Chick-fil-a never disappoints. Employees are always friendly and go the extra mile. I love everything that I have ordered. I'd visit more frequently but I do find it a bit expensive for my budget.
Lightning fast long car line. We ate in. The staff was super friendly. The play place was small but the girls enjoyed it after eating. The food was hot and tasty. This was super close to our hotel (Gaylord Texan). I WILL return when in the area. You guys rock! Thank you for being awesome! Respectfully Bryan Yukon, Oklahoma

Love this place! Spicy Chicken deluxe combo w/ sweet tea is my go-to meal! The staff is always so friendly even with the lines wrapping around half of the city. There has to be a business book about how to replicate this all while being closed on Sundays for their team to rest. So cool. Oh and I love their seasonal shakes. Peachy!!
We came in at about 8:30 at night so it was somewhat close to closing time but there were still a few people in there and so it wasn’t creepy like we were the only people there so that was nice, the lady at the counter was extremely kind and patient while we ordered so that was a huge plus, our food was nice and hot and fresh but we were missing some nuggets because we always check our takeout food before we leave but we didn’t even have to go up and ask for another thing of nuggets because ten seconds after we realized they weren’t there another lady came and asked us if the box of nuggets she had in her hands was ours and we said yeah so we got them and they were fine but it just goes to show that you should always check your food because if we had just left we would never have gotten the nuggets and I would not have been a happy camper. Thanks Chick-fil-a!!
We visited your establishment right after a baseball game, and my son was in tears, upset and frustrated with how he played. What happened next truly impressed me. Adrian, one of your employees, overheard our conversation. He immediately stepped in, sharing his own stories of playing sports and empathizing with the pressure young athletes feel. He brought such comfort and understanding to my son in that moment. It's clear that you not only deliver excellent service but also employ truly compassionate individuals who are willing to go the extra mile.

This was my first time at this location. And as always, I was not disappointed, the service was fast and the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. The place was clean and well kept. The restrooms were clean as well. This location is in a business district, so there was more drive-thru traffic than people coming in.

The chick fill is good. Its located rightoutside the grapevine mills outlet mall. . They are pretty good at food and service. This is a very accessable loctaion for a chick fill a, which is close to various offices and mall. The food served is warm and the mamagement showed very good hospitality. I was just at this location. This was a very disappointing visit. We had a small order so I thought I didn’t have to worry about double checking and there’s a smaller chance of something being mixed up. Well, silly me they didn’t give us any sauce after we even asked again at the window and they gave us a completely different order than what we ordered. Most frustrating was getting a different drink than what we asked for. I don’t understand how that happened since he asked us what we had and then went to grab it. I would be more willing to give the benefit of the doubt if they were busy and understaffed, however, the drive thru was only a few cars long and the inside was not that busy. When we stopped to go back in to get sauce there were multiple people standing there. Unfortunately, at that time I had yet to realize there were more issues with the order. Anyways, I don’t understand how things can get so mixed up so easily. For more than one thing to be wrong that means no one is double checking. I have worked in the service industry and understand sometimes human error comes into play but this was either laziness or lack of attention.
Definitely not up to the Chick-fil-A standards. My bun was extremely stale and didn't taste like a typical Chick-fil-A grilled chicken sandwich. The staff were not as typically mindful and up to par. Sorry, Chick, but this is the first time I have felt compelled to say something.
The food is great! But the line getting into this place is unbelievable. It looks like it has a second line, yet it doesn't. It has a restart line! Plan on staying in line for a while. Most Chick-fil-A's have lines during lunch especially but this one is just ridiculous!
I have not eaten at chick-fil-A very often but this was not a good choice when I was traveling. My fries were cold, my sandwich was tough but the people were nice. I had it to go or I would have e asked for hot fries.
I really don't have a problem with this location in regards to food or service. However, the drive thru can get a little confusing! The line is set up to where you have to circle around the establishment in order to join the line but cars entering from the 121 Frontage Rd entrance can easily disregard the line and join in (especially since the cars that have circled around to form the line are yielding to the cars receiving their food) It can get a little annoying when you are on a time crunch and 2-3 cars cut the line at once
The food is good, service is good. That's not my issue. When you get something to go through the drive through they put ketchup and napkins in an extra little plastic bag that is, in my opinion, entirely unnecessary. We've got enough plastic waste out there now, do we need more waste for something this dumb? Come on guys, use imagination, not the same disposable mind frame that's gotten us in this mess in the first place. I expect more of a well run company like yours.
