All stars earned. Free newspaper during dine in. I don't frequent fast food restaurants but was gifted a dining card. My children were able to have full meals, dessert and use the kiosk. Paid with their gift cards, sat at a clean benched table and served piping hot fresh food.
Drive thru busy, however employees very attentive. Thanked customers and wished each customer a pleasant evening. NEVERexperienced top notch service of this caliber from other mcdonalds. Way to go!!
Had to come on here to give this place props just to see another customer who was there when I was there write a bad review. This man was highly rude! Yes, they didn't have ketchup or large cup lids out there, but when he rudely told them they immediately gave him ketchup and then went and restocked both items. Yes, they did tell him that the manager was busy but they also told him why the manager was busy which he failed to share that information. They kindly informed him that the drive thru computer system had failed( which is why the inside lobby was so packed) and that the manager was on the phone with someone who was helping to get the system back up and running. These "teenaged" employees handled it with professionalism while this man couldn't keep his composure as an "adult". Almost all these fast food places are understaffed and are trying their hardest to satisfy every customer that walks into or drives through their establishment. Also, you can clearly see that his stuff was not dirty. You can tell that it is the grease from the burger that got on the lid of the burger container when they shut it. I love this location! I come here quite often and the people are very nice and work so hard. If I every have an issue with my order I just let them know and they will fix it on the spot. They are only human and as I last recall all humans make mistakes and are not perfect. Be patient and be kind.
I went to Mc Donald’s for breakfast - drive through only. I used my mobile app which allow me to get my order quickly. The server was very nice. My wait time was very short.
Fries were delicious. The food was correct and delicious but you know you have problem are not always good. This time was great and well salted.

Lady at checkout was so sweet! Very refreshing to see. When I told her how nice that was, she hugged me and told me Merry Xmas. The workers were joking with each other, having fun. Place was clean, food was fresh.
First I just want to say that the manager Lily is in the position she needs to be in for sure. Fantastic customer service skills and she actually cares. Something that’s not very typical from other McDonald’s. She deserves a raise in my opinion. Very happy with this visit as the food was fresh and really good. Also I did like the remodel with the place👍🏾 Thanks again Lily.

I ordered a burger, nuggets, and fries, and it tasted great and fresh for once! (We all know how mcdonalds is these days.) But the quarter pounder was a little cold, and had too much lettuce on it. Other than that, it was good.

Every time I go here it's pretty consistent. If it's busy I get it will take longer it's just science. For the most part this place as always been good. Just left with a fresh pack of nuggies and they are goooood.
I simply got a McFrappe and Smoothie, but the customer service was the best I have ever gotten at a McDonalds. Nicole at the pay window was extremely patient and kind with me as I dug through my stuff. And Antonella was funny and gave me the smile that showed she cared. Great experience!
I used my McDonald's app to order prior to arriving at the drive through. The time from ordering to receiving my breakfast was less than 5 min. The employees at this location were very friendly and personable, especially with it being 6:00 in the morning.
This is my go-to for late night food. They're always quick and get everyone out. Even if there's a line, they keep it moving quickly. I don't even feel like I'm being passed over when I go inside because they're so efficient.
It was kinda of busy it was on a Sunday morning! And we walked in and it was literally packed there and I was really surprised when they was a long line to be seated and big families as well and since I was with a friend it was no wait! And it was great service and again are waiter was very helpful coming and checking to make sure we were good! Even though they were busy our waiter was great and respectful to us both food came out pretty quick! I would definitely go back!❣️
I've been to McDonald's a lot of times over the years for breakfast, McRibs, etc. but I can't recall the last time I got an actual hamburger from there. Today my wife was in the mood for a Big Mac so I decided to try the double Quarter Pounder with bacon and jalapenos. I have to say that it was a pretty good burger. I mean, typical fast food fare but it was good.
Food was as expected. Nuggets dried and warmed over. Fries cold. Have to expect both. So never surprised.. Service was very good.
McDonald's food is generally top notch, but there tends to be times where the food is put together real sloppy and the staff talk like they don't care about customer service at all. For the most part, this location is great and does it right. I would just advise not going during a breakfast/lunch/ dinner rush
McDonald's is known for providing decent cup of hot coffee. Well it didn't start that way today. My cup was essentially brown water, no coffee taste or ability to take on creamer. They rectified the issue by brewing a full strength fresh pot. Glad I discovered it before leaving. I'm deducting a star for the inconvenience and wait time.
Good food in a fairly clean environment is clearly appreciated. The employees work hard, but are distant, not rude, but simply cold. I love the location of this place and the fast, inexpensive service.
Attemped to use the app, however, it was four minutes prior to 11am and the app wouldn't allow ordering anything but breakfast food. Tried to delay placing the order through the app, but the car line was very long behind me.

