Recently we celebrated our mother's 90th birthday at our neighborhood Atria's in Gibsonia and it was fantastic. We had previously dined at this Atria's and chose to have our party there because they offer a varied menu at reasonable prices in a warm and friendly environment with excellent service and quality food. We met with Molly to plan the event and she offered many ideas and suggestions regarding menu, decorations, room selection, table arrangements and entertainment. Our personal waitresses, Molly and Kylie were outstanding and very attentive to our needs. They went above and beyond in assisting in putting up decorations, helping to take group pictures, cutting the cake, assisting with the toast and just making it a wonderful event. Chef Bennie Wilson and his staff prepared a beautiful appetizer tray of fruits and cheese, choice of soup or salad, three entrees to select from including addressing special dietary needs and beverages. We were able to obtain the services of Dueling Pianos, Hermie Granati and Harry Levicky, who often perform at Atria's. They are very talented musicians who can customize their music to your needs. They're very interactive with the audience which really made our event a success. The staff at Atria's GIbsonia made us feel like part of the Atria's family with their warm and friendly environment. It was a memorable celebration that our mother and all of us will never forget. We highly recommend to anyone who is looking for either a nice night out or planning an event to check out the Atria's in Gibsonia. Linda & Bernie Kapus & Family
OMG, this was a random stop on our way from Michigan to Virginia, and what an amazing meal! The reuban and fries were to die for and the fish tacos left my mouth bursting with flavor. Our waiter Michael was friendly and very efficient! And, they even had live music, which was also great. We're already talking about stopping there on our way back home. Kudos to all the staff at Atrias!
We've had consistently good food every time we've gone for dinner. They have comparable prices and the staff is very courteous.
Stopped in for lunch after a business meeting and so glad we did! Excellent clam chowder and blackened shrimp salad. Great service.
This place was phenomenal. I went with a friend who had been there before and branched out from his usual to try something our server recommended. She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive and gave other great recommendations based on our food/flavor preferences. I left very well fed and will certainly be back.
When I come up from North Carolina, my sister-in-law from Pittsburgh and I always enjoy our special lunch at atria’s! It is our tradition to have some wine together, a wonderful salad, and their soups never disappoint! I have never ordered anything off of this menu that I have not liked! Great atmosphere and wonderful customer service! Cannot wait to come back!
Great restaurant! Very nice, fast and welcoming service! Chef Bennie Wilson is the best, cooking amazingly delicious food! Our waitress and banquet coordinator Kylie Bibza is very professional, efficient, courteous, and attentive! We highly recommend this place for everyday meals and special occasions!
The food is delicious and Ben, head chef along with our waitress Alexa could not have provided better service. Just turned off the turnpike on route 8, 1.1 miles. Definitely worth the stop!!!
On Saturday 9-14-19 I took family and friends for a celebration. There were about 23 of us. We were on the patio. I asked that the food orders be brought out as they were done. The servers were very attentive. They made the afternoon perfect.
Very lovely place, they worked with us to get a large party together for my family. The wait staff was extremely nice and helped everyone as well as working with their patrons in the front of the establishment. Very good crew, very good food, couldn't ask for any better from them.
A bit pricey but everyone loved their food so it was worth the price. We showed up at lunch with a group of 7 and no reservation, and we were seated in less than 5 minutes. Good service, friendly staff, great food.
We were there on a Saturday at 4:30. We were seated immediately and Jess our waitress come up to get our drinks within a minute or two. It was a nice atmosphere with exceptional service and the new assistant manager Matt come over to the table to make sure that we were happy with everything, found out it was our first visitso he brought us Fried zucchini and it was absolutely delicious. We will go back and I would highly recommend this atrias location
My family & I recently attended Atria's to celebrate my Grandpa's 90th birthday and I was very impressed. They took great care of our large party. The food was delicious and they were very kind in giving us time to catch up and celebrate in a private area of the restaurant.
