I've been coming here for so long I know the cooks by name. My order is very specific I call it a special request and there are only 2 cooks so far that get it right everrrrry time. Thanks EVER and AJ they never disappoint. If there not working I'm not ordering PERIOD
I love the chicken there lemon pepper are Hots original very good and I love the French fry just let me know you want a little extra seasoning they give it to you on the side I like to mix my season in the ranch and dip my chicken and french fries in it what a lovely time for eating
Before visiting my Brother in Lawndale, we talked on the phone about what to eat and decided on Wingstop. Although Wingstop has a variety of flavors to choose from, Brother & I kept it simple and ordered Lemon Pepper Wings & Cajun French Fries. Brother ordered online and I was on my way to Wingstop (Gardena) for pick up. Arrived at Wingstop within 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and order was ready. Arrived at my Brother's 15 minutes later and it was time to grub. Wings & Cajun Fries were on point. Washed it down with Cactus Cooler soda. Overall my food at this particular Wingstop in Gardena was good.
Order online and it's ready when you get there. This is a great help. I order before leaving work and proof! The wings taste good! This is a great go to meal.
Had the best service here today the african American gentleman that took my order was very professional and nice. Service like that makes me want to visit again.keep up the good job I visited on 7/22/17 at 930pm

If you don't know, now you know! This wingstop has excellent customer service. I order two chicken sandwiches combo and some wings on the side... yahir and his team of coworkers hooked the food up for ya boy!! They never disappoint at all...
It use to be good. You can see all the grease at the bottom of the container and if you don't specify they will drown your fries in seasoning... Disgusting now

My dad always send me here when he need his lemon pepper fix. This location is all good, small bit spacious in a sense. All the employees that I’ve dealt with at this location seem cool like they actually wanna be doing their job. Keep up the good work!

I came here for after visiting a different location and was way more satisfied with the service and food quality. This is my new Wingstop.
They're boneless chicken wings are good but I paid $14 for 10 wings that weren't that good + I ordered an xtra sauce they didn't give me. There quite xpensive & I won't be going back.
Good food. Just pick it up on time other wise expect cold mushy fries. The good thing is they will replace them. Worth a try.
Wing stop has always been my favorite place to get wings, and this place didn't disappoint. The area seems sketchy, so I suggest ordering in advance. NO DINE IN

It does not take 35 minutes to cook well done wings. It usually takes 18-20... which is what I was told on the phone. I get there 20 min after I placed my order and was told 9 more minutes. I waited 15 more minutes and was given attitude when I asked why it took so long. Very rude. 2nd and 3rd star is because the food did still smack.
Food was great service was okay I didn't like the fact that when I ordered online it gave me a time that the food would be ready but it wasn't. I even got there after it said it would be ready and I still had to wait.

The last time I came to this location I observed a worker that was cooking with extremely long nails with no gloves on . I caught her kind of picking at her nails and showing them to her co workers and continued cooking the meals . Right when I thought she was headed to wash her hands she picked up what appeared to be a tablet and then continued working on the food . That’s very disgusting. I’ve worked fast food , and I remember not being able to have polish let alone long nails . Hygiene is very important. Management should address that ASAP !

It's ok. They are slow and have a short attention span. They also don't have the drink machine with multiple drink selections. The only good thing is that the restroom was clean.
Waited a hour for my wings. Now shame on me for waiting and not going to another establishment. However the wings were good and the fries were cool. Unfortunately I don't see myself going back. P.s. outside of the waiting the customer service was okay.
The reveiws are right. They messed up my order. When I brought it to their attention they made me seem like I said the wrong order. She gave me the what else do you want look. It's not anyone else's fault but the girl taking call in orders. This was at night close to closing. Well I'm good back to my usual spot. #notcominghereagain

