The service is usually fast here. The dining room and restrooms are clean. Staff is also friendly. Even when the drive-thru lines are long, they are generally pretty fast getting customers in and out of there.

Great food! The Director Brenda was amazing, she was very welcoming, she was wearing a smile on her face at all times. Went in during my lunch break and was in and out. Restaurant was very clean.

Service was nice and good. Got the spicy chicken deluxe, fries and cookies and cream milkshake. Sandwich was okay, but the sauces made it taste better. Fries and milkshake were really good though. Came in for a gift card and the person that gave it to me never took off his gloves . He was touching the screen of the cash register . Also the gift card was given greasy. I asked for a new one and they couldn’t. Mind you the guy is touching everything . He was touching everyone else’s food. That’s a food safety issue. Never changed his gloves.

Came here on holiday hoping to get a million mini shrimp. When i asked the cashier she gave me an incredulous look and asked if i was high. Of course i had my prescription medication but that was nothing more than a 50mg of valium. Apparently they 'dont serve that' and 'never have.' Please don’t go at night with the drive Thru crew because they’re so busy even if you are alone and behind only 1 car in the drive thru they will forcefully wait and chit chat instead of being proactive and just walking over to take our order. Yes I chose the wrong lane, next time I’ll use my telepathic powers to choose the correct one.

Just leaving Chick-fil-A now (9/15 at 8:52pm) not sure the girl’s name that worked the drive thru the one that hands the food to cars but she was horrible, she had the worse attitude I couldn’t believe how snappy she got with me when I told her my order was wrong she was basically “it is what it is”. Not helpful at all. I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A for years with my son never once had a bad experience until today. Hope somebody talks to her.

Preferred through drive through, they forgot an item so I had to go back. I came back into the establishment and the cashier asked me my name and I told her my name, while the bag they had given me with my receipt with my name was facing her. She comes back and says Ruben right? I told her no and I told her my correct name. I don't even write reviews but smh lol

Didn’t give me a straw, OK so I’m drinking this Soda the old-fashioned way, didn’t give me any sauce all right half the reason I come to this place is for the sauce, and then didn’t give any napkins. Come on now how do you forget every single thing you’re supposed to put in the bag other than the food? I’m not one to complain about petty stuff, but this is just plain old, not caring. You think at 20 bucks an hour the simple stuff was achievable. Maybe hire some older people these kids don’t seem to care.
