Wirklich gutes Essen und klasse Bier. Wir hatten das Fish & Chips und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Für diese Portion ist der Preis von 13 Pfund mehr als gerechtfertigt.

Wir waren nach unserer Bergtour dort essen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und man hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war sehr lecker ebenso wie der Aperol Spritz. Auf jeden Fall eine klare Empfehlung! Danke an die nette Bedienung, solch ein Personal ist nicht selbstverständlich!

Amazing Sunday lunch in a delightful location. What stood out most though was the top-notch service by our lovely waitress, Victoria. Her recommendations were not only personal but also absolutely on point, from the beer to the weekly special pie, even helping us choose which dessert to have. The warm choc brownie was out of this world! OMG. Couldn't have asked for more, especially as we're travelling by camper and only eat out maybe once in 10 days or so. The pub, the atmosphere, the food and Victoria made it a very special outing indeed. By far, the highlight of our weekend in Gibraltar. Can't recommend highly enough.

Had the tapas -mini burgers, stuffed mushrooms, lemon pepper wings and jumbo prawns. All in all, very tasty and decent portion size. Could take a while if the restaurant is busy. Service was friendly and accommodating. Great people watching from the patio!

Ein Kurztrip nach Gibraltar 🇬🇮 hat mich in dieses nette Restaurant, inmitten eines großen Platzes, geführt! Der Burger 🍔 war lecker 😋 und frisch! Einzig die penetranten Tauben haben mich etwas gestört 😤die immer an den Tischen herumgelungert sind! Dafür kann aber das Restaurant nichts. Ambiente war super 👍(im Stadtzentrum), Kellner waren nett, man konnte mit Euro 💶 oder Pfund zahlen. Karaoke 🎤soll es hier auch geben🥳, bei so vielen Engländern kann es schon spaßig werden 😜

Great looking old fashion pub in the main square in Gib. Just a shame it's London prices even though for the price of 2 drinks you can buy a bottle of your favourite spirit... not their fault better value across the border. But pub is nice and cool I just don't like being ripped off.

Definitely worth a visit here! They have delicious beers and food, a very kind, attentive service and good atmosphere.

Just got off the bus trip and we were hungry so we stopped in this restaurant not knowing anything about it and we’re pleasantly surprised how good it was. My husband said it was the best fish and chips he’s had in a long time nice and hot and the coffee was delicious.

Had a few nights drinking, ample selection. Tapas was top notch.

Great food, quick and friendly service. Reasonable price. We ordered fired aubergine， fried chicken wings, ham croquettes and garlic bread. Enough food for two people. Nice atmosphere as well.

Very friendly service and absolutely delicious tapas. Main dishes we didn’t order, but portions were quite large looking atop other tables. If you have room for a cheeky desert, the sticky toffee pudding and apple crumble are great as well!

Good tapas bar in a plaza. There is wifi available in the restaurant. Reasonable price. The Thai battered prawn was well fried. I feel the dessert was not worth it though, good taste, but nothing extraordinary and it was pricey.

Wir hatten lecker fish and Chips, da wir noch etwas schnelles essen wollten. Sehr lecker und preislich ok. Die Menge war sehr gut und sättigend. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Eigentlich wollten wir nur ein Bier hier trinken, doch dann kam eine Platte mit Essen an uns vorbei, das uns sehr angesprochen hat. Es war eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte bzw Tapasplatte und wir haben zusätzlich Calamaris fritti dazu bestellt. Beides super lecker. Eine sehr gute Zusammenstellung an Tapas. Wir haben dann noch Sangria bestellt. Etwas süß, mit frischen Himbeeren, Johannisbeeren, wenn Orangen und Zitronen. Lecker. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Great service from waiter Sam, as ever. Always polite helpful and attentive. Which is why we return two or three times every week. Please thank him for us.

Awesome ambience and the foods really good. Super interesting decorations with historical facts and objects on the walls so u educate yourself about the history of the region, too. Great service as well. Aberdeen Angus Burger and the Steak Chiabbata were top! 👍

Nettes Pub am Grand Casemates Square. Bei Sonnenschein am Platz sitzen und ein Bier genießen, kann ich empfehlen. Für eine Bar mit Restaurantcharakter ist das Essen gut, aber man sollte keine überzogenen Erwartungen haben - es ist wie gesagt ein Pub. Wer auf ein paar Drinks in lockerer Atmosphäre gehen und etwas dazu essen möchte ist dort meines Erachtens gut aufgehoben.

Yes yes yes! Everything about this place is a YES! Our waiter, Charlie, was phenomenal. He was friendly, quick and attentive. The Coronation Chicken Wrap with sweet potato fries was delicious. The goat cheese salad could have used more lettuce/salad, but flavors were spot on. Highly recommend!

Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich, was den Gesamteindruck des Ortes noch weiter aufwertet. Das Menü ist vielseitig und bietet eine breite Palette von köstlichen Speisen. Enjoyed a nice evening meal here. Fish and Chips was tasty as was the chocolate brownie. Initially service was a little slow as we were left waiting to order our food once we had our drinks whilst the server seemed to forget we were waiting, but food arrived promptly and improved thereafter and prices were good.

Really nice bar in the main square. So many Choices, and we ended up in here which was perfect. Nice outside seating area, and as it got a little cold we went in side. Really well decorated with memorabilia of the Trafalgar days, some really good stuff in here. We had a nice meal, presentation and quality good. Bar staff very friendly, very pleased with our visit.

A really great place to go for something rather nice to eat and drink. A very pleasant atmosphere with historic surroundings to admire. The staff are all very helpful too.

Ate there for breakfast and enjoyed it so much came back for an evening meal later that day. Breakfast was very good, decent quality ingredients well cooked (especially given we turned up 10 minutes before the breakfast service ended at 12.00!) and service was spot on. Main meal was not as good as breakfast but certainly better than just average as implied by some of the reviews here. The Tapas was the highlight of the main meal but the main course was pretty good also. Location is very good and the outside seating area was nicely shaded which was appreciated on a warm day. Servers were also very friendly and attentive.

Fijne tent op het gezellige Grand Casemates Square. De lunch op het terras in de zon was goed, geen bijzonderheden. De aandacht van het personeel voor de gasten verdient verbetering: is erg routineus en weinig attent.

Set in the main square where you can relax and watch the world go by. We got there in time to for the Breakfast menu which included all expected choices such as full English breakfast. See photo of menu for prices etc. It was a lovely place with the choice of sitting inside or outside under welcomed sunshades this place is hot 🌞. Enjoyed our food and refreshments and would return again in the future.

Located in the famous square, this is nevertheless a quality eatery serving various dishes, including tapas. If its a sunny day, this is a great place for people watching.

A fine lunch experience. The Moroccan tagine was tasty, as was the minute steak sandwich. There was nothing really exceptional about the service.

Its your usual pub scene. The place is a bit run down. The food was average at best. We were there for the fish and chips. Sadly was disappointed as the fish was no comparison to what we can find in UK. The croquette was very tasty.

Had the pleasure of finding this place from a recommendation yesterday and had such a nice meal we decided to go again today and thats when it fell apart. It wasn’t busy maybe 10 people with 3 bar staff working…3 times while sat out side we weren’t acknowledged eventually I went in to ask if the service had finished (20:15) and was told no and somebody will come out to us. A young Spanish girl arrived empty handed, when I asked for the menu she sighed and looked at her watch….so that made it an easy decision to walk away, I won’t be recommending this place. If you don’t like your job then leave and give someone else an opportunity it really is that simple because you are not helping the business.

Dan de comer, y punto.

Went with a group of 8, took ages to put in our order, and when food arrived they had missed 3 of 8 of our meals. Those that did eat weren't impressed, as the food was bland. We mentioned that 3 dishes hadn't arrived, they said they would sort it but never did. Best part is the beers and location, so that's something.

Food was bad, the Caesar salad had fried bread as croutons and the lettuce was brown. I didn’t eat it and I was hungry! I also had prawns, they were ok but the sauce tasted burnt.

Kelnerka skasowała nasze zamówienie nie informując nas o tym, niby przez brak jednej pozycji w menu. Dopiero gdy zapytaliśmy dlaczego tak długo czekamy powiedziała ze skasowała nasze zamówienie. Nie polecam. Nie do przyjęcia taka s ytuacja

Muy mal el personal

Niestety jedzenie w tym miejscu to nieporozumienie. Ryba w tej panierce (a w zasadzie panierka z dodatkiem ryby gdyż stanowiła większą część dania) była totalnie bez smaku. Frytek jak widać na zdjęciu bardzo, bardzo mało. Dodatkowo ten zielony sos nie miał jakiegokolwiek smaku więc ciężko napisać jaki to był tak naprawdę sos. Na koniec okazało się, że na rachunku znalazły się dwa piwa zamiast jednego. Wpierw miało zostać zamówione piwo San Miguel jednak okazało się po chwili, że jest niedostępne więc zaproponowano inne piwo. No a na rachunku widniało to drugie piwo + te którego nie było na stanie… Niestety (tu mój błąd) wpierw zapłaciłem a dopiero potem analizowałem rachunek 🙄
