Nice clean location. My son and I always have a good time. I'm always able to find a parking spot and the table service is great if you order from the kiosk.
The store is clean, the staff is efficient, friendly, and ready to help. Behind the counter was clean floors, as well as their work station. The customer area has kiosks, atm, and hand sanitizers. You can dine in or use the drive thru. I'll definitely go back to take pictures and order another meal.
Very nice cashiers...she interacted with my 7 year old through the transaction making him feel so proud of himself. That for me they deserved 10 stars.
Hard to understand them, I understand that it's hard to find American people to work but when I have to repeat the other 3 or 4 times it's very frustrating
Typical fast food good as fast food can be. A bit pricey, as most fast food places, for a quick lunch, $5 isnt bad. Not super healthy but not bad if you need to eat on the go!
Newly renovated! Making more of a push for self-ordering using electronic menus and credit card machines. Looks a lot cleaner too (for now, at least). And the coffee is still a dollar ;)
this particular McDonald's is one of the best that I haven't been to the staff is a very fast efficient and professional and I love going there is never a hassle with them especially if you want extra sauce they will gladly give it to you I give them a 5-star excellent.

The person who took my order did it with a smile and was pleasant. This was wednesday morning at 7:30 am so if someone from mcdonalds is reading this give that man a raise. Food was brought to my table hot and fresh by another happy smiling employed. Overall a good experience.
This is one of my favorite McDonald's to visit! It's very clean and modern, and the staff is nice too. Coming here at night with friends is the best because it usually dies down and the place has a great vibe. Totally recommended!
This is practically the best McDonald's I have ever been to. I have been here quite a few times and I'm never disappointed. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly. Now that we are returning to some kind of normalcy. The only thing I can say is that most of the tables were not clean after customers used it. I guess they have to get back into the swing of things as well!
Showed up 15 before lunch was being served and the guy wearing all blue upfront, allowed me to order lunch the lady that brought the food over to my table and realized that my fries were halfway filled. Proceeded to bring me another thing of fries along with the fries that I had originally it is hands-down, the best experience at McDonald’s I have ever come across, considering the amount that I travel.
We love this place. Been coming here after my daughter's swimming lesson in the morning. Service is good and we always asked for happy meal for my daughter even they still runs breakfast menu. We became the happy meal toys collector since they updated their toys often enough (seems like weekly)
McDonald's doesn't understand Americano coffee. I figured out that asking for espresso with hot water does the trick. The people that work there try hard.

Has to be the cleanest a nicest McDonald's I've ever been too .. and the employees are nice ... We hardly eat at fast food restaurants but when we do this is one we will go again
Very good place to eat in ! Table service was really great . The lady was very nice in checking in I needed something else . Even after your finished they help out with throwing out the garbage! Very nice service
I recently had an exceptional experience at McDonald's around 10 PM, thanks to outstanding customer service from one of the staff members. Despite the late hour, she greeted me warmly and was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions and handling my requests efficiently. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. This particular mcdonald was very clean. The bathroom for ladies superb. I dont understand it but even the sausage egg mc muffins with cheese was even tastier. My compliments.
Even tho they have two drive-thru lanes people typically order from the first one which leads to a line of cars through the parking lot. If your going to use drive thru make sure both lanes are being utilized. Great place, great service!
Service has greatly improved here. Drive-thru is fast and courteous, but be sure to check for right condiments. I ask for Honey Mustard on a regular, and get BBQ.
This store has been recently renovated. Good, uncluttered looking store. This location has been given a new touch-screen self-service soda machine. This McDonald's location is not very far away from The Cradel of Aviation museum, so remember to bring extra paients with you. You may not have been the only one that decided to come to this McDonald's to take a break from the CoA.
Loved the fact that the cashier brought my order to me. She must have observed the physical challenge I had. I needed to sit after a long day while waiting for my order (prepared fresh I noticed) to be ready. Great job McDonald's! My sister & I thank you.
Uhm..... it was good! It hit the spot. Fish fillet meal was hot and fresh and tasted as I'd hoped -- so all good! Must remember that I dont need a Large. Sandwich is not any larger, just way too many fries. I wanted a shake but the shake machine was not working, so I got hot chocolate. Waaay too sweet. Service was EXCELLENT. Great people. Thanks. :)
Food now delivered to the table (didn't know), It took about 10 minutes to get it on the table. Food was great as usual. The only negative, we had to clean our own table, they should get someone with this one task.
Considering I was there around dinner time I expected a long drive through line and busy inside. My cold French fries and greasy too was a surprise usually they do have great French fries. I waited 7 minutes for FF quartet pounder, and milk shake. When the guy at the window came back he was gone for the time I pulled up to the window, I noticed he had the order of the cat behind me and fumbled to get my order. I'm sure that's why it was cold. It's McDonalds I thought well it's a huge corporation they should be doing better than what I received, although fast food it doesn't have to be greasy hard hamburger and greasy French fries that were very salty.
The place was clean and people pleasant just not accustomed to plain orders. I ordered a scrambled egg and English Muffin, the order was repeated over and over then said to the others repeatedly. When it was delivered I had egg soup, i almost vomited...

