Stopped by tonight & was impressed by how nice Vanessa was at the drive through. Especially after sitting for several minutes at another location last night without being greeted at all before we just gave up & left.
I may miss the arby melt but the classic roast beef with cheese sauce really hits the spot. The sliders are also really tasty and a fantastic option for a quick snack as well as being able to customize them is great. Finally I can't talk about Arby's without the mention of the jamocha shake, by far my favorite shake flavor
I normally do not comment on a fast food But I had to on this Place Went there a month ago with my wife had a great experience ! Service was great and so was the food Now for the true test took my wife and 3 kids there tonight along big order and the staff was again great With taking care of our order and getting all our food out to us .

Edit: Since posting this, there doors have been opened every time I've come by and received excellent service. Changing rating to 5 stars. Now its other restaurants nearby closing their doors. Don't even bother trying to go here, they're closed anyways. Tried twice this week to go on my lunch break and the doors were locked. Guess I'll take Arby's out of my weekly rotation.
Absolutely the best Arby’s I have ever been to. Very nice, clean and modern inside. The staff was so friendly to me. I ordered a meat mountain and they all got very exited and enthusiastic about it. They were very pleased to serve me that monstrous sandwich and I felt like they were grateful for my business. Definitely will return to this location the next time I am craving Arby’s.
Arby's has really stepped up their menu with some very nice interpretations of the sandwich. This particular store in Grapevine is great. Always clean and usually not too crowded with very friendly service. This last visit I had the 2 for $6 Gyro deal. I chose the traditional and the turkey. Both had lots of meat which is warmed and the flat bread was soft and fresh. The ratio of meat to veggies / sauce was just right. For 6 bucks this a hearty and delicious meal and could easily be a meal for 2. I know Arby's is a restaurant chain but this store is one strong link in the Arby's chain.

Just left this location and I was completely impressed! Janet who greeted me and took my order understands proper customer service. My food came out quick, hot, fresh, and tasted great. The restaurant was very clean. I sat for a second and just watched and Janet greeted every single customer with the same level of energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm. She made my experience great and the reason for this review!

Janet is absolutely amazing! She's the sweetest, most caring person I've encountered in a long time. Her service was unmatched. Her friendliness unwavering. She even walked around the lobby and checked on each customer by name. I will only come to this Arby's location as long as Jan works here.
I have always received great service on my visits to this Arby's. Drive-thru is consistently fast and efficient. When I dine in, tables are clean, condments stocked, and the staff is cool. There's a man there, Jaden, who is especially helpful and smiling.
I normally do not comment on a fast food But I had to on this Place Went there a month ago with my wife had a great experience ! Service was great and so was the food Now for the true test took my wife and 2 kids there tonight along big order and the staff was again great With taking care of our order and getting all our food out to us. We stopped by here for a quick bite before we headed out of the area. Love Arbys in general but the staff was super nice. The guy at the counter was informative about which sandwich we might like between two choices we were wondering about. Funny guy, had a few jokes and was very pleasant. Clean place, not particularly busy when we went, which was after the dinner rush.

I really like Arby's food in general. This resturaunt in Grapevine is exceptional. Very clean, food is always hot (been here only twice), employees are both friendly & helpful. They all deserve a raise. ☺ 12/23/2025 - served at approximately 2:30pm. 🤶
Service excellent. Steak Fingers are a bust. Texture and taste of beef jerky. Strong flavor. Bad. Ate 2 sandwiches instead. Great, as always
Janet the cashier was so nice and she remembered all customers name in the restaurant. The food was so good, I haven't eaten there in so long. I had to take some beef and chedders to go.
I had forgotten how good the roast beef sandwich here is. I don't even mind that the lady keeps calling me Green. The chicken sandwiches are worth a taste also, but I would skip the tenders unless you are also fan of excessive breading.
Arby's is always great and the staff is very professional. They had trouble with the coupon I got emailed but they figured it out. I got spicy buffalo sauce instead of marinara like I asked for but I flustered them with said coupon so I can't complain too much. It always feels like an Arby's night!
They do just fine. I have noticed however that their jalapeno poppers are not always the best. Not sure why.
The place was very clean service was great and the product that I purchased was fantastic also I will be going back there again again seeing that they are now selling a Burger

