Quickest place I have Ever stepped into! Great customer service! I had my sandwich made perfectly and finished before I even had a chance to finish paying!

Has a good lettuce wrap option for those doing low carb. The bread is really good too. Easy to customize your sandwich, which is a huge plus.

Managers/Owners Daniel & Jonah provided exceptional customer service. If you are in the area and want a quick lunch then this is a great “go to” spot. The general manager was the only one to show up to work the day I went. It was kinda sad, but he's doing it all on his own. Life is tough out there in every Industry. He did great and hopefully corporate recognizes it someday. Thanks for being open and serving us!
I love these sandwiches. The meat is fresh and I like the cherry peppers and the fact that they have sprouts. Almost no one else around here does. Friendly service and (usually) fast delivery.
I called to place an order for pick up and my kid fell asleep and I was able to pay over the phone and ton brought out my food to my car after I asked if he could bring it out cause my kid fell asleep. He did so politely and quickly. Dear manager at jimmy johns, you have a great employee, made one pregnant lady very very happy. Thanks ton.

They have always had a fast delivery time. When they have taken a bit longer they are very polite and apologize. Today after they had delivered my meal I noticed they had forgotten my drink. I was a bit disappointed but it wasn't that big of a deal. After about 5-7 minutes the driver returned with a smile on his face and my drink in his hand. I was very impressed and will continue to order from here!
This store has the freshest sandwiches. The service is top notch, never have had to wait more than a few minutes to get my sandwich order done when I come in. I have also done catering from this store for box lunches for my parties. The box lunches are also priced very reasonable. I would recommend this Jimmy Johns. The store has excellent service, is very clean, and the gourmet sandwiches are very fresh.

The same person that delivers my order goes above and beyond. She is very patient with me, especially when it took me a minute or two to pick up my order at work.
Rather than make a lunch myself, I like to order a sandwich (cut in half) with a couple of bags of chips and/or a chocolate chip cookie, and they have never let me down! My orders are made to order each and every time I go! They also have a fantastic rewards system!

I loved that they set me up for realistic expectations instead of just having me waiting without me knowing why. Even when the delivery driver came, she also apologized for the wait, my sandwich and drink were still all fresh

Not bad. Got the Italian night sub, wonderful! Also got a Gargantuan sub for someone else. She said it was fantastic. Price very low too! Only complaint is they won't deliver to my location 2.2 miles away. Not particularly far for delivery, but it is what it is.
The food was really good. The people waiting on me were really nice but seemed inconvenienced that they had to make 2 sandwiches for me because they had a big online order. They complained the whole time I was in there and I get it because service industry is hard and it is not for everyone. Overall it wasn't a total let down.

Well, I really enjoy Jimmy Johns and this location has, may still have but have not seen him in a while, one of the BEST delivery drivers. A time or 2 they have forgotten an item or the order was not quite right. The manager called and made things right. The last order however was something else. Took over an hour to get my sandwich and due to the oil and vinegar the sandwich was VERY VERY SOGGGYY! I called after about 40 mins and asked what the deal was that it had been 40 minutes and the delivery guy wasn't here yet. The guy on the phone in a fairly rude tone said well he has only been gone 35 minutes and my one driver has 6 orders. I think managment needs to plan drivers a little better, but tonight I called and when I was told only one driver I had to opt to pass on jimmy johns tonight as I don't want to risk the hour delivery and soggy sandwich.
I'm glad everyone else had a good experience with the delivery... but it's not a good experience for me it's now been 30 mins and still have not received my sandwich from jimmy John's... what happened to freaky fast..... more like outrageously slow
Other locations make better sandwiches. The sandwich here has less tuna, I only eat this. They put tuna and other stuff in the middle, the end was very little or nothing. I rarely order here unless It is on my way.
Ordered the Turkey Tom with added JJ mustard for delivery. This was the longest delivery time that I've experienced at 50 minutes. On top of this, my sandwich not only was missing the requested added mustard but didn't have the mayo on it either. Very disappointed with this experience.
First let me say, I love the sandwiches... especially the #4. I used to go here frequently. Until, my last day in Oct. as noted in my GPS upload. I went in to get my usual #4. One of the regular workers was there and a female I don't remember ever seeing. He took my order and she fixed my sandwich. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. As she began to work on the sandwich before mine, she scraped all the mayo off and wiped the spatula with the bread...What! I thought...but, I was like maybe it's just me. Well, she went on to make my sandwich. She didn't have her mask on and continued to talk over my food. She then realized she got my ingredients mixed up and began taking off the pickles and using her apron to wipe her hands. I was to done by the time I saw her run her hands across her nose. By then, the sandwich was less than enticing being I had seen all the other unsanitary things she had just done. The guy did try to right a wrong, but when I told him, I just wanted my money back, he seemed to be irritated and showed me a side I had never seen from him all the other times I went in. I didn't want to further engage either one on a remedy. I will not go back there...even though it was my go to spot for a about 2years. Unsanitary...no sir. Then, I went to the one at Town East....and, witness similar behavior that's what has driven me to take time out to write this review. Jimmy John's culture has seemed to change and it's noticeable. I hope this change because the sandwiches are really good, but not worth the health risk especially with covid outbreaks....simply WASH YOUR HANDS and were your mask when being directly over the top of people's food. It's a basic practice that doesn't fully ensure protection, but at least takes a measure to try....and, if nothing more show that you practice good personal hygiene.