I almost always rate Chick-fil-A 5 stars but this location is terrible with the workers. I asked the girl at the counter if SHE has tried the new peppermint shake , and she just rang it up , and I said no! Have YOUuuu tried it? And she replied yes we carry that shake . (Smacks head ) So I order a southwest salad and 2 crispy filets by their self. Had to clarify 5 times that I did not want the bun or pickles but she rang it up as a sandwich. Got the new shake in a small to try and from the first sip it had a weird aftertaste , something bitter . I know it can't be standard like this because why would you sell a shake that has such an instant awful bitter aftertaste. Any who , the place was dirty but being cleaned at 2 pm on a Monday when I visited and almost all locations no matter how busy are usually immaculate. All of these workers seemed like they could care less about any kind of famous Chick-fil-A service and just wanted to be done with their shift. I have come to expect way more my Chick-fil-A experience than what I got today . Don't be cold and awkward at work when your job IS customer service , nobody wants to go through that !

We come to this Chick-fil-A multiple times a week and it really is lacking in so many areas. Sometimes it’s not so bad and that is only because we order through the app and pick up the food without interaction. Every time we have to interact with a person here it’s like they do not care to even be working. They are not courteous at all and often are dismissive. We can’t even finish ordering before they cut us off. They are extremely rude at times. Often times are order is in correct. If you come here, order through the app and do inside pick up. Avoid talking to anyone. Chick-fil-A needs to review this store thoroughly. So disappointed. (We’ve been coming multiple times every week for over 2 years since it’s on the way back to work). Oh! I stopped here on Friday for lunch. I've always come to this location because they have always gone above and beyond to offer what my husband likes for lunch. Well Friday I pulled up to order lunch to surprise him for lunch since I don't see him often so I tried to order the wrap but I wanted grilled chicken instead. I was told no. I asked since when can I not order this. They said since our manager said. I was like ok. So I had to pick something else because was to late to go any other place and be at his job by lunch time. Also ordered sandwiches with multi grain bun they were both very dry. Which was a shock because never had buns like that from there. Sad to see that ur no longer making accommodations for customers.
Awful service at this location starting with Diego taking our order in the drive through. Diego just wasn’t very friendly. Not only in Chick fila standards but overall standards of customer service. Next, the lady that gave us our food wasn’t a very friendly person either. Last of all, we found some curly hair in our salad and brought it to their attention. We were given a refund without issue or complaint but it almost seemed like they felt it was fabricated. Trust me I wouldn’t dig up a curly hair and come back to only go eat somewhere else afterwards.
Usually this chick fil a is always good! This morning I had a pretty poor experience with the quality of breakfast. I ordered the English muffin and the muffin was stale hard and not toasted. Then we also had a yogurt and it was placed in the bottom of the bag with hot food on-top. Usually yogurt is cold but this was warm yogurt. Idk if they are just having an off day? Just giving feedback so this doesn’t happen again to another customer! Other than that customer service was still great. Just won’t order the muffin from this location again.
Honestly the worst chick-fil-a experience I’ve ever had (And I’ve had well over 100). We had a mobile order through the drive thru. The woman working that we met to “take our order” was not friendly. We were sent to the pickup window where we were handed our food. No friendly customer service at either place… very bizarre for CFA and a true first time for me. It was the service I expect at McDonald’s. Also the ice cream was a bit off but this rating is solely based on the lack of customer service.
Rolando is the worst manager I have ever encountered. After placing my order I drove up and stopped to check my order I was missing both chicken nuggets I ordered told the boy at the window I was missing two chicken nuggets he then sent the manager Rolando out who did nothing but argue with me and tell me that asking for both my nuggets one that was charged and one that the employee did not put on the order even though I ordered it that I didn’t have to do that? He was snarky and rude and I have him on video if he wants to lie to the owner! Learn to treat your customers better Rolando not be immature and want to come out to my car and argue and be sassy!