Food was McDonald's.. service was excellent, atmosphere was great. Only thing is I haven't been in one for a long time and I want aware of the new self serve ordering system, so 1 start off for making me feel stupid. They didn't tell you how to start the process. You have to grab a table number holder first, then put that number into your order. No where does it tell you that. After a "customer" helped me out and told me how to do it, I was able to use the kiosk to order. This needs improvement I know I'm old but I'm not dead yet. And the workers were just walking by me as if they didn't see me having trouble.🥺

Depending on the time of day you go, there can be a lot of communication barriers. Unfortunately, some of the staff do not speak English. Also, they leave the cover off the top of the ice machine, which leaves all the ice subject to the elements of the air and the dust accumulating on the ceiling.

The food was hot, but the chicken nuggets were over cooked. Some were cooked solid through😳 The fries were good at least. Terrible drive thru location though. Cars were getting stuck waiting since the curve is bad.
Our big Mac buns were stale, kinda hard and dried out, and the fries were too salty. My boyfriend asked the worker a question and she was pretty rude for no reason at all. The dine in area was clean for the most part but the trash was full to the point soda was spilling from the bottom. I'm not sure if they may have been under staffed or something.
There were people in the back but it took forever to get someone to take our order. People on line were yelling if somebody could come to the register to start taking orders & that's when finally it seemed the manager stepped up. I guess staring at a bunch of hungry people forming a bigger line wasn't clear enough to come to the register. 😆 People were getting wicked. As far as food it doesn't matter what McDonald's we go to, it's never been the same! It all tastes awful - the meat gets smaller and thinner but the prices keep going up! I mean really to spend the type of money we did at McDonald's I'd rather go to a nice restaurant/diner, sit down and be served, for practically the same price! And to end this, the happy meal toys have been terrible!!!
What a decline. It's heartbreaking, really. This McDonald's is an ideal location, but the addition of kiosks should not replace staffing. These changes alienate longtime customers. This was my first experience ordering McDonald's from a kiosk, so it took me a few extra moments, but then a 15-minute wait to pay at the empty counters as staff was missing. I wasn't the only one waiting at the counter for assistance. Finally someone walked from the back of the store, saw the line of customers waiting for non-kiosk requests... and did nothing for an additional 10 minutes. Not even a verbal or non-verbal acknowledgement. We hope that McDonald's Corporate will pay less attention to politico-staging photo ops and more attention to the basic level of humanity being replaced by kiosks and empty counters---an icy, depressing void completely lacking of satisfactory customer service.
These people have no idea what a diet soda is, but they kinda do good with their orders. 1/5 times you'll be missing something but I mean the staffs friendly.

