I love the new themes for the Pizza Tracker! Very creative and entertaining. I enjoyed the background sounds while waiting and the visual of what is happening while the make my pizza! Order ready for pickup in 11 minutes, quoted 9-14. Very satisfied with the experience!
Great customer service. Very helpful and hospitable. Ordered takeout with some friends. No where to eat since we were from out of town. They let us use their lobby chairs outside and gave us bottled waters and napkins while we ate. Perfect customer service. This Dominos should be the example all Dominos follows.
Brian took my order he was extremely nice and friendly and me being a picky person he assisted me very well over the phone . The only issue I ever had was my buffalo sand which was very burnt but they credited my account accordingly! Other then that the food is tasty and the drivers are always nice to who drop the food off !! Thank y’all so much 🙂

Great Service - i asked the driver to go old school but he left it at the door... he did ring the bell though... so we're good there... Fast delivery, pizza was hot and made exactly as we ordered... pizzas defiantly seem smaller than before...
Good tasting pizza. I like the garlicky crust. All our orders have been correct. Just a side note: they are very busy on the weekends, but have always done a good job.

I have never had a bad experience at this Domino's, and they usually are pretty consistent - but every now and then the pizza isn't that great - nonetheless acceptable. Oh and their wait time is pretty good, so is delivery. I recommend carry out during their peak times - pizza will always be ready in 15 minutes.
Pizza was delicious one time recently, other time couple of years ago was average, I would give another chance, if they keep it up, would go there regularly, whenever I visit this area, Convenient location, close to the large shopping area, close to main road, plenty of parking space. Delivery or pick up location only, no dining area as you expect with most Domino’s Pizza places.
Domino's pizzas has really improved their crust. Kids can go help pick up the pizza and watch from the platform. The pizza people all seem to work well as a team. The computer system vs pizza status can be frustrating for some. I believe that like many automated systems there is a little screw in the numbers when accidents occur. The Domino's recipes are consistent.
Typical Domino's. Generally speaking it's good. Has not been bad since we've been using them. They have not messed up any orders and I hope it doesn't happen. We will continue to use them, especially if we keep getting coupons! We have not had them deliver any pizza's. We always go pick them up and the people inside have always been nice.

Frustrating. Made a car side order and waited for ten minutes after I pressed the “I’m here” button. The employees were standing there looking at me in my car. I just ended up going inside because I was now late for an event… very inconvenient.

They routinely take more than 30 min for takeout and then complains when a customer desires to check their order. Of course if they never made mistakes then we wouldn't need to check the order in the store. They should be grateful that we take the time to check it in the store and find any issues if there are any. Not critics their customers for doing so.
I don’t think they care. My pizza is NEVER completely cut. When they put the garlic oil on the crust they ALWAYS miss. The cheese dip was stuck to the bottom of the pan and it’s too shallow for dipping. Also, the tracker is NEVER correct. It used to work but not anymore.
Very disappointed. They made our order completely wrong. When we told them- no apologies, not even acknowledging there was an error on their part, disappointing customer service, and we were told to wait 10mins (it took longer). They were saying "they don't want meat" as if it's our fault? The receipt clearly stated the ingredients which means they made it wrong. They continued making other pizzas as we stood there and when it finally came to our pizza, an employee with pink hair started making our pizza wrong AGAIN (added red sauce when it was supposed to be alfredo) and we told the emotionless cashier, who told the pink haired lady, who then did a great job of making us feel like a nuisance. No eye contact, mumbling about it, attitude facial expressions. Sheesh. Get this- the cashier who was "helping" us, walked out with a box of pizza. We realized after a few minutes that he actually just upped and left for the night without saying -I'm leaving but they're taking care of you- or even acknowledging we were still there!!!! Our pizza came out the oven and put to the side until we told a man working near the oven to give it to us!!! Where were the other workers?? Nowhere to be found! Bad customer service AND my other pizza got cold and didn't reheat properly. Got me late to a moms night where we wanted to eat hot pizza and destress from a very stressful few weeks at work. Never again....

