This is a plus The meats are ok the sausage had a soybean flavor so wired and red food coloring The best part was some bread pudding not like the traditional one but with a cinnamon taste. I have to say that I’m not crazy about parking it feels unsafe and dark I should have taken pictures sorry about that!

Nice place. Some of the employees don't keep their food stocked up causing people to have a les quality experience. The managers are at fault because they're not staying on the floor managing the employees like they should. I also seen a roach running across the floor in the dining room where I was sitting. I have worked in many restaurants. The insect problems seldom reach the dinning room. Most of the time only in warm storrage foods and in the equipment. This means they have an infestation and the roaches are not affraid of light and people anymore. Or else you would never see one in the daytime with a crowded room.

Nice place, varied food. Very clean. Sadly, so busy that servers take minutes to do anything.

It's alright there's variety but the food is not really good and they're always out of ice cream , that's the only reason why my kids love it for the dessert

Everything is ok. The only issues are the spoons (remains of food is common on them) and the Asian food (the sushi's rice isn't soft but hard).

For the price you pay to enter, the food was not worth the price. Of course like any other restaurant they have some dishes that were okay while some of the food was either a bit cold or the tray had little to nothing on it. We paid for one child and weren’t given the children’s cup. We told our waitress if we can get the kids cup but tried stating that we had to pay for it when we told her we paid for a child. We left it a is as we weren’t going to pay extra for a cup and before that she asked for our receipt. Later on at the end she comes back with a kids cup saying that we did pay for it. Was a little too late when we’re almost done eating. They do have a play area for the kids which was good since I have two small boys. However, probably won’t be coming back to this buffet again.

Expensive place for “buffet”, if you want steaks are extra $200.00 MXN +, floor is greasy and sticky, food is way expired, not fresh at all, lettuce should be green not brown, this place is a really bad copy of Golden Corral buffet. Go to another place for dinner,

Way overpriced for the quality of the food. Besides the waiter service, which was just Ok, most of the food was ice cold, and not tasty at all. The enviroment of the place is just bad , you cant even listen to your own conversation because of them talking really loud. Overall it was a really bad experience for us, definitely not eating there again.
