I went in to get the a quarter pounder and at first my order was messed up. When I explained what happened at the first window, Stacy came over right away and got everything done in 5 minutes and didn’t have me waiting an excessive amount of time!! Very friendly and helpful and great location and great staff!

I absolutely had to leave a 5 star review, especially for their manager Hallie. When a mistake was made, she immediately rectified the situation in such a kind and professional manner. Even the tone she spoke in was very understanding. Thank you for making my night, as a hungry pregnant lady!

This was one of the best fast food experiences I have ever had. There was a slight problem with my order, upon returning they let me keep my first order and made a brand new one. The manager also included a hash brown for my wait. Hands down excellent customer service from everyone at this location, will be coming back and frequenting the East Meadow location more often!

It's like any other McDonalds. You order burgers and drinks, you eat them, and that's it. It's just your average McDonalds fast food joint.

I had the southwestern salad with grill chicken. It was sumptuous, I would recommend this meal choice as it is very filling and has zero carbs. Water for drink you can't go wrong! Just so you know, I'm not on Any Diet, just trying to eat a balance, nourishing meal.

The only McDonalds I trust to make my belly bigger and my soul happy. They never disappointed, and the drive thru was the first to offer two lanes in my area. Pretty fast serving, most likely to not have to pull on the side for my larger than normal orders. While McD may not be health food, if you had to go to a McD, this is the one I highly recommend.

Drive-thru was pretty quick with my large order and the staff I interacted with was friendly. They didn't out ketchup in the bag.....4 things of fries and no ketchup I wasn't aware you have to ask for that now. I was asked what kind of sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets but not if I wanted ketchup for the fries.

The food was very fresh and well done compared to other locations. The service was excellent! We had the food brought out to the parking lot and the sever came out 3 times because we kept ordering other things. Although I asked the server to wait until all the order is in, he insisted it's ok. He also came out with a beautiful condiment basket for us to select items. Each time the server was so pleasant without any frustration. It was a pleasure to shop at this location. There was ample parking and the grouds was well kept. I would say this is one of the best locations I've been too.

My major disappointment with mcdonald's in general is the app.You could only use your points once and you can't use a discount reward at the same time.So if you have enough points to say buy 3 cheeseburgers, you can't get 3 cheeseburgers. You could only get one and half the wait a few hours to go back there again and get it.How about that. Meantime, you go to Burger King. You could use all your points at once.That's why i've been to baraking a lot more than mcdonald's, and become more of a burger king customer.

I placed an order at the drive-thru and paid my bill .I was told to pull over to an open spot because my food was being prepared. It took about 5 minutes for me to get my order.

It appears the fresh beef is re heated when it's ordered, you couldn't cook it in 15 seconds and have it barely warm in the center yet thoroughly cooked. It's also a shame the fries are eternally luke warm at best. Maybe it's the store i go to. Also what happened to the mustard? No places here have it.

I used the drive thru. I had to repeat My McRewards number 4 or 5 times. I had to repeat items on my order 3 or 4 times. While this could be due to a faulty intercom, from my end, it seemed like the employee just wasn't listening. To whit: I asked for orange juice instead coffee on my breakfast meal and he asked what I wanted in my medium coffee.

Service was slow. Getting food delivered to the table is good and all. But, you shouldn't have to wait six or seven minutes after paying for your order. That's not really fast food.

This is like most of the other McDonald's. The food is okay for what it is. There is one pet peeve of mine that they are guilty of; only one of McDonald's locations care at ALL about the quality of their sweet tea. Hint - this one DOESN'T! Only the Wantagh location cares enough whether it is sweet or not. Different owners...

Review of McDonald's not necessarily this store. Went though drive-thru. The wait was long (not fast food by any means) but it may have been because there were 2 lines and I got on the wrong one. (Two lines block people from driving through parking lot.) Haven't been to McDonald's in a long time and didn't realize they no longer have healthy versions of food like grilled chicken or egg whites. I won't be back to McDonald's for another very long time.

