I liked the cafeteria because they have a wide variety of foods and products. The customer service has always been good, and I've never had any problems. The only thing is that sometimes during rush hour it can be a little difficult to find a spot, but nothing that can't be resolved. I definitely recommend it.

The food is quite good, and it's generally very affordable. Compared to almost any other cafe, it's slightly cheaper, and the portions are generous. They also have a distinctive variety of dishes, like campechanas (a type of Mexican sandwich) and tacos. The place is quite spacious, and even when it's busy, you usually don't have to wait too long, except for a few exceptions. The noise level is moderate.
The food is delicious and the prices are affordable. It's unfortunate that the second floor is only for teachers, even though the first floor is packed with students.
One of the best cafes on the UANL campus (CU). The remodel is really cool and super spacious. They have a real knack for whatever they prepare in that kitchen. Toppings like sauces, limes, and other things are ordered separately (the only difference from its "sister" cafe at the Philosophy building). They're great at accommodating requests for things that aren't on the menu. 👍

First time here, and maybe last. Not even when I was a student did I eat meat as tough as the flip-flop they sold me.
Overall, it's a very nice and spacious cafe! The food is delicious! The service is somewhere between poor and average. Some people are very attentive, but most seem to be in a bad mood, and one of the managers is very rude! Customer service and friendliness are good indicators in a business!
It's always packed whenever I go, especially when I leave around 1 pm, and I don't even feel like going back. I'd rather go to the local places by taking the metro. I mean, I do the same amount of time going back and forth as I would standing in that whole line, and it's not that great anyway.
