We wanted something healthy and this is where we landed; which was amazing! Love the food options and drinks availability. Friendly customer service and very quick turnaround after ordering your food and then they deliver the food to your table, if dining in. Me and my wife enjoyed our wraps and smoothies and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone regardless if you looking to eat healthy because it’s all delicious.

I've been here several times over at least 5 years. It's always been healthy options that are honestly hard to find at other spots with GREAT quality. But the flavor in the past has lacked. Tonight my chipotle bison wrap was the best wrap ever. The flavors have gotten much better over the years. The prices are great in comparison to other healthy spots. And they give you a large portion of food.

Amazing service, friendly staff, awesome vibe beautiful design, and most of all Amazing food. I created my own low carb shake made with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, isopure protein, almond butter and kale. Best shake I have had! Usually when I create my own at a smoothie place they don’t come out so great and this was awesome.

Which comes with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots with chicken over a bed of brown rice. The first time I had it I had the teriyaki sauce on the side. I was able to taste the flavor of the chicken and rice on its own and I can say they did a good job seasoning the chicken. I love the teriyaki sauce. It has a legit flavor of teriyaki. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be healthier or if it's regular teriyaki but either way it's good. I would definitely get extra next time.

Unprofessional, I walked in to place an order . Everyone was on their phone! The only person that was working was the guy in the back ! I watched a few minutes after I placed my order before the girl decided to get it prepped. It’s a business, phone usage should be during break time!

I went today at 2:45 PM on April 6, 2025, to Energy Fuel. As usual, I wanted to have salmon with salad and avocado. Unfortunately, the wait time was long—even though the restaurant was empty. When it was time to serve my food, they brought me an avocado with several brown spots. I asked the guy to bring me a new one and requested to keep the plate so my food wouldn’t get cold. He rudely decided to take the whole plate anyway. When I went to the front desk to see what they were doing, I saw they were just removing the brown parts from the avocado instead of giving me a new one. I told them again that I wanted a fresh one, and instead of simply honoring my request, the guy got angry with me. He ended up giving me a refund instead of providing a pleasant experience. At the end, I asked how long the refund would take, and he told me “three months” while mocking me to my face. Please fix the customer service. This place has always been one of my favorites, and now I don’t feel comfortable coming back after such disrespect

Waste of time and money. Extremely slow service and they messed up my order so they had to go back and fix it which ate up more time , don’t recommend. I don’t see how a bowl can take 20+ minutes when comparing to other places. They forgot the cheese and it was very clear that my food got microwaved for awhile. Some ingredients seemed missing too.

The manager was not helpful, her explanation did not make sense (language barrier) She blamed the app, she blamed me that I ordered plain chicken. Then Wilmer an employee there laughs in my face as I am talking and then sticks his tongue out at me after she made him apologize at my request! Where is the professionalism here. No accountability!! Never experienced such rude people!!!!

I’ve gone to this energy several times over the course of a year or so and have never encountered such an issue that I have today. An order was placed for my office exceeding $20, using their online ordering service. However, once I got to the establishment the attitude that I received was unacceptable, and I have to deal with a made up rule about having an ID matching the order name. Even after giving them the order number I was told I need to have the person who ordered send their ID. This is absolutely ridiculous! Not too mention several issues with the food. The website should display the store’s made up policy. And when I said how strict the policy is the very nasty and rude person that helped me pointed to a poorly written and incorrectly written sign. I will be sure not to come here ever again.

Ordered 3 acai bowls and they all came out frozen. Unable to eat. I guess they dont make them fresh...$40 in bowls, I think they should come ready to eat