Greek gyro surprisingly good for fast food. Smoke mountain sandwich extremely good. Short staffed for lunch, the guy kept going off to the drive through window but generally a very good experience. Skip the "loaded" fries.
We had a late supper, after our conference ran late. So glad Arbys is open late! The chicken salad sandwich is a perfect healthy choice; this time a generous portion of salad meant that I had leftovers for lunch the next day.

Ok so i will be honest, i had rated arbys 1 star until they dropped the new bbq chicken sliders. I hesitate to rate it 4 stars but between the sliders and the ruben(when it doesnt have way to many toppings applied) arbys is showing signs of promise. It should also be noted the orange creme shake is pretty good as well, but i just wont rate a place that has the motto "we have the meats" on their shakes.

I am not a fan of roast beef so generally don’t eat at Arby’s. My hubby was having a craving so I enjoyed a delicious, perfectly consistent chocolate milkshake. I’ll definitely get my shakes from there in future! Oh and my hubby said he loves the food and service at this location all the time.
*** Update *** This Arby's has gotten way, way better! There is still a bit of a wait (as my previous review states), but they've seemed to have hired a great staff and it shows in the cleanliness/food. I'm just going to tell you up front, don't expect your food to come out quick at this Arby's location. At least, expect that it was prepared with care and by friendly staff. But... I wouldn't go here if you're in a hurry (several experiences of this).
Food through drive-thru was quickly readied which is somewhat unusual in my experience with Arby's. Given the wrong sandwiches but it was quickly fixed.
This is a pretty typical location to slightly above average. The comments are based on the service that I normally get in the drive-through. If you frequent arby's, you know that the food is pretty consistent system Wide. I like this particular location, because the drive-through moves really fast, they are very efficient compared to most other locations. This is a good local store, you should stop by and give them a try if you're an arby's fan.
The food was great. No line to wait in when we arrived. The person who took our order was friendly and attentive even after we were eating. The only negative for us was that it was so hot and humid inside that we almost went to eat in our air conditioned car. A great experience.

Customer service can be a little better, food can be fresher. Food was okay though, i came in for the chicken wraps, if it was fresh & hot it would’ve been a 10/10 but unfortunately it was cold & i didn’t want to bother them by asking for fresh food. & i was starving so i didn’t really care much.
Great service, quality product, and great atmosphere. One of the best Arby's that I've been to since the early 1990's. Staff is very friendly, quick, and takes good care of the restaurant. Tables were clean and benches were clear of food residue. Good meal!
Hours say open til 12:00. Was closed at 11 as far as I could tell. No lights on and no employee cars in the parking lot. Ended up going to Jack in the Box next door. This place is great if you can actually get their food. I work nights though and my lunch starts at 11 so this was a bit annoying.
The food is good but don't try to go through the drive through. It took 20 minutes from the time I ordered for me to get to the window, there were only 3 cars ahead of me. I will never return to this Arbys
Late dinner about 30 mins before they closed. Food was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly. Serving sizes were great no shortness of meat or fries.
Arby's is definitely coming around! The food is better, the locations are not outdated anymore, and the staff is good. Still, my experience is a strong 3 due to the atmosphere and cleanliness - the ac wasn't working or someone forgot it was hot outside.
My mom had the popular Reuben and was excited to try it but it was awful. She's 87 and I watched her pull and tug on the meat. I wanted to return it but she wouldn't let me. When we left she admitted how tough and dry the meat was. Fries were yummy!
Pita bread and gyro meat was dry this time. Still tasted good.
I hardly ever go to Arby’s. Chicken sandwich was small but good. I had to order another sandwich a la cart to make up for that. Bathroom was disgusting and no soap either. Not sure I’ll go back to this location.
I love Arby's but the people here, specifically the person that took my order was full of attitude and impatient. My order came out wrong and when I got to the window to pay she was rude and handed me the food with frustration.
Got the bourbon bbq roast beef slider and sprite. The sprite was terrible no taste and slider too sweet n pickles Canberra left off.
Went through the drive-thru and as has become the norm at drive-thru restaurants the person taking the order wants to talk rather than listening to the order. I ordered a classic roast beef meal with potato cakes. I get home and I have curly fries. I HATE curly fries!!! Do your job and listen to the customer rather than talking over them. And they don’t answer the phone. *** Update 5/24/21 - So I got a response from Arby’s this morning saying please respond to the link in the message and a team member would reach out to me. The only problem is the link doesn’t work.
Tables and floors were clean. Staff however was less than welcoming, almost as if they resented a customer interrupting their personal time. Ordered the Ruben. It was served nearly void of meat and saurkraut. Curly fries were served broken into small pieces. As if the staff tried to salvage what remained in the fry bin so they would not be required to make a fresh batch. No need for me to return.
Went by there today and got some sliders, curly fries and a drink. The service was good. The fries were good. Hot and tasty. Coke was good. No weird floating things at the top. But the meat on the sliders had a really bad, dark look to them. Funny taste to go along with it. This is really the only location where the meat looks and taste funny. Can’t recommend this location given the history of funny meat here.

