give me a folk or my side salad I get with my lunch. Keep him off the cashier register. I thinking not coming there anymore. I will show others do not buy anything when he is on the cash register.

The worst $15 I spent on the hero in my life. Chicken is cold, cheese not melted everything falling apart , messy no flavor. I honestly want my money back. Horrible

I work in the hospitality industry for a large corporation in the area. I regularly ordered from this establishment and I am sad to say that this will no longer be the case. Every time I’ve ordered delivery, I always get a jumbo half & half, and more than 50% of the time, they always ring it up as an iced tea and mess it up. Today, I placed an order with the owner, Michael, and SPECIFICALLY reminded him to please ensure that the drink was a half & half, and not an iced tea, and THE OWNER couldn’t even get it right. This has probably happened on 5 occasions in the span of a month. I called the place back and the guy was nice and told me he’d give me a credit, and have another drink sent over; but guess what: THE SECOND DRINK WAS STILL AN ICED TEA AND NOT A HALF & HALF! This establishment clearly doesn’t care about their customers who have been loyal to the business. I wouldn’t order from this place again until they got their act together.

I work at RXR plaza and was craving an egg sandwich. My coworker suggested that we try out Pantano's deli. So with an open mind and an empty stomach we ventured over there. Pantano's is a deli located on the south side of Hempstead tpk. Upon looking at the building i thought to myself "this is what it would look like if Twitter opened up a deli". The deli itself seems to be pretty clean so points for that. I ordered what i thought would be a safe bet. I ordered the big boy gladiator on a hero and my friend ordered a 2 eggs w/ cheese on a toasted plain bagel with a hashbrown. Because I got the hero i got a free coffee. The coffee was very hot so naturally i asked for a hand cover but they dont carry them for some reason. They gave me a second cup to cover the first cup which is fine but all I needed was a cover. Either way we took it back to the office and ended up being pretty dissatisfied with the product considering I paid over 11 bucks for my sandwich and my friend paid over 8 bucks. The reason his bagel was so expensive was because they don't know how to do substitutions instead if you do a custom order everything is alla cart, which doesn't make sense. The sandwich was very greasy and there was barely any meat. It looks big but thats because its mostly bread and they wrap it up with thick paper and then tin foil. My friend was pretty dissatisfied with his bagel. His bagel was very greasy, looked like they used a panini press instead of a toaster and was overpriced. The coffee was actually pretty good but that was the only good part of the experience. I highly doubt I'll be coming back here again. The target audience here seems to be unsuspecting suckers who overpay but dont realize it. Honestly, they just gotta take pride in their products and make a really good sandwich that would be worth the price. Unfortunately, they don't seem to care. Oh and btw if you use a credit card there is another charge but you can't tell because the receipts are not itemized.
