This Cinnabon had extremely friendly staff! The seating area and the whole area was super clean. As always, the cinnamon rolls were delicious! I really recommend this place to anyone wanting to get a simple sweet treat!

I absolutely love the Cinnabons, they’re always warm, soft, and incredibly delicious. The flavor is rich without being too sweet, and they melt in your mouth. Every time I visit, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. The customer service is consistently excellent, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether it’s a quick treat or something to share, Cinnabon never disappoints. If you’re out shopping, make sure to stop by and treat yourself, you won’t regret it! 🫶🏽

6/20/21-@ 1:15pm...Soooo good! We stopped by here today while at the mall. I have said I want to make sure I review places with great customer service because it’s so not common anymore. Well, the young lady who took our order was so polite and all the ladies there were actually working. Everyone of the ladies were doing something! Someone was taking the orders, another lady was making fresh Cinnabon’s, another was pulling out some from the oven and there was someone icing them. And when I finally ate a piece of my Cinnabon I was so pleased. It was the best one that I had in years! It was what I remembered them tasting like and, the freshness, flavor, everything. I wish we had purchased more now, but we will be back! I hope the team that was there today stays with the company at this location.

4/23/2025 ⭐ The name Cinnabon alone makes your mouth water 💦—you can practically taste the sweet, gooey cinnamon goodness just by hearing it! 🤤 But unfortunately, this experience was anything but that. 😔 The Cinnabon wasn’t warm 🔥, it wasn’t tasty 😕, and it didn’t have that iconic flavor we all know and love. 🙄 It was more like a bland, dry pastry 🥴 that didn’t have any of the refreshing cinnamon magic you expect from the name. 😤 It honestly didn’t even taste like a real Cinnabon at all. 😩 It was a massive letdown 😔 and a stain on the Cinnabon name 💔. I really hope this was just a fluke, but after this, it’s going to be hard to shake the disappointment. 😤

Cinnabon needs to take this franchise back. The owner stands over like a micro-manager. I don't care that the Cinnabons seem smaller but can you add frosting as of it's not costing you too much?! I can understand if the frosting melted, no, it was barely covered. Major let down given my only other option is Schlotzsky's🫩. I won't be buying from here again.

I know I came a lil late about 8:50 but most places have residual Cinnabons left over. I was disappointed because I drove from Lewisville to Grape Vine. I noticed that some were in a bag but I felt the young lady was too lazy to wait on me and in a hurry to go. Most wasn’t to please the customer but she kept telling me we are thru. Well maybe their policy is a cutoff time of 8:50 n close at 9. Last week the other young lady was pleasant n helpful. I sometimes dislike when young people are in charge. If I was in charge I would have given the customer a complimentary Cinnabon for coming so far. I explained to her that I came all the way from Lewisville to frequent her store.

Went here today, but I just left without ordering anything after the male cashier just looked at me like a dead person. I repeated myself that I wanted cinnamon rolls, but he just point his fingers at somewhere without speaking. Clearly, he didn’t want me there, so I said, never mind and left. Thank you for the great weekend.
