🦐✨ We went to eat at Marisquería Moreno in Getafe, and all we can say is that it was a 10-star experience. Everything was delicious, from the starters to the desserts. The care and quality are evident in every dish. The service was also unbeatable: warm, friendly, and with that friendly touch that makes you feel right at home. 🤍 A place we'll definitely come back to again and again. Posting this for the benefit of any English people reading. This may look an unlikely location for some of the best seafood you'll get in a long time, given it looks like a Nandos in a shopping mall, but don't be fooled. Inside, you have a fresh seafood bar where you can select from every kind of seafood going, including stuff I've never heard of. It then gets cooked fresh and you go pick it up. If in doubt, make sure to get prawns and chipirones (baby squid) or splash out on a seafood platter.

La esperiencia fue buena la verdad, demasiada gente es muy grande todo y tienes que saber que tiene varias zonas, nosotros fuimos al autoservicio en plan te llaman y vas a coger tu comida. Marisco no está mal. Me gustó más la parrillada.

Marisquería con materia prima fresca y de calidad. Ya hemos estado dos veces en los dos ambientes que tienen, el servicio en mesa muy bueno pero se queda corta la carta que sí puedes disfrutar en la parte de autoservicio, donde los camareros se nota que tienen menos experiencia. Destaco la calidad del producto.

El sitio esta muy bien, el trato es agradable y esta bastante concurrido, la comida esta muy buena, ademas tienen un parque de bolas para los mas pequeños.

No siendo muy amante ni del marisco ni de la carnaza, tengo que reconocer que este sitio me gustó bastante. Es cierto que el rollo del autoservicio, de tener que pedir y llevar a tu mesa tanto comida como bebida, me da un poquito de rabia, pero entiendo que de esta manera es como puede abaratar el precio final de los platos. Nosotros eramos 8 y pedimos dos bandejas de parrillada de marisco (muchas Gambas, muchos langostinos, 4 cigalas, un puñado de calamares y 4 carabineros más una salsa alioli cada bandeja, 67€ por cada una) y una parrillada de carne por 44.50€ que traía 2 morcillitas pequeñas, 3 chorizos criollos, varios trozos de secreto, un costillar, 4 churrascos, 2 lonchas de panceta y un puñado de torreznos. La verdad es que todo estaba muy rico y no nos sobró practicamente nada, ahora eso sí, somos de buen comer.

Buena calidad de producto, sitio para ir en grupo y con niños si vas a la parte de abajo, si quieres un poco mas de calma planta de arriba que te sirven a la mesa

First time there! I was invited to a birthday party there! From the outside, it's a huge, imposing restaurant! It was packed, even on a Saturday night! We had a table downstairs! You order, you clear your food and drinks... the only thing you don't do is clear the table, but if you try a little, you can manage it too 😄😄 The salads were amazing, the octopus too! Everything looked delicious! The entrecote seemed to have a very strong beef flavor, way too strong! If you bring your own cake, they charge €10 to let you use their cutlery. Coffee and a drink are the only things served at the table! The only thing I found strange was the "do everything yourself" policy, but I understand that upstairs they do serve you, but they don't let you order everything you can order downstairs. I'm not exactly sure how it works! We'll go back when we're more relaxed!

We went for dinner as a large group of 14 people with children. They have a supervised ball pit to keep the children entertained during the meal. The restaurant has two areas. One is a dining area where you are served at your table, and downstairs there is a very large area where you order and collect your drinks at the bar. One person in our group has celiac disease, and they had a little trouble with the allergen information. However, they clearly label the dishes with identifying flags. They have a variety of platters and portions to choose from, including meat and/or fish. The food is good, but the noise level makes it difficult to have a proper conversation with the other diners.

Nice place and good value for money. It can be quite noisy when is full. There are too areas, an a la carte restaurant in the first floor and a self-service in the ground floor.

Un sitio para visitar “alguna” vez, aunque no como Marisqueria de referencia. Quizás pueda ser porque no soy muy amiga de los autoservicio. No me gusto el que tengas que levantarte tu mismo a servirte no te sirven ni siquiera la bebida, colas interminables, gente disgustada con las tardanzas ( aun los que han encargado previamente ) respecto al género, se deja comer y no está malo pero tampoco el nivel es la leche. Bien quizás para reuniones de amigos y tal pero a mi no me ha encantado. Para el restaurante (que imagino que te sirven en mesa) es necesario reservar. Mucho ruido de gente ( esto es normal porque con tanta gente es inevitable) camareros inexpertos que no saben por donde les viene y lo que si agradecí fue la atención de la maitre-encargada que pasea por la mesas interesándose por los clientes. Conclusión: aceptable pero sin mucho entusiasmo.

Overall, the restaurant experience was quite good. The food was delicious, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly, making the experience comfortable. However, I was disappointed with the 95 RMB seafood platter – it was really not good value for money. Most of the seafood was cooked but served cold, and one of the oysters was spoiled and tasted bitter. I even experienced food poisoning after returning to the hotel, which was a major drawback. Other dishes were also good; the fried seafood and grilled meat were recommended. The ham and salad were also decent. In summary: 👉 Good service, some dishes highly recommended 👉 But the seafood platter was definitely not worth the price. I hope the restaurant will prioritize food freshness.

The place is big and the vibe is good. However it is missing the restaurant customer service I expect. It feels like a normal bar instead. Food was great.

La calidad de los productos ha bajado mucho en comparación con otras veces. Las cigalas de la parrillada estaban incomibles, con una textura gelatinosa, como si fueran congeladas y pasadas rápidament…

Fuimos al autoservicio con ganas de disfrutar buen marisco, y en cuanto a la comida, no hay muchas quejas: los platos estaban buenos, bien preparados y con buen sabor. Pero, lamentablemente, ahí se acaba lo positivo. El local es bastante incómodo, con las mesas demasiado juntas, lo que hace difícil estar a gusto si hay mucha gente. Nosotros estábamos en una mesa en la cual los que estaban junto a la pares no podiamos ni salir, por lo pegados que estábamos a la mesa de atrás. Y el servicio… muy flojo. Para el postre estuvimos esperando casi una hora, y cuando pedimos el café pasó exactamente lo mismo. No recomendamos la torrija, está especialmente seca y mala, los demás postres correctos. Para colmo, el café llegó frío, lo devolvimos, y al traerlo de nuevo la taza estaba sucia. En resumen, si vas solo por la comida, puede valer la pena. Pero si te importa un buen servicio, que te atiendan bien y estar cómodo, este sitio se queda muy corto. Todo lo que tiene de bueno en la cocina, lo pierde con creces en la atención al cliente.

They've significantly lowered the quality-price ratio compared to the dinner we had yesterday. The price has gone up, but the quality has gone down. Salted turbot. The croquettes are almost tasteless. The grilled meat: the razor clams were covered in parsley and cold, the scallops were cold, and the cuttlefish was tough and cold. I don't think we'll go back after going yesterday, when there was hardly anyone around, so the kitchen service was like this.