I order 2 sandwiches and 1 bread bowl pasta and medium pizza . My sandwiches had 4 small pieces of chicken on them ... my pizza was pepperoni and jalapenos it had slices with no jalapenos on it . The only thing that was made correctly was my bread bowl pasta. This store needs big time training..... I don't bother calling back because they don't care to make it right. I have told them over and over . Sad part no one does anything about it . It's on my way home guess I need to change locations
Tried ordering a large veggie pizza and was told it came with 3 toppings. I added $3 worth of 2 extra toppings. 1st, the got the toppings wrong, 2nd when I called to complain about part of the pizza not even covered with any toppings, i am told that they go by weight of pizza and that I would have been better off keeping the 3 toppings. I am told that they have to come to a certain weight even if I pay $3 extra, the total weight of toppings/pizza will stay the same. Only I ate a couple of slices as the family didn't want any of that. There was no crushed pepper or parmesan but wanted $.75 for any sauce i needed. Manager wouldn't give me her name for reference. Bad service and disappointing experience.
I order pizza on line on Thursday dec2nd , it said will be ready in 30 minutes got there on 30 minutes they said be ready in 45 minutes I wanted in my car after 45 minutes came back in my name was screen say in the oven my name got off the screen and they giving pizza to other customers and I told them my name it's not there anymore after five minutes more they give me my pizza, first time they open I had great experience last night was awfully. I will never go back again.
I honestly don’t know what the deal is with this particular Domino’s. But you need to order about an hour and a half before you want your pizza. They take at least that long every time we order. They either need to hire way more people or somehow warn you about the wait time when you place your order so you can opt out if you can’t wait that long. I’m getting a bit hangry.
Management needs to learn what a leader is. What an employee give written notice, group app, they will be late because they have to get a tire repair and is only actually a little late, actually checking out at the tire place when was to arrive at the store. If the car is not safe to drive, how can the person deliver the pizza? Driver arrived at the store and was horribly reprimanded. She had proof of tire repair. Bulling in management is unacceptable and not a good sign of a leader. Then to ask for an apologies from the employee the next day. What are you kidding me! The employee was so upset after the incident happened and could not even stay and work. I would not get pizza or purchase from dominos in the area of Murphy, Wylie, Sachse, Garland until they choose to get leaders who are true leaders. Bulling should never be allowed. That is not a sign of a good manager but poor management. Imagine what else is happening to other employees and your food. Less service when that employee was full time. Longer wait times, What else! Bulling should never be allowed. Not to mention, Firing the person for trying to be safe on the road!
They told me to use app or delivery when I went to store for the 2 medium pizza deal. The cashier had attitude problem.
I had a bad experience at this store and the manager offered me credit towards a future order. When I called today for my order the person on the phone confirmed the credit but would not honor it because it was not specific. So twice now I have had a very bad experience with this store. I would recommend you not do business with this store they are not honest people. I love Dominos Pizza and I will continue to buy from them just not from this store. If I can give zero stars I would!!
So they messed up my order twice and then gave me attitude??? Then I told them that a normal place would be sorry and let me get a free item..then the person claiming to be manager threatened to call the cops? I would not recommend this place to anyone bc the ppl who work here are PATHETIC
Intentionally, fraudulently, and prematurely stops the countdown timer on curbside deliveries to avoid having to honor the Domino's 2 min. guarantee (or get a free pizza). Management was unwilling to help.
Ordered my order online at 11:40 called at 12:20 when it didn't show up. Then it was said to be done when I arrived to pick it up as they couldn't complete my order for delivery. Upon arrival they hadn't even started the order. HORRIBLE service, and extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty on timing. Upon talking to the person working I was told "yeah it comes in late sometimes and then there were so many orders ahead of yours so it didn't get done." Absolutely ridiculous! Some honesty would have avoided this to begin with. Don't count of your delivery every showing up from here.
I would not order from this Dominos. Used to be excellent service. 3 deliveries in a roll…cold or luke warm pizza. Today (Sunday) ordered Brooklyn style pizza. Tracker said it had been out of the oven for 43 minutes. So at the hour mark I ordered from a competitor. Not getting cold pizza again. Clearly under new management.
We did the curbside pick up, they stopped the two minute timer at 29 seconds then took a whole minute after the timer stopped to bring out the order. When my husband mentioned the free pizza, the employees where rude. Spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing they could do. Oh man, the attitude though..... gees! How unfortunate it is when you avoid a franchise due to lack of customer service.. will not be ordering from this location again.
My orders are always missing something. Could be an extra cup of sauce, appetizer, desert or drink. Even had a driver tell me my order was correct and I ordered wrong. I did not order wrong and the driver either cant read a ticket or chose to lie to me and see if he could get away with it. Go someplace else unless you want to deal with getting the rest of your order 30-60 minutes later.
Word to the wise, Don't order from here. Ordered, paid online, and asked for text message notifications. Called the store because the driver never shows and was told oh we couldn't get in the gate. Asked well why didn't you text me like I asked. Was told driver just came back to the store instead. Based on the customer service I received when calling the store, there is no way 3.7 stars is legit.
First of all the APP wouldn’t work with an error message, so I called the store no one picked up, I sat there listening to the promotions and hiring information for over 20 minutes on hold. Finally gave up and ordered from another pizza company.Such a disappointment. Won’t be coming back either.

We placed a large order 2 pizzas and 5 sandwiches total came out to a little more than $70. We had never tried the sandwiches and were excited to get them because of how delicious they looked on the ads and online pictures. When we got the order let me start with, the driver pulled up in my quiet neighborhood with music blasting like the entire neighborhood wanted to hear his music, held my screen open and this is supposed to be a no contact delivery because of COVID-19...then we get the order inside....with the sandwiches...they were ALL labeled wrong, so everyone received the wrong sandwich. And when I had to decifer which went to whom...I saw that the sandwiches had very little meat, cheese was burnt and hard, and a slice, literally ONE piece of pepper... the sandwich had more bread than anything... VERY disappointing. So I decided to take them back which is something I NEVER do unless the food is just horrible. When I talk to the shift supervisor, she says they will replace them and wont charge me to replace them. WHAT? like is that an option, I am supposed to be excited you wont charge me to remake the sandwiches you were supposed to make correctly in the first place? I asked if she meant she is refunding me she said she can give me a $20 credit on my account for next order. I agreed to that but honestly I will NOT be ordering from Dominoes again...which is sad because Dominoes has been a favorite for well over 30 years. Their brand and quality has gone down drastically...6-16-2020 update. So I go to get my mail this afternoon and find the receipt my husband signed for our delivery yesterday, ripped up and put in our mailbox... evidently the driver yesterday after getting the signature ripped up the receipt and stuck it in my mailbox....I am sure he doesn't know that touching someone's mailbox is a federal offense. Wow! This Domino's really needs an overhaul.

We usually order from this store once every too weeks. But today is the worst experience, which will make us to think of changing it to another pizza place. The waiting time was 50 min to pick up. Ok I understand it's Friday night, they can get busy. But my husband is still in the store, right now waiting for our order to be ready, it's about 90 minutes, since we place the order, and our order has been pushing down in the computer line. 90 minutes to get the Pizza, no thank you. Definitely going to another store next time.

"Premium" Chicken was flavorless and there was barely any of it on the pizza. Just go to the Wylie Papa Johns, this was a disgrace.

Hoping management takes this feedback seriously and works on training the team to provide a more respectful and welcoming environment.