Poor customer service Called in an 20 peice before I could confirm that order they hung up on me When I arrived to pick up my order they handed me a 10 peice and tell me I'm sure you said 10 peice then charged me $7 difference and $1.64 for an extra dipping sauce 🙄
Placed an order through DoorDash and arrived at the store, only to be told, that they had not received my order & that I was at the wrong store. When I drove to the location given to me through the app (DoorDash) it sent me to a residential address. SMH. So, when I called DoorDash to let them know of the scenario I'd been through...they (DoorDash) wanted to call the store. NOW, coincidently, the store Has Found my order and said that it was a mistake and that I could come back. WHAT!!! 🤦🏽♂️ I was going to Fight Through The Traffic to make it Back to the store that had originally told me "Oh No, You're at the Wrong Store... Then I thought about it & said No. I Just Want A REFUND. All I wanted was my Free 2 Tighs, Some Fries & a Drink 🤷🏽♂️ 🤦🏽♂️
I always come here and have never had any issues.. however, last night i ordered a 30 piece family pack and when i got home i saw my wings looked like they were on steroids and were tasteless as in not seasoned at all!!! I bit the bullet and we ate them anyway because we were starving but i will not be going back there.. Wingstop if u read this please stick to the script.. We like the old wings and louisiana rub is a drybrub right? If i wanted what you guys gave me last night i wouldve made it at home and not had to have spent almost $40 for it!
They say 3rd time it's tbe charm, well 3rd time i visit here, 3rd time they screw something up, little distracted cashiers taking orders, not too busy inside, tell me Me 17 minutes, i go order pizza at litrle Caesars, wait for 22 minures before going in, i ask for my food cashier tells me " I called your name & i gave it to some iittle girls that said it was theirs" ummmm ok you don't ask for receipts? They said i guess not...any how ended up waiting for my order 36 miunutes.
This location doesn't even deserve the one star i gave them, but being that it wouldn't let me go lower so be it. These idividuals at this location have terrible attitudes, messed up my order twice, and didn't want to give me my drink that i paid for.. 100% disgusted
So I called 5x since they open @ 1030am and got no answer everytime, i use my shop phone one time and they answered so evidently they knew my # (complete discrimination) and I usually order here every other day cause I work near but I'm done w. This wingstop now. Terrible service! Unacceptable.
This is the last time I will place an order from WingStop after today's experience. I placed an order through the website and left specific instructions for the driver who is delivering to call me when outside so I can pick up the order. The order was marked delivered by the driver Kenny H., However there was no food delivered. I call the location to get an update, and instead of trying to reach out to the driver (via Door dash), I was given the option to wait another hour and pick up my food or a refund. I chose the refund, when asking for a confirmation, I couldn't even get that from the representative on the phone. I was told I need to "check my bank account in 2-3 days for the refund". I normally don't leave these type of reviews, but now is not the time for lazy service.
The wings were awesome, however, the customer service here is TERRIBLE! I had to return my order twice! I ordered a 50 piece. I asked for all of the flavors to be boxed separately. I also asked for Bleu cheese and ranch dressing. When I received my order, they had boxed everything together, forgotten my veggie sticks, and gave me honey mustard! Lmao!
This spot has ready gone down from guest service too food quality . Tried placing an order today at 8 Pm and the girl was very rude was playing games giggling calling me other names acting like she couldn’t hear me then put me on hold for 5 min just to hang up on my face. Last visit wings were cold and soggy .smh vet dissapointed drive the extra miles to the one in law dale since I never have issues there , management please get it together !!
Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service. If it zero stars I would give it to wingstop the gardena location. Where do I start first I call in a phone order. The guy that answer the phone took my order down. Then repeated back to me correctly. I go into wingstop to pick my order up and the order that he repeated to me is completely different from what he told. He then tells me I have to wait another 20mins for my order since it's a mistake. Why would I have to wait for a mistake on your behave when there already chicken sitting there cooked. I didn't receive a apology for the inconvenience for messing up my order who wants to pick up a order to go in the middle of Covina 19 and then still have to wait for your order on behalf of the restaurant making a mistake and then act like oh well just wait another 20mins. I dont recommend anybody go to this location at all. You will be very disappointed
They cancel orders for no reason and they look down on customers and their experience. This specific location has negative employees both in store and online. They are unexprience with customer service and are faulty with food delivery. I recommend staying out of this location.
This location is the worst I ordered from them Sunday 10/1/23 and realized it was this location (as I have bad service everytime I come here and bad customer service I just feel like if they act the way they do imagine how they handle our food) after I called to cancel and went in to be sure they said it would take 3-5 business days to receive a refund on my card I did not pick up the order called again three days they said give it five today is the fifth day no refund this is literally one of the worst locations they are very unprofessional and do not know there job the chubby guy that is always working in the front is always rude him and adi behaved talking about me as I walked away from asking about my refund and when I called the other day I spoke to Roxanne the “manager” she was unprofessional and no help , now I am going to go through corporate for a $16 refund which is very sad because I’m sure they made it seem as if I picked up my order and ate it CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN before they mess with the wrong person and regret it !!!!

I come to this winstop fairly frequently, and as of lately its been a huge hit or miss. I went yesterday on my lunch hour, and I ordered a 10 piece special and halfway through my meal I noticed that there were still feathers on the joints, plus some of the wings were extremely greasy. The fries were very greasy as well and they were not hot ( I got there within the time it said online my order would be ready).
When I arrived to pick up my order there were at least 4 girls just talking and playing like high school kids as if a customer was not waiting. After several minutes one of them came over to assist me. I asked why did I have to wait for service and she shrugged me off saying they were busy. She immediately had an attitude as if to say, "how dare you question me?" I asked for a manager and she said "the manager is busy". However the manager was directly behind her cleaning what appeared to be a calendar. The manager came over and I explained to her I waited several minutes to be assisted, while the staff was just standing around. She cut me off saying she apologizes and it will not happen again. It was definitely a canned response. The manager clearly does not care about customer service so obviously the team she "leads" will not either!!
So just went to get a large side or ranch and dip sauces and they can't even get that right. I'm trying to call but no acts like they can answer the phone I'm missing one of my sauces. Cone on Wingstop get something right.
I don't like giving poor ratings but I have tried this location three times and each time I've had a poor experience. I observed during my visit today that the staff is really trying but get so many orders wrong because they're moving to fast and are simply not listening to their customers requests. I encourage the staff to take a few seconds to "listen" and execute accordingly. In this visit three(3) orders were incorrect. I called my order in, when I got there I was told that I called and cancelled. I would have known if I called and canceled. The lead gave me complimentary fries but still got my order wrong. I am not sure if I will visit this location again but hope the staff take heed to the customer feedback. My husband and I are weaning ourselves off meat, that being said I do not eat meat often so when I do my go to is Wing Stop. This is making it easy for me to cross all the way over to plant base meat

Buyer beware..boneless chicken wings were worse than Carnival food. Half the order tasted burnt and the rest was over seasoned and over done. $50 waste of money and #Ubereats doesn't care either. NEVER AGAIN

Just ordered the 10 piece all flat Mild combo well done. My wings were overcooked and hard, fries extremely salty. This location use to be excellent. I will never step foot in this place again unless they retrain their employees the proper way to cook. Remember some people have health issues and they food should always be properly be prepared.