We were looking for somewhere to eat that was not a franchise or fast food while heading home from Pittsburgh i spotted Atrtia's we turned back around i am glad that we did! Felt a little under dressed but they made us feel comfortable, since it was are first time there they gave us a complimentary appetizer (deep fired zucchini) was really good. Would definently go back.
The route 8 store has great staff and service. Kylie was great in setting up our party one New Year's day. The chef did a great job with the food!
Atria's restaurant in Gibsonia is a hidden treasure. Literally. Located at 5517 William Flynn Hwy along route 8, one might miss it if one is not keeping an eye out for the small sign the restaurant is located at that equally small plaza. I had experienced first hand being waved by a next car driver at a traffic stop light to ask me for direction to the restaurant. Obviously, she missed the restaurant by one mile because she had passed it driving from the north to the one mile south from where the restaurant was on route 8 . But once, the location is secured, one would be definitely be warmly welcomed by the manager, Ed, along with his friendly smiles. Another associate, Kylie Bibza, the banquet coordinator is also excellent in accommodating you, to any of your dining pleasures. The restaurant's interior is set up in a simple yet elegant modern decor set with a neat and clean ambient. The seafood menu seems to be one of the popular items. When I was there last on a Friday evening, the seafood aromas fill the whole restaurant. Be adventurous. Try the seafood. You would be glad. The menu has a good range of selection. From steak to a good variety of seafood, any family would have a great dining out experience any time there. Bon appetite! George W.
Our server, Bridgette was great. The food was delicious and Bridgette was very attentive. What happened after we paid our bill and went outside was truly amazing. Us four gals continued to gab and Attria's server, Brian thought i should sit with the gals, seeing that i needed a seat, he brought out a chair. After about 20 more minutes, he brought each of us a glass of refreshing water to drink. What a beautiful smile he had. When we were all done chatting, we brought our empty glasses back inside along with the chair, gave Brian a hug and smile, and thanked him for his kindness and thoughtful service and left happy and joyful!! What a beautiful day we had and a delicious lunch! Thanks Attria!! Rachel Burke
The food and accommodations were great. More importantly Kylie and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. Greated by all of the managers and felt relaxed that the baby shower was going to be great. Thank you all so much.
Kylie was one of the best servers we have experienced! The meal was awsome too!! The atmosphere is great. This is one of our favorite restaurants in our area.
One of my favorite Pittsburgh area restaurant. StEaks, salmon and the specialty dishes are all excellent, the atmosphere is attractive and welcoming, and they have a nice wine list and special every evening.
I had my bridal shower at Atria's Richland this past weekend. Kylee and the rest of the staff were amazing from start to finish. Kylee regularly checked in with me after I booked until the day of the shower to make sure all bases were covered. The dining room was setup beautifully the day of when I arrived. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive the whole day and we got several compliments from our guests about their service. The staff even gave my fiance and I a card and gift card as a thank you for celebrating with them. I would highly recommend them for any event!
Filet was exceptionally tender with great flavor. Service was great but our entre was a little sow arriving and our waiter brought us a drink on the house. We have never had a bad experience ar Atria's.
Great food and service, triple cheese queso thing was insane, nachos and fried zucchini, where awesome too. Chicken parm was perfect. Good food for the picky kids. Don't hesitate, just go.
8 of us went to happy hour this evening. The food was delicious and drinks were wonderful. Adam was a great waiter! When you go there, ask for him!
The staff is so friendly. The manager always stops over to say hello as well as the chef. The food is always good. Can't get enough of this place.
We had our daughter's birthday celebration there on 12/15/18. It was all good as expected as we have been to this establishment before. We had a party of 9 and our waitress seemed to be attentive to us and keep us informed of delays, etc. I do have 1 question, however. When I asked our waitress about the brownie desert for the birthday girl, she said you don't do that anymore. I did find that a bit odd as one of the people in our party was just there a few weeks ago for their birthday and she got the birthday brownie. Was our waitress correct or new and not aware?