I hate that the chik-fil-a closest to me is soo terrible. I’ve lost count the number of times I’m told my straw is in the bag and I don’t get a straw. The fries are consistently cold and soggy. They rarely have salt, even though I order them with salt in the app. The basic chicken sandwich is always on the smaller side compared to other locations. I order with extra pickles on the app, and the employee constantly says I ordered without the pickles. I’m amazed that this location struggles with quality and service so much when it’s always so busy.
We frequent chic fil a, a few locations. This one is really lacking in everything the chain is about. Service, cleanliness and correct orders need addressed here.only 3 tables doing in and couldn't find a clean one. The floors are also very dirty. In our order we had no fries. Pretty easy to spot that the bagged meals fries are missing. Heard another patron comment on the wait time for being chic fil a. It wasn't that busy but took awhile. Another man ahead of me was waiting for his food when I arrived, took 3 kids to bathroom when I came out he still waited another 5 mins. Then they over stuffed his bagged and it ripped in half and everything went to the floor. All they did was hand him a bigger sack as he picked up his stuff by his self and left. Both sandwiches we ordered were completely cold. Bread dry. I never make negative feedback but I'd want to know of this was my restaurant
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the drive-thru experience at your GVM location. On several occasions, I’ve found myself stuck behind a vehicle in the drive-thru line that was not actually waiting to order, but instead parked while waiting for a pickup order to be brought out to them. This has caused unnecessary delays and confusion for customers who are trying to use the drive-thru as intended. It appears there is a designated pickup door where employees bring out food to waiting customers. However, there is no signage to indicate that this area is not part of the active drive-thru line. To help avoid future confusion and improve the flow of traffic, I’d recommend adding clear signage to direct pickup customers to the correct waiting area, and to inform drive-thru customers not to wait behind parked vehicles. Thank you for your time and attention. I appreciate the service your team provides and hope this suggestion is helpful.
This location is SEVERELY lack of details on to go orders. Both of our orders missed a chicken sandwich and fries. I asked for NO salt on my fries orders and they gave us old stale greasy salt fries that’s not edible to eat. Be smart and check your order before leaving or better off take your business to a different location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Just left Chick-Fil-A in grapevine and it's the first time I've had a not so great experience. The place is completely full with all tables taken up which is good... Good for business. The customer service of having 4 tables in the back taken up for employees personal belongings and not willing to move anything for customers to then sit down is horrible. It's about customer service and the customer is first. I stood for 20 min and no seats opened up and had to get my food to go. Chick-Fil-A prides itself on customer service and that's not it. When they built this store they did not Invision 25% of the seating taken up by boxes and employees belongings so the customer would have to stand to eat. Makes you wanna go to somewhere else for chicken from now on. At least they care enough to let a customer sit down to eat...

Worst Chick-fil-A in DFW, hands down! Fries were ice cold, my cherry berry lemonade had so much syrup flavor that it was just sitting in the bottom of my cup. It was super sweet & sour. Never again, I'll drive the extra miles to the Lewisville location next time ✌🏾

From the moments I pulled up to the lady in the drive through I was disappointed. She did not great me, was short talking to me and made me feel very uncomfortable asking for food. Not only that but my app as never scanned to redeem my rewards or if it was she did not apply it. The food was correct and the rest of the experience was great. But that lady was possibly the worse representation of Chick-fil-A.
I live near this location so I come quite a bit. The service here has declined. I went this am and was the first guest in the drive thru. The female who took my order didn’t greet me AT ALL. I got my order from a male who didn’t greet nor thank me either. I went in to get the manager’s info to file a complaint and I was told by the female that the man was the store manager. 😩. You have got to be kidding me? He had zero customer service skills. I thanked him for my food and he said NOTHING. Needless to say I will be filing a complaint on him(Diego) and her (Bonnie).
Restaurant failed to put my items in my order correctly. I was missing items in the bag that was sealed so there’s no way the doordasher could have taken the items. The items were never actually there. Called restaurant and they said I could pick up my items but my original order was delivery and they refused to have them delivered. Bonnie kept calling me mam when I am obviously a sir. She said she doesn’t know she is talking to but she knew my name was Samuel. Very unhelpful and rude. Very sad I have never experienced bad service at Chick-fil-A:/ she also said she couldn’t give me a refund so I just have no food and no way to get it. Very upsetting.
