Great experience. The cashier was so nice. I appreciated her for answering all my questions. I ended up getting a Carne Asada Torta and a Large Jamaica drink. It was so good! She gave a ramekin of beans so I could taste them. They were amazing! Thank you again. I'll be back

I ordered a burrito and asada fries, the burrito was extremely spicy that I couldn't eat it. The asada fries were spicy but I could still eat it. The meat was a little salty. If you can't handle spice I wouldn't recommend this place.

Love this spot. They are consistent, so I know what I'm getting Everytime! Service is friendly. Prices are pretty high but worth it compared to all these other Mexican restaurants that disappoint with quality.

I ordered a burrito and asada fries, the burrito was extremely spicy that I couldn't eat it. The asada fries were spicy but I could still eat it. The meat was a little salty. If you can't handle spice I wouldn't recommend this place.

Tacos el Tio was my go to taco spot whenever I had a taco craving. Usually, they do the job but lately they’ve been letting me down. The Carnitas taco was very salty and dry to the point that no limon or salsa could salvage it. The Adobada is my favorite, but again, too dry! The Asada taco was fatty and had a lot of chewy parts. It’s a shame because it’s one of the few taco spots that sells agua de Cebada. Maybe it was just an off day.

Problem started when the girl in the drive-through got flustered when i ordered and attempted to lecture me on ordering. I repeated my order clearly and slowly situation wasn't getting better, to top it off she sounded really far away.. it wasn't a pleasant start. My 1500 truck couldn't fit through the drive-through it took me legit like 3 tries.. it's a very narrow turn! We where excited this place had Nachos, I asked for no Salsa. The guacamole was super hot! When I told her about it she Exclaimed I should have asked for no Guac, I explained I wasn't aware the guac was going to be this hot. I asked why didn't u warn me if I said no Salsa, she said cause I don't know the guacamole is hot. "So how am I supposed to know?" After another very stern lecture she did replace the nachos. Not a pleasant feeling!! Her attitude is defiantly uncalled for its the worst experience I've had at any of their location. Luckily there are other locations only 7 mins. Away. Or I will be going elsewhere plenty of good taco spots nearby.

I first ordered the asada burrito, the burrito came with no rice or beans which in some cases may be good but for me that was not the issue. The asada seem more like simple ground beef and was drenched in their salsa, making it inedible least for me due to both taste and texture. The next time I ordered a mulita, thinking it's a very easy item and could not be messed up. It was the first time ever that I have had a mulita with huge tomato slices and lettuce inside of it. The meat again was not the highlight of the mulita and again left me disappointed. I would say, their cafe de olla and agua frescas were actually very good. The location does seem to be very clean and well kept but unfortunately the main reason I eat out is for the food and not the lactation it self. In my opinion, the food is a bit of "white washed" since never have I had Mexican food were they prepare it in this manner.

I really hate leaving such a low review because the food was plated with so much care, looks like an insta pic. I got carnitas nachos. They had lots of toppings, BUT it was very bland, needed salt and a ton of other seasonings. Had absolutely no flavor, (not the sour cream, not the avocado sauce, not the meat, not even the cheese sauce) it was strange. When I say nothing had flavor, nothing had flavor, was not nasty, just no flavor. I tried to force myself hoping it'd get better, but nope; it never did. My horchata was pretty fresh. Definitely would say 4/5 on that. I'm wondering if something else on the menu would be better, but I can't see how considering all the toppings on the nachos had no taste. Since the food was clearly handled with care, I'm willing to try this place once more, maybe sticking with tacos and see if this branch just is't good at being fancy as it's the case with the nachos.

Why does the lady at the window ask to put cheddar cheese on street tacos? Oh I know...that's her up-selling. I am so upset about it. My elderly mother went for me because I'm injured and she doesn'tknow better, so I'm left with three dry tacos with too much cheddar cheese on them. Lunch is ruined. Mexicans in my neighborhood said cheddar cheese should've gone in a hard shell taco if Mexican cheese isn't an option for street tacos.

Didn't place a hard order. 6 tacos de cabeza..1 burrito de buche. Got 3 cabeza tacos. 3 buche tacos and a buche burrito. For $33, no chips, and the buche was hard/overcooked, flour tortilla hard/old. First and last time going there.

Check your orders especially if you order through the drive thru! They got me twice with wrong items! Lazy staff! Constantly had to repeat order which should have been a red flag! For sure not going back to this location, ever! Staff needs to be retarined or fired, or heck, it may just be bad management!

Great customer service but I order a 20 dollar asada fries and it was basically sauce and fries and they sprinkle asada on it. Compare to its competitors the amount of protein is very low especially for 20 bucks.

I bought 2 burritos 1 torta the burritos are full of beans and the tortas so small I will definitely don't recommend this place it costs me $40 so is not like is cheap, not worth it,

Check your orders especially if you order through the drive thru! They got me twice with wrong items! Lazy staff! Constantly had to repeat order which should have been a red flag! For sure not going back to this location, ever! Staff needs to be retarined or fired, or heck, it may just be bad management!