It's McDonald's what can you say? I mean it should be expected you go through the drive-thru and order a double quarter pound of meal with NO cheese only to find that when you get home it of course has cheese on it... SMH And to think they want $15 an hour to begin working there. That's why they call it minimum wage so that when you learn to read and follow directions you can advance from there.
I decided to dine in and have the table service. WHAT A WASTE! A young lady brought the food to me in a paper bag. I asked, "why isn't the food on a tray?" Her response, they are being washed. I then asked her for my drink. She returned a few more minutes after wiping a table with a cup. After getting my drink I noticed that she brought sauce for the nuggets but no ketchup. Another trip to the counter. Next time I will just pick the food up at the counter and take it home or just walking it to a table. (Less trips to the counter).
We are not sure how many McDonald's offer these, but this location has Basket of Fries! Seriously, it is an open basket of fires and the amount of fries is just about double the medium fries. In case you didn't know, the larger Fries are 50% larger than the medium. So instead of getting 1 and 1/2, we got 2! We had eaten a LOT of those fries before I took this picture, totally worth it.
This newly remodeled McDonald’s is very nice. Its wonderful modern design is very pleasant. The dining area is huge, clean, and bright. They have added 4 self-order kiosks (soon to be operational). Many seating options (including cushioned seats) for small or big groups. You can plug your devices while you dine. Free wifi. Clean restrooms. Drive-thru, mobile order, and delivery are all available here. We have a good experience at every visit. Coffee is always good and food is just the right temperature. This location, being inside the Brazos Town Center, is right next to other restaurants and shops. Easy in and out too from the 59 frontage road.
Don't bother asking for any changes to your food. They just make it the same. Asked for extra salt on my fries and it was their fries are still barely seasoned. They also seem to always forget the sauces. McDonald's is no longer convenient for the price.
Stale atmosphere first of all. They have kiosks to order from which is fine. The service given when picking up is not rude but not friendly either. The food was so so..... I thought I'd drop in since it's been years I've had Micky Ds.
I've come to realize the Filet O Fish has gotten smaller over the years, but this Fish sandwich was very, very DRY as a whole. It didn't help that there was hardly any Tartar Sauce. The hot fries are always great! Hey guys let's do a better job on the Classic Filet O Fish. It deserves better.
Atmosphere horrible! Customer on speaker phone entire time we were there, heared entire conversation including private information. This guy was talking so loud just ruined breakfast!
Order Happy Meal Hamburger on computer but got nuggets.
First time here. Asked cashier for fresh fries when I got them they were terrible. I think they had been sitting there for a while. Very disappointing. Their soda machine was out of coke and coke zero (which is what I wanted) I will try them again sometime hopefully I will have a better experience.
Ordered 2 hamburgers and got 2 cheeseburgers. Ordered a Blue Raspberry slushy, and the machine wasn't working for that one, and had to change to a Dr Pepper Slushy. Ordered 2 apple pies, and later found out they were out, and it would be a 20 minute wait to cook more. Ended up getting a refund on the apple pies. This visit was less than desired. Workers were nice though.

