Bubble Tea Bliss

I have always love boba drinks ever since discovering them several years ago. Most places are pretty good. But, out of all the boba shops in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I easily consider this to be my favorite. They have a very expansive menu, of which I have tried almost everything. Nothing I have ordered here has been anything less than delicious. They also sell macarons, which are also superb when compared to your average macaron. Like I said, everything here is very tasty. I definitely give Bubble Tea Bliss a 5 out of 5 for taste and service.

Awwww refreshing 😋 and chewy! Just what I needed while being dragged store to store by teenage children. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to order something sugar free. I got an iced Earl Grey tea. She was careful to warn that the tapioca had some sugar in it, which I was OK with. Other drinks ordered included a chocolate milk, chocolate smoothie, blue raspberry snow cone, coconut smoothie and a green tea smoothie.

This place is so cute! I came to the mall for a visit and there were a lot of people here. I am not from here but the prices were very fair compared to where I live. There were so many different flavors and the employees were all very kind. I got the raspberry flavor bubble tea and Banana. Which both were very good, the banana was our favorite. The tapioca pearls have a very good flavor and they are perfectly cooked.

We really enjoyed speaking with the cashier that wore the "blessed" shirt. We came on a Friday. She was absolutely amazing and funny! My daughter really liked the Taro Milk Tea with Boba. I'm not going to talk about my drink 😂. Let's just say coffee and salted foam do not go together. But it's not their fault. I will try something else when we go again. I don't like boba and the cashier got me to try the coffee boba. I actually liked it. Changed my mind about getting bobas from now on. I hope we have the same girl again. She made us laugh and I feel she could've brighten anyone's day if they were having a bad one. Thank you for making a first experience a memorable one.

Best bubble tea place I have visited. Whatever I have tried from this place always consistently tasted amazing. My fav drink is the coffee bubble tea with original boba and mango milk tea with popping mango boba. Their macarons also tastes flavourful.

We always buy bubble tea whenever we visit grapevine. Mango slushie with pomegranate pearls is our fav. Freshly made and very tasty. Quick service and wide variety of combos to choose from. Recommend to try bubble tea at this place.

Amazing bubble tea! Had the passion fruit milk tea with strawberry boba, it was my first and best ever impression of bubble tea, will be coming back.

This location has the best Macaroons ever, my favorite two are Coconut and Pistachio. Their not the frozen kind that other places offer and their the perfect size. Every time we get the chance to come I have to get them it’s a must try.

Last Saturday, I visited Bubble Tea Bliss and tried the piña colada smoothie with traditional boba, the piña colada milk tea with traditional boba, and the strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba. All the drinks were amazing! The piña colada flavors were refreshing and delicious, and the strawberry smoothie with strawberry boba was especially mouth-bursting. Highly recommend this place for a delightful bubble tea experience!

Honestly this was my first time here the smoothie I ordered was pretty good but a little too much on the sugary side. Still I did like it...I recommend a medium one so you don't get too full if you decide your going to eat afterwards.

The milk tea is basic. It's what you'd expect inside of a mall, but it's not the worst boba I've ever had. It's pretty decent

For the fruit teas you can mix two flavors together ! I got Mango & Pomegranate. It’s super sweet on its own.

Tea overall good. Other treats available as well.

Thai tea was usual and nothing great for the taste. Expected the flavored bobas to be like tapioca and chewy but they were either popped inside the glass or getting popped in the mouth the moment i bit them. Sugar was also used abundantly. The Macaron was super soft and not crunchy. I think 14$ for 2 thai tea and one Macaron is fine for a mall. But for the quality of the Macaron and the tapioca is very disappointing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS for anyone who is a fan of thai tea with bobas.

I have gone here 3 times in the past, during COVID and a little before that and the smoothies used to be delicious when they had the old lady working in the front. I understand the lady dosent do the smoothie, the people in the BACKROOM do but our experience with her has been wonderful EXCEPT, that now they have like 2 teen girls and a guy up in front and the smoothies taste like straight up ice no flavor, basically the only thing that has flavor is the popping boba. I will give it a last chance next time I go but if not that will be my last sadly.