What happened to the portion sizes here? I recall the fish sandwiches to be one of the biggest and flavorful in the fast food chain? The fish sandwiches are the size of mcd. Taste very bland, a few pieces of wilted old lettuce , a drop of tartar sauce. The one with cheese was a glob of something, def not what I recall. Curly fries were not even filled to the top, but rather half way and was overcooked. Disappointed. Do better Arby’s!
I was given complete incorrect change. Not a big deal, as I know mistakes happen. However, when trying to call the store several times they wouldn't answer. The phone would just ring and ring, and then disconnect. Not to mention they didn't correctly ring up what I ordered until I made it to the window. I kept overlooking these smalls things, but to not make things right its unacceptable.
Tonight is the second time (in 3 months) we have received an incorrect order via drive thru. Given the frequency, I didn't think it should be ignored... again. I tried to call the store twice. Rings several times and then disconnects. Now I'm especially frustrated.
Always CALL to see if they are actually open! They just can't keep this location properly staffed. This is the third time I've driven to this location and they should be open but they are not... Which is sad..it's in a great location but I don't know if management is just that awful to their employees or they're not willing to pay their management or employees enough to justify them staying?? Either way don't count on this location actually being open call ahead.
Worst experience and rudest staff at an Arby's yet!! Ordered food at 7:09 and picked it from the counter at 7:29 AND only because we walked up looking for our order. The girl behind the counter then sees us and tells the guy in the back "hey I'm missing 2 sandwiches". She doesn't acknowledge us nor does she say anything to us. 3 mins later our food comes out and she hands me the tray. I said thank you and no response!!! Didn't even have to apologize but a simple "your welcome" would have helped!! WON'T BE BACK!!!
Just went through drive thru.Ordered roast beef slider with cheese sauce and large unsweet tea Xtra ice.she forgot the tea .Then gave me tea with almost no ice.The slider was meat only.I tried to go in to have them fix it .And door was locked. THE DRIVE THRU WAS LINED UP. Also no receipt. I hope all the customers check their orders before they drive away
I'll take partial responsibility for this because I didn't check my order before I left the drive-through but I had medium fries and the medium Dr Pepper I ordered so I assumed my sandwich order would be correct.... boy, was I wrong I ordered chicken salad sandwich and indeed up with a gyro, which I do not like. The problem is I made multiple and I do mean multiple phone calls to the number listed on the website and never got an answer and with COVID, there dinING area is STILL closed soI can't even exchange my order... I did not have time to go back go through the drive-through to pick up another order before having to be back from my lunch break.... I guess this is the new norm post-COVID.
The girl that was working the lunch shift was being rude because she didn’t want to give out the free gyros. It’s not my fault that corporate sent a free gyro coupon good til the 31st of August. They need to embrace that and that there going to be giving out free gyros til the need of the month. No need to argue with people about giving free food. When corporate sent out the coupon. Y’all should be ready for that rush.
At a non-busy 230 today, Sunday, I made the mistake of Going to the drive-through of this arby's location. I come into the drive-through, and I'm greeted by "a just a sec!" so I wait a few minutes then I say hello and again get a sarcastic "just a sec" I then say it's been several minutes should I just leave and backup out of the drive-through, the person that said that would be fine, I said instead you know I'd like to speak with your manager, he said I"'m the manager", I said what is your name please, and then I got dead air no one spoke ever again and I had to ask 2 cars you backup so I could leave. Pathetic unnecessary bad customer service, why bother advertising on TV if you have local idiots like this person that scare away customers?
First off was treated like a ghost standing at counter and clerk must of walked by me 20 timed refusinug to acknowledge me. This lasted about 10 minutes and finally took my order. Finnaly got my food and sanwhich was the worst sandwhe .
there was a nice ~20 year old woman who took our money, but the old guy that took our order and gave us our food seriously needs to find another job because he was really rude to my Mommm like ???. who gets annoyed with a whole mother just because heeee gave us the wrong sized drink and she asked for the right size. Get it together sir 😂

