$29 for 2 small mediocre brisket sandwiches and a drink no sides just sandwich..... overpriced for what it is. Save your money for a real bbq restaurant!

Way overpriced for sub par food. They charged $7 for a spoon full of mac & cheese and pretty tasteless fried okra. Pulled pork sandwich barely had any meat. I guess they have new management, but whoever runs it now is pretty bad. Won't go back.

Never eating at this location again, past two times we got food here it seems as though they serve old, cold and hard food. The rolls are hard as rocks, Mac and cheese is dry and taste like water noodles. Spend $60 to not even be able to eat the food. 0/10 do not recommend.

Is this location in Wylie slowly going out of business? The last few times we have tried to order here, there are literally almost no sides to choose from. The one time we ended up still ordering the meat was really dry. This location used to always be good with great food, all food options available and staff was always friendly…not sure what has happened but it feels like they are preparing for the store to get closed down. Even the dickeys cups are not longer being given with drinks.

Wife and I ordered take out from you last night. Our meals were basically the same, except I got pulled pork as one of my three meats. I woke up at the crack of dawn, running back and forth to the bathroom. It’s called food poisoning. After reading the latest reviews, you should just close your doors. We will never eat there again!

Attempted to go to the Wylie location earlier this week, but they had sign on the door that they were out of just about every side, so we left. Went back again yesterday, and they had updated out of stock items including paper towels, desserts, large drinks, and several other items. We decided to stay, but shouldn't have. Food was bad, flies around the side items, the sides looked like they had been sitting a long time, gnats around the drink station, ice cream machine didn't work, unfriendly staff, except for the cashier whom was very nice. We have been to this location in the past and it was good. This time was a bad experience. This location looks like it will go out of business fast if things don't change.

Been going to this location since it opened in Wylie. Have always had good experience and the food was always good. In the last month or so don't understand what has happened but seriously questioning if we will ever return after our last dine in visit this week. The meat was not warm, most of the sides were not available and what was there was questionable. Green beans had a film that looked like they'd been there for days. Cold sides where room temperature and no desserts available. Not that this matters but No yellow cups.?? And the place really looked like its on its last leg of being open. But back to experiences. Went there 1 Tuesday to get Bakers and were out of potatoes.. OK it's like the Tuesday special. A few weeks later went to eat inside and there was No one out to serve you. We could hear them laughing from the kitchen so we called out to them a couple times.. no response so left and went down to Firewheel location.. if they don't set up their service other BBQ places are in town to replace them

Dare to try one more time. How stupid of me. Stopped in after church to pick up some ribs and some fried okra to take to a little old lady. Was told they had no fried okra and had sold out of ribs the night before. What kind of ridiculous establishment is this. Save your time ban this location and just spend your time somewhere else. This place is just absolutely pathetic.

The food was horrible! Over $50 for old sour sides, which we did not eat, dried out chicken and brisket sandwich full of fat. Just bad, didn’t even want to bring it to the staff’s attention, because they simply did not look like they cared or would offer a solution. Husband was the only one who managed to eat his sandwich…

I don’t remember the last time I had a bad food experience but this one is up there. There is a sign at the front door of all the items they are out of which should have been our first hint to turn around… but the food they did have looked AND tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I always order bbq beans and they looked puffy and not the same. My mom got green beans and said they tasted like vinegar. My dad had Cole slaw and he said it was probably from Saturday (today is Wednesday)…. I wouldn’t be surprised if the food was not cooked in house. I could go on, but I’m going to guess this location won’t be around much longer. The staff was nice, but that won’t bring me back. If you want Dickies, go to a different location for sure.

I wish I didn’t have to give 1 star !! It was horrible. The brisket was so overcooked and dry I thought it was possum jerky. And the pork ribs appeared steamed. They did give me a full refund. I recommend going to Lockhart in Plano for BBQ.

Very disappointed. My husband and I frequent this location every Thursday order pretty much the same thing. 1/2pound of rib, slice brisket slider and a order of fries. This time I noticed the price was more than normal. I went in to the front counter and asked why was my ribs so much, the employee stated we ordered a half rack of ribs. I advised that I didn't even see that option on the menu. At that point I realized she was not willing to help so I left to enjoy my meal. We made it home and I was very disappointed. We had 2 more(small burned) ribs than what we have on the 1/2 pound. The brisket slider was not brisket it was pulled pork. I will be including pictures as well. Also look at the amount of fries, this was an actual side that we paid for not one included with a meal.
