Just had probably the worst experience at a sonic ive ever had a bit ago. We tried ordering on the app, but it wasnt working properly. Then I tried to call, and the phones are also down. So I went up to order, after they repeated the order to me, they read me the price, they read the wrong price and were going to overcharge me. It then took 10-15 minutes of standing there for them to let me pay. When we finally got our food, smashed would be an understatement. They looked to be thrown into the bag, with a lot of force. The drinks we paid extra for cream, and we got none in our drinks. And I cant call to complain. I want something done about this. Food still tastes good, but it was destroyed.

Very upsetting that I asked for one small detail and it did not even get right simple cheese fries with no southwest sauce in the system was down so my husband couldn’t get my order correctly very upsetting and pathetic. I had to put my own cheese on it.

They need to listen on the microphone or just not switch up damn orders. I ordered a RT 44 Dr. Pepper. Recieved Diet coke or Pepsi or whatever and they served my burnt chicken strips almost the size of popcorn chicken. Please just listen to the order or don't switch it up. I payed extra for a drink that I didn't receive.

The whole order was all wrong and cold!!! they said they could make a sundae but no shakes. the Dr Pepper taste disgusting!!! And that was the second Dr Pepper I had there today my son’s burger had everything we asked to not be on it!!! Most terrible place to eat!!!!! I have also found a hair in my burger few months back!!! ALSO VERY RUDE PEOPLE WORKING THERE!!! They wouldn’t fix any of it

Ordered food took 20 min to get order at 9:30 at night Ordered this burger with mayo NO ketchup got it wrong. They delivered food to car and realized we did not get fry's with order so had to wait another 10 min and of course fry's were cold and stuck together last straw will not stop again

On 2/4/24, went to get breakfast sandwiches for me and the kids. Easy order! 1 sausage breakfast toaster sandwich, and 2 breakfast toaster sandwiches with NO SAUSAGE, NO MEAT!! One came back with sausage on it, and the other had bacon removed from it, pieces were still on the sandwich, not to mention there was barely egg on there. Not even close to the picture that they portray!! My daughter and I do not eat sausage or bacon!!! We did not eat!

Google says open Sunday 6am-11pm. I ordered and paid on the app. Showed up and NO ONE was there. It was closed. So I wasn’t able to get my breakfast. And I paid on the app. Not sure what happened. Update: We went back around lunch time, and showed them the order. They apologized and brought it out to us. Still kind of a bummer, but they did what they could to make it right, and I can live with that.

The carhops are always friendly but there seems to be a problem with the kitchen and consistency. Several times I ordered chili cheese tots and only got cheese on them and the ticket was correct. Then last time I was there I tried the grilled cheese burger. It was very poorly made. One bread was toasted on both sides and the other wasnt toasted on either side. The cheese was also hanging half off and not melted at all. (I fixed that before taking the pictures) It wasnt worth going back for but it would be nice not to check my order every time to make sure it is right. Just left 11/4/23 got OLD chicken on 2 chicken sandwiches, well below acceptable quality, dark from dirty oil or over cooking and dry and tough from too long in the warming drawer . Large pickle fries had 8 fries in the big bag I paid almost 5 dollars for. Consistently disappointing. Charged 50 cents for pickles on a chili dog, which the chili was removed from, then pickles were left off. Coke was bad too, too much carb, not enough syrup the mix is off.

The fact that no one was there after a home coming game should have been my sign to not eat there. My burger did not taste fresh but I ate most of it anyways and then immediately threw up into the sonic bag and then had to grab a Walmart sack. It was so bad. Definitely don’t recommend. Wish I would have read the reviews before stopping.

Nasty as$ food. NEVER AGAIN ! this is twice. Ordered the onion rings, hard and burnt. Last month it was popcorn chicken same thing hard and burnt. I mean come on how hard is it to fry something. NEVER AGAIN !

Me and my dad both stopped here for lunch after finishing a job in this area yesterday. The food tasted really good and we were very satisfied. Until we got to the next job and realized we were both sick. Had to use a restroom with no A/C. My dad passed out and I had to drive him home immediately. Both of us are still sick. There's absolutely no excuse for this!