I went to this location on 1/5/2026 and 1/9/2026 and on both occasions they did not give the large fries that were ordered in the combos (they gave medium fries instead) and on both occasions spicy buffalo sauce was requested for the nuggets and was not received in the drive thru. On the second occasion I went in the location to get the sauce I had requested, which was noted as buffalo on the receipt, yet skipped over. I should've checked the fries sizes but didn't or I would've taken those in with me to get the size I paid for. With this happening twice in one week, I'll be checking out another location that will get my order correct for a while.
It's Mc Donald's. I think the only mistake you can make is having any expectations. Some staff are rude, some are nice. Sometimes my food tastes good and sometimes I have to remake it at home because it's a sloppy mess. That's Mc Donald's for you. Wish it was still cheap at least so I could say you get what you pay for, but really you don't anymore.
This location is ALWAYS so busy, and the service is always slow and the people less than cordial. I stopped in for an ice tea and waited 15 minutes INSIDE.
The worker that took my order forgot my drink, the manager passes by a big mess on a table and didn't bother to clean us. Also the place gets messy and the tables are barely clean. All they need to do is wipe the tables and booths and seats. And the lady that took my order just had an attitude. They need new managers, clean and nice ones. Plus, it shouldn't take 20 minutes for my fast food to be made on such a slow day!
Previously I would have given this McDonalds a five star review because their employees are awesome and in the past the food was hot and delicious. Tonight proved the very opposite. I used the app for an online pick up order. I arrived at 9:28pm my food was already ready. The doors were locked. I called and was told to get in the very very long drive thru line even though the inside dining was supposed to close at 10pm per their website. They were already closed 32 minutes early. I would have had no problem waiting an EXTRA 30 minutes to get through the Drive Thru IF my food would have been hot. BUTTTT it wasn’t. It was freezing cold like it sat out for 30 MINUTES, the time it took me to get through the drive thru because the In store pick up closed earlier than they were supposed to. ABSOLUTELY THE LAST TIME I GO HERE.
Food is McDonald’s. What you would expect. The issue is the long line that wrapped around the building. Please hire the adequate amount of staff to handle the volume.
How is it that after placing a mobile order and arriving for pickup, that I am told I need to get out of my car in the rain and come inside to pick up my order versus getting it through the drive-thru. And on top of all things, learn that the shelf that they place prepared orders on is 3 to 4 ft from the drive-thru window 15 to 20 ft away from the inside counter. This kind of service is what makes me want to avoid ever returning. I can't use the words I would like to use to describe the type of service that this entails.

This Mc Ds needs help, I ordered a happy meal, and a hamburger with ff and drinks, the happy meal had a few fries and indicates me a burger did not look good and I never received my other hamburger.I was already at home.And was not driving back!!
If I could give negative stars for service, I’d be all over it. It’s supposed to be a fast food place, right? The reason I ask, is because I sat waiting on my food for 20 minutes after paying through the drive through. Then they finally come to my window and try handing me a kids meal, which I didn’t even order. I finally got my food and left. I just ordered a quarter pounder meal, that’s it. If McDonald’s shut their doors for good, I wouldn’t care or miss it.
I ordered a big breakfast platter. The hashbrowns set under the light to long, they were hard and stale. How, can you mess up orange juice. The juice was watered down very bad. Will never, ever, order anything from this mc donalds again.

