Tasty food, very clean and good service. The food portions are bigger than expected.
I love chipotle but just like every other chain restaurant, they’re hit or miss. If I’ve never been to other chipotle’s I’d think this one was great but honestly I’ve had better, their food is still great nonetheless.
Food is good but didn't have all the options I see in other Chipotle places. And again the overflowing trash is a Chipotle brand I guess. Very dirty. Again I still go there time to time because the food is good.
The food here does what it needs to go but I just ordered here and had a very bad customer service experience: basically the kid just put the wrong meat in my bowl and refused to make me another one, heck he gave me an attitude about having to make me another bowl.T he other customers on line had to vouch for me; good thing because i didn’t want to cause a scene. but yes, hempstead chip, please reassess your how your staff handle issues.
The area where sodas are poured from the fountain is always messy. This has been my experience whether I arrived midday or close to closing. In addition there were no containers for takeout hot sauce.
This place is a mess. Food is all over the place and dried spit on the glass separator. They can't take an order properly and just fill the bowl with what they want. Then they try to overcharge you intentionally and pretend to make a mistake when you catch them. This is not the first time Chipotle charged me the incorrect amount. If I didn't know any better, I would think this is standard practice.
Gives bare minimum food multiple times to a grown ass man bruh (myself). Are we serious? 13$ meal for me to get bare minimum food like I’m a lil kid. Do a better job @chipotle employees
I’m so disappointed cause i just wasted my money and im not coming back here no more this is the 3rd time i go there and the people are always rude. when you ask for extra food or something extra, they give you a little bit of amount and when you ask for more, they still give you a little bit of amount and it’s like don’t play games with me cause i’m here to spend my money and not only that the rice is not even cooked, It’s hard and cold and it’s just not cooked whatsoever.
Just placed an order from here through Door Dash. Was pleasantly surprised when the food was ready and picked up quickly. Ordered a salad. When I received my order, said salad had no lettuce. 😐 The label even had “salad with salad lettuce on it” and they still forgot it. The bowl I ordered even had some lettuce on it. Since the rest of the food was good, I gave it an extra star
Most poorly run Chipotle in existence, with the most unprofessional, impolite, rude, standoffish employees. Not only do they refuse to use the designated pickup shelf for mobile orders, but they also refuse to acknowledge your presence while you’re standing there waiting for one of them to just hand you the order you’re waiting for. They all just act like you’re totally invisible, while your order is packed and just sitting back there getting cold. There were also only 3 employees total. This location desperately needs a new manager who is able to schedule an adequate amount of employees at all times and can train these employees on the fundamentals of customer service. These employees who just ignore people were probably raised by parents who are just as disgustingly impolite and unfriendly.
My order was delivered via door dash. Needless to say, Chipotle Uniondale got my order wrong. I drove 10 minutes to the Uniondale location in hopes they would rectify the mistake. Instead I got the run around and the manager, Keiry would not do the right thing by re making my order correctly. He would not budge. He was rude and had zero people skills. How do you make someone a manger that cannot speak English, has zero customer service skills and does not admit to when his employees got the order wrong?!? I will never order from this establishment ever again. Mr. Mejia, the store manager gaslit me, was unprofessional, not to mention there was a language barrier and he needed his worker to translate for him. It's a shame that Chipotle doesn't stand behind their service. They took my money and I never received the correct order. I will NOT be eating at this establishment ever again. Shame on you Uniondale Chipotle.
Didn't even get to eat here because as I was waiting for someone to take my order I saw a a roach crawling around inside the display window where all the food is. Cleanliness is a definite issue if that's the first thing I'm seeing before I place an order. Customer service could use improvement as well since after they helped the customer in front of me I was the only one on line and no one acknowledged me even as I walked out. I could have brought the roach issue to their attention but didn't enjoy being ignored especially since I was literally the only customer. I understand they want to go home since it was 15 minutes to closing but still disappointed.
The worst run chipotle on Long Island. It is a guaranteed 15+ minute wait every time you go in there. They have 1 person working during lunch time (the only hard worker in there) while the manager walks around with a scowl making himself look busy so he doesn’t actually have to do any work. Will never go back. Awful!
I’m honestly disappointed with my experience at this Chipotle location. I usually enjoy coming to Chipotle for a quick, fresh meal, but this visit was far from pleasant. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the place was poorly managed and lacked basic cleanliness. The floors were sticky, tables were covered in crumbs and spills, and even the counter area where the food is served looked messy and unorganized. It’s hard to feel comfortable eating when the atmosphere itself feels unsanitary. The customer service was practically nonexistent. The employees seemed uninterested and rushed, with little to no acknowledgment of the customers waiting in line. When it was finally my turn to order, the person behind the counter barely spoke or made eye contact. There was no friendliness or effort to make the experience positive — just a quick assembly of ingredients and a dismissive attitude. What made it worse was the appearance of the food. It didn’t look fresh at all — the rice was dry, the vegetables looked wilted, and the meat didn’t have that just-cooked quality Chipotle is usually known for. For a restaurant that promotes fresh and flavorful meals, this visit felt like the complete opposite. Overall, this Chipotle location needs serious improvement in both cleanliness and customer service. Management should take more pride in maintaining a welcoming and sanitary environment because right now, it’s just not there. I’m giving two stars only because the brand itself is usually reliable, but this specific experience was a real disappointment and not one I’d want to repeat anytime soon.
Jose should never work in customer service again. This place needs a new manager because he doesn’t know how to keep his workers in check. I wait 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I am told that online orders are more important than me. I am laughed at while jose rolls his eyes at me. I have never been charged for a side of cheese and sour cream but today I was. Not sure why I was told that other orders were more important than me, but I have never been treated like that. If Jose doesn’t get fired, I suggest he quits.
Ordered from here on uber eats. 0/10. The portions are terrible, and the chips taste like they were bathed in salt. I never leave reviews but there’s no reason why we should pay so much for poor quality food.
I was wondering why my total went up after using my rewards. When my code was scanned, it should have shown that the items weren’t added in the bag, and the cashier was supposed to ask me what the code was for. Instead, she ended up charging me for something else i didnt ask for😐. I know how this is supposed to work since I used to work at the Merrick location, so I realized right away it wasn’t handled correctly
All I came to buy was two large containers of guac. Not sure what sort of “No Waste” policy the manager of this location enforces here but it must be serious because the employee looked me dead in the eye and scooped from a container of oxidized guacamole to fill up my two large containers instead of grabbing a fresh new pan of guac. The store was busy so I didn’t want to be difficult and comment but I regret not kindly asking the employee to switch the pan to a fresh container. As a previous fast food employee, I 100% pin this on the manager because I know the penny pinching pressure managers exude toward employees to not waste things or give customers large portions. Huge turn off and makes me think the positive reviews for this location are rigged. I’m not even a Karen like that but I am 100% reporting this incidence to corporate because I respectfully feel crazy for paying for this and walking out. Like bffr