Love Chick-fil-A but this is the first place and time I was treated rude by employees. I’ve always gotten greeted employees always have a smile in their face. As soon as I went inside they did not greet and the cashier was very rude. My partner and I wanted to dine in but decided to eat outside in our car.

If you go when there's a crowded drive through people will cut in line and the staff will do nothing about it. So either don't wait for theere to be enough space in front of you and just pull up or just cut

I am a regular at Chick Fil A and this was my first time to dine in at this location. My order was given to me completely wrong and I had to take back 4 different items to get the correct one. When I took my son and daughter’s Chicken Sandwich with pickles back because my daughter didn’t realize the sandwich had pickles on it until half way through, the manager Claudia was EXTREMELY rude. She told me she couldn’t give me two because one was half eaten and when I explained to her my daughter just noticed the pickles on it she had an attitude and said I will only give you one. It wasn’t until I had to let her know I would contact a manager when she came back and said “I am THE manager!” I told her I would contact customer service which I did. I will NEVER visit this location again. Worst experience and it was all in front of my children.
Worst CFA I have ever been to, truly disappointed. Man taking our order was extremely rude, forgot our drinks & sauces then tried to charge us extra for them. The place was a mess we weren’t able to find a clean table to eat at. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like, im disgusted.
probably like the worst chick-fil-a i’ve ever been to. flies everywhere and the service was bad. we were the only ones inside and no one outside in the drive thru and it still took 20 mins to get our food. the workers weren’t overly polite either.
I ordered grilled chicken nuggets, small mac and cheese, kale crunch salad, and pickles. The young man and woman who took the order and handed me the order were kind and paid attention to detail. Apparently, the staff preparing the order did not pay attention, and my reason why I am leaving this review. With the prices increasing, it was very disappointing not to get what I paid for and I don’t plan to go back to that location.
I went to dine in for lunch today with my family, me and husband ordered spicy deluxe sandwich, my sandwich came with different cheese not the pepper jack cheese, I realized it after first bite. I went to the staff and showed the sand which and trashed them, they said they gonna make new one but after a minute one of the staff member said as you already ate more than half sandwich we can’t give a sandwich and they are not at all friendly. It’s not about getting another sandwich, it’s about their service. How can they replace the ingredients with whatever they want and behave very badly with the customer. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
The first time in over 40 years I've had a bad experience at a CFA. I will never visit this location again. We showed up in the drive-thru 10 minutes before breakfast hours were over (10:20). There were no employees taking orders outside, so we had to use the speaker. We finally pulled up to the window at exactly 10:30 and were told no more breakfast. I had my mouth set on a chicken biscuit all week. I was bummed, but what made it worse was there was just an almost snarky sorry from the speaker. Done with this location! Never experienced anything like that at any CFA. Plus 10 minutes in a line is unheard of at any CFA. 😡
I went to this location a couple of weeks ago. I went to this location in the morning because I wanted breakfast. I went to order what I always order at other locations. The girl Lupe' took my order. I could tell something was already off. She had an unwarranted attitude. I was trying to use my points for my breakfast meal. She assumed I wanted the burrito bowl instead of asking me. My points was for the actually burrito meal. She proceeded to have this continued attitude towards me. I explained what I wanted in a polite manner. She turned her back to me. When I finally got my food, then she threw in a salsa for the burrito. I told her that I did not want that and instead wanted Polynesian sauce. She act like she did not hear me at first. Then finally gave me the Polynesian sauce. She never gave me a straw like other locations do. I use to work at chickfila for 12 years. I understand the expectations for chick fil a and this was not it at all. I will NEVER ever go back to this location again. They need to do better and be better.
Staff are rude and careless. I live nearby so I gave them more than 4 tries and they disappointed me every time. Today we ordered to go and they gave me fried instead of grilled nuggets. A water instead of sprite no forks for kids meals and mac & cheese. 1 count of sauce. All these only today. Similar scenarios the previous times. I don't recommend this location and I will not order from this location again.
I can't say anything bad about Chick-fil-A however this location in particular really sucks. The customer service is usually great but the problem is my food this is my 3rd time at this location and very likely my last. My food never tastes hot and fresh. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich the bread was hot however the chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for a while and this was the same issue on my visit prior to this one but I ordered nuggets that time and they were warm at best. I won't be back to this location .

