These folks really know how to take care of someone on their birthday breakfast! We came here a year and a half ago for my daughter’s birthday and my son has been counting down the years to have his birthday not fall on a school day so he could come. The pull was the combination of delicious breakfast extravaganza and the complimentary birthday ice cream at 9:00am! For my daughter’s birthday they brought a nice bowl which was a wonderful touch. But this time around they filled a whole PLATE with like a scoop of ice cream for every year my boy had been alive!!! It was wild. We weren’t hungry again for about 10 hours! Great breakfast experience at IHOP in Wiley! I had the Breakfast Sampler with two eggs (over easy, cooked perfectly), two strips of bacon, two sausages, two pieces of ham, crispy hash browns, and two fluffy pancakes topped with whipped cream—all for $14 plus tip. Everything was delicious! My friend had a meat and cheese omelet, which was also excellent. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was welcoming. It’s a great spot to enjoy breakfast with friends without feeling rushed. Highly recommended!

We love going to IHOP. I had the French toast combo this visit. The French toast was very fluffy and delicious. My eggs were good but cooked a little hard for my liking. We also ordered the Oreo waffle and the Big Steak omelet. The food was very delicious and Our server Cynthia M. took very good care of us. Can't wait to go back!

Our Server was extremely attentive, patient and polite. With my family of 5 and 4 kids with a million questions, Jessica was so pleasant. The food was wonderful and the Pancakes and hash browns on point. Food was so good that we have no photos to post. Thank you for the birthday serenade IHOP!!!

What a waist of time and $$, this location is. My daughter loves IHOP and rewards she earns is for pancakes here but this location is disappoint, you will never get your complete order, once or twice you call and you complain they fix it, but at every time you order delivery really, and when you call even them themselves can't believe it. I called so much they wouldn't even answer the phone I guess " caller id" they would pick up and say "its the lady with the order" really? Not the customer who paid us but we messed up her order, 🤦 Please if you can't pack customers orders properly at least answer the phone respectful ways.

My husband and I stopped by for breakfast on our lunch break since it was nearby. We’ve never been to this location before. Pros: The service was great, and our server was super sweet — 10/10 for her! Cons: Unfortunately, I found a hair in my strawberry French toast, which completely ruined my appetite. It was sent back to the kitchen. I also ordered a steak omelet that was ok, lack flavor (but no hair in that — yay). However, the black tea had a strange taste. I even checked the package for an expiration date because it seemed off. I didn’t finish it and switched to water instead. My husband enjoyed his bacon, eggs, and hash browns, so that was a plus. Overall: Service: 10/10 Food: 2/10 Sadly, we most likely won’t be back.

The atmosphere is what you'd expect for an IHOP. The place is clean and the service is good. The only problem is the kitchen is slower than Christmas. Even during non peak times it can take 30-40 minutes for your order to come out.

This location is understaffed causing significant waits to be seated. I never saw a host/hostess and ended up grabbing a waiter once there were multiple parties waiting. There were plenty of open tables. The service once we were seated was slow and incomplete. Had to grab silverware from other tables and had to remind the server multiple times for ranch dressing for the chicken stripe. Will not return to this location. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert because we weren't willing to stay anylonger.

Placed order, kids plate and a burger. Got the wrong eggs on kids plate and not a burger but philly steak and cheese. Waiter said he'd be right back with correct eggs and burger. 20 minutes later…

The restaurant has very bad wait staff issues .. 42 min. Wait for food... The kitchen is severely under staffed or they just don't care... Cold coffee in the urns... After coffee served long wait for creamer... This has happened 3 times.... Food sometimes hot, sometimes Luke warm ...

We came at 8ish. Food was great. We did have to wait for our drinks. Our server was nice and funny but a little slow. The people sitting next to us were obnoxious! Cussing out loud and saying vulgar things and yelling and screaming and it was the kids doing all of this. They were showing each other nasty videos and talking out loud about them. When they first walked in they almost fell on me because they were fighting about where to sit. No one said or did anything. Parents just sat there and did nothing. It’s our first time here and our last.

Drove around 13 minutes from my house to reach this location. When I got inside, there was one worker leaving, clocked out most likely, so, that’s okay for the most part that he didn’t help me. Another younger guy walked up and said that he’s going to have to get a waitress to help me. Fair enough, after that 4 minutes wait up front to be acknowledged, what’s a few more. Well, I wait 7 additional minutes just standing up front waiting to be seated. I made eye contact with 3 other servers, and no one said a word. There was also several tables that were clean and ready to go. You can obviously tell by the placed silverware wrapped in napkins on tables. So, I’m guessing the location was super short staffed. But, in my company where I work, I knowledge customers and let them know what’s going on. I’m very understanding lol. It when a total of five employees see me standing there and walk by without even asking if I’ve been helped, maybe tell me hello, kick me in the face, something! So, I just walked out. I was steaming and super livid, which is why I didn’t even try and talk to the “manager” there. That would’ve been a complete joke! Anyways, if your passing by, try your luck, it if you drive like me to get that specific localization for an omelette, then you may be vastly disappointed by iHop and their staff!

Came here to pickup a 'to-go' order...needless to say, service was non-existent (like every IHOP). No one was at the front desk, only 2 tables were there...all the waiters and staff are in the back hanging out (Manager included). Food wasn't ready on time...extremely disappointed in the customer service. When someone eventually came with my order - they were extremely rude! Just try another IHOP, or another establishment that will appreciate your business...

I walked into this IHOP with an empty stomach and a heart full of hope—both of which were crushed within minutes. The service? Nonexistent. I could have aged a decade before someone even acknowledged my presence. When the server finally arrived, they looked like they had just emerged from a week-long hibernation and took my order with the enthusiasm of a wet mop. The food? A tragic comedy. My pancakes arrived lukewarm and had the texture of a yoga mat. The eggs were so overcooked they could have been used as hockey pucks. The bacon? I’ve seen crispier leaves in autumn. And don’t get me started on the coffee—it tasted like it had been filtered through an old gym sock. Cleanliness? Let’s just say the sticky tables and mysterious stains on the seats made me reconsider every life choice that led me here. At one point, I saw something scurry across the floor, and I’m praying it was just a rogue crouton.