This is the WORST place for mobile order. They take their sweet time with no hurry to get yr order out.
I arrived and ordered at the drive thru at 11am between the breakfast and lunch rushes. Getting through the order and payment process was fast, but then they did that whole "pull up to spot 4,” so I had a feeling they’re backed up. I waited for about 4 min and had to be somewhere (hence why I chose McDonald’s for something fast because, you know it’s their entire business model), so I decided to go in and just wait at the counter. I walk in, and there are 4 ladies at the front counter - mind you they now have the self-order screens customers are using, so they were all just standing there. I asked about the wait time of my order and luckily the happy meal was ready which they hand me immediately- thank goodness, but didn’t have my plain burger (the one with literally one patty, pickles, onion, ketchup and mustard) and snack wrap because they're were waiting for my tender for the snack wrap to finish, they said it'd be another SIX MINUTES for the tender. So I told them i can leave without the snack wrap, I’ll just take the burger. The girl talks to the manager, she comes back and says "oh the tender came out it'll be 4 min.” So I said again I don't want the snack wrap anymore, what about the burger? She does the same thing with the manager then tells me the CHICKEN will now be done in 2 minutes. I was not getting my question answered and I was lied at some point about the ETA of the chicken, so I just left those two items behind because I had to go and didn’t to waste my time on misinformation. With all of the employees I saw at the front and back, I would think the wait time would be much shorter than their estimated 10 minutes. I’ve waited long for fast food before, but please don’t lie to your customers or not answer specific questions. I would like to think I was respectful even though I had urgency in my voice, but still showing decency. The least I can receive as a paying customer is the same in return.
They need to hire people who can understand and speak English to take orders because the ones they have doing it do not, and can't stand having to repeat myself over and over again at the drive-thru. They need to speed up concerning giving customers their order. I ordered online via mobile app, and then I still had to wait nearly 20 minutes at the last window at the drive-thru in order to receive my order.
Dont go here at night especially close to closing. They always say there credit card machines are updating especially when they want to close. Issah was the manager when I went. He said its a McDonalds policy they do not take $100 bill but said I should drive to the gas station to get change and come back. I went to another McDonalds and guess what they broke the $100 without question. Also, what if my order was close to $100, would they still not take a $100 bill. Would never go to this location again.
I went to this particular McDonald's to dine in on a Friday evening around 8:40pm the dine in hours say they're open till 10pm but when I showed up the doors were locked they staff was cleaning the lobby the only thing open was the drive through. I dint want to use the drive through I wanted to dine in with my family, I ended up leaving and going to Burger King where there dine in area was actually open to the public. If your gonna have the times posted for your business on the doors for people to see them at least update them so people don't wait theyre time in case they want to dine in. I don't understand why your lobby was closed at 8:40 when clearly it says y'all are open till 10. It's ridiculous.
This is the most disgusting filthy Mc Donald's restaurant I have ever seen in my 60 years of life. There was no ice, ketchup or lids for drinks in the dining area. When I asked to speak to the Manager, I was told that she was too busy to speak to a customer. I didn't allow my daughter to eat the food I purchased because I was genuinely concerned that it was not safe. Even the packaging had dirt on it. This store should be closed down!
I only come to mcdonalds for the frappes, every single time i come to this location. Their frappe machine is "down for cleaning" its happened at least 6 times in the last 2-3 months. I just wont be bringing my business here anymore
service is super slow, waited over 40 mins in line for my food with 10 cars max infront of me.
Bad service. Drive through. The person in front of me didn't speak English and took a long time. The worker didn't know her language. It took forever. Either the customer needed to learn her language. Very frustrating because the worker didn't want to take my order from the window. The worker said he wasn't going to serve me. Finally the manager showed up, apologized and took my order. By the te I left the drive through line was completely around the building.
ordered large iced coffee, every other McDonald's has always given me the large cup but here they gave me the medium cup and still charged me as if it was a large, went to the lobby to explain the discrepancy and the guy said he couldn't do anything about it. So if you're in the area and want the actual Large iced coffee then go to the one on Crabb River Road
I wish I could give this review 0 stars. In 41 years of life, I have never requested a full refund from McDonald's. Cold fries, warm burger and too much ice in the drink. I requested to wait for hot fries outside in the heat and they never came. The manager was not apologetic nor did she offer to maybe comp the meal. I will never eat here again, better to stay away from this processed garbage anyway!
At first, the profile for this location said they close at 11:30pm, then when I went to the details, it said closing at 12:00AM. I choose exit navigation from my drop down menu, get back on maps to write my experience, and now it says not closing until 2:00AM??? But that's not all! Before I head to this location, I successfully preorder my food using the app-no big deal. But when I get there, the cashier informed me the drive through code isn't working. I'm laid back so I was able to leave when he offered to ask his manager. He gets back on the speaker and (in so many words) his manager is claiming that they don't accept dinner through codes after 10:00 PM? WTHeck is going on with this manager's time coordination and not one iota of a scrap of customer service in this person!!! Just give me a paper coupon or train ticket and I'll be happy. You know?
I literally just left here and the staff was awful and horrible quality. I’ve never had a complaint about this place and the staff is usually decent if not at least pretend to be but tonight was not the case. The guy at the speaker was rude and then I paid for my food and my aunt called last minute to see if I could get her something so I pull to the 2nd window and asked if I could add something, thinking it wouldn’t be a big deal. They called a manger and she was rude in asking me what I wanted and when I began asking if I could add an order she started waving her hands as in to make me hurry and tell her. Absolutely awful service tonight!

I waited 20 mins curbside before I went inside and waited another 10 mins to be helped and only was helped because I stopped someone to ask them to check if my order was ready. No one was assisting pick up orders at the counter then to get home and the food is all cold. Never again will I go to this location!! Negative star if I could give it one!
I just waited over 40 minutes in the drive thru for my simple order of a burger, 6pc nugget and small fries, waiting in the parking space reserved for drive thru orders. Turns out they LOST MY ORDER and I only found out because I called and asked where my order was. If you come to this location and are asked to wait in a parking spot, DO NOT LEAVE the drive thru until you have your food.

Worst McDonald’s that we have ever been to. Serenity the night manager was absolutely rude and just a horrible manager. Never smiled once, just a bad attitude to me and my family as customers. It was so bad that my 8 year old daughter was in tears because she was so rude. I will never come here again and I will tell everyone to steer clear of the establishment.