I love jimmy johns but I hate this location. I took my family here on my lunch break and or club sandwich cane it in a sub roll and my Vito with no onion was SMOTHERED IN ONIONS. My mom went later that day to the same location and paid to add cheese to her turkey Tom. When she got home there was no cheese. My coworker convinced me it was just a bad day and so we ordered delivery since we work two plazas down from this store. No Vito with no onions had no onions this time but they also left off the dressing. Her sandwich was also incorrect but she claims she's use to it from this store. It's not that hard to make a sandwich guys.
I ordered a sandwich for my dinner at work and when I opened the sandwich there was no meat! I tried calling the store on Centerville and they would not answer and I was calling from 5:53pm to 6:20pm. I work for Daisy Brand and they usually cater to this establishment. Very very angry. We can't leave the company during this pandemic, so in stuck without lunch!

Rude, says they delivered but then the order didn't come, delivered 1 week and wouldn't the next. Manger was = as rude. Only one driver will deliver any where. If Daniel isn't working don't order.
Ordered there yesterday. Really haven't had any problems. But yesterday's sandwich tastes interesting. I had something else put on my sandwich so I thought that was the new twang. Result. I'm laying in bed not being able to work because I now have a mild food poisoning. WON'T be going back soon
Worst customer service ever! Would give no stars if able. My company orders delivery from this location least once a week. Out of an office of 100 people, several people order at a time. We do this simply because Jimmy John's has stated that we are outside of their delivery zone, and in order for them to deliver, we would need to order more than just 1 sandwich. Called today and got the reply that "You are outside of the delivery zone" to which I rebutted "You just delivered 15 sandwiches to us at this address last week", to which the employee's reply was "Well, we make exceptions for you, we can't deliver there today or make the exception any longer." Well, JJ's, I hope you rot in hell. You've lost a longstanding customer who orders at least 2 times a week, even from home.
I ordered a wrap today. I asked for them to knock on my door when delivered. The person that delivered did not knock on door left it on mat. I’m extremely disappointed, I will not be ordering from them for delivery anymore. I was ordering 1-3 times a week At the beginning the service was great but has disappointedly have stop with great service
Wasn't busy at all when I went in. I asked for peppers on my sandwiches and when I got home there weren't any peppers on my sandwiches. I called but all they said was they couldn't deliver the sandwiches I ordered and refused to listen to what I had to say. I had to go back in to get a full refund and the guy who made my sandwich stood behind the counter mumbling to himself but had enough of a voice to say he was insulted. I'm sorry but if you feel insulted that I'm calling you out on your sandwich making skills especially when it wasn't busy then yeah feel insulted. The manager lied and told me they were swamped, which they weren't. Honestly save yourself the headache and money and go somewhere else. McDonald's and little caesars treat their customers better.
I would rate 0/5 but I cant. I ordered 2 sandwiches which the owner made and she messed up my order then would not fix it and argued with me that she didn't mess up. It's like just own up to your mistakes especially when I have pictures of the sandwiches. Very rude woman especially to be the owner of the place I'll never go back nor order again.
Ordered our meal online and it told us that this was the closest location to our house and it charged our card. 30 minutes goes by and we haven't received our order. We call up there and the manager is rude and keeps repeating himself to me saying i did a "web pick-up and they dont deliver here...we can just put it back on your card" thats how you correct the situation???!! we have had nothing but problems out of jimmy johns and this is the last straw. They are dead in our books! Horrible customer service!!
I order from this location a lot as it is close to my job and they deliver. There is ALWAYS something wrong with every order I have ever placed. They put one slice of meat and the sandwiches are always flat, no matter the money you pay for extra ingredients. Today I am fed up. I asked for a refund. I have to wait for them to come pick up my food to process a refund. I am still awaiting for them to come pick up my food so I can get a refund and now I am HANGRY. Not at all happy.
Waiting over 2hrs is not my idea of freaky fast. Called after 40mins to be answered by a screaming girl saying another 20mins. Call back after another 30mins to speak to a manager who expected me to continue to wait because the driver had 5 orders to deliver. This never happens at lunch time and has never happened before tonight but I don't think we'll order from here again.
Sandwich was great ,but only if the customer service was the same. The young lady making my sandwich seems if she was having a bad day Or just didn’t want to work here, all I can say is please improve your customer service training
Called in a phone order and it never showed up. They apologized and promised a refund but they still haven’t refunded me. They also offer no solution but an apology. This is the worst Jimmy Johns in Dallas.
Placed online order @8:22pm. They close at 9pm. My wife got there to the door at 830pm and they’re locking up. Tells her they stop taking online orders at a certain time and it was voided. I call to verify and the “GM” states they ran out of bread. Either way, money will be refunded in a few days?! Solution: have your online system not take orders if you cant make the order. Freaky fast to take the money and run.

Love JJs but unfortunately this location has been a disappointment. I've ordered twice, once through Uber Eats and it took nearly 3 hours and today via their website and it still took nearly an hour and a half. The motto is "Freaky Fast" delivery and this location seems to have the opposite approach. I called in to check on the order and they told me they only had one driver working... during lunch hours. I understand it can be hard to find good help but this is unacceptable. I'll only be doing pickup orders from now on at this location because the delivery is extremely unreliable.
