First time at Jimmy Johns and boy am i glad I didnt settle for subway! 💖 Everything tasted amazing. It was all fresh. And they are super fast. Had our sandwiches done before we even finished getting our drinks.

When i walk in they already know my order. I always get one totaly tuna sub and one gargantuan. i like that i can call in my order and pick it up already prepared and the restaurant is always so clean. Iv managed to make it before closing time they keep there doors open till the last minute or last customer is out. Most other places close 10 minutes early or even more Thank you guys for the freaky fast subs.

It was late and I was driving by when I noticed JJ was still open. Thank you Blake and Eric for being cool. Best customer service experience I’ve had in awhile! The place was super clean, great music , delicious sandwich and friendly employees. Thanks again guys! I’ll definitely be back. Service like that is rare and you guys rock!

Hot dog! That’s not what I got here, I got a roast beef sandwich and by golly was it delicious! I had some cash money on a door dash gift card and it was my turn to choose where we ate for date night. It wasn’t any regular date night either, it was my 10th anniversary! So per customary we went somewhere we could afford when we were first married. So dinner for 2 came out about $20 or so but because it was a gift card: $0.00. That’s how poor I used to be. Anyways, the food was great! Definitely will come back for my 20th reunión is we still live locally!!!

This location was the very first Jimmy John’s I ever went to and I continue to go there till this day. Just today there was an issue with my delivery order and they were absolutely understanding about it and took care of it. I love it here and I definitely recommend this location to everyone I know. Great Job to the team! Yall are the best!

Everything at this location is always top notch! The staff are super friendly, drivers are always really fast and kind I have no complaints EXCEPT I don't know who has the powers to make it happen but BRING BACK THE THAI CHICKEN WRAP! I don't mean to shout but that should be on the menu year round not just summer. Other than that, 10/10 would recommend this store!

I live about half a mile from this location and I always do a mobile order right as I head out. Every single time, they have my order ready for pick up before I get there! The staff members are always so lovely, on par with Chick fil A service. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a great experience here! The sandwiches are great and the employees are always more than friendly. I have never had any issues ordering from this store whether that be in person or on the app. I highly recommend this place for their quick, delicious and friendly service. Jack and Zack were absolutely great. They answered all of my questions, had great explanations and were quick and speedy with getting our order ready. If you're hungry in Wylie, make a good choice and stop by this establishment. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered the toasted roast beef and cheddar last week and unfortunately didn’t get the crispy onions, seems small but was one of the things that made me change my order last minute! Don't eat at JJs a lot. I was in a hurry. Staff was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient. And that Italian #7 has a ton of meat on it. It was a meal.

Almost every time I order from here my food smells like cigarettes. I understand there may be delivery people that smoke, but is there not some way my food can’t smell like cigarettes? After a few times of this happening, I’ve finally just stopped ordering from here altogether.

However, when I ordered two sandwiches, the employee informed me that the toaster was off because it takes too long to clean. Despite this, I decided to proceed with the sandwiches. In hindsight, I should have left when I noticed that the bottom of his beard was nearly touching the sandwich. I likely won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to others. I placed a large order for our office. Unfortunately I was late and was forced into a time spot. I was also shocked that they didn’t deliver. There appeared to be only one staff member. When I walked in, she was assisting someone at a screen placing their order. She didn’t even greet me. After she was done she acknowledged me and I pointed to my order on the counter and she stated she hadn’t printed a ticket out for it but that everything was there. She asked me if I needed help but I declined. Another unfortunate thing is it states to park in the designed spots in the email since I have requested a carry out. There where none even marked so I had to park away from the building. A bad design for the parking lot and the plaza. Where they freakishly fast….not really. Probably due to understaffed store it made it difficult for them to fill the order sooner. The food was fine and prepared correctly.

Dec 17 2025. I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich for pick up. I paid $15 for a chicken ranch sandwich that barely had any chicken or ranch. I had to go buy something else after this. I will say though, it really depends who's working because I've never had this issue here before and I've been here 4 times.

Good food. Not so great service or safety being taken during COVID-19. Ordered using the Jimmy Johns app, and when I arrived to pick up, I tried calling the phone number for the location listed both here on Google Maps and in the app itself - 5 times. No answer. When I arrived I called because I wanted to know their policy for customer pick up. There was no professional signage to indicate proper practices... just a 8.5” x 11” piece of paper with some hand-written text in permanent marker saying to come in and pick your stuff up, that to read you have to either be parked in the handicap spots or get out of your car. At least one if not 2 employees were not wearing masks or gloves. Only one guy behind the counter was. Would NOT recommend while things are still dicey if you want your food and interactions with other people in publicly accessible business locations to be safe.

