Mama Soup never misses! Back when my office was right next to them, I and the rest of the staff used to stop by all the time. since we moved to a new location, but we still order from them—that’s how good they are. Their omelettes, sandwiches, breakfast platters… all spot on. And the soup? Absolutely amazing. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and top quality. No matter what you order, it always comes exactly as you expect—delicious. Plus, the staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. My only wish? That they’d be open on Saturdays for breakfast!

Absolutely the BEST fish filet sandwich I have EVER had! Fantastic! The soups are amazing also! The only drawback is the location of the restaurant. You cannot just park and pick up Your order. But, it's worth it! I will definitely be back to buy my lunch from Mama Soup! 😋 🍲

Went for the 1st time and loved this place. I got a turkey avocado wrap. My mom got a pot pie soup and a half Mama's honey chicken salad sandwich. Everything was delicious! I took half my wrap home. My mom took her soup home. Next time I'm getting that chicken salad! It was amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Place is big w lots of seating. Parking can be a pain because it's metered street parking.

Fantastic service and delicious food. Even when they get busy (which they do) they still manage to accommodate their customers. Decent prices compared to other options in the area. Definitely my go-to place!

the swiss watch of mineola. calls and orders fly in, orders and deliveries fly out. And the food is great too. The best and only place in town you should go to eat. I don't care where you from, they got what you need, and what you need is mama soup. They've got soups, they got sandwiches, wraps and chowders. Everything good For breakfast or lunch, They even cater.

Came here to get lunch several times, and my mouth still waters whenever I think about this place. Out of all the places around Mineola that I've tried so far, this one is the best. I always get the tomato soup and the hot chicken sandwich, I've never felt inclined to try the other items because I only crave these two things from Mama Soup. I've heard some people say that there are some items here which are bland and lacking in flavor, but I wouldn't know, because the two things I always get are always on point. Tomato Soup: It's not the best tomato soup I've ever had (the honor goes to Cafe Gossip), but Mama Soup's tomato soup is served with little cubed of grilled cheese sandwich bites that make me so happy to eat. The soup itself is more bland in flavor, but still has the acid punch of the tomatoes, so I still enjoy it. Personally, if I were making it, I'd add some more cheese, spices, and heavy cream to make it more sumptuous. 4/5 Hot Chicken Sandwich: One of the best sandwiches I've had, with the perfect balance of peppers, sauce, meat, and veggies. The portion is great and I usually still have half a sandwich to eat for dinner after eating the other half with the soup. The kick is there and pleasant. They've nailed the composition of this sandwich, I wish I could eat it again soon! 5/5 The food is great, and there's plenty of seats if you'd like to dine in. However the wait for the food is rather long, about 15-20 minutes for an order, but I find it's worth the wait. Hope to stop by again when I can!

Update - the service and the food has gotten better. They have more regular staff now which has improved things a lot.

Disappointed. I don't normally leave poor reviews, but I really believe this place needs one... The food I ordered tasted good, but unfortunately I found a small, thin hair inside one half of my wrap (I know it wasn't mine, which is long and dyed an unnatural color) 🤢 On top of that, the unsweetened iced tea I ordered had a strong, burnt-rubber flavor likely from being brewed improperly or in a dirty kettle, making it undrinkable and I had to throw it out. For the price point here (as others have commented on), I expect better food safety and quality control so I don’t feel comfortable ordering again. 🫤

Mama soup should be synonymous with PRICE GOUGING. Take a look at the small chicken salad I ordered for $5.00. It’s literally in a container used for sauces and dressings. Two bites and it’s gone. Should be ashamed of yourselves for swindling your customers like this.

This place is absolutely horrible. Firstly the food is terrible. They make all the wraps they serve days in advance and then they sit in a freezer. They taste like all the other food kept in the freezer. Secondly the service is a joke. The woman that works the register has the worst personality I've ever had the mis fortune of encountering. Plus she looks like she hasn't showered in a month. This is why the place is always empty. I know the owners are spoiled rich kids just pissing away daddys money but do everyone in the area a favor and close already.

When they brought it to me I said to them I can’t believe I paid that much for a soup that wasn’t even that big!! I said to them I can go to Stop and Shop and get 5 cans on sale for $5.00 and then left. I tasted the soup when I got home and it looked like pea soup lol!!! It tasted disgusting beyond words!!!!!
