I never had a coffee here until a week or so ago. I can't stop. The Caramel Brulée is amazing. Skim milk and 6 pumps of caramel goodness. It's now an expensive habit.

This Starbucks is the absolute best. They can be quite busy, and yet still be friendly and make my order perfect. The employees here are top notch!

Always love Starbucks Strawberry and Mango Refresher's, different hot coffees, and frappuccinos. No matter what I get its always good. I think that there prices are a it to pricey. So that I can't go as much as i like. But other than that i dont have no other complaints

They have a happy hour every Thursday, as well as in many other Starbucks, with registration. Nice peaceful place, not too little or too many people. Good costumer service. The drinks ended out great, and me and my friends had a great time.

This is a great Starbucks - happiest employees I’ve probably ever seen, proud and working hard to serve the citizens of Mt Lebanon the chain’s iconic coffee and beverages. It’s clean and well-maintained, with tables right outside the mall entrance, inside the mall near the indoor entrance, and, of course, in the restaurant. The strawberry açaí lemonade was excellent.

This is a great Starbucks - happiest employees I’ve probably ever seen, proud and working hard to serve the citizens of Mt Lebanon the chain’s iconic coffee and beverages. It’s clean and well-maintained, with tables right outside the mall entrance, inside the mall near the indoor entrance, and, of course, in the restaurant. The strawberry açaí lemonade was excellent.

If you are looking for a Starbucks that has amazing food/beverages/coffee as well as wonderful customer service, look absolutely no further than this location! All the employees, especially Halie and Riley are amazing people and exceptional workers who go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied and treated with dignity and respect while there! I also love the fact that there’s an outdoor patio with an awning and ceiling fans that customers can enjoy if they choose to sit outside! I recommend this location to anybody that enjoys Starbucks products!

This has been one of the better Starbucks in terms of in-person orders in my experience; the staff behind the counter is always very friendly and helpful, my drinks have always been made to perfection, and any time that I have witnessed someone having an issue the staff has always been quick to correct it. Be warned, however, that they have a VERY high volume of orders with the accompanying wait time, and more than a few customers get impatient over waiting more than a few minutes for their order. Even if you have patience, it's something you will most likely witness in someone else, so be prepared for that sort of disturbance. The store itself does well despite the sheer volume, so I can't fault them for this. Note that I have only ordered here in-person and never via mobile, so I can't accurately rate that aspect.

If this is the Starbucks on Banksville Road, then this is the right review. If it is the Starbucks on Craig Street in Oakland. I’m sorry but that’s a one star review. The other Starbucks in Oakland wasn’t too bad. But none of them compared to the one on Banksville Road those people listen to you their baristas listen to you they treat you fair. They get you in and out. No one makes a caramel ribbon crunch like them on Banksville Rd., Starbucks.

Starbucks makes really good coffee. It's an excellent medium roast. Always hot and fresh. The customer service is good. Staff is helpful with suggestions. They also offer breakfast sandwiches. When in a hurry it's a one stop shop. The sandwiches are not bad. I would definitely return to Starbucks again.

Can I just say there was an extremely rude customer yelling at the staff during a VERY busy time all because they shook her shaken expresso and these ladies did not even bat an eye. Love this one! They all need a raise for what they deal with 😂

I didn't have to wait long for my order. The barista complimented my nails after I had gone to the nail salon earlier that afternoon!

Only 4 stars because they quit selling newspapers( idiots). Love their Dark roast vente. There 4 times a week.

I picked up coffee for one of my clients and she loves Starbucks coffee. Very common relaxing place.

It's Starbucks. Pretty much doing this for the review points. Everyone has their opinions about it.

This Starbucks has one major drawback - the fact that you have to tell someone that you're there for a mobile order. I almost exclusively order mobile orders at any Starbucks, and this is the only one I've seen that actually has a printed sign hanging in an unassuming location to inform you that you have to tell them you're here to pick up an order. I've only done it twice because the most recent time they didn't start making my order until I arrived, and the first time I didn't see the sign and my drink just sat there until I asked for it, and they responded with "yeah, you have to tell us when you're here."

I ordered a chai Frappuccino, but it wasn’t blended. I was surprised to see that it had chunks of ice in it, and didn’t have any whipped cream and the extra toppings I asked for. It tastes good, but could have been better.

Very small area any rush and they are over whelmed. They also prioritize mobile orders over in person to an excessive extent.

Every single time i customize a drink and order through doordash its wrong and ive called multiple times to report it to them so it doesnt keep happening.

I ordered online here to grab a drink. One of the employees was incredibly rude and yelled at me. Another employee was incredibly kind and opened a door for me. I would highly suggest you only shop at this place if you have to. If not, shop at a number of nearby coffee shops.

This has been our “go to” Starbucks for years and I am guessing there are many reasons why...the pandemic being one of them....that this location seems to be struggling. In the past our drinks were ready in a few minutes even during their busiest times. That’s changed. The workers here are great and probably need some more support.

I come to this place every morning and today i ordered from the app but i accidentally ordered from a wrong location when i called that place they told me they should just give me the drinks when I showed them my receipt then i did they refused to give me my drinks or my refund and they were rude the other location was very nice they offered me my drinks and they gave me my refund back too.. this place needs to learn how to respect their customers or at least give them what they ordered.

Placed a mobile order and it took nearly 40 minutes to receive my items. Just a simple coffee and muffin. Nothing fancy or complicated.

Watch out. Paid for large and you can see what I got. So disappoint.

Long wait, one person working Sunday morning who wasn't friendly, no hello, no smile, we said thank you very much and no reply. It was like talking to a wall.

Horrible experience. 2 weeks in the row something. First time had to wait 30 mins then had to cancel it, they said had a big order were behind the schedule, today again a line of million people, one of the espresso machines are down, had to cancel my order after 30 mins. Always always long wait, pick up or dine in.

I was picking up an Uber order and as soon as I walked into this specific location, I could tell it was busy (totally fine) I asked the manager about the order and he confirmed it was still being worked on. I’ve been waiting 30 minutes for a tote of coffee. I could see when they started it to it being finished and it was just sitting there. I approached the counter again and pointed to the tote and said I think it’s done am I able to have the order (worked in a coffee shop for 5 years).. the rude front counter girl said its still being worked on so I asked can you give me a wait time she confirms it’s being worked on. I had to cancel the order which goes against us and we waisted time on making money. Will never pick up deliveries at this location again

We asked for an ice black tea and then bold print specifically SAID NO WATER AND NO ICE. And what do we get? Water and ice. Geniuses. And the sad part is it wasn’t even that busy there was maybe three people in there.