Order food for my entire family when i got my food i didn’t have napkins i didn’t have the sauce the lady asked me i wanted. Fries tasted burnt and sour. Big disappointment!
Whatever you do, avoid this location at all costs. I haven't eaten Arby's in about 20 years, and won't any more after today. I went here for the first time about a month ago, and 2 times after that including today. Not only is the service superrrrr slow, they messed up my order 2 of the 3 times. Also know that your food will be old and cold. My fries were so old that I crushed it in front of the lady at the window. Normally when you squeeze fries it won't crumble like a cracker. Also, if Robert is at the drive thru taking orders, just go ahead and pull off because your order will be wrong. He was the one who took my orders both times it was messed up. I had to go back to correct my order this time and still didn't eat it because I didn't feel comfortable with all of the giggling and looking at me funny that they were doing when they handed it to me. Yuck! Almost $17 down the drain for food I didn't eat. Smh. Like I said I be back to any Arby's after today.
All I wanted was two waters cause my sister and I were super thirsty so we just pulled into the closest restaurant near us. We walked in and the two employees there just started at my sister and I so I said hi. They said absolutely nothing back and looked disgusted that we were there so I asked if they were closed and they quickly said no. I ordered two large waters for 1.08 and the guy working looked so annoyed while I gave him exact change. We got our waters and just left. Would not go here again👎👎
I don’t know why there is still communication errors with the drive thru ordering person and the drive thru window person. I order a #2 combo, med fries and drink. $10. Drove up to the window $6.49. Window person tells me, it’s only a sandwich and not a combo. What the heck. Not again. At least I wasn’t charged for the wrong order like last time.
Went to this store last week at 2pm in the afternoon wanted to try a new Burger from Arbys Im sorry If Im going to have a burger I want to sit down and eat and not spill it all over my clothes. They said they were closed in the dining room but when I looked inside I saw 4 employees 2 of them were talking to each other while 2 were working behind the counter and in the drive thru. staff of 4 and no dining room open on the weekend at 2pm makes no sense. I guess I wont be coming back here. How come nobody else in the area closes the dining room at 2pm IN N Out Jack N Box Next Door and many others. Obviously this location doesnt care about its future business and customers.
Please allow me to ask, Why is it necessary for me to be waited on by a young person with BLUE hair and Multiple METAL BOOGERS hanging out of her nose. I understand help is difficult to acquire currently and I can easily overlook the "I don't care" attitude. I can be understanding on mistakes in the order like I've had in each of my last two visits but multiple nose piercings are gross. I wish I'd taken a picture to post but it occurred to me too late to do so. And to top it all off, her name badge proclaimed her as a manager. You make it hard to want to be a patron.
Food was just as good as usual. But Desiree was not having a good day. She seemed annoyed that we specified a side for the kids meal, snapped back when I didn’t understand what she said and asked her to repeat in, and otherwise seemed unfriendly and unhappy. I hope you have a better day tomorrow, but when you’re in customer service, you need to manage your state and be kind!
Did I get day old potato cakes? Sure seems like I did. The owner seems to be very sorry for a lot of bad reviews. Fixing the problems, will actually make the bad reviews go away. Just a suggestion.
I order the boneless chicken with curly fries. The fries were warm, the chicken was hot, but I didn’t like it. Wasn’t for me. They were crispy, but just didn’t like the flavor.
