Oh my, time and distance brings changes to Wendy's in Glen Cove. All good. Come and see is what thenodern renovation dining room says without words. Is this Wendy's. Love the renovations. Now, what about the food and service. Marquis and staff are ready in a big way. Place is consistently spotless. Not a crumb on the tables despite the people and the traffic. Drivr thru still not as quick as it could be. Hey , always room for improvement somewhere. Food served inside in a timely manner and accurate and finally fries are hot. Yes, finally Marquis has everyone more on their A game. Speaking in the language of treating staff with respect, kindness and laughter is what I observed consistently. Way to go Wendy's Glen Cove. Staff happy, customers happy. Food will make customers happy and to that they have nailed it!!! Also, new shakes, chocolate/swirl and strawberry/vanilla swirl I have tried them both. Run get one. They ate the old style thick shakes not a frosty. They taste better than BK's and Mickey D by far.

I don’t usually rate fast food joints but had to appreciate this one. The service was great, the cashier girl was super nice and attentive. The food was great too the freshest fries I had ever at a Wendy’s. The sandwich had super soft buns and good balance. cozy atmosphere

This is the fastest Wendy's I've ever seen. Way faster than either the McDonald's or Burger King in Glen Cove. You get in the driving lane, you make your order, and within moments of pulling up to the window they're handing it to you. Super fast. Very organized. Clean. Very good.

This has got to be the fastest drive-thru service on the island! The food was fresh and prepared as it ought to be. Very friendly, too!

The woman taking orders at the drive up developed an attitude when I took too long to order. We then got push back when there were no straws in the bag for the frosty. Her colleague insisted she had put them in and we had to show her there weren't any straws in the bag. Poor service. The fries were also cold and there was no fork for my baconator fries.

Great staff, feugo chicken is the worst idea Wendy's has ever come up with. Bring back ghost pepper, that's the goat.

Every time I go and the owner is there, she is rude and there are homeless men sleeping in the dining room. Yes, the place is clean. Otherwise the ladies are usually polite and the place is clean , no owner around.

I can say wendys always delivers the burger and taste I want when I crave a wendys burger so wont penalize there same with the nuggets however..... nuggets I eat with sauce and I specifically asked for my sauces, parked to enjoy my burger and nuggets. As I took the burger and fries and nuggets and usually after I take my sauces out as well so I can have them opened to dip whatever I want in them to have a splendor of different sauce tastes; but with disbelief and disappointment and I thoroughly searched, I had no sauces so I had to eat my meal sauceless and dry. Thank god for the little ketchup thats already on the double stacks. Dinged for not completing the order... sauces can make or break a meal....

The food here was typical Wendy's food, good if that's what you're hungry for, and this location offers ample parking. The interior was also quite clean. However, the cashier service was unpleasant an all the service was incredibly slow. If you experience the same thing, plan to wait to order for 5-7 minutes and then plan to wait another 5-7 minutes for your food.

Once again, a simple order from this store was messed up - even though the receipt was correct. A double burger with no cheese means exactly that. Not a double with nothing else on it. And fries should be in their container. Not completely emptied into the bag with the containers thrown on top. Will probably need to take the extra time and head to the Greenvale location.

Honestly, I don't understand how the same fast-food restaurants taste so different from one another. Even with franchising I thought the recipe would be the same. I ordered chili fries. How can you mess that up! The fries were good, but the chili was horrible. It taste like jar spaghetti sauce. Unfortunately I could not eat it. I tired! Not to mention the customer service definitely need improvement. Maybe it was an off day, idk.

I give it two stars. The service is decent so I'm not going to complain about that. Whoever when I went in there to get food there was a big mess on the floor. I should have taken a pic but didn't have time because I had to get back to work. The mess just sat there while none of the workers even acknowledged it or cleaned it up. Pretty pathetic if u ask me. The dining room should be priority one being that it's always on display.

Suggest not going there because seriously it was so bad it made me sick. Gone there so many times, and it was great, but went back and it was absolutely terrible. The lady who worked there got the first order wrong that she said back to us, messed up so many of our orders, forgot an order, went back to get it and then messed that one up too. And I had the food there so many times, this time the food was absolutely terrible. It made me feel sick, and the employees there did not care for their job at all, they could care less.

I love Wendy's, but the workers sck.. I went for a late dinner, and only the drive-thru was open so I placed and ordered. the lady on the windows told me that I could only pick up with a car. I feel I was discriminated against. I know it is a drive thru, but not everyone has a car.

Ordered $50 of food and no sauces ,no Straws And No chili !!! I ordered a taco salad and they didn't even put the chili in the bag. I don't understand how you have one job and can't even do it right. More training needs to be done. Maybe relearning the menu and knowing what goes with each meal, and salad. I'm so irritated !!! By the time I got home, which is an hour away, i noticed all that was missing. Mind you I asked at the drive thru if the chili was in the bag and he lied to my face. Horrible service.
