I don't usually write reviews, but this time it would be a real shame not to! Especially considering I've been to Ristorante dei Cacciatori several times in the past, and this time, too, the experience was excellent. The atmosphere is a blend of homey and elegant, where a warm atmosphere meets attention to detail. In the kitchen, Davide transforms Piedmontese tradition into superb cuisine, using ingredients of unquestionable quality. These dishes are perfectly paired with a wine pairing suggested by Emanuel, a student sommelier. All this, surrounded by a splendid view of Turin... I must also commend Ezio and Emilia for the passion and experience with which they support and guide both Davide and Emanuel, perpetuating and maintaining what I would call a mark of excellence in our region. At this point, I can't add anything else other than my sincerest compliments to Ristorante dei Cacciatori and my invitation to try this almost Michelin-starred experience for yourselves!

Excellent service, with knowledgeable waiters who also assisted us with our wine selection. That evening, there was also an off-menu item, which I'm attaching because it was simply sensational. On our wanderings through the small towns of Piedmont, we stumbled upon this restaurant, which turned out to be a little gem. As soon as we entered, we immediately sensed the convivial atmosphere typical of those who run their business with love. We were warmly welcomed and seated in the dining room, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of all of Turin. The menu offers a decent variety, with a focus on Piedmontese tradition, but also some welcome modern interpretations. There's also a wide selection of both wines and high-quality craft beers. The service was impeccable: friendly and professional, never intrusive. Wait times were perfectly in line with expectations. From the first bites, you can sense the quality of the product offered, an excellent selection of raw materials expertly handled in the kitchen. I absolutely recommend trying the Fassona beef tartare, it's amazing. Overall, it was an unforgettable dining experience and we will definitely be back.

Excellent restaurant, with a splendid view of both the bell tower and the surrounding mountains. Quality, courtesy, and availability, but above all, quality. A fair price. We ate demanding ingredients, cooked to perfection, and they did exactly what was right. Excellent beverages. We'd highly recommend bringing anyone, from friends to family.

An excellent traditional Piedmontese restaurant, located high up, with a splendid view of the Givoletto area and, on clear days, Turin. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff and owners are friendly and available to offer advice on the menu and dishes. The service is prompt and stands out not only for its quality but also for its attention to presentation. The price is fair, considering the quality of the food served. In short, it's a recommended place for a business lunch or for a lunch or dinner with family or a group of friends.

Excellent family-run Piedmontese restaurant. Very welcoming establishment in a truly fantastic location, with a beautiful view. The menu changes daily, and all the dishes are truly excellent. The staff is very friendly.

Fixed-price menu. Excellent appetizers, including a wonderful vitello tonnato. Delicious pumpkin and vin santo risotto. Delicate roast beef ravioli. A well-executed braised meat. Quick service despite the restaurant being full and two graduation ceremonies at nearby tables.

We've been there with family a few times, and the food and service were excellent. The Sunday set menu was absolutely delicious, the wine list was interesting, and the prices were very reasonable. The last time, however, in July, we were gasping for air conditioning and adequate ventilation. It's a shame, because otherwise, as I said, their cuisine is a pleasure to try.

Review: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) Terrible experience in every way. The staff is extremely arrogant and rude. The service is disorganized and slow. We ordered veal and were served pork, with no explanation. We declined the dish, but they still included it on the bill. When we refused to pay for something we hadn't ordered or consumed, they even called the police! Unacceptable and absurd behavior. The food was poor quality, and the place doesn't meet any minimum standards of professionalism. Highly not recommended. Absolutely avoid.
