This was my first time eating Bojangles. I would say their tenders and fries are great. The tenders were falling apart in my mouth. Their seasoning really adds a nice touch to the food. The biscuits were big. We also tried the peach cobbler dessert which was pretty good! We will continuing going to this location. (Sorry, we couldn’t wait to eat but I snapped a picture of the food towards the end.)

Having lived in FL 18 years, Bojangles was a constant at our house, family gatherings, etc. Then we got stationed in California and they, of course, have no idea what a Bojangles is. Three long years without one and now we are living here and found this location. So happy to have one in driving distance again. Menu is smaller than it used to be but everything is still the same great taste. Customer service was excellent. They brought our food to the table and their homemade ranch was great. The store owner was there and spoke with him and he was very kind as well. Go visit! The biscuits and chicken are ❤️

We are so excited to have Bojangles in the area. I have never had it and even though it was busy and all they had available where chicken stirps vs regular fried chicken it was still so yummy and flavorful. Not spicy they just use spices!! I am excited to try breakfast and hope they keep standards high. No issues with the sweet tea, also good.

Went thru drive thru, and the wait was unusually long, approximately 20 minutes. Finally got my order and got home to discover that my order was missing the egg and cheese. I drove back to Bo and talked with Roger, one of the managers. He corrected his staff as well as my order and offered a refund. I declined the refund, but Roger insisted on correcting the mistake. I declined the refund again, and he gave me back my receipt and said, "Bring this back to me whenever, and I will re make this order for you." Kudos to Roger!

The chicken at Bojangles was really good, well-seasoned with big, juicy pieces. The fries were also seasoned perfectly and had great flavor. I loved that they had plenty of sauce options; the BBQ sauce and honey mustard were my favorites. The biscuits were soft, buttery, and flaky, just the way they should be. We ordered two 3-piece meals, and when we opened the boxes, I had 4 pieces while my spouse only had 2. Definitely something they should slow down on and double-check when packing orders. Customer service was okay, nothing special, but the flavors really made up for it. I’ll definitely be going back for the chicken and biscuits!

May 2025 Went through the drive thru. We ordered the 5 chicken tenders. I thought they sold whole pieces of chicken not boneless tenderloin. Pretty tasty tender with nice crust but whole chicken will be better. My rating as 5 is very satisfied Taste 4/5 nice spice Temperature 4/5 Speed of service 2/5 slow at drive thru Cleanliness 4/5 Attentiveness and courteous 3/5 Will I return? Maybe Will I recommend? Worth trying

Tried this new location in Wylie. The drive-thru was packed, as well as parking. Opted to eat inside. The inside only has 2 tables of 4, 2 booth styles for 2, and 4 other tables for for 2-3 people. Not a lot of seating inside. 1st observation was a worker sitting with a friend/guest at a table when customers had to stand or order food to-go. I'd think they'd have some breakroom area, but due to the size of the footprint, possibly not. We ordered the grilled chicken and fried chicken sandwich and had it prepared deluxe, which is with lettuce and tomatoes. It comes with fries, and 1 side and drink. We chose dirty rice, mac-n-cheese, and coleslaw. The fried chicken sandwich had good, spicy flavor. The grilled chicken sandwich, other than the smashed top bun, temperature was good, and flavorful. Liked the dirty rice and coleslaw the best. Mac creamy. I would change the layout to make more seating for customers, as some might leave if unable to get a table.

I'd say overall, this is the in-between of Popeye's and Golden Chic. There are plenty of great flavors and reasonable prices that give it the upper hand over similar restaurants. -1 star for poor effort with making the sandwich. Mayo/sauce was simply a tiny dab that looked more like it was just there to stick the pickle to the bun. I ended up having to add ranch. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but if it was nearby and i hadn't decided what to have for lunch, this would be on the consideration list.

We came to Bojangles today at around 3:46pm...let me state first, the staff and location is new - this might have been the 1st day open. Overall, the food was delicious...but the staff forgot about my chicken sandwich ($5)! They gave me a big box and said its all in there (WRONG) - in which case, I should have checked before leaving...needless to say, don't be like us - always check for your items. I wasn't thrilled about that...But the food was delicious, been a Bojangles fan since 2006 - I'll still support, probably another location though...

Chicken was good,(new go to chicken place) fries were over salted, couldn't even eat them. Coleslaw was good but a smidge over dressed. Tea was delicious, no wonder they're were bottling it up in half gallon jugs.

I like like the food at bojangles. How ever lately they have a problem with condiments and napkins You have to asked for napkins and the condiments. In the beginning the restaurant had no problem with these items. The napkins were on table with dispenser. Now you have to request them. I have no problem with asking but if you dine in shouldn’t that be accessible to patron who is dining in… Thanks

This is absolutely unacceptable. They are giving sauces from 2024. We are 2 months in 2025 and they are still serving them out. I feel nasty just to think I ate something like this. Imagine how many people have gotten these if they still serving today. All 3 sauce are from 2024. This is unacceptable.

The first time customer and i'm not impressed at all. Paid extra for the lettuce and tomato to have to throw the lettuce away as it was wilted. A lot of breading and not much chicken.
