My mom's new favorite restaurant 😋 Not only is the food spectacular, but the prices are crazy affordable for the portions they offer! The menu is exceptionally large and everything that we tried was super tasty! We recommend getting their cơm tấm dishes as well as their squid items 🍚🦑 * Mango Cuttlefish Salad: 9/10 - could've used more squid but the flavors were delicious * Crunchy Fried Calamari: 8/10 - crispy but portion was small * Special Rice Dish with All Toppings: 9/10 - tasty and portion was huge * Rice Dish with Pork Chop, Pork Skin, and Egg Cake: 9/10 - pork chop was grilled nicely * Wintermelon Drink w/ Chia Seeds: 10/10 - super refreshing The interior is also extremely cute and designed to make you feel like you're in Vietnam. My parents found it to be a smart design choice to offer a lot of booths instead of regular chairs since everyone likes booths more. The workers were very polite and welcoming which made our visit even more enjoyable. It's located in a pretty isolated plaza so you should be able to find a parking spot pretty easily. It was our first time coming here, but we'll be coming back more often 💗
This place is really cool 😎 I love that they make it seem like you're on the streets of a little village in Vietnam and that you can peek into rooms that people are dining in - which are like a kitchen at home or dining room, etc. The decor is fascinating. I love the wine wall! Asian restaurants typically don't have a large wine selection. This one does!! We will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!!
Food was amazing. I got a side of balut in tamarind sauce and it was 10/10. The con tam deal was great, it comes with winter melon drink
Their sauce is really good and the price is competitive. Besides, the restaurant brings back lots of memories from the old Sai Gon. For a dine-in restaurant, not only the quality of food, but the atmosphere is also a must. I believe the owner is on the right track and may beat their top rival-Oc&Lau one day.
This restaurant is my favorite spot for takeout. The staff are friendly, and the food is always consistent and reasonably priced.
It was a great place to get Vietnamese Ốc! I loved the Saigon Xưa feel to the restaurant. They have a nice deal with a sampler platter of different clams & escorgot with 3 different sauces that was worth it. Definitely recommend they mango squid salad and fried rice as well.

This place takes you back to the streets of Vietnam. Very cool atmosphere, the food was also very traditional.
A variety of seafood to choose from served Vietnamese style. The place is great for groups with loud enough music that you don’t have to worry about your group being too loud. The walls are decorated to mimic the storefronts you might find along a Vietnamese strip and give the place a low key and relaxed feeling. All in all, I enjoyed the experience.
Food is good, the decor is fun, but it's kinda expensive for viet food

Pros: - The interior design of the restaurant is typical of old-fashioned Vietnamese street food. - The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. - There are many Vietnamese dishes, with a variety of seafood dishes. - There are many types of drinks to choose from, and they are looking good. - Friendly service Cons: - The air conditioner is on so strong that if you sit right at the vent, it can give you a headache. - The music is so loud that it's hard for the family to eat and talk at the same time. - I'm not comfortable with their restrooms. There are many stalls, but men and women share the same space, which has led to some embarrassing situations. - The food is relatively good, but some dishes are cold by the time they get to the table.
Old fashion Vietnamese decor. This place has book shelves filled with Japanese manga in Vietnamese version. Mediocre food at an affordable price. This place is suitable for drinking.
Cute restaurant that makes you feel like you’re eating on the streets of Saigon! They have a unique second concept where they have a copycat com tam ba ghien menu ( a Michelin guide restaurant located in Saigon). The portion and flavors are very similar to the one in Vietnam; it was executed well! The portions from this special menu also come with a refreshing winter melon tea. Things I didn’t like: - during my visit the restaurant was FREEZING cold - the music was extremely loud, there were not a lot of people for a Saturday morning so it felt out of place -Service was quite slow, and the timing for food was poorly managed. In our party of 8, everyone’s orders arrived except for 2, who had to wait an additional 15 minutes after everyone else had been served. This created a very inconvenient experience.
We tried over $100 for different dishes here, and I would say it's 6.5/10 for the quality compared to the other locations they have. Customer service is okay and not too bad, but it's hard to catch their attention since they have different areas with a hidden corners. It would be better if they designated the server into a specific area to avoid missing serving clients properly. Plenty of parking in the front, and we did not have to wait when we arrived without reservations. Planning to return? Maybe not, since another location has a better quality of the taste of food, so maybe I will stick with the other one. However, this location is more prominent and has authentic decorations that remind you of Vietnam and how the country's streets look for photos and feel the vibe. If you do not care about how the food tastes, go to this location instead and can enjoy the view and the food.

2 stars for the friendly staff and service. The food deserves no star for the subpar quality. We sampled almost the entire menu over $300 total in bill. Everything is closed to not edible, and we didn't even mind the $10+ per dish.
Foods was ok, but no way that i have to wait almost an hour to get my check ticket. Got ignore couple times by waiter, so I just get up and go straight to cashier to pay and leave.

I love this place back then, but now it’s uncomfortable for me to eat. First, the waiting time is long. Second, the red stools were very uncomfortable for me to sit on. Why can’t you get chairs instead of stools? After a long period of time, my right knee started to hurt. Have chairs, not cheap plastic stools! It’s all about quality. And last, the waiting time for food. If the stools aren’t enough, the waiting time for the food to come out is too long. I’ve waited over 20 minutes for my food to no avail. Also keep in mind that this is a small restaurant that it cannot hold a lot of people. How can you run a restaurant that doesn’t have enough space? Like I always say, small space equals uncomfortableness and a waste of nearly an hour of my time while I could have eaten at a more bigger place. Seriously, don’t go to this place. It’s a waste of your precious free time and you have a lot of heartaches. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

1) Terrible customer service, they don't know how to serve correctly, when they serving the hotpot, they placed the 2 foots tall food rack (only noodle and veggies plate) right in front of you which blocking access to the hotpot. 2) The hotpot has lot of soup but not much seafood inside, and taking really long time until we asked for our food. then propane gas was out, we have to wait and call to get a new propane can. 3) the lychee drink was pack of ice in a 16oz cup, has no room left for the liquid, see photos, with purely syrup. Also, the Thai tea has too much cream. 4) another annoying that the girl sitting behind me was talking on the phone via speaker is really loud, doing a tech support for her sister 😡 You should go to Oc & Lau restaurant for better experience.
The place looks nice, but the food and service were very disappointing. Who on earth charges for water? I have no idea how they still managed to mess up my order despite me making it very clear. The food was bland and even a bit gross, very difficult to eat. I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

The food quality at this place is barely acceptable, but the service was really disappointing. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming, and it felt like they did not really care about the customers. I was eating shellfish for quite a while, almost finished, before they finally brought me a bucket for the shells. Not a very pleasant experience.
