We love this location and keep coming back for a reason. The food is consistently delicious, hot, and served fast, which is honestly hard to beat. Every dish tastes fresh and well prepared, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff absolutely deserves a 5-star rating on their own intelligent, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. They’re always welcoming and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable every single time. The restaurant itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, from the clean dining area to the attractive storefront. Drinks and refreshments are always on point, and the condiment station is fully stocked (which we really appreciate). This Pei Wei sets the bar high for consistency, quality, and customer service. If you’re in Wylie and want a reliable, delicious meal with excellent service, this is the place. 👏🍜✨
Amazing experience. Came in for togo food but decided to eat an order of lettuce wraps inside before leaving. Quick and courteous employees. Nice and clean establishment. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!!
Food really good and it came tray fast, highly recommend it
I had an outstanding experience at Pei Wei! The staff’s friendliness and the restaurant’s impeccable cleanliness truly stood out. The food was exceptionally fresh, elevating my dining experience to a 5-star level. Highly recommend! Will be back ASAP since this was so good, it just hit right.
Fresh, fast, and delicious! I’ve ordered the Pad knee Mow, more commonly known as drunken noodles along with pork dumplings. The service was fast, dumplings weren’t overly chewy or over cooked. The drunken noodles tasted authentic with fish sauce, garlic, and plenty of heat. Portion sizes are generous too. Overall, a pleasant place with friendly staff.

This location is exceptional from the staff to the food, everyone is so friendly and the food is always amazing.
Pei Wei is a great spot for fresh, flavorful Asian-inspired dishes. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and orders are usually accurate. I love the variety on the menu, from noodles to rice bowls, and the food is consistently tasty. A reliable choice for a quick, satisfying meal!
This a great location. Food was fresh and hot and excellent customer service. I will make this place a regular stop to get a nice meal made from real ingredients.
This is a wonderful Asian Kitchen that is kept CLEAN and has exceptional food and a great atmosphere for family, friends, or even dining by yourself. The service is always friendly and the people are very helpful. Definitely will be coming back.
8/31 visit. We returned to TX for a visit. It’s nice to know that Pei Wei has not changed much and the food is excellent as it always been. The gentleman at the register was very pleasant very professional very courteous. The restaurant was clean, the food was excellent. We greatly missed Pei Wei today completed a hankering. One suggestion: the kitchen area would be best to look more like a full size Pei Wei, this looks too cold cafeteria like.
Ordering was quick and easy. Store manager is very kind and helpful. Place is clean and food is delicious!
Blown away! I own a restaurant and strive for excellence! I’m so curious if this location is corporate or franchised owned. I’m guessing it is a franchisee, because the level of customer service I have gotten here, is completely unheard of! I do not review fast food restaurants! I cannot say enough good about my experience here! Whoever is responsible for hiring and training….fantastic job!
Pei Wei Asian Kitchen offers fresh, flavorful Asian-inspired dishes in a fast-casual setting. The menu features customizable stir-fries, noodle bowls, rice dishes, and sushi made with quality ingredients. The restaurant is clean and modern, with friendly and efficient staff. Perfect for a quick lunch, casual dinner, or takeout with consistent, satisfying flavors.
I think the place is great. The food tastes great, the service was great and the dine in experience went as you would hope. If you want some tasty cuisine, come check it out.
My favorite lunch place. They always have my order ready for pickup. So glad they’re here.

My wife and I were starving and needed to eat on the way home. We were both craving grilled chicken, not fried. I ordered the new Bourbon Chicken, which was very tasty, and I swapped the rice for noodles. It was super filling and just the right amount of food! My wife had Kung Pao with steamed chicken. She, of course, added some heat, as she loves the taste and consistency of the chicken. The waitstaff was very polite and quick to greet us. The establishment was also extremely clean.
Fast food place that is kept clean. Meets basic criteria if one is not picky about the interpretation of the culinary standard. Satisfied (for a fast food joint) at the size of shrimps. The staff need an extra pat on the back for cleanliness.
Food was ok. Not great like I expected but good. Beef was over cooked and chewy but chicken was cooked well. Donuts where the best, son even drank the sauce for them lol. I have never been to Pei Wei and not sure how often I would go at this point. 4 stars are for staff, clean dining area, and clean restroom!
My family and I have been going to Pei Wei for many many years. But this is our first time to this location. I was actually planning to go to the opening day to meet Jet Tila. But my schedule prohibited me from doing that. But was able to come this time. As we walked in, we were greeted by the person at the counter. She let us take our time deciding what to order. Which in reality wasn’t long at all. My son wanted the teriyaki chicken and I got my favorite the orange chicken. I usually like to try something new, but I have been wanting this for a while now. My wife ordered the drunken noodles. Which is one of Jet Tila’s recipes. Everything was just delicious. If I had one complaint, it would that my wife and both had chicken that was very grisly. That was a first time that has ever happened at a Pei Wei. It was even stranger that it happened for two separate dishes. But even though there was that, it wasn’t enough to lessen the experience and I would definitely one back.
Hadn’t been to Pei Wei in a while so decided to give the new location a try. I was disappointed to find out there are no options to mix protein only one meat allowed per entree but the lady at the counter named Annette made some great suggestions and I was able to try 2 different choice of meats. Spicy Orange Shrimp & Korean bbq steak both very good and egg roll too. Annette gave great service and fresh ingredients.

The two employees were warm and welcoming. The food was cooked fresh to order. The atmosphere was clean and tidy. My daughter loves Chicken fried rice and she was pleased. We will be back again!

Everyone else liked their food but me. Don’t order the bourbon chicken, feels like a rip off with how much fat they leave on the chicken. Lost my appetite cause of how chewy it was.
I'm just back from Pei Wei in Wylie, TX. I do not understand why they are so stingy with sauce. I ordered Gen Tso Chicken which was Chicken and a veggie mixture on dry white rice. In order to make it edible, I have to pay to get "extra sauce". Where else do you go and have to pay to make your order edible? It's like IHOP saying, if you want more than a thimble of syrup on your pancakes, you will have to pay up! Ridiculous. My kids like Pei Wei so with every entry we have to pay for "extra" sauce. Well tonight the employees mislabeled the extra sauce containers. As a result, my son ruined a dish with the wrong sauce and the other was left dry. On top of all that, the Lettuce Wrap sauce cup had about 1.5 tsp in the bottom of the good sized plastic cup. For over $70 I shouldn't have to beg or pay up for sauce. You want to make it right Pei Wei? Give us the ability to select our sauce preference in the app. Right now you have one option, less sauce. What a joke! I'll go to Panda where they serve customers better food, better prices and sauced just right.

Food was very disappointing. It's been a while since we have eaten at any location, but I dont remember it being so "fast food" cheap and I dont mean cost.