This was a first for us and we will most definitely be back. Ryan our server was wonderful and our food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced. Steak was perfectly cooked and came out in just the right amount of time. Our drinks did take a bit bit the wait was well worth it. Highly recommend the blackberry sage old fashioned and the nuts and berries martini. We also came on a Saturday nigh night around 530 and were seated immediately. This Atria's is like a hidden gem on RT.8
This was by far the best food and best service I have had in a very long time! Chef Bobby not only creates great dishes but presents them with style rarely seen. He even went out of his way to greet us and make us feel welcomed! We will certainly be back!
The atmosphere of the place is great. Service is spectacular. I was there for a rehearsal dinner and the choices were fabulous. The steak filets I had just melted in my mouth. Everything they had was wonderful. When my dtr came in with presents for people, they set up a table and had it read in minutes. Can't express my satisfaction enough. Thank you for taking great care of us.
Dinner with wife. I ordered seafood etouffee and it was delicious. They have a lenten menu and I highly recommend. Cathy was our server and was friendly informed and attentive.
Good food unfortunately my Crab bisque soup had shell and cartilage in it. But is was still excellent in taste. Service is a bit slow.
The place nice and quite and the food quality was excellent but the service table need to be improvement. Might need to have training task to get better service for your customers.
Good food, pleasant atmosphere, appropriate prices. One of the chefs walked through the dining area and asked how we liked our meals. He phrased his questions in such a way that I felt he was genuinely interested in the feedback and would use it as part of continuous improvement. I would go here again.
Wonderful experience today after Confirmation. Family, relatives and friends had a wonderful brunch served by Molly and also the Chef who talked to our relative about a Gluten free brunch. Molly was very attentive with drinks and making sure our meals were perfect. Thank you Atria's. Everyone was very satisfied !!!!
Two visits this month and the winter menu has been excellent both times - meatloaf and pot pie were both delicious and the stuffed peppers were tasty as well. This location would seem be much improved over previous visits and the value of the winter menu entres for the prices charged is excellent.
I was there for a small family celebration. The staff treated us well. We had a small private space which was nice. One of our members has a diet restriction so the chef came out and talked to her about what her needs were. They did not rush us, just let us enjoy our time together. They food was good. Thanks.
Home made chips were way over cooked as well as fries. Burgers were very good. Crab bisque was heated in microwave that curled milk and inhanced salt.
I had a worm in my food. But this not the first time something like this has happened. I had a butter wrapper in another meal from them. The service was good. The chef apologized. I went with a coupon for my birthday. And I still had to pay for the other meal.
1st time to happy hour(Wed). Waitress service was great. Food as expected. Sliders are great. I was hoping for a crab cake appetizer, as I have had at another Atria's, but it wasn't on the menu. Band too loud for me, given the space.
Not a fan, over priced mediocre food. This location is dreary and musty. It an awkward plaza. My salmon was cold and mushy not a place I will ever go again. Medical office I was buying lunch for did not like their food either.
This restaurant's staff needs trained in hospitality. Today's visit started with blank, bored stares from 2 hosts as I entered the building. When I seated myself at the bar, the bartender was engaged in a story with two guests opposite my location at the bar, and never broke from her story to acknowledge my presence. I waited for over a minute to see if she would stop to greet me. Instead I left hungry and extremely annoyed at the lack of courtesy. I'm sorry, but your business doesn't deserve mine.
Today picked up what was to be a fully cooked thanksgiving meal; specifically ordered it hot so I could put it right on the table. Ended up with raw sweet potatoes and ham cut so thick it was near impossible to chew Don't let them cater your meal! It was just plain bad.
We went there for thanksgiving dinner. It was without a doubt the WORST food we ever had at a restaurant....nearly inedible. They served turkey breast, no roasted turkey and seasoned croutons for stuffing. The mashed potatoes were heavily salted and the apple pie was a joke.
The past few times I have had dinner here, it has not been the best. The staff has been abscent minded and slow. The portions are small for how expensive the food is.
