Second Visit: The interior was much cleaner and food was good too. There could still be additional cleaning done including the restroom. First Visit: Cleaning is needed in the dining area. Couldn’t find a table without crumbs or toppings left on it. Heard an another group discussing how dirty the tables were. Trash was full as well. Food was delicious, staff was friendly. There were periods without customers when cleaning could have taken place, but it was not prioritized. Had the dinning area been kept up, they’d get 5 stars.

I have dinner once a week with my 87 year old mom and my siblings. Mod Pizza is such a great idea and if you don’t like the pizza it’s because you don’t know how to put one together. The ingredient options are many and fresh. The spicy pizza sauce has a nice amount of kick and it is super fast. It is in our rotation now.

I ordered Dillan James pizza (mini) for a small dinner. The pizza tasted really fresh and good, glad to have this vegetarian option. The service was quick.

So, my pizza and salad are really friggin good but the atmosphere is always so weird at these places. They're slow and usually WILL NOT smile at anyone; however, this last time I did get a couple of smiles, but it's just not a feel good place, unfortunately. I don't LOVE their plant based sausage but it's better than most, so I'd come here a lil more often if it were a more pleasant visit.

If you've ever been to the best Pizza restaurant on Earth, you will compare that to any other place for pizza you will ever go. So I give this a 4 largely based on the fact they are as close to FRESH/ Italian as one can get. Fresh dough. Two types of sausage. More meats. Lots of fresh vegetables. There are several types of sauces so picking the right one could be a challenge. Ask questions. The staff is great. A single order will be pit quickly. Service is great. The have take out and limited delivery on the Wylie Texas area where I went. There are other locations. Enjoy!

The meats here dont have enough flavor. Our pizza was only flavorful because we added seasonings and lots of parmesan. Kinda going downhill.

Great pizza if you do not like your pizza contaminated by toppings. I have never seen pizza with ordered toppings applied as sparingly as these people did. Hardly any toppings were applied. Cheese? I ordered it and there was some, but not a whole lot. Mushrooms? I saw a few, but not many. Green peppers? I counted six pieces half the size of a pinky finger nail. Pizza tastes ok, but like I said, if you pay for toppings bring a magnifying glass because they're so sparingly applied you'll need the magnifier to see it. Won't be back.

As much as I enjoy MOD’s pizza. I just can’t believe this is the way that I get home from a long day and the cut is just so awful. Food taste great, but just made this one a bit harder to share. Like these 5 slices are crazzzy.

Pizza is decent. This place is 10 minutes away and pizza is delivered cold. Salad has rotting lettuce. While I enjoy the custom toppings, it's not worth the price for cold pizza and rotting lettuce. Especially with so much competition that delivers hot pizza and fresh salads.

The salads were really good, but the pizza was pretty much just pizza. I got a mega because I like crust, but if this was the mega then I'd hate to see the regular. Anyway, it was good, but I doubt I'll ever be craving it enough to go back.

I have tried Mod Pizza a couple of times. With exception of their specialty pizzas, which had hardly any toppings, their pizzas are fantastic... at least the couple of times I tried them in the past. The idea of "build your own" is great and there is always a good amount of toppings on the "build your own" option. I don't know if they just had an off day, but today was bad. I made the order online 20 minutes before arriving. In the past, I had it brought out to my car, but I went in today and saw how badly things are run. They seriously need to change their flow. People who walked in to make their order, were not only getting their pizzas cooked before me, but they were walking in, ordering, and getting their pizza before mine was even put together. I get the getting people in the restaurant taken care of faster, but it appears that they don't start online orders unless nobody is in line. It took 45 minutes from when the order was placed to when I got my food. I would have given 3 stars because of the food, but I gave 1, because of two reasons. 1)The order was made and put on the counter top for over five minutes before he ever called out the name. He boxed the pizza, placed it on the counter, stuck the receipt on it, and walked away. I thought that the order wasn't complete, and that meant it wasn't mine. 2)They left it in long enough to burn.

This is the third time IN A ROW I’ve gotten a salad with disgusting rotted lettuce from this store. There is absolutely no excuse for this. There is no way you can’t see this lettuce is beyond spoiled - I could see it the second I took the lid off the salad, so they’re clearly purposely serving this lettuce that is slimy and brown - and over half the salad was bad. We’re done eating here.

We had 2 orders DoorDash to the house around 8 pm. This location closes around 10 pm so they had time and we did not order them last minute!!First order was good but the second one was made rushed, no effort and not what we wanted at all!! No Mozzarella, a little/ no mushroom, no garlic, BURNT crust,..!! All you see is bunch of Jalapeños, tomatoes, and chicken all over the pizza. We used to love this place but no more! So disappointing and embracing in front of a friend!! Seriously If I had time I would go right back and get refund for this s**t they made! Such a shame!