Extremely disappointed in the attention and treatment received at this Arbys location. Poorly performed or totally demotivated staff who do not know how to take an order correctly, zero elementary rules of courtesy (Hello, welcome, im sorry, thank you or youre welcome) and most serious of all, a shift supervisor or employee (not sure) who does not know how to deal with the customers, extremely sensitive and reactive, he did not know solve a simple problem without getting upset and almost losing control, practically silenced me, alluding that I was putting a lot of pressure on the staff while tried to solve the mess they made with our order. Felt badly cared for, and as if that were not enough, humiliated and disrespected, as if they were doing me a favor or giving away the food! It's sad to see how low Arbys has sunk. Regrettable!!!!
Please let your staff know that when handling DoorDash orders they would have to add 15mins plus 5 mins plus whatever times they think the order will be ready and once the order is bagged and ready for pick up is when they should press the ready for pick up button. Orders should be ready before a driver arrives even if it's a small orders. You have warmers. Making sure the sound is all the way up on the tablet also helps. Thank you. Hopefully next order I can make this rating much better
Arby's typically does well with food. I guess with all of the other change introducing their macaroni and cheese, Arby's had to throw their hat into the ring.I saw a video where Arby's went against Chick-fil-A and macaroni and cheese, so I had to sample to see if it could stand up against Chick-fil-A or some of the other companies. I was totally disappointed. The macaroni and cheese definitely needed more flavor. it seems like the noodles were either undercooked or overcooked. They were not tender at all, they were very tough. I don't know if it was something that was microwaved. I ordered chicken tenders with it, but it did not help at all. I ended up eating the chicken tenders by themselves and throwing the macaroni and cheese out. Better luck next time in the test kitchen.
Ordered 2 French dips yesterday 3/20/25 meat was gray and cold, bread was dry and old. No Ai jus sauce and curly fries were burned an obviously old. $19 later very disappointed!
I went to this location on 04NOV2025 and ordered a double beef and cheddar combo, to eat in the car with my spouse after work. I was happy until I looked at my meal, my sandwich had almost no cheese anywhere and the double looked like a single. When I asked the employee inside "is this a single?" and he said "What does the wrapper say?" And looked himself on the wrapper and he said double. After trying to get a females attention; that never showed up when she was called, the original male that checked me out then asked what did I want and I said a double beef and cheddar but with cheese. He returned the original sandwich with. Cheese on it. I said this entire explanation so I could post these two pictures. How is my sandwich a double? This is not a double, this is a single. I should have asked for a single beef and cheddar sandwich so I could compare the sizes. Terrible location. I attached pictures.
The worse service and staff. My order was wrong and when I went to ask why taking so long I got attitude from the manager.
Tried multiple times to call the location. Even heard the phone picked up multiple times just for it to be put back down. No one chose to have customer service in a customer service job. I just wanted to cancel an order. I could not cancel through your website. your location for your product..? It's astonishing, why work there if you're not going to do the job? Order was placed around 7 :00 Friday September 5th for pickup food drive-thru.
My husband and I came to this location on August 21st. The woman that was at the register at 5:25pm was very rude and unprofessional. She had such a nasty attitude and very short tempered. She needs to watch her attitude. If I was the owner, I would write her up or just fire her! 😡
