Great new super clean location. Friendly staff behind the counter. Everything you would expect from the 5 guys chain. Only thing which was annoying is the music was so loud in the store it was hard for the customers to hear their order numbers being called especially if your in the front of the store and on the opposite end of the counter.

The staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. The peanut box is always full. 😃 The food is always good, but is inconsistent. For example: one visit, my burger will be neatly constructed and the fries will be crispy, salty, and overflowing in the bag . Other times my burger will be messily made and the fries will be soft, with little salt. As a side note: This isn't the fault of the restaurant, but occasionally people will park in front of the restaurant where it is a "no parking zone" and wait for their order to be ready. This causes traffic jams in the parking lot, and is just plain annoying. Again, not the restaurants fault.

The burger was delicious. The fries were not my favorite. The prices were outrageous. The cashier was not people friendly more robotic. I ordered a regular cheeseburger and the cashier cashed me out for a double cheeseburger. I was not into the double and removed one of the patties off of my sandwich and ate it like that. It was very tasty. The establishment was charming. The soda machine was broken.

Ugh, so I LOVE Five Guys food - it's always so fresh and smells/tastes amazing. This location is actually fairly new (maybe a year). Unfortunately when I went to this particular location for the first time today I was extremely disappointed. The uniforms of most of the staff were dirty, extremely baggy, and I could literally see their boxers while they were cooking/preparing the food. At work, especially serving food there should be an enforced dress code.

Well, im done with 5 guys. We don't go often anymore because of the cost, but we'd treat ourselves every now and then. The last 2 times we've gone our burgers were so dry and tasteless, nothing how they were a year ago. And now today, Jan 21, 2026, they shrunk the small fry to the size of a McDonald's small fry, with very little overfill. For the price they charge, its just not worth it anymore.

Went there Saturday 9/20 for lunch around 12:30. Place was dead and rightfully so. The crew was not interested in working or providing a service, just bullshitting and looked to be stealing time. The place or the employees didn’t look clean whatsoever. The wait wasn’t bad, but since when did you guys stop putting scoops of fries in the bag?!? Not only were the fries not crispy, but I ordered a large fry thinking I would share with the wife and kids because even a little fry used to fill me up and when I received my order there wasn’t a single Fry in the bag outside of the cup. I received a 3/4 full large cup of fries sitting next to my burger. I literally paid over 8 dollars with tax for this large fry and was so disappointed. The scoops of extras fries always made the pricey food worth it… clearly not anymore or at this location. French fry shrinkflation for sure. Paid 19 dollars and change for a little bacon burger and a large fry and I feel like I was just violated or robbed. Never again five guys never again. Service used to be great. Used to get a little bacon burger for 6 bucks not 10 like it is now and a large fry for 5 bucks not 8, and you get way less food for almost double the price it used to. Shame shame, they’ll be outta business shortly I’m sure at this rate. Good riddance

Avoid at all costs. Incompetent staff. Ridiculous long wait times. 25 min wait in an empty restaurant. Terrible food. Awful.

Has to be the worst Five Guys in Schenectady. I believe the manager name is Vanessa. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Someone needs to teach her about manners. She had no gloves on when handling my food and coughed over everything. I'd give this store two thumbs down

My burger was slathered in ketchup. Its all i could taste. My fries were greasy and WAAAY oversalted. All i could taste was salt. They asked for a tip when paying, which was before ANY food was prepared. I waited nore than 10 minutes and spent about $20.00 for this mess! Win,t be going back.
