The Banh Khot here is excellent. Nước mắm is well done. All the rau thơm and salad are very fresh. Recommended!

I have to say they have the best oc len xao dua in my opinion. I've tried oc len at oc va lau and a few more famous places in OC but this is the best place so far. Banh khot is also good, its fresh made and the nuoc mam is good. I really like all the vegetable wraps they gave us various types just like in vietnam. Pha lau is okay, good thing is its very clean, the broth today was somehow salty but its not that big of a deal, the banh mi they gave us with it is crispy and hot. Overall, the space is kinda small but very clean and the staffs are friendly. The price is amazing!!! 3 dishes for around ~$38 (approximately $12 per dish). Please give it a try because I we didn't plan to go there in the first place and still was surprised by ittttr

Everything we ordered was sooooo good. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and tasty. It was my first time trying banh khot and it was so good! The garlic noodles were packed with so much flavor and had the perfect texture. The shaken beef that came with the garlic noodles was cooked perfectly and practically melted in your mouth. Last but not least the salmon was so crispy and a nice healthy choice! Loved this place. Definitely coming back. (The garlic noodles with shaken beef was so good we ordered one to go)

Great banh khot without having to wait hours, and came with plenty of fresh greens, pickled radish and sauce. Their luc lac (shaken beef) was impressively tender and well flavored and came with a nice selection of veggies on the side. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant is cute and well kept.

Love their banh khot! It’s crispy and tastes great! Great service by everyone and was always available for questions and requests. I like that the restaurant is located outside of Westminster so no need to deal with traffic. They also offer a variety of other foods that I will definitely come back again to try.

I very much enjoyed my dinner here last night. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our visit. The menu is the perfect size and each menu item is perfected and served beautifully. I very much enjoyed the Vietnamese pancakes as I would consider this their signature dish. The restaurant is very well organized and clean and I will 100 percent be coming back. The vibe of the place is very pleasant as many groups dine and chat as dishes are brought out as soon as they are ready. If on the fence, you should for sure give this place a try!

We ordered 2 orders of bánh khọt (mini shrimp pancakes) and 1 small order of chả giò (egg rolls) for the 2 of us to share. We also ordered 2 more bánh khọt to go. All was good! The bánh khọt is not as thin and crisp compared to other bánh khọt places, but good enough. They give more greens (lettuce, perilla, mint, cilantro) compared to other places. Chả giò lacked flavor, a bit bland, not much meat, and deep fried just right (although we prefer a bit more crunchy). But the egg rolls were of good size and great for the price charged. (Under $2 for each roll and comes with plenty of greens). The nước mắm (fish sauce) was not always consistent. Sometimes, it was a tad too salty. Most of the time, it was just right. This means it's freshly made (?). Foods served with small individual bowls of nước mắm and small individual plates to share without having to ask for them, which is great! The servers are always friendly, which is what we like most about this place. Give this place a try next time you're near it!

Cute, clean and small place. Been here when they 1st opened and it was open and that was years ago. Friends decided to go here and I was abit hesitant since I didn’t like the quality before. BUT it improved ALOT.., services very attentive, friendly w/ smile, and helpful too. There is only one guy there with a cook. The place got inside 5-6 tables an outside a 4 seats window table. The foods are (Or mostly) great and very tasty, especially with the banh Khot…quite delish. The decor is simple but bright and felt cozy & homey. The only thing that I didn’t like is they bring one dish at a time so that just taken a lot of time and waiting for us, good thing that we do the sharing or else this would be something. I gave 4 instead of 5 cause of the waiting.

Ordered a party tray of their banh khot and we like the overall experience. We were given a plenty of vegetables and dipping sauce. Price was reasonable, but we thought the banh khot here were on the doughy, chewy side. We preferred it more crunchy. Overall, its okay as a backup but not good enough as a number 1 spot for banh khot.

After 6hr drive from SJ, was craving for some Banh Xeo and Spring rolls but ended up being disappointed. - The taste had a distinct flavor like the shrimps were not throughly cleaned. - The rolls were too bland. - The sugarcane drink was 90% ice! - Water is not free I would stay away and try other restaurants in the area would be my advice.
