I went to the Goshen Starbucks today and had a great experience with the barista Skyler. I was already having a rough day and he genuinely made it better just by making my drink perfectly. Most Starbucks get it wrong, but he nailed it without me even having to say anything twice. The whole Goshen store is always kind, but today really stood out. It was exactly the little boost I needed after a hard day at work.

I come here a lot they always remember my name and my order it makes me feel appreciated as a customer every time! Emily, Grace and all the other morning staff are wonderful they are super friendly and always very helpful! I highly recommend the iced brown sugar shaken espresso!

This is the best Starbucks in Orange County. Love all the girls and guys who work there. Always ready to help make your favorite drink or even remember their regulars orders.

I dropped a drank all over the floor after I ran into a wall and a barista named Alexis helped me clean it up even though I told her It was okay, but she did not let up and insisted that she was happy to help! What a fine establishment with friendly, charismatic and helpful workers! After a hard day at work, this is part of my decompressing and chill time :)

Hands down the best and most friendly Starbucks in the county. Love the whole staff. I actually look forward to getting my coffee every day.

The Goshen Starbucks is truly outstanding. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and genuine warmth. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make each visit feel welcoming and personal. Orders are always made perfectly, even during busy times, and the team handles the rush with such professionalism and positivity. The refresher was mainly filled entirely with ice & barley filled with any drink just ice… and it took only four sips to finish it in a tall-size cup. The ice chai was alright, but it was honestly disappointing. January 2026: The strawberry refresher is good but again still mainly filled with ice so you can finish it very fast even getting it in a larger size. Disappointed I wish there was less ice and more drink, come on Starbucks.

Surprised with a bean???!!? LOL. But when I went back they happily replaced it for free which was nice on their part. However if I didn’t go back I would’ve been left with a drink full of choking hazards that tasted like battery acid since the shot was pulled too long. Little things like this add up and are a sign of negligence on the staffs part! However, accidents do happen and they were kind about it so I appreciate that.

The spinach wrap was ice cold in the center twice and there is one girl/woman who is so unfriendly/sassy/not nice at the window and I’ve had her a few times. There is a very sweet woman and girl I’ve had more often but this other one should not be in a job she is clearly miserable in. The location and shop is beautiful but not consistent

They do not make the drinks like other Starbucks. My refresher was more water with the dragon fruit. Paying 5+ for fruit water was upsetting. They made my iced matcha very watered down as well. I won’t be going back.

Just picked up two coffees today, a blonde woman maybe mid 30s gave me my cup. COVERED and I mean dripping all over the sides in caramel got all over my hands clothes and hair. Just ended up throwing the whole thing out and a waste of my money.

Don’t waste your $ getting the protein foam. Not to mention the iced venti is mostly ICE. Ask for less ice and it’s still the same regular amount. What am I suppose to do hold up the line for them to remake it? Ridiculous. Some days are great, but only some. The employees need more training! I mentioned it and she said it melted…ok so that’s okay?Why didn’t she offer to get more if it’s clearly melted. Either they didn’t put enough or they just didn’t care. Both showed and it’s annoying.

All i saw was two girls chatting it up taking their sweet time to make a drink. I’ve been to starbucks with a full line and have gotten my drink quicker than i did tonight. We customers pay for a service and for a product and I have to unfortunately say this was not a great experience nor a great product.

I placed a mobile order that was scheduled to be ready at 11:42 AM and arranged for my sister to pick it up. She drove back to my home to get me, which resulted in unnecessary time and gas being wasted because the order was expected to be ready. When we arrived at 12:14 PM — more than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time — the drinks were still not ready. I politely requested that the drinks be remade due to the delay. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, another employee responded dismissively and stated she had “just made them,” which was not accurate. Delays can happen. However, dismissing a legitimate concern instead of addressing it appropriately is unacceptable. Due to this interaction, I am now uncomfortable returning to this location and am concerned about the quality and handling of any future orders placed there. I am requesting that this matter be escalated and that a District Manager contact me directly to address this situation. This level of customer service is concerning and needs immediate attention.

When I returned the drink and talked to worker they said it may be the almond milk. So I had them make it with oat milk instead.. *Same taste* I then asked for their triple filtered water... BAM found the problem. When I went back to return drink again and speak with employees the place was very busy. I waited for it to calm down in there so the other customers didnt hear my complaints. Speaking quietly to the worker I was informed all of goshens water is horrible/contaminated. Also said that they all bring their own drinks to work and cant even stomach the smell.. I understand this may be a town issue. Unfortunately, This also seems very negligent as well. They stated that several goshen businesses are closing down till they figure out how to fix it. Yet they are open and serving the public what I would describe as pond water..

Stopped in to get my birthday beverage. Got my typical Dirty Chai that I've been getting as my splurge beverage for literally 15 years. It tasted like only milk. I asked for a redo. Still the same, just milk. The barista "fixed" it by adding an extra chai pump. That was better, but not the flavor I'm used to. She said "this is the standard way I always make it" and when I said thank you she just sneered at me and gave a nasty purse lip smirk. I just had one here last month and it was the flavor I'm used to that time. This barista clearly didn't know what she was doing and I didnt need the absolute snark at wanting my beverage to taste the way it has for the past 15 years and to actually have a flavor other than steamed milk for my birthday beverage. What a nice birthday treat to be treated so rudely. Fix your attitude Goshen starbucks and train your staff.
