Laura and all the staff were so friendly and inviting. The atmosphere was simple, upscaled, shabby sheik with modern furniture. Everything is clean right up to the light fixtures. I had a delightful blueberry margarita and pasta with parmesan sauce, fresh local mushrooms & brussel sprouts (generous portion.) Back to Laura and Jordan, it super refreshing to eat a a restaurant where people genuinely like each other, help eachother and so thoughtfully.

Yummy and healthy offerings. Next time we'll try the dessert. 11/10/23 We finally made it back to Mint. The greater Capital District has many fine restaurants, but Mint's combination of incredibly delicious food, outstanding wait staff, and artsy ambiance makes it stand out. Yes, we had dessert - unfortunately, we ate it before I had time to take a photo. Definitely try this restaurant! 2/23/25 Another delicious meal. Mint is amazing - the food, the wait staff, the ambiance. It feels like a mini vacation going there.

Fantastic meal with many options available. The drinks were great as well. We started with the pickled plate which included pickled fruit. The pickled pears and grapes were stunning. Next we ate the buffalo cauliflower. Great tangy buffalo sauce with great blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese sauce. For dinner we had the beet burger and filet mignon. Both were fantastic. We had a couple of cocktails each from their seasonal options. Great flavors that tasted of autumn for sure. We love the atmosphere and the service and will go back for sure.

Sunday brunch at Mint was fantastic!! The hot chocolate and Bloody Mary were delicious. We ordered the house bread with a side of whipped ricotta and honey; French toast board with side of apricot jam, whipped cream, butter and syrup; crabcake benny with potatoes; avocado toast (on gluten free roll); and buffalo cauliflower. The flavors, presentation, and atmosphere were all excellent. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolute favorite restaurant. The best craft cocktails and desserts. I love the fresh local ingredients. The attention to detail shows whether it’s the menu, the decor or even the bathroom. Mint is a must visit if you’re in the Glens Falls area.

We had an amazing lunch @ Mint in Glenn Falls, NY. The restaurant’s ambiance is perfect and the local farms to table food is simply delicious. The menu offers many yummy gluten free options. The service was wonderful. The mocktails/cocktails were refreshing. A real culinary treat for us in upstate NY.

Great chic place in Glens Falls to have brunch/lunch/dinner. The service is very friendly and they have a nice selection of drinks and food. The selections are a combination of standard and a twist on classics with a French and Asian influence. We were there for brunch and the breakfast pizza and omelettes were great. The breakfast pizza in particular was great looking and tasting. The decor is inspiring and it makes this place good to come and hang out with friends. They have a bar to sit as well.

Don't think about it - just go here! We were driving to the Adirondacks from NYC and planned a stop in Glens Falls for lunch and came here based on the vegan menu options - but we didn't know it would be THAT FANTASTIC! First of all it was beautiful inside and so comfortable... I was also obsessed with the bathrooms... pics to follow. Our server was SO genuinely nice (Gianna maybe?). We started with a couple of cocktails and loved their mocktail menu too. To eat we chose the Apple bacon pizza vegan style and the Beet Burger. Every bite of each dish was truly DELICIOUS. They even had a vegan dessert option which we enjoyed. We really loved the food here so much!

Appetizers all the way here. Cute little spot that is very Instagramable. We loved our cheese boards and salad better than our entrees and wished we got a second round instead of entrees. I was really excited about my cucumber watermelon cocktail but there’s was hardly any watermelon in it. Everybody in my group loved the Brussels sprouts! Fun spot.

Nice crowd for a monday night. Interior design 5+. Upbeat atmosphere. Unfortunately, the halibut dinner was ordinary and bland. Otherwise, very good including the buffalo cauliflower appetizer. Glens Falls has a variety of good eateries! Enjoyed overall experience.

The service at Mint is great. A very sweet older woman came to our table and made quite a bit of recommendations for food, she was wonderful. The atmosphere is very mid-century and very clean. The drinks were honesty okay, definitely not worth $15. The food, the worst. I got the filet mignon that cost $50 and it looked like a wet leather coin purse. My wife got the halibut and she said it was bland and the pineapples looked like something out of a can. It’s unfortunate for such a nice place.

My family and I were headed home and we decided to stop here to get some food. I will start of by saying the waitress didn’t seem like she wanted to be at work that day but the ambience was very nice. Me and the children had the grass fed burger which was good but for $22 to me was overpriced. My wife had the crab cake with remoulade which she said was really good again for $27 though is pricey. I should have taken a picture of the that meal. Overall nice establishment but the pricing doesn’t match the food quality to me.

Had dinner last night with my husband and friend and his kid. The service was exceptional and everything was absolutely delicious! The only reason I gave this two out of five stars is because the portions are terribly inconsistent. I ordered the seared scallops and when I saw the kids Mac n cheese was a larger portion than my entire entree I was actually disappointed. No table bread? Nothing to pick at? We came here before an event (with no food) and my stomach was growling the entire time. I went home and had to throw food in the air fryer after our event. I just wish portions were consistent across the board- burger, came with sides and decent portion, honestly everything else that came out was a decent portion, so I slowly eat my few scallops to pace myself with the rest of the table, meanwhile my party was offering me some of their meal because it was very obvious to them that there was not enough food for anyone to call that an entree. My dish was more expensive than my husband’s burger yet I got 1/8 of the food. If we come back I will be sure to order the burger, a guaranteed portion. Maybe clarify how many scallops are in the dish on the menu or the server explain this is a “petite entree” instead of telling us to look at the neighboring table’s plates while they are actively eating
