La pizza estaba bastante rica pero en mi opinión me sobra un poco el pimiento ahí en medio y ni hablar de la salsa de ajo que deja un poco que desear por lo demás todo ok el sitio estaba limpio y ordenado y el tiempo de espera alrededor de 5 minutos que está perfecto

I went to lunch with some friends. Although I'd read several negative reviews, our experience wasn't bad. We ordered the premium lunch and drink menu, and the truth is that we ate well, and the pizzas were delicious. I would only improve the wait time, as it took a little longer than expected to bring the pizzas. The girl who served us was friendly and explained the different options very well. Overall, we were satisfied, the food was good, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

Pizza is great. Dough and sauce are unique. You don't need a lot of ingredients after that. Price is also great. Though it was expensive before Corona. Service is fine. Clean, convenient restaurant.

We ordered pizzas the other day and it was a bit disappointing, to be honest. They were delivered and there were very few toppings; they practically looked like cheese pizzas, you can see it in the photos. They were full pizzas, so everything should have been the same, but you can see there was definitely not enough of anything.

Lo podría describir como vergonzoso. Una hora para que traigan las pizzas, que evidentemente han venido frías. Además, pedí la pizza sin gluten “bacon XL”, entiendo que el XL se refiere al precio, porque el tamaño es una vergüenza.

Terrible servicio. Fui con varias personas por la promoción de “Pizzaton”, las primera pizza estuvo buena, a partir de la segunda en adelante bajaron muchísimo la calidad y el servicio se puso pesado. Además que entre pizza y pizza tenía que esperar un aproximado de 20 minutos porque no querían ir adelantando las pizzas, teníamos que terminar una para poder ir a pedir la otra. Entiendo que habían pocos empleados y tenían mucho trabajo, pero la actitud de una señora rubia de lentes era pésima. Sin hablar que no había ningún tipo de climatización, hacia mucho frío adentro…

Hice un pedido online para cenar con mis hijos y pedí pizza masa original con bordes rellenos de queso, como pueden comprobar es todo menos lo que pedí,mis hijos se comieron dos trozos y yo fuí a reclamar que eso no es lo que pedi, de me dijo que tenia que decirlo antes de que se coman dos trozos y que ya no se puede hacer nada. Ya me habéis perdido como clienta! Si se pide una masa original es por algo. Haced bien su trabajo.

He pedido dos pizzas jamón y queso y nos la han dado de aquella manera. Habia un pelo en una de ellas, otra tenía cebolla lo que me ha provocado una reacción alérgica y una de ellas era 3quesos con 3 trozos de jamón. En las fotos se ve perfectamente. No es la primera vez que nos pasa el otro día las pizzas frías y tardaron un montón en servirlas. No volveré a coger en este restaurante

Pesimo servicio. Nos atiende Georgina que no sabe nada de pronociones ni de atender al público. Me cobra de mas. Le tengo que aclarar la promoción que le he pedido. Cuando le reclamo me pone mala cara y me da la espalda. Tardan en servinos la pizza que viene sin cortar y las patatas frias y casi crudas

Fui a cenar con amigos y me encontré con una experiencia desagradable. El empleado que atendía en la caja era grosero y maleducado. Mientras esperaba para hacer mi pedido el comía y bebía en la caja, lo que me pareció poco higiénico y nada profesional. Además, el local estaba sucio y desordenado, lo que me hizo cuestionar la higiene y seguridad de los alimentos que preparan. Cuando salí a esperar mi pedido, vi que el mismo empleado estaba fumando en la puerta del local, lo que me pareció contradictorio con las normas de higiene y seguridad que se esperaría en un lugar que prepara alimentos. No volveré.

Luego de hora y media esperando las pizzas. Llamo y me dicen que la estaban preparando q ya salía. Pedí devolución y luego de una larga espera me dicen q tasa 2 semanas en devolverme el dinero. Menuda estafa

Last night, November 25th, I ordered a pizza for delivery from this store. I ordered a pineapple pizza, but it arrived with bell peppers and no pineapple. I called to request a replacement, they said yes, and then left me on hold for over an hour. It never arrived, and I didn't get a refund. I called three times, and a guy answered. It's outrageous that he lied to me all three times, saying the replacement was on its way. On the last call, he said the store was closed and hung up. The customer service from that guy was terrible. And the app doesn't even allow me to upload a photo as proof of the wrong pizza. I'm attaching the evidence here.

Absolutely shameful! It took an hour for the pizza to arrive, it was cold and awful, they didn't even make it properly or with any effort. It's not worth paying for at all. I've eaten there before and it's been great, but they ruin everything with the delivery. It's a disgrace to have to wait an hour for this!

We just picked up a tgtg, an app to avoid food waste by saving the surprise packs from restaurants, that is, I paid for a pack that in the description of this pizzeria specifies that they can give you any of the following combinations: 1 medium + 1 rolled, or 2 mediums or 1 XXL. They gave us someone's leftovers, open boxes, cold and on top of that the person who delivered it, quite arrogantly, when he went back in to complain, said that it's what they have...leftovers and it's not like that, they should change the description in the app, I'm attaching photos, a disgrace.

Zero stars. I've been to many fast-food restaurants, but this place was a complete disgrace. The first thing that shocked me was the overall state of the place: garbage piled up next to the tables, dirty floors, and everything was a mess. The chairs were broken and filthy, and we even saw cockroaches in the bathroom. Seriously, it should have passed a health inspection; it was a total lack of hygiene. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. The staff were not only unfriendly, but they were even arguing amongst themselves in front of the customers, completely unprofessional. I won't be going back, and I won't recommend it. A place like this shouldn't be open in these conditions.

Wrong order...gave us cheese when we stated sin queso and took 25 minutes to make another one, whilst mine got cold and guess what?? It was wrong again 😡