Today was one of my worst experiences at this branch. Usually I go through the drive thru and it's okay. Today I decided to sit down for lunch by myself and nothing but problems. I tried using the kiosk and its unreceptive to touch, items for the deals are hard to find and not intuitive. The young people working the counter seemed to be untrained with dealing with customers. The griddle wasn't working so no quarter pounder so after 10 mins waiting a nice lady came over and asked if I'd like to switch. I asked what choices I had and she said big mac. Hiw could they have big mac's and not quarter pounders? The burgers aren'cooked on the same griddle? Food was okay. I'll never go inside at this branch again though.
I frequently eat dine-in here because of my job which is just across the street. While I'd like to say the food here's delicious and the waitimes are decent as far as fast rood goes, I've recently begun questioning the cleanliness of this place since one night at 9pm when I saw what looked like a pretty big rat run into the garden they had growing by one of the entrances as I was leaving the restaurant. I don't know what to make of this, as the restaurant definitely isn't dirty on the inside. Everything from the dining area to the bathrooms and what I'm able to see of the kitchen looks maintained. I'm leaving this here for whoever needs to see it.
I went to order a simple frappe I paid on the kiosk which I was $0.15 short and explained to the manager I have money in my pocket I used the wrong card... I was told it was too bad the money would be refunded in a few days 😒at that point I asked if he could just honor my willingness to pay and give me the frappe and either take the change or take the loss he wouldn't do either and said he would not give me my order until I made a big commotion in the restaurant so he just wanted me to leave is the only reason he gave me the frappe. Horrible customer service horrible
I have been here a few times and they do not seem to understand the concept of fast food. slowest drive through repeatedly. On top of that they are very unfriendly rude & always have an attitude, so unfortunate Nine out of ten visits my order is wrong. Seven out of ten visits my food is cold or the buns are very stale. :(
This McDonald's has gotten less organized than it had been. One person working the register, a zillion people milling around the kitchen and a 10 minute wait to get a cup of coffee and apple pie to go. This is not a one time experience. It's been happening alot and other people also waiting for their "To go" orders have been grousing too so I know it isn't me. They need better management there.
On a Sunday afternoon, I visited a McDonald’s restaurant and observed an unprofessional and disrespectful management style from the short-haired manager. The manager was yelling at the employees, which created a negative atmosphere for both the employees and the customers dining in. Additionally, the service was extremely slow, which further diminished the overall dining experience. My family was very disgusted with her behavior.
This company put a lot of people out of work with automating check through. Very mechanical and without the fun it used to be. Impersonal robot burgers at the high prices they are charging. How can you get food young kids can afford.
I’m not sure what happened to the white bald manager. I forgot his name but he was a really nice tall boy who was always happy and friendly. But since he left this location, this location has been going downhill. They are always making mistakes on my orders. All the employees look like they are running around like headless chickens regardless the time of the day it is. New managers are rude and look MISERABLE. I have been disappointed quite sometime but I kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt since new parts had to be adjusted. But enough is enough. Every time I order they either forget one or two of my items. I never complain because I get it, new management does not know what they’re doing, or the employees just don’t care. I will not be coming back anymore. I rather drive to another location.
First time trying this franchise. Ordered 1 sausage mcmuffin and plain double steak mcmuffin no cheese/condiments. Pulling out of the drive through noticed there were two sausage mcmuffins/charged for two. Pulled back around informed them, they took the extra one back (seriously hope that was not served to another customer...) and they refunded the difference. Afterwards we got back and went to try the steak mcmuffin, covered with butter. ruined my appetite did not have time to drive back, instead told coorperate and told they forwarded concern to franchise. Over a week later no response nothing to compensate for their problem, clearly was not important enough to Garden City franchise to do anything. With so many McDonald's it is simply not worth it going to one with service inferior to other ones where their mistakes are taken seriously and addressed appropriately. I'll stick to the one in East Meadow. Hopefully they make changes to provide better guest satisfaction in the future.