I have been going to Atria's Richland location for years. I am regular. I went there so often that I even met the partners last year while they were meeting and having lunch. The way a friend and I were treated in February was absolutely horrible. The bartenders were extremely rude. The manager was sitting at the bar eating and drinking (the shift manager mentioned that the manager was off) the ladies across the bar also had bad service. They even wished us luck as they left to be seated. We explained how rude the bartenders were and the shift manager offered us a $25 gift card. There is no way anyone should be treated so poorly, especially a regular. I guess this is why the other regulars who frequented this location no longer goes as well. Anyone who knows me know that Atria's was happy place, I have numerous check ins for the last 7 years. It's really a shame this place went down hill. I honestly felt as tho they were closing because the staff was so horrible.
This will be our last visit to an Atria’s. After a comedy of errors and being there over 4 hours (I wish I was exaggerating), my family is leaving our last Thanksgiving meal at a restaurant that used to be a favorite. Our reservation was for 4:30, we were seated at 5:30 and received the check at 8:40. What happened in between nearly defies description. It was a set menu for Thanksgiving and yet, they were out of wedding soup, pumpkin pie, apple pie and cranberry sauce (our reservation was for 4:30, not the end of the evening) There was no attempt to compensate us or to make things right. Many other things went wrong but you get the picture. We used to love this place but won’t be visiting this establishment again.
I have been to this location on multiple occasions and have never experienced such terrible service. The bartender was extremely proactive and supportive to the customers, though he was managing the bar and all of the surrounding areas. The manager, specifically, and his fellow co-workers did not help with cleaning tables, clearing the bar, and removing dirty dishes to enable other customers to sit at open tables. The bartender did a great job supporting current/new customers however the manager is a poor example of a leader in this establishment and his abilities as a mentor should be re-assessed. I believe the manager on duty at this time was Ed. The hostess is also more concerned with mingling with customers rather than helping her fellow co-workers to clean tables. She actually was handed a bottle of cleanser, set it down, and walked away. I have never seen such terrible teamwork. I feel bad for this bartender and I hope he realizes what a good employee he is and moves on to better opportunities.
Google says to make a reservation- I highly recommend that you do. Not because they are busy, because the hostess will have a melt down otherwise. We arrived at 5pm there was one person in the main dining and we did not have a reservation. I worked in the restaurant biz for a long time, you always have tables for walk ins. It took this young girl 10 mins to figure out how to seat us. And when she does...she goes to find a highchair for my baby. Evidently, this place only has ONE HIGHCHAIR for the entire restaurant. She offered a booster for my child who’s the size of a 9month old...needless to say, we won’t be back here again. And if you have a baby, they have more high chairs at the pizza place three doors down.
Ate here today. Last time we will dine here. COLD, I mean NO temp, mashed potatoes, By the time I got parm cheese for my meal it was cold. Ribs had no sauce on top. No coffee refills. It goes on and on. They had a man wiping and setting the tables, Never ask how the food was. This place was on absolute cruise control today, with NO supervision. $73.00, wasted!!!
Buyer beware. Know your prices and specials do not rely on being told the truth. 1/2 off bottle of wine special on Wednesday’s for the last 6 months. Newer bartender never told me. Found out by a seasoned bartender. Instead of saying sorry for the oversight - it was a training issue - I was told I’m being too hard. It’s my money - feels like my money has been taken twice. Apology was all I was looking for. Only looking for what is fair and just. The manager that had the horrible customer service - has told me that he hates dealing the public. The manager that said that to me is the same manager that said no one should have complained about the thanksgiving fiasco. Need to finish the GC’s. Thrown enough of money away. Highly recommend that atrias finds persons that understand what customer centric means. An apology can make the difference between this review and a 160 review. I completely understand why parents do not like this place and will never go back - hence me receiving their GCs. Also would like to point out that I have highly defended one of the bartenders during the thanksgiving fiasco of 2018. Highly recommend Cala Lilly or Italian restaurant on Harts run road - unable to ever recommend Atrais.