Went in for 2 sandwiches to go. Employee working wasn't the brightest. Screwed up both sandwiches. Flies all around the food. When I pointed it out they did nothing about it. They use to be good. Not sure what happened. Will not go back. As you can see by most of their reviews that the place is not a good place to get sandwiches.

Do not do DELIVERY. It took me an hour to get my sandwich delivered to City Hall, 5 minutes away from the location. I called after 30 minutes of not getting it and the girl (Mary) on the phone said they are behind and I would get it soon. An hour and 5 minutes later I finally receive it from Mark, who said they are understaffed and to call the store to complain, well right before he got to me with my food I tried to call 5 TIMES! no answer, definitely on purpose. Also, my sandwich wasn't cut in half like I requested it be on the order. I will never order from here again. If you do, do not get it delivered.

I have been a customer of this store for years, ordering online many times. Because I really love their food, I have overlooked a lot of issues in the past, but after tonight, I'm done making excuses for this location. I successfully placed my online order and my account was charged for the order. When I never received the notification that my order was out for delivery, I called the store and didn't get an answer. They never answered the phone. Did they close early? Were they in the store but not answering the phone? No way to tell and no way to leave a message about my issue. When I think about the other problems I've encountered with this store over the last month that I chose to overlook, such as constantly closing early and poor quality food, I'm left scratching my head why a business with such a great brand wouldn't try to solve their problems and improve customer service. The only conclusion that makes sense to me is that making a good product and retaining customers just isn't one of their priorities.

This is now the 6th time we have been to this location, each time we have placed our order a different way (online, in person, etc). My wife is allergic to cheese and every time we request no cheese and have even added notes saying she is allergic, yet EVERY TIME they get it wrong and add cheese. We then have to make the 20 min round trip to get it fixed and explain why its so important, they Apologize and go about their day until the next time we order and its incorrect. We will not be going back and instead go to firehouse or jersey mikes where we have never had an issue and if we did, im sure the issue wouldn't fall on deaf ears.

This is not a good location. Every single time we order from here, whether that's going into the store ourselves or delivery, something is wrong. The order is wrong or poor quality ingredients are used. Multiple times we have gotten the ends of tomato and old brown pieces of lettuce and missing ingredients entirely. I have no idea why this location struggles so much, but it is unfortunately the only location close to our home for delivery. I hope this location improves their quality and attention to detail soon, because we won't be ordering from here again until that happens. 8/04: Still haven't received any contact from management. I left the information on the website as they requested. Sadly the shop hasn't improved at all either.

So I understand people are short staffed but it should not take 2 hours to get food delivered! I called at an hour and the driver was out for delivery then called at an hour and a half and they said it shouldn’t be long but they only had 1 delivery guy and he had 7 deliveries. It should not take 2 hours for 7 deliveries. The gentleman I thought was being nice and refunding our money for it taking 2 hours and us still not having our food, however after 2 and a half hours called to find out he just canceled the order. So waited 2 and a half hours for food to find out it was completely canceled and it was at closing time so there was nothing they could do, then hung up. Will not be doing service or delivery here again.

They are always taking a long time to deliver. Then Tuesday night I ordered 2 hours ahead for them to deliver at 8pm. Come 8:20pm and they still haven't delivered I called about 15 or so times to finally get someone and she was incredibly short with me over the phone and told us that our order was out for delivery. 8:55 get our order but only getting one sandwich when we ordered two and the one we got wasn't even right. Tried calling again for about 20 or so times and no one answered!

I keep going to this location because I want Jimmy Johns and this is the closest location to me. Yet every time the customer service and food are terrible. The employees are not friendly and make an absolute mess of your food. Ive gotten several sandwiches here that are inedible. Safe to say I won’t be back.

We tried for 2 days to actually place an order here. We were finally successful today (maybe should have learned from yesterday though). We ordered online for delivery and it was far from "freaky fast". I tried at one point to contact the store for an update because it had been so long since I placed my order and the phone continued to ring with no answer. I honestly thought they were going to just ghost me and cancel again but we eventually received food. When we did receive it, some of the food looked hard and all crumbled up. Definitely far from my expectations and history with Jimmy John's. I have also submited this info via the link that they always comment with.

