The food is good, but my orders are rarely done right. Tomatoes in my no tomato salad. No extra egg, but I still paid for it. Extra dressing I didn't buy but paid for and didn't even get. No extra cheese when I pay for it. Giving me the extra jack cheese but not the original American cheese. I finally cried over it tonight after a closing shift when they got my order wrong twice, and I had to go inside and beg for just a slice of cheese. Unfortunately, I wouldn't go anymore back for anything that's not super simple, like fries or a drink.

I know the crew members were just listening to the directions of their managers, but this Whataburger experience falls very short of the Whataburger standard. The server was going from car to car trying to figure out which order was which; the organization was horrible. Finally got my order and my fries were cold. Burger, although it was hot, had so much seasoning on it, I would not finish it. Totally a waster of my $11. Do better peeps.

We had breakfast there. It took a while, but it was good. I ordered a breakfast biscuit with sausage meal to go plus another breakfast biscuit. I also got a large coffee to go with it. They were out of coffee in the dining room. I had to go and ask for them to fill my coffee along with 2 more customers from behind the counter. When I finally got my order, we were in a hurry to leave. I didn't check the bag well. It had ONE breakfast biscuit and hashbrowns. It was supposed to be 2 breakfast biscuits. I am mad at myself for not checking the order better. And mad at Whataburger for screwing up. Those breakfast biscuits are over $5 now!

The food here is good, just like any other Whataburger but it took a long time and it was FIFTEEN DOLLARS FOR A REGULAR MEAL! This isn't some kind of nice sitdown restaurant, this is Whataburger. Most other locations are at least $3 less so there's no excuse for this.

Ordered in the drive thru, paid $41 for two meals and 3pc chicken a la carte, waited 30min for food. Nothing was hot, gravy was watered down and tasted like nothing more than peppered water so not sure why such a long wait when we were only the second vehicle there. One of the burgers had doubled bottom buns? Just passing through but will grab something else next time. However, service worker was very polite and patient.

Drive through lane at 10:30pm took 20 minutes to process the 5 cars infront of me and an additional 10 minutes for me to get from placing my order to leaving with food. I stopped here to get a quick bite and caffine pick up on the drive home, but I could have been home in the time I waited. I've been to whataburger late night, even on holidays, and never waited anywhere near this long. Sign out front says dining room closed for renovation so the only part of the business operating is the drive through and its this slow? 😞 No apologies from the staff either.

Joann working the window is very snarky on the intercom, talks too fast to understand, does not take down orders correctly, does not make eye contact, and genuinely seems annoyed with her job duties. In my opinion, she does not represent the Whataburger franchise well. I wish people took more pride in their jobs these days.

Worst meal in a very long time. I'ce cold $11 Avocado bacon burger. I asked for no tomatoes or onions. I got both...probably half an onion chopped up. Pulled over and removed everything...took a bite... had to have been cooked 30 minutes early and just been sitting waiting for some poor soul to order o e. Not even a little bit warm. Awful. Will never darken their door again. Guy in car ahead of me qas bringing his back to be fixed so this must be typical.

I decided to go through there with my grandson.That was nine years old to purchase 9 wings on fri. We left there and drove home which took fifteen minutes . When he popped the container open The steam from it And the Buffalo sauce . It popped because of the steam And he screamed Because it got in his eye And on his face. Y'all need to be reported for this kind of crap . Yall should have tested these containers.When water burger put them out with steam in them .

Most disgusting Whataburger I've ever eaten at. This place needs to be shut down or overhauled with new employees that can do the task needed to keep up with the Whataburgers reputation. It's not rocket science to prep and makes food according to the menue. This place is truly a joke and highly recommend no one waste their money or time.

If I could give a 0 I would. Not only was the person helping us rude but they charged me $3.30 for water for myself and my wife. (So $6.60 for water) I ordered a way over priced Bacon cheeseburger which was almost 10 bucks, my daughter ordered a kids chicken strip meal and my wife was not hungry and just wanted a cup of water. That is when I noticed the 2 @ 3.30 (might have been 3.33 to be exact) and I asked what that was for. She said for the water. I could not believe it and then she says last time she gave a water cup to someone who didn’t order the meal deal she got in trouble. I ordered a burger at almost 10 dollars and because I didn’t get the meal which was like 13 she was going to charge me for water. I can kind of understand not giving my wife a cup without charging something cause she didn’t order food. I did however order a burger. It was not like we were just wanting water and loitering. The burger was terrible and way over priced. Go down to Jucy’s and get a half pound(which Whataburger was 6oz unless you pay for a double or triple) fresh burger for same price almost and it’s way better and you can get free water and even free beans!

Y'all.... gravy with directions is not that hard to make. Was craving a midnight snack. Lady was super nice that took my order and the conversation that was taking place was is the gravy like water? The man said no. Than she continues with she had to fix it the other day before she left. Now why in the hell did they not fix it tonight. Now it was not watery at all but I could have used it as wall texture. This stuff is so thick I turned it over and did the DQ blizzard Challenge. That mess stayed in there longer than the ice cream. Note to self not getting biscuits and gravy anymore