Go back for lunch (were on vacay in the area and wanted something fast), got everything wrong. Asked for cheese on our spicy and regular sandwhich. Did not receive the regular sandwhich and was given a regular sandwhich inside the spicy bag…only got 2 out of our 3 fries. Asked for an 8 & two 12 count nuggets, only got two 8 counts. And didn’t get any of the sauces we asked for. Did not get any of the extra pickles we asked for. I know it’s a lot and we’re patient, but when it’s my second order at the same place in the same day…Absolutely not. When i called to ask for a refund they told me id need to bring all our food up there for it…this would be the THIRD time id have to go up there. Not happening. Asked to speak with the GM who would NOT speak with me. Got told over and over she’s busy. Bonnie, is her name. From what the associate told me. If this is your restaurant you run, and this is my SECOND issue of the day and you’re “too” busy?? I manage properties and when these matters come up, you make time. The asos oats proceeded to give me a Marketing lady named Julie’s number??? Didn’t answer…left a voicemail, so we’ll see if i ever get answer 🤷🏼♀️ have never had to have this many issues with a Chick Fil A before. Absolutely terrible.

Cold food made my brother sick, the lady at the front had long nails and bad attitude. the food was kind of gross and gave me a stomach ache and I met a nice person Bryan he is nice.
The afternoon crew was not up to the chick-fil-a standards / expectations. Gave us the wrong order. We drove back to the restaurant to exchange it for the right order. They didn’t think they gave us the wrong order. Then lost the order that was for use.
This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to.. They can’t get the order right and something‘s always missing.
Crap food to begin with, but I'm writing about the attentive service, or lack there in. Horrendous. So dumb that I can't explain it in words at this moment. Rediculous.
Whoever taking orders at 8:07am today needs to go home she's clearly having a bad day this is the one chick fil a where the "my pleasure" charade is dead and gone I'm never rude to customer service people so it's annoying when they're rude for no reason and don't know how to spell a 3 letter word "day" is not spelled "don" and the guy at window said it like "done" yea she typed how she's feeling she's done with this job
We always give a location at least a second chance but this is our 5th and final for this CFA location. For the 3rd time the person running the drive through couldn’t understand us - we are native Texans! And two other times, one was a pre-order- because of the language barrier and the other an in person order at the counter. IN PERSON- still the person taking the order took several tries to place our order and it still came out wrong We do not have speech impediments, nor do we have ‘lazy’ speech - we are southern Texans IN Texas So this is a management problem with an employee problem Seriously people CFA could run itself but I am not an AI promoter- I love the human aspect of interaction when ordering but geeeeeeezzzzz Grapevine Mills CFA needs a corporate step in and re-structure I feel bad if this is a struggling franchisee I have been in the restaurant industry, I know how hard it is to hire!! I do! I know some people looking for jobs in the area! But gotta figure this out soon before it becomes an empty space 😟
Truly hate this chick-fil-a. The line is always super slow, cold food, quality of food is awful, terrible customer service, and the kids that work here have no sense of urgency and are rude. As a former employee of the chain, I am highly disappointed with this store and will now go out of my way to go to another Chick-Fil-A.
I live in a rural community east of Dallas. I was in Dallas to meet a family member. Before heading home we decided to stop and grab some food for the road. I was so excited because I don't have a Chick-fil-A in my area. I ordered fries, a crispy chicken sandwich and a small vanilla milkshake. I wanted to get on the road to miss the traffic so it took me maybe 7 - 9 minutes before I even started eating. The sandwich and fries were great! The problem was with the vanilla milkshake! The first taste of it I thought tasted kind of weird. In about 10-15 minutes I drank probably a third of the milkshake and I started getting a terrible stomach ache. With a two plus hour drive ahead of me the farther down the road I got the worse my stomach felt. I had to stop two times. I had the stomach ache late into the night and during that time anything that went into my stomach came back up. I love vanilla milkshakes and I drink them quite often. I'm 99% sure there was something wrong with this particular vanilla milkshake.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A location I’ve ever been to. The staff are consistently rude and make you feel unwelcome. On two separate occasions, I ordered a large fruit. The first time, it contained rotten pieces, and the second time, I received a small instead of the large I paid for. Both times, I called and spoke with the manager, who assured me they would replace my order. I was told to give my name when I came in, and they would take care of it. However, when I went to get my replacement, the manager gave me a hard time and then said, 'Sorry, I can’t help you—they didn’t put your name in the system.'
