At first didn’t have the best experience but the manager and team went above and beyond to fix me a new quesadilla and I really appreciated the manager reaching out to me. Not too many places will take time to call customers and fix wrong orders from days ago. 1000% recommended this location for 10/10 service

I stopped by this location for free smoothie week and I was in the area pretty far from my regular smoothie shop and I just want to say that it was such a pleasant experience. I did curbside which was wonderful not offered at my home location and as soon as I pulled in, the girl came out handing me my food with a big smile and was super kind. The food is awesome. That’s typical of tropical smoothie but the experience was very good and I’m very pleased with this location. I’ll stop by again the next time I’m in this area. Thank you for a great experience!

The Mixed Berry Greek Yogurt Bowl is honestly the best thing ever. The yogurt is so smooth and creamy with a soft texture that feels amazing in every bite. The granola is crunchy and flavorful, giving the perfect contrast to the creaminess. The berries are super fresh and juicy, adding just the right amount of sweetness and tartness. When everything comes together, it’s like the perfect balance of flavors and textures. Refreshing, filling, and just so good. Hands down one of my favorite things to eat, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for something tasty and wholesome.

The food was amazing!! Definitely coming back again to try more. The two ladies were very kind and sweet when taking and completing our order. Had an amazing experience dining in and having a nice meal with my colleague.

Our go to after practice and games. I really want to give commendations to the young ladies that closed last week that made smoothies for my son and I. He had a rough week and I promised him tropical smoothie after soccer practice and they didn’t close the door on us, they let us in and made his day because that’s all he wanted before going home to clean up and go to bed. Shehab was super nice!!! My wife had her wisdom teeth removed, and wanted this... was skeptical because smoothie Shehab made it just right and offered to show me the thickness to make sure! He also guided my nine year old son to a wrap who is super picky!!! Thank you sir!!!

Calm, Cool Refreshing atmosphere & employees are no different. Magid, the owner, is always polite and clearly wishes to provide you a pleasant experience & delicious product. I've had the Detox Island Green, Sunshine Smoothie, & Sunrise Sunset--all were delicious and refreshing. All that's next is to order some food which smells fresh and delicious while they make it. I genuinely look forward to every visit.

I’m so happy we finally have a tropical smoothie nearby. This is one of my favorite quick stops and it still delivers a lot of satisfactory units. My favorite smoothie is the Avocolada, and food item is the Caribbean Jerk wrap. Super friendly customer service too at this location, too.

I literally just ordered 10mins ago and had to hop on here to give an immediate review, I’m so impressed! This is the first time I’ve ever been to this place, I’ve never heard of it until I saw the grand opening when they opened. Today after work I was craving a mango smoothie and decided to give it a shot. The young lady who took my order was so sweet! But really when I got my smoothie first, and took a sip and it was so dang good. Then I got my sandwich and when I got to my place to eat, I opened the sandwich wrap and it was probably the most beautifully presented, perfectly toasted sandwich I’ve ever seen in my life. It tasted just as great as it looks, and jt tasted fresh. I’m definitely going to be back a lot.

My absolute favorite Tropical Smoothie location. Everyone is so helpful, kind. They really take the time to get your order right. The cafe is so bright, colorful and sunny — you could even work remotely here or study. Best location hands down.

Ordered a bowl with a substitution for extra bananas instead of strawberries to avoid an allergic reaction. Luckily I noticed that the strawberries were being removed to be replaced with more bananas since the preparer had already added them and I left home without my epi pen.

Smoothies are amazing. Stay away from the sliders. Burnt bun, assembled with the bun upside down, no chicken, a piece of onion, and a teaspoon of cabbage (wasn't slaw). The sauce was on the outside of the box more than on the sandwich. Nothing like what was pictured at all. I expected it to be small, but I still expected substance for $5 a slider.

I ended up having to wait 20 minutes for one single smoothie with only two other orders ahead of mine (one of which was still not finished by the time i got my smoothie). The other person and I both got our orders at the same time which was 20 minutes after I (the last one to order) ordered so I really don’t know what the hold up was. Will not returning to this location if I have somewhere to be.