I have ordered from this Jimmy John's for several years. The past 3 months it has taken 45 min to deliver my food. I work .5 miles from their store. Today it took an hour. No one would answer the phone when I called so I could not get a refund. My lunch break was almost over by the time they got here so I had already ate something else. I guess tomorrow's lunch will be a soggy day old sandwich. Surprise no one is answering the phone

I am so upset tonight. I will be honest and say I have never had an issue out of this location, but tonight... I'm just not having it. I have been waiting now over an hour and a half for my order. By the time they get here the drinks I ordered will have no more ice and not be worth drinking. I called for 45 mins to the location and no one would answer the phone. So after waiting an hour I went to the store. There were two employees. One cleaning and the other walking around doing various tasks and no one was in the location eating... Why couldn't anyone answer the phone? I was told that there was only one driver and that was why it was taking so long. If someone would have answered the phone I could have cancelled the order and figured something else out for my kids to eat so they weren't an hour past their bedtime. Can someone from JJ's come take care of getting all these kids up in the morning now that they are past their bed time? DO BETTER. for real DO.BETTER.

Just ordered for a second time in 6 months and both times they messed up my order. Not to mention the bread was hard as a rock. I called back to speak to the manager at 9pm when the website says its closed at 10pm and the kid said he was the manager and her ordered everyone to shut down at 9pm. The attention to detail is the worst. I'm glad I wasn't allergic to what I told them not to put on my sandwich because this would be a different conversation. Who ever ownes this place should evaluate how this store is being ran. I for sure will never ever order from this place again.

I stopped by this location and ordered the number one. To my surprise, when I got back to my office and opened the sandwich, it only had one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Very disappointing. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Just like the other low reviews on here, they messed up our order. The first time we went there I was able to brush it off, but the second time (a week later) we ordered the EXACT SAME THING and the employees STILL managed to mess it up. To top it off, one female employee told my husband when he was asking them to remake the order that it was the same thing we ordered last time. Yes it was, and y'all still managed to mess it up. They still remade the order, but regardless... We're not coming back. Don't come here unless you want your order messed up and the employees to try to defend their actions. Post COVID, customer service is dead.

Seeing 2 Star on Yelp, my son was not inclined to go there. Still we went there for a ToGo order. (1) Big John and (1) Turkey Tom, came home (6 miles away) to find that we were given (2) Turkey Toms. Called and asked for the Manager on duty and the gentleman hung up (I heard the sound of handset being placed back on the phone set), called again and the same happened again. Called the 3rd time and I was told that they can't hear us and having problem with the phone. I asked him for his name and he said "Karen". I told him that either he can get me the manager or I drive 6 miles to speak to the manager. He said, how can I help you? I asked for the manager and he said he is one of them. I asked him for the highest authority at the time, and he got another gentleman. I explained him my concern, and he said that other gentleman didn't hang up, they are having phone issues, and as to the food, "mistakes happen and I can void the order". I excused myself from that phone call. I would say that these employees are doing it wrong to the franchisee, who invested so much money into this business. But on another thought, this franchisee mush read the reviews online, Google and Yelp and still no desire to fix anything. I guess they have a perfect team of employees and franchisee to earn a terrible name for the brand, Jimmy John's". Door dashing and Got there at 9:40 to pick up a order and they were already closed and locked up manager needs to shows employees how to close on time I got a bad review because of this. Hopefully it won’t happen to someone else

Just like the other low reviews on here, they messed up our order. The first time we went there I was able to brush it off, but the second time (a week later) we ordered the EXACT SAME THING and the employees STILL managed to mess it up. To top it off, one female employee told my husband when he was asking them to remake the order that it was the same thing we ordered last time. Yes it was, and y'all still managed to mess it up. They still remade the order, but regardless... We're not coming back. Don't come here unless you want your order messed up and the employees to try to defend their actions. Post COVID, customer service is dead.

Seeing 2 Star on Yelp, my son was not inclined to go there. Still we went there for a ToGo order. (1) Big John and (1) Turkey Tom, came home (6 miles away) to find that we were given (2) Turkey Toms. Called and asked for the Manager on duty and the gentleman hung up (I heard the sound of handset being placed back on the phone set), called again and the same happened again. Called the 3rd time and I was told that they can't hear us and having problem with the phone. I asked him for his name and he said "Karen". I told him that either he can get me the manager or I drive 6 miles to speak to the manager. He said, how can I help you? I asked for the manager and he said he is one of them. I asked him for the highest authority at the time, and he got another gentleman. I explained him my concern, and he said that other gentleman didn't hang up, they are having phone issues, and as to the food, "mistakes happen and I can void the order". I excused myself from that phone call. I would say that these employees are doing it wrong to the franchisee, who invested so much money into this business. But on another thought, this franchisee mush read the reviews online, Google and Yelp and still no desire to fix anything. I guess they have a perfect team of employees and franchisee to earn a terrible name for the brand, Jimmy John's".