Went there at 5:15 am , and the website and the hours on the door said open at 5:00 am. I was being dropped of there so I could meet someone because that was the only place I could find open. All the doors where locked and several employees all looked at me and ignored me as I asked them to open the door. Even the person who seemed to be the manager came by shook his head and walked away. Very unprofessional, if you are open at 5 am you doors should be open at 5 and if they are not you should let a customer in. So now I have to stand out side at 5 am by myself just because some rude employees would not open at the time they should have. I work in a restaurant and I would never treat a customer this way.
Had very terrible experience here tonight ,I ordered a large ice coffee for my self and a large order of fries for my son who works right across the street from the store but the large fries were the size of the small order of fries put into a large container . when back to return and they got very upset .store has very ,bad customer service .I always thought mc Donald's was a customer centricity comp. Drove up to drive threw to have the attendant tell me they are not takeing orders due to system being down. I continued around and then asked can i come inside and place and order becuase i can see ppl placeing orders. The girl at the window said let me check. I stopped by for a quick dinner at the drive thru and after I placing my order I sat on the line for 10-15 minutes with 3 cars still in front of me. At this point I got off the line and drove away. There is absolutely no reason that it should take that long to get food from McDonald's. I've been on line at Chick-fil-A with 10 times the amount of cars and got my food quicker.
The food of this McDonald’s was good and all except when we went here yesterday Tuesday Sep, 8 my brother and I went out and got some McDonald’s we ate it we felt nothing wrong with it.. later that night we started vomiting and had diarrhea then we started vomiting blood… see now I don’t recommend this McDonald’s anymore the employees who knows what they did to our food..
The most ghetto McDonald’s ever. They hire high school students that are rude and know nothing about customer service. Greeting a customer saying “yo” at the drive thru is ridiculous then being rude all around is unacceptable.the meal I ordered was tastes like it sat there for decades and when asking for a refund they won’t issue you one.
I went in there to order food, it came out to $5.20 but I didn't have the change so I gave the girl two $5. She only gave me $.80, back and I told her that I gave her two $5 but she insisted that I gave her $6. I even asked the manager to double check and she said that she wasn't going to open the drawer! There was also two other managers standing right there! First terrible customer service and now this! Get it together McDonald's!
We frequent this particular often as we live in Garden city . I am usually not the one to write reviews but the manager Trey has really disappointed me today. I got a cappuccino yesterday . The order was for a small cappuccino, no sugar. I got my order as I usually do and made the mistake of driving away without sipping on the drink . When I was on the highway , I had my first sip and realized there was sugar. So naturally I didn’t have the drink. Today I went back to get a replacement. Mind you the receipt was still attached to the cup, and Trey refused to replace the drink because according to him it was over 24 hours. I mean his staff was the one who messed up the order . Why do I need to come back within 24 hours ? I had the reciept, the drink and still did not get a replacement . Really really disappointed in Trey and his customer service .
Worst experience at the drive thru with a pregnant woman who was rude and obnoxious to when she is the one that got my drink wrong. My questions is why does management allow her to talk to customers this way and throw things in an aggressive manner and slam the window in my face. Unacceptable.
This location needs to train the people at drive thru to be polite and courteous. I work up the street and as often as I’ve come here, there’s always rude staff at drive thru. One young lady doesn’t even welcome you, she just stares at you with a blank stare, grabs your money and shoves the change at you. Terrible
Went via drive thru for breakfast. I only ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with well done bacon. The order was punched in as sausage on screen, they made the correction. The wait was long. Once I got my one sandwich and drove to my destination, I saw my bagel was burnt and the bacon was chewy; I threw it away. What a waste of time and money.
We all know that McDonald's has some cheap, really bad food, but the customer service from the cashier at this restaurant was just as bad or worse than the food. when I approached the register she was on her cellphone and talked to me without even looking up. Her tone was that of, hating being there and being annoyed by having to do her job. I get it, it must suck to work at McDonald's and even if it didn't, sometimes one doesn't feel like working but we still do it. If I could give this place o stars I would. That staff and management that I have encountered was rude and disrespectful. I was charged 3 times for 1 order and when I brought it to the managers attention. Her English speaking translator told me there was nothing she could do about it and laughed in my face. There was another manager that was contacted about an hour after and was of no help at all. He was to focused on being defensive and arguing instead of finding out what the issue was and correcting it. He literally got in a screaming match with my sister when she told him there is no reason there should be 3 pending transactions for 1 purchase. The customer service line was useless because they hung up on me twice.

Sal the person taking my order is not the best listener at ALL. I specifically asked for a #5 with an orange juice and more. I get my orange juice and no 10pc or fries? After making me wait in the parking lot. Then driving back in the drive thru I'm sitting in the drive thru and no one is in the window to take my order nor the speaker..another 2 minutes waiting at the window for something I ordered...for him to say "the next window will handle it" he didn't bother listening to me, terrible customer service. NEVER in stock of strawberry bannana smoothies
I order Buffalo sauce twice and they do not listen. Buffalo sauce not BBQ sauce. Will not be stopping anymore after swim going somewhere else. It awesome you get home and find out no one cares they just take your money and not give you what you want.
Not 24 hours... 5:08am...
ZERO STARS!!! We came through the drive through here last evening and was told to pull into drive through spot #2 while we wait for our food. Another car was already parked in parking spot #1. Unbeknownst to us, our food comes out but was delivered to parking spot #1. After now waiting for <10 mins a manager comes to our car and asks "what are you waiting for?". After replying that we still didn't get our food, she tells us that I food was already given away... We had to then go inside where the manager (Lucille) tells us it is "our fault" that our food was delivered to the wrong car even though we followed directions and parked where instructed. The manager then proceeds to remake our order angrily and threw the bags with our food on the counter and walked away without even a "Sorry" or a remorseful attitude. We will no longer be coming to this McDonalds.
This place is the slowest in the counter. By the time we got our food is was cold.
Dealt with 2 rude workers tonight… just trying to get Icecream when one was rude right off the bad while taking my order, proceeded to be rude laughing and giggling while eying me down through the window while making food with her coworker, when she came to the window she pushed the food at me and gave me rude looks. Had to go to another restaurant because I didn’t trust them with not tampering with our food :/
Lazy people, i waited 20 min for a simple order
Service is non-existent at the counter for mobile pickup orders. You’ll see your order just sitting back there getting cold, but you can’t get it handed over to you because there are NEVER any employees paying attention to whoever’s standing at the pickup counter. What’s worse is that even after an employee eventually notices you standing there from their periphery, they’ll continue to pretend that you’re invisible. This location desperately needs a new manager who is actually motivated to introduce the concept of customer service to the employees.
