I think that the food in this place is always fresh. The team members seem to work together getting the food ready and out to everyone. Today, Steward was the one who took my order and was very patient with me deciding what I preferred & was approachable! Thanks Steward!!

Wing stop in Middletown NY was friendly, clean, speedy service, food was hot and delicious. I got the 5 piece crispy tenders combo with lemon pepper rub, fries and a green tea for $14.04

Stopped into the Wingstop in Middletown and had an awesome experience! Stewart was absolutely fantastic. He took his time helping us pick out the perfect wing sauces — something with a good kick and a savory flavor, and he nailed it. His suggestions were spot on, and you could tell he really knew the menu and cared about making sure we enjoyed our meal. The wings came out hot, flavorful, and exactly what we were looking for. Great service, great food — big shoutout to Stewart for making the visit even better! Definitely recommend this location! 🍗🔥

Wingstop has always been one of my favorite spots when I’m craving wings, and the food here really is solid. The flavors are on point — the Lemon Pepper hits exactly how it’s supposed to, and the Spicy Korean is still one of the best sauces any wing place has. The fries were fresh and seasoned well, and everything tasted like it was cooked with care. So food-wise, no complaints at all. They definitely know how to make good wings. But the wait time… that’s what brought this rating down. We waited way longer than we expected, even after ordering ahead. It felt like the order got pushed aside or something because people who walked in after us were getting their food before we did. When you’ve got kids with you or you’re trying to grab food on a schedule, that extra 20–30 minutes makes a big difference. It just takes the fun out of it. The staff wasn’t rude or anything — they seemed busy and stressed — but some updates would’ve helped. Even a quick “Hey, it’s running behind” goes a long way. Overall: great wings, but be prepared for a long wait. If they get the timing under control, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

I love the taste of this chicken. But this makes 4 times now that I have gotten sick, within 2-3 hours of eating the food from here. Not just regular food poisoning. I’m writing this from the bathroom. While the first 1-3 times I said to myself “the flavor is worth the pain”.. I won’t be getting Wingstop anymore.

Wingstop in Middletown if you guys would just keep the counters clean and the garbage from piling up near your kitchen or rather in your kitchen station I would have given you guys a four star. It's disgusting to see garbage piled up right in the kitchen area where customers dump their trays on a regular. It's disgusting to sit at a table that is sticky. One would think due to the pandemic you guys would make sure someone is monitoring the seating area on a regular to clean off the tables to make it presentable and sanitize for guests coming in to your establishment. Let's talk about the staff the first star goes to the staff because from the cook I didn't get the names I should have but I didn't to the mail on the register friendly with a smile professional behavior this is what the customers look forward to. The second star comes because of location. The third star is because of the different sources and the freshness of the blue cheese sauce I have been to a Wingstop where the blue cheese actually taste sour so I was very happy to know that the blue cheese was at a cool temperature and that it was fresh. Also you do not receive a five-star because the chicken wings were a bit too hard it actually scrape the roof of my mouth I did not complain only because I was in a hurry. You guys can do better. So please do.

I ordered ahead of time, but they were still 10 minutes late with the order. The boneless wings were entirely over breaded, and a thick and hard crust. I felt like I was eating store brand frozen chicken bites from an air fryer. The sauce didn't soak in at all and most of it ended up at the bottom of the container. Would not recommend the boneless wings at all. The cheesey fries were pretty good, tho. Overall it wasn't worth the money and I won't be back.

they gave my order to a random person who stole it, then couldn’t help me. they told me to call uber eats who doesn’t have a phone number and refused to remake my order. then when i spoke to the manager he hung up on me. his excuse being i paid uber eats not them they don’t get paid till the end of the week. when it was completely their fault for giving my order to the wrong person. and instead of contacting me or telling my multiple drivers who tried to get my food to cancel it, they waited till i called. they need a better system and a better manager.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Wingstop. This was actually my second visit this week — earlier in the week, I ordered the same exact meal and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was completely different, and not in a good way. I picked up my food and didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home, which made it even more frustrating. My chicken tenders were overcooked and hard, and the fries were so overly seasoned and salty that they were impossible to eat. The quality was nothing like what I had just days before. I understand it was a busy Friday night, but that’s no excuse for sending out food that’s clearly not up to standard. For the amount I spent, this meal was a huge letdown. I won’t be returning for a while, and I hope Wingstop takes steps to ensure better consistency — especially for loyal customers.
