We had the Tuesday special, which is spaghetti and meatball. It was delicious. Great location, right outside of PNC Park ball field.

We ate at Atrias on a pup night at PNC park. To sit and eat with your pup you have to sit on the sidewalk. There weren't any tables when we checked in. The manager on duty was so friendly and came over and told us as soon as he could he would move a table up the the sidewalk for us. The second a table opened they cleaned it and moved it for us!! That's what I call service. For those of you who try and eat out with dogs know how much we appreciated the extra effort! Food was good too!!

Good lunch specials and a great atmosphere for a professional meeting or after work cocktails with friends. Beef brisket sandwich was good and the flame grilled chicken salad was excellent.

Atria's on Federal Street (PNC Park) hosted my daughter's bridal shower this afternoon (June 6, 2015). We has 32 guests in attendance and Atria's service staff were truly exceptional. We had Atria's Brooklynn, Chris, Andre and Roben serving our party and they were the best. They went above and beyond making us feel welcome and very well served. We wanted to leave a very positive review for Atria's, but we wanted to mention our servers specifically, because they are the reason our visit is memorable. We'll always consider the PNC Park Atria's for parties and we look forward to seeing 'our crew' again, and this review was written on their behalf! Sincerely, Margaret Warner

Traditional American and Italian food. Never disappointed with the quality and flavor! I would recommend trying the pastas and specials. I ordered their thanksgiving special- I was very pleased. Great place for family and friends. They do have a bar and dining area. Great quality at a great price.

Fantastic food! We all loved eating here and were surprised to find thst it's open even when there are no games. The place was super busy before the Bucs game 3 playoff game but service was decent as well. Craft beers like Dale's Pale and 21st Century, we'll be back.

Atria's is a local chain of nine restaurants serving American comfort foods, this location living just outside of PNC Park on Pittsburgh's North Shore. Founded by an Italian immigrant initially as a grocery store and then a post-prohibition watering hole in the 1930s, Atria's has become one of the city's popular culinary institutions if popularity is measured by the number of mouths the chain has fed over the years. With a menu featuring what a Californian like me would consider to be "convincing-sounding" Pittsburgh-y dishes such as "Pot Roast Nachos," "Tortellini Alfredo," and "Black and Gold Pierogies," this was one of my initial introductions into how locals eat in the self-proclaimed "City of Champions." The spot is a comfortable place to eat. Service is friendly and accurate, though not engaging. Portions are large, but this is not "clean" food. There are layers of sauces, gravies, and cheese on many things, covering for lower-quality meats, seafood, and produce. Atria's does the simple things well enough -- their chili being an example. Moderately spicy, theirs is an aggressively "beefy" chili with just a small amount of beans, sprinkled with shredded cheddar jack, and crowned by corn tortilla chips -- it is probably my favorite menu item. They also do a good burger, well-sized, good char on the surface and cooked to your preference, served with a standard condiment mix of mayo, mustard, pickles, lettuce, onions, and tomato. Atria's is in the business of making food, not miracles. Occasionally, you'll see something interesting and off-beat being offered as a special. This was the case earlier this year when Atria's was serving an Oktoberfest menu in June. I ordered the enormous Schweinshaxe (aka pork shank) which was served with two hearty sides: skin-on mashed potatoes and spaetzle, not to mention gravy. Despite the "Cheesecake Factory"-level portions, I came away a little disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the velvety softness and succulence of the pork -- but everything else was just a bit "off." The gravy was too sweet. The potatoes were under-seasoned. The spaetzle, bizarrely mixed with saurkraut, was over-cooked. Such is the result when this restaurant tries to be ambitious. I wouldn't recommend anyone go out of their way to dine at Atria's, but this is a place where getting a good-quality meal is a possibility if you choose wisely. You won't be disappointed if you stick with the simpler dishes here, and you should look for the items that have obviously been on their menu for decades.

I think these guys were off their game today. I had a great chopped salad and the crab bisque that was cold and had to send back. Service needs to be a little more on point. However, they did serve us a piece of carrot cake bigger than your head.

The place is close to PNC and had decent nachos. Overpriced and for some reason they don't have prices on their beer menu.

It is a place with good location as it is inserted into PNC Park, the food was good and Jeff's attention was impeccable, always outstanding. The details to improve: 1) The hostess does not smile, I was still sitting and although I was finished, asked me not very good way to retire because I needed the table, I understand space, but there are better ways. 2) The waiters should know better about harmonies, I asked about the combination between beer and what I was going to order and did not really handle with much security on the subject, it's not their fault, it's a management plan.

Not a bad restaurant, just unexceptional. And no value. $5 for a teacup of crab bisque that was way too salty and I had to hunt long and hard for the rare price of crab. Seafood salad tasted nice and fresh, but was 85% lettuce. I might go back to try something else, but won't be in any hurry to do so. The main thing this place has going forward for it is location and good service.

Wasn't too pleased with service....hostess took others before me and my party while we waited to be seated.....asked about specials and were ignored no drink menu was provided kind of felt out of place and was excited about coming here for the 1st time. Maybe I'll try again.

Have eaten there often and food was good, but ordered the brisket recently and was very disappointed. It was tough and fatty and sliced improperly. My dog would likely have enjoyed it. I blame it on the chef who should have cut it up for soup. If you order brisket check it before eating.

We were there last year after the parade. The music and fantastic but the service sucked. Two hours to get lunch and the bartender didn't know how to pour a Guinness. We're planning on trying again this year and hope the staff and customer service have improved.

Went for Mother's Day meal. Had reservations, one and a half hours later still no food. Never actually got food, had to leave as we had reservations for a show. What a disappointment.

It is sad to see a great restaurant from Pittsburgh destroyed by greedy ownership. (Aka pat McDonald) i guess they are right at home with the greedy pirates extorting money off of hard working pittsburghers.

We came here after a game so things were winding down. We weren't allowed to it outside because they were cleaning up the patio tables to close. Fair enough. We sat inside for about 15 minutes and not one single waiter came up to us. We walked out and went to The Beer Market.

horrible ! waited over 30 minutes for a burger and fish - whole ordeal caused us to miss 1st inning of pirate game ... burger done wrong and no tartar for fish (then had to ask 3x for it) ... immediately let waitress know we expected our check to be adjusted ... at end of meal check brought out by manager who I then asked if bill was modified for our problems ... she then tried to intimidate us into paying full amount by firing back 'what do you expect me to do' ... left in a huff ... took another 5 minutes to bring bill back with an AMAZING $1.30 off a $30 bill ... absolutely ridiculous ! this manager has NO people skills and should be fired as we will NEVER be back to this or any other Atria's location ... HIRE BETTER PEOPLE - it's wasn't the original problem (things happen) but how it was handled that is the issue ... GET RID OF THESE PEOPLE!