Food was great, service was great, trying to get in and out of the parking lot is a different story, it took me close to 10 minutes to be able to pull into the parking lot due to traffic in the lot, took me close to 45 minutes to exit the lot due to traffic on the lot. I suggest that the establishment looks into building a merge lane to enter and exit the establishment

FOOD/PRICING: The food is never hot. Hospital staff come here because it’s literally our only choice after MIDNIGHT. The food is barely lukewarm. Also after 3am they will accept cash only. They are also using a calculator and not the register. The total is always a rounded amount like they are making it up. $17, $13, $11. I have never been to McDonald’s where the amount is always solid money, no cents. PROMOS: they are stealing the mnopoly pieces from the eligible items. I recently ordered large fries and there was no piece on the box so i asked the drive-thru attendant "no monopoly piece? she said uhm, let me go see. I gave the confused face because what do you mean let me go see. She said oh we are out of the pieces. I said how when its affixed to the box? she shut the window, turned to talk to someone and then she reached in her pocket and gave me a monopoly piece. She said here, just take it. I said thanks. How ridiculous is that? Employees are not even eligible for a prize. Taking what the customer paid for or is entitled to for yourself is not okay. INSIDE RESTAURANT: Always clean tables and counters. WALK-IN SERVICE: Slow, they pay more attention to the drive thru orders and will leve you standing there. Once I just went over to the kiosk and ordered because they were ignoring the line. PERKS: Kiosk inside to skip the line. Delivery Platform window for easy pick-ups.

I only go here cause it's close, but whether you order from an app or just do the drive thru, they can never get a single order right. the food is mcdonald's but the service is hit or miss - very stingy on their portions for french fries and doesn't always get the order right. feels like it takes forever to get an order at times. like more than 8 minutes every time.

Since new morning workers came in this place went downhill. I used to be able to get coffee and a drink through the app order before my shift at 4am. Now whenever i go they always say that they take cash only in the morning which isnt what i want to hear before going to work early as i do. Girl at drive thru pick up window nasty. 1:00 Wed afternoon. We asked for napkins and she practically yelled at us they were in the bag then shut the window on us.

The plays was not vary clean...there was food stuffs still on top of the tabil and trash underneath the tabil. Everthing felt sticky and no way to clean it off. I found it vary unprofessional that the staff was out in the dining area tacking up seating where the customers should be sitting. Thay need a brack room.

Went there for some 1am snacks with a friend. They refused totlet us pay separately, we both got smokehouse burgers with stale buns, and our apple pies were cold with one half missing. Wouldn't recommend, in all honesty. More shocked about a burger with stale bread than anything else but man the food sucked. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they were open at least but I probably won't go back and the 20 minute wait for a 3 car line didn't help.

I can’t recall one pleasurable experience here. I don’t know why I still bother, but it’s a convenient location. They will park you for the smallest order. And do not bother coming after 9pm, they seem to cut their staff to the bare minimum at night and you will wait 20+ minutes in the drive-thru. If you don’t want to pay workers to work the late shift, don’t stay open 24/7. If you’re in the area, just go to the one in Levittown.

Every time I come to this location something is always missing or takes longer than expected to than other locations. Also if you want to park and go inside they put palettes on parking spots to prevent you from parking. Leaving you to wait on the 20 car line for a drive through.

They need to clean house at this location. The lack of respect and training is absurd. They just stick the food out of the window and stare at you. This happened several times. We have never been to this location... needless to say, we won't again. We decided to order to stay. The service was horrible. They lost our ticket so our order was never made. We were 3 of 6 orders this happened to... Management pointed blame, but never truly resolved any issues. 20 minutes later our order was made with no apologies. My husband's quarter pounder with cheese meal was a joke; the quarter pounder looked like a burger off the dollar menu and his fries were cold. I had a breakfast meal. It was ok... sandwich was messy but fixable to eat. Not a good micky d's experience.