I frequent this location out of convenience, have been for years. I also use the rewards program. EVERY SINGLE time I use a reward to get an item for free there is something wrong with it. Either it’s hard as a rock or completely wrong. Every single time. That’s at least 12+ times. Coincidence? No, especially when you select a free item, it indicates it’s free to the workers and I’m sure they have some deceptive method of giving away bad or old product when they can. This is not ok, I will drive further to a location that respects its customers.
I found it unprofessional that the person who attended me, told me to go to the chipotle next door so I can use the bathrooms ... chick-fil-a is doing the business and collecting money from customers, but they cannot provide the service of being able to use the bathrooms? Too bad I personally will not buy food from this chain again ... I went to use the bathroom at the Chipotle but also to buy my food with restaurants that are not only collecting money from customers, but also providing the service of using the bathroom.
The most rundown Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Chick-fil-A used to be top-tier known for their customer service, this place is awful. I go there first for dinner and ask for extra pickles no lettuce and tomato. Of course they give me lettuce and tomato and no pickles. I try again another time and it takes forever going through the line because whoever was taking orders was not trained. Then I know to check my food at the window this time and there’s only a few pickles on the sandwich so I asked for more. They make me give the entire bag back to them and the sandwich. I watch as Manager uses his bare hands that were just on his mouth to touch my sandwich to look. Then they give me all the same food back plus an extra side of pickles. I asked them to remake the sandwich since he just touched it and they tell me it’s a new sandwich .
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Chick-fil-A located at Grapevine Mills (#00657). I attempted to order a meal and a hot drink to warm my infant’s food, but the staff, including GM Bany outright refused to take my order. As a paying customer, I expected at least basic courtesy and service, but instead, I was met with complete refusal for no valid reason. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand known for its customer service. I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope Chick-fil-A addresses this issue and ensures their staff upholds the values they claim to represent. Check your bag before you leave because they forget stuff a lot & make sure they give you your sauces because they will also forget this as well. Was in a hurry and they forgot a whole sandwich & 8 count of grilled nuggets! I couldn’t go back, I called the restaurant pressed 2 to speak with manager and it went straight to voicemail with no chance to leave a message. I will be calling customer service to get my money back for items I did not receive.
This location is horrible I tried to give them another chance yet they have messed up again. First time I went I thought it was just because it was close to close they give out a little ice on the drinks and food was wrong. I went back today and requested extra ice and to add bacon on my sandwich. They still gave me little to no ice and no bacon on my sandwich. Stop rushing out orders and make it correct!
HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I got drive through - they did not give me a fork w/ my mac and cheese, nuggets were ice cold, fries had no salt. On top of that when I was paying they couldn’t scan my app, and am not able to upload the receipt so I did not even get points for it. DISGUSTING!!!
Hands down the worst chick fila I’ve been to. They always take forever in the drive thru, and the people doing the orders are always short and rude. I door dashed for a week trying it out for extra money and even on that end of door dashing and going in was terrible and nobody helped they just stick to their corner of getting orders ready. I went in today and got 2 normal sandwiches and one was like a 5/10 done and my other thinking I was going to get a better one was way worse. So I waited 20 mins dealing with the short rude workers in the drive thru with their parking lot being a nightmare to get home and find out my food is going to gross me out more than fill me up. I don’t write reviews and I apologize for my illiteracy but this was an experience that needs to change.
My fries were soggy, a bit upset about it - I ended up leaving. Everyone here for the most part was generally nice, and easy to talk to. I just felt the service could have been better. Came in during the lunch rush, took a bit longer than expected. I got a 8 piece nug, with fries. Their sugar free (or splenda) lemonade. The drinks are always good.
This location is by far the worst Chick Fil A location in operation. They notoriously get orders wrong, forget sauces, and are late completing orders. On top of all their mistakes, they are unwilling to take accountability and correct them. When I asked for the name of the team member I was talking to he told me “you don’t need to know my name”. Do yourself a favor and order from any other Chick Fil A location besides this one.