I want it to be clear how they rush orders do not consider no one paying their money they don’t care or taken to consideration or apologize about the mistakes that they make I’m allergic to pickles and onions, and I always ask them to not put it on my food and they put it anyways and when I go back in to have it changed, they have a bad nasty attitude then they throw your food together, busy or not being busy they don’t care for the guest they don’t care who spending money with the business they choose to give you any kind of food and don’t think about what they’re fixing or look at the order to see what you put that you want on your order and that you paid for they throw everything in the bag half fill the fry cup and send you on your way
I had a problem with the McDonald's on Ave H with them not cooking their chicken nuggets all the way so I started to go to this one. Never really had a problem with them until last night. I got chicken nuggets and they weren't cooked all the way. One side was cooked but the other side was still all gooey and slimy. I even took off the "skin" to look at the uncooked side and it was clearly uncooked and looked grey
If you are going to the location, think twice. Their milkshake/ice cream is never working, their food taste noticeably worse than normal, and they mess up order and are very unprofessional!
I’ve been here probably 5 times and it’s always a bad experience. Always out of something, some machine is always broken, the order is wrong, or most recently the dining room is closed even when drive through and curbside are open. And with horrendous customer service, I may add. That was the final time I ever give them the benefit of the doubt.

I Oder a large Carmel frappe with extra caramel and blended Oreo’s. They only put Oreo’s on top and said they can’t blend the Oreo’s in the frappe anymore. I always get my frappe the same way every time at this point the staff just lazy and didn’t wanna remake my frappe.
Every time I come here, the drive-thru order is wrong or missing items. Staff is consistently rude, and the fries are never fresh ,always cold. Definitely needs better service and quality control.

Wait is always longer than 20 minutes for fast food. My most recent visit, I was given 3 nuggets instead of 6 in a happy meal & the manager had the nerve to have an attitude because I was upset I had to return for a replacement which took over 20+ itself to receive. If I didn’t have a picky toddler, I honestly would’ve took the loss. This McDonalds is a joke & has the same people working here since I was in high school, get better employees & raise your food standards. Be considerate of other people’s time, some of us have real jobs to wake up for in the morning!
This location is always busy. Never consistent. Recently their has been a change of staff and it's noticeable. Door dash employees are extremely rude and hold up the process of in restraunt customers getting their food. There is a mid/afternoon supervisor brown skin female who is extremely rude to customers and needs hospitality training.

I visited this location on 01/24/26 I ordered with the app and the employee who took my order was extremely rude and hostile seemed like she was already angry. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was no help in the matter and when asked how to escalate this above her she pointed at the survey on my receipt. Long story short I asked for a refund because my gut feeling was that this employee did something to my food and when I asked for a refund the manager informed me there was nothing she could could do because I used points so I’m without my order or points. Way to go McDonalds!
Bunch of children with no customer service skills or training work in this location. I come here for convenience, and every time service is bad. The latest is the last draw. Went to the counter for a drink refill, 3 employees walked by without acknowledging if I needed help. Had to call out someone for help. I will drive an extra 10mins to Crab River location next time just so I don’t have have to deal with these employees.

Parked and waited for my food, waiting for about almost 20 minutes order had to call them and let them know I been waiting for almost 20 minutes for a burger and fries in a so called fast food place. Finally got my order and the fries were cold smh. I just left and went home I’m done.
At this point I have given chance after chance, I always have nothing but problems with This specific McDonald’s. I have literally given like $50 to this McDonald’s because I will place a mobile order and when I get home I look in the bag and I’m missing one or Multiple things. Next sometimes when I ask for sauce I’m given sauce and other times employees will be straight up rude and say no I have to pay for it, when I bring it up that other people just give it to me, they just say oh well that’s not right. And just the other day I Placed a mobile order yet again and I get the wrong size drink, I kindly said “I’m sorry this is supposed to be a large” the lady rolls her eyes and slams the door in my face and makes the drink and then shoves it into my hand. And then today I order a full meal for me, my boyfriend, and his friend and literally missing fries so I just had to go without! Thanks McDonald’s!
This location really needs to address an important accessibility issue. The way the cones and drive-through line are currently set up, cars are directed right through the ADA parking spaces, making them unusable. When I spoke to the manager, I was told I could notify someone and they would send someone out to block the spot if I needed it. While that’s a kind gesture, it’s not a real solution. Under the ADA, it is McDonald’s responsibility to ensure accessible parking spaces remain clear and usable at all times — not only when a customer points it out. Right now, the setup puts the burden on the customer, when it should be the restaurant’s duty to keep those spaces unobstructed.. It would make a huge difference if the drive-through traffic flow or cone placement could be re-worked so the accessible parking remains available for those who need it. The ADA spots shown in the video are the only available disabled parking spots that McDonald offer.