We ordered a few boba teas at this location. The lady at the register was not wearing a mask, and did not speak English very well. She did not understand what we were ordering and it took about 5 minutes for her to understand what we had asked for from the beginning. After my purchase, I noticed a sign that was posted that said all sales final, no refunds. I can't help but think it's because they have this kind of issue a lot. The man in the back preparing the drinks also was not wearing a mask. The teas tasted a bit watered down. Will not buy from this place again.

I got the milk tea with boba. It was just ok. The boba had no flavor and milk tea tasted like creamer. The only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because their macaroons are really good.

The boba pearls are not sweet at all and they don't use fresh fruit in their drinks. My coffee milk tea was okay, so that's the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. Otherwise, save your money.

Place looks great… but easily the lowest quality bubble tea we’ve ever had. Barely blended powder. I’m sure this place does well based on impulse buys from strangers. If it was a stand alone shop that needed an actual reputation of quality, no way it survives.

Old man that works there is very rude. I asked if they had mango green tea and he just points at the menu and I say “oh okay, so you don’t have it?” And he replies in a rude tone “read sign, is there any mango green tea?” The two younger employees are nice. Never saw them after a few months though. I remember clear as day asking them the same question and they served me the drink without a problem.

I’ve been here multiple times with no issues. That was back when more alternative people used to work here and the atmosphere was friendly. The new workers here were extremely rude to me yesterday. I was just wanting a bottle of water since I was still full from lunch, and the lady cut me off in the middle of my order and curtly told me “two dollars cash only.” …I’ve been here many times and that’s never been a policy before. I asked if I could add something else to my order, or if I ordered more than 1, would I be able to pay with a card. She nearly screamed at me and said “No!” …Guess I won’t be coming back here: it’s too bad too. Their boba is good. It’s a shame their customer service has hit rock bottom. The goth and alternative workers that used to be here were so kind!

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Their food taste terrible, like PLASTIC!!! Then when you let the manager know, he and his son tell you they don't care. They actually said others like it, so they don't care!!! I nicely said, we like the other food, but my daughter's tasted like plastic and I was concerned it was a bad batch and the owner or manager and his son smiled and said they DON'T CARE!! I said "you don't care about customers, about a bad batch of food that has plastic in it?" They said NO to my face!! Please watch what you eat here. I tried my daughter's food and so did my son's to see if we tasted it too...and my daughter was correct. My youngest son instantly threw up because it made him sick!!! Something is DANGEROUSLY wrong with the food!!! I would give them NO STARS, they should truly be shut down. They are in the mall.

This place has the worst customer service. Owner/manager has a bad attitude. The macaroons taste like chemicals and plastic. I had a strange tasting macaroon and simply wanted to switch flavors, and was basically told, no cookie for you! Won't be back, there are too many places who appreciate my business to waste my money on terrible products and people.

I walked past 5 times and there was never anyone there, it seemed like the people working here were hiding from clients

We ordered 2 milk teas and waited a half hour to receive them. And one of the drinks didn't have the flavor pearls. Would not recommend

If you open at 11:00, then your tapioca should be ready. It’s the reason you have a business. The title of your restaurant is Bubble Tea. At 11:00 on a Sunday, your patrons have a heck of a walk to get to you. When I order a milk tea, don’t ask me which bubbles I want and hand me the menu and then neglect to tell me, you don’t have tapioca. You lead with that! And, of course, there’s no adult to complain to, except the child manning the store. Ugh. The last Boba tea store I went to, ran out of Boba. If Boba is the reason why you’re able to have a store in the first place, then you’d think you have Boba to sell.

I've had brown sugar milk tea multiple times, but this experience has been disappointing — it tasted like diluted milk with excessive sugar, far from what was advertised. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the cashier, she called the owner, who bluntly refused a refund, stating they had already spent the money. Frustrated, my husband insisted on leaving with an alternative since a refund wasn't an option. We've decided to stick to the boba place at Vista Ridge Mall for top-notch quality.