Me and my fiance stopped here leaving the hospital, at 2:45 Am, on 1/15/2022. They charged her full price, then blamed my fiance when they had to redo the transaction when It was made clear that we had a coupon, and asked if he could scan the qr code for the nuggets. They verbally degraded my fiance, and when I want to ask for the employee and the managers name, they shrugged at me and wouldnt tell me their names. Tonight our members decided to purchase food from this establishment, driving 10 mins to buy food. When the members returned they realized that food was missing so they drove back to explain to the manager on duty that there was food missing. The manager named Earnest Bruno basically told the members that they were wrong and the food that was purchased was personally placed in the bag by him and refused to give the missing purchase to our members. The manager Ernest Bruno is disrespectful, unprofessional and should be retrained on customer service. We will never go back and support this business.

Simple breakfast order completely messed up, which took 3 attempts sending it back and 20 MINUTES to receive and was still incomplete. Spoke with both Manager and General Manager and was politely blown off without correcting the order. Finally spoke with their District Manager who was professional and understanding. I did not look to receive anything free and I politely refused the District Managers offer of a free meal. I only post this because I wanted to make sure that they correct their way of handling customer orders and complaints.

Unfortunately not very good service. The managers have to do a better job at being courteous. I asked for a cup for water (after placing a $40 order) and the staff was to scared to provide the cup - they had to wait for manager. The manager passed cup rudely and walked away? The next two times my experience was the same staff unhappy and scared of managers.

Went there last night after a concert, after ordering the line took about 20 minutes to move. When we finally got up to the window they forgot a drink and when we asked for it, it took another 5 minutes just for a coke. The worst part though, when I got home I found a sticker in my burger. Five stars if you go inside. The drive thru at this location is a dumpster fire and should be zero stars. I don't know who thought it was a good idea to have two lanes to order from, but it's clear the workers get too overwhelmed by it. Everytime I'm here, it's a guarantee they mess up the order. I'm only getting one or two items. Not complicated! I don't think they messed up a single time over the years before the remodel though so that my best guess what is happening. It didn't seem to shorten the wait time either because there is still only one lane to pay and pickup from.

Almost every time I go through the drive-thru they can't deliver my food to me right away. I have to pull up somewhere. Then I ordered chicken nuggets. They asked me what kind of sauce I want. I tell them and then they bring me the chicken nuggets with no sauce. I can't believe that you're paying $18 from McDonald's food and then they don't even get the order right.

The African American lady who works here on Sundays at night has a bad attitude problem. I thanked her for giving me my order. I asked for barbecue sauce. She gave me two packets of sauce and then one fell out of my hand, right after which she closed the drive through window in my face and walked away. She has given attitude to me before, made passive aggressive comments after mistaking my order with someone else's, and I brushed it off as her having a bad day. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a while.

Came here to pick up an Uber order and I was asked for a code. I show her the person I'm picking up for and the employee just takes it upon herself as I'm showing her the info on my phone and starts to touch my phone screen to see more details instead of just asking to do so and then slams the food on the shelf and walks away. Extremely unprofessional plus she looked like she was a manager but not 100% sure. Never going here again.

30 minute wait for a single solitary Big Mac which was ordered in advance via mobile app! If I wanted this kind of service I would live in NYC!

I ordered just 5 dollar mc chicken meal at 8:19 pm and they could not gave me till 8:35 very bad service, no one was even carrying, every 5 minutes you have to find a person and ask about your order. They are just focusing on drive thru customers. Very slow service. And ignoring customers

Whoever was on shift in the drive thru June 22 at 11 PM was completly rude. I was telling her my order. I asked my girlfriend what she wanted, she took not even 5 seconds to decide but it was to late, she told us to go to the next window, i wait there because we weren’t finished and she comes back on the microphone VERY rudely asking if i finally have my entire order ready. I will be contacting corporate about this rude behavior. I understand it’s busy but i would NEVER rush a customer for taking SECONDS to decide on a meal. 😐 AND from the looks of it, she has been a problem to other people.