Almost no chicken in the chicken wrap. Brought to the front and they did give me a side of chicken to put in it. The management was hesitant. I wouldn't recommend this location. Others are much better with excellent service.
I came in on Wednesday, November 12th around 5:20 pm. I wanted to purchase 2 dozen chocolate chip cookies for an event at my church that evenin. . I asked the young man could they put the cookies on trays? He wasn't sure, so he asked the team leader who was standing near him. She said No, No that they would have to be placed in individual bags and placed in one large bag. I laughed, saying you're kidding right? . I asked, why they could not be placed on a tray and even offered to pay extra. She said, that is not how we do it. I was getting really bothered with hernegative attitude. I asked again, so you mean to tell me you're going to put 24 cookies in a bag? She said yes....so I told tgem both, I would just go to another Chick fil la..She said in a low tone suit yourself!! Just rude!! I called the Euless location, told her what I needed and she informed me they would be placed on two TRAYS would that be okay, That is when I explained how I was treated at the GRAPEVINE location. She was like, that's so not correct!! GRAPEVINE MANAGEMENT, please train your employees better!! I've been coming to your location for three years, on my way to work. ...I will never come back.
I’ve been ordering from this location forever and today (as I always do) I call as soon as I placed my uber eats order, asking them to change the milk in my vanilla iced coffees to shake base. They inform me they now charge for that which is fine, but that should be listed not only on their in person menu but also on their menus on third parties. I just wasted $10 on coffee that will be thrown out when if they’re going to make a menu change, that should be advertised so customers are not getting screwed over. Tried to cancel my order as soon as I got off the phone but was informed I would still be charged because they’ve begun the order. Tried to call the manager line and got sent to voicemail. Their store also does not accept “special instructions” on third party sites for the drinks so you literally have to call the store. Just bullshit all around, I’ll be going to a different location for now on and solely in person since they don’t advertise proper prices and substitutions on third parties. I would give the entire experience a 0/10 if I could. So to this location, please properly disclose price changes on your in person menu and third parties menu. UPDATE; got my meal and they didn’t even add any milk or creamer to the coffees. It came black. NOT EVEN VANILLA SYRUP THAT I PAID FOR. So I paid $10 for straight cold brew that I could buy an entire bottle of at the store. Y’all suck.
Drive-through takeout. There was no screen to verify the order and no confirmation before payment. The order was wrong: I ordered chicken strips and received nuggets; I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches but got one spicy and one regular; I ordered a Sprite and got plain carbonated water with no syrup; and the yogurt parfait with Oreo topping was missing. Please add an order confirmation step and improve accuracy.
Order large fries and requested for them to be cook fresh and the cashier said ok. This is the second time I ask them and the order wasn’t fresh and the cashier smile and said here is your fresh order of fries togo. Well once again I leave this location for the 10 time with unsatisfactory results.
I bought a gallon of tea on Wednesday around 4-5 pm. On Friday the tea was bad. I called the restaurant many times, no one answers on that location. I left a message, Julie, the manager called back. I explained everything to her. The first thing I asked was "how long does a gallon of tea should last?" She agreed that it should be three days. Now she texted me stating it is good for ONLY one day.. As I was telling her, I buy gallon of tea all the time at the Plano location, where Josh is the owner. That tea last for three days. That is ridiculous, why would someone want to pay double the price for something that is worse than the store brand. They refused to give me my money back and I had to throw away the expired tea.
Never thought I’d find myself writing a negative review for Chick-fil-A, but here we are. This is the closest location to my office, so I place to-go orders here so I can stop by, quickly grab my food (assuming it would be ready), and get to work to start my day. The last 4 times I’ve ordered, I’ve had to wait for my food and this is me placing the order in advance to avoid that. The first three times, staff spoke with me and provided great customer service. However, this last time was different. There were a couple of us waiting for our orders. I had placed mine 15 minutes before arriving (while I was still in Lewisville). When the order was finally ready, one of the staff members had it in her hands, asked if it was mine, and when I said yes and reached for it, she turned around and placed it on the counter with an attitude. All three times I was late for work. I understand the store can get busy, but placing an order well in advance should help prevent delays. And if it doesn’t, there’s still no reason for customers who are patiently waiting to be treated with attitude.
