I love this place it has to be on my top 3 favorite fast food places to eat. One thing I have to say before I go over my order is that their sizes are incredible they’re so large and for a good price if I dare say. But what I got is 2 impossible whoppers and I didn’t even know they were vegan it tasted so good just like a regular burger two large fries and two large drinks they got everything correct evening though it was simple I’ve met worse they had very nice workers too and overall it was so good

Just went through the drive view and they had ample napkins and ketchup in the bag without even asking. Hot tasty fries. I haven’t eaten at BK for a long time but with this service I’ll be back soon. Great job!

Try to go through the drive-thru on 10-30-2025 was informed they do not have sausages for the very popular sausage egg breakfast sandwich, how is this even possible unless bad management & supervisory positions, of course if you don't have pride in your job.

I only ended up trying to talk to the employee through the drive-thru and they just ended up being pretty rude despite me being calm about it all. I ended up just not even ordering anything since it just wasn't worth it.

Its still bad service but the manager has gotten better with communication. Tell me why I paid $2.69 for a kids cup? The small is a kids cup and the medium is a small Sized but the server.swore they are the correct Sizes. I'm so done, even if it was on the way home. I will go out of my way to continue to the Belton store or better yet just stick with Culvers.

Sat in the drive thru over 20 mins, people started getting out of line, leaving orders. Ordered online so it was a pick up. I think they are doing the best they can, but are likely understaffed, trying their best to handle the morning rush. My tots were cold and the sandwiches were not hot, warm. Likely won't return to this location. Again , I don't really blame the staff as from what I could see, they were just understaffed.

The only Burger King in Grandview and it sucks badly. Their lot desperately needs to be repaved, their drive-thru box needs to be replaced, and everyone who works there needs a serious reevaluation. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been abandoned at the box without any interaction from whoever should be running the window. If you do get a response it’s a quick and emotionless “One sec” followed by 5 minutes of silence. They don’t respond if you ask a question, just take off their headset and walk away. They’ll even ring up multiple orders on the menu screen and clear them before they decide to actually take your order. Food is mid and that’s the worst part. The building looks awful, it takes 10min to place and receive your order even when they’re dead, and all of that just for a shitty burger and mildly warm fries. I was able to write this review, place a mobile order at another place, and leave their drive-thru without ever getting to say a word about my order and that’s really sad. Terrible service (if you get any), you’ll need new suspension for your car, and the food isn’t even that good.

SERVICE I went through the drive thru. The employees were kind. But the service was very slow. I went in the afternoon, nobody in the lobby, but I waited 15 or so minutes. There were two cars in front of me when I got there. FOOD The fries were good but the bottom bun on my sandwich wasn't normal. It was spongy. It seemed like it had gotten soggy sitting in the steam drawer, but then had time to dry. Then was served. After one bite, I stopped. I like Burger King's food, but this burger wasn't right.

Waited in line forever. Customers infront of me just eventually left. We pull up to the window and get completely ignored by the man working. We can literally see him just standing there while cars continue to pull up and then pull off. This was overnight on 03/05/2026

I got onion rings that tasted old like they were from days ago and refried for warmth. They were hard and didn’t even have any minced onion in them, matter of fact, no onion flavor at all. They didn’t give me any sauce to cover up the nastiness.

On the night of 9/8/2025, I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The woman working the drive-thru (I believe she may have been a manager) told me that in order to use my Royal Crown points, I had to spend money, which is completely untrue. She then said she would cancel the redemption and return my points, but my points were never credited back. On top of that, when she handed me my drink, the lid was purposely left loose, causing it to spill on me. This felt intentional and extremely unprofessional. Overall, her behavior came across as dishonest and very rude. Will not be returning back.

Got my 3 whopper trio meal wrong the first time, asked for NO ONIONS on all burgers and no lettuce and tomato on ONE there for ALL BURGERS SHOULD HAVE CONDIMENTS,LETTUCE,TOMATO AND PICKLE, except ONE no lettuce and tomato. 6 burgers total all had NO LETTUCE OR TOMATO yet HAD ONIONS ON ALL. Went up there to get it remade. Now some burgers have no pickles or condiments at all. But with lettuce and tomato. Dude was on FaceTime the whole time too. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU WORK.

I received the worst customer service ever in the Drive-Thru on a Saturday wait time was 26 minutes for a single cheeseburger and a double cheeseburger. The manager hand me my bag with an attitude and closed his window didn't say thank you or anything. I guess he doesn't realize that the customers his salary

I'm sick of restaurants taking advantage of Doordash/Uber eats customers by sending out whatever just because we aren't face to face, and because whatever preconception they have about those who use it. Minus 2 times I can think of, ALWAYS disgusting under cooked OR over cooked food at this location. Usually the tots are cold and under cooked EVERY TIME, but I think today was my breaking point when I received burnt French toast sticks like come on now...., whoever, you saw that when you put it in the bag, you know that wasn't right, you know you wouldn't eat anything that even looked like that, you know you wouldn't give that to your own family, you should really be ashamed for that, and yes I could order somewhere else and I will, this is conveniently close to work but I'm not using this location ever again

This morning I went to Burger King in the gentleman is passed out on a table inside the store it is almost 8:00 probably fentanyl. I would recommend not eating at this place period storm was locked up but the dude was passed out cold on the table. Definitely take your kids around here. Just called the store 35 minutes later and the lady answered the phone and told me mind my own business don't worry about the man that was sleeping on the table that works there. We came here on 4-27-2022, went through Drive Through to make a big order, there was two women here that was not showing any normal/decent customer service, and was actually very unnecessarily rude to us, for no good reason. All the food was not hot, or warm at all, or crunchy or crispy as they should be. FOOD WAS ACTUALLY COLD. MY FRIENDS & I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.
