Been here a few times in the past few years. In the beginning had problems with some milkshakes no biggie but recently past few months this place has been FIRE. Great job to the crew here i been at least 5 times in the past months and each time the food is FRESH and good

There is a lady with orange, red hair. She is extremely great at the Customer Service. And very kind customers. I don’t usually give ratings to fast food, restaurants, but that employee definitely deserves some praise.

The GM Audra is amazing with her staff! I've never seen a happier crew and I've never experienced such a positive work place. The food is always fresh, always good, and never stale, cold, or hard. Any mistake made is always corrected. 10/10 would come back!

It's Burger King. Im not expecting 5 stars. But their customer service is wonderful. This is my 4 year old's favorite restaurant. We've never been served old food and we've never encountered a poor employee. A few weeks ago we went through and there were only two team members working. The drive thru was slammed. There was a wait. The sweet older ladies handling everything still managed to do so with a smile and without coming across as panicked. I wish I had gotten their names. The people here are so sweet and deserve recognition for it.

Visited today for the first time and I will definitely be back! Audra the GM just recently took over and had that crew working together as a team. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Juan took our order and was very respectful and helpful. My only gripe would be the temperature in the building, it wasn’t very cool. Hats off to the workers and the great job they did today.

Clean standalone restaurant with plenty of parking. When we were there there was only two employees working. Despite the lack of staff they were very friendly and helpful. Whopper and fries were very good. Tomatoes and vegetables were fresh. Recommend.

Today's visit was awesome. Go see Edith! This is the second time we've gone through the drive through when she was working. She's is extremely upbeat and positive while being helpful and keeping customers informed of their order status. They, like everyone else, are short on help so service takes some extra time. The food was hot and freshly prepared. Order was correct and the service can't be beat! PREVIOUS VISITS: I don't give 5 star reviews unless it's earned. Your dive through employee took the time to reconfigure my order to save me some money and "get the best deal." Kind actions, well appreciated. Give that guy a raise.

Went here for Breckfast; it was really yummy!! It took an easy amount of time (to wait and eat)!! It's a great time!! But one thing: the floor was kinda disgusting, but the tables were clean, and the crowns where folded nicely and with care.

Today my husband and I ate inside this Burger King. Service was friendly. The wait time on food was a few minutes. But the food came out so hot it could have burned us. (I say this happily joking. I will always wait for hot fresh food) the coke freestyle actual was good. I hate those machines usually. For the bad....the place needs upgrading or something. Very old and run down. For the worst....it was miserable hot!! I don't know how the employees put up with it. I was almost sick from the heat. We had to eat fast and rush out of there. Don't think we can go inside to eat until that's fixed. Oh and plenty of parking but like the building it needs work...

Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you do an app order or an online order because they will always get it wrong and then it'll be your fault whenever you have to correct them on the things that are already on the receipt for them to do in order. One combo and a kids meal and they got the drink orders three times wrong to the point where I'm carrying eight drinks in the drive-thru and they expect me to hold them all while they continue to get the wrong drinks even though I've asked for a drink carrier and I tried to give the wrong drinks back but they no longer will accept them because it's not hygienic once they've handed it to me. So I'm left with no choice but to drop the drink and the drive-thru and then I'm yelled at by your employees for doing that and not putting it in the trash even though I have no hands to continue to carry all their mistakes in my car in the Drive-Thru trapped. Then your employee yells at me and tells me to not come back. Well congratulations! I'm reporting you to HR and everything I can and telling everybody I can to stay away from this location. That employee deserves to be fired

The place probably has a low review in general, due to the fact you have a MANAGER that doesn't know how to manage. A Manager isn't supposed to yell and curse at employees. When you see other customers not paying and leaving to check on an employee in tears, when they whiteness the manager lashing out at everyone..... Higher-ups need to handle the situation and get someone that knows how to manage properly and can handle all the tasks required. I will not be going back to this location. What was done, was totally uncalled for. Yet, I doubt anything will be done about the incident. The manager needs some lessons on how to address any issues with the employees and needs some self improvement if they're to remain in that position. But, should be removed from any management position until improvements are made.

Cycle Therapy

Too long of a wait for fast food especially when store isn't busy... New manager Maria still holds to that long wait standard an unprofessionally scolds employees in front of customers and argues with customers about the preparation of product... Maria, you really just need to grab a broom and mop and shut your mouth because your store looks like trash. Or if you're going to order somebody to do it, think about the way I just did. Try to put yourself into someone else's shoes for a change. Talk to people how you want to be talked to and not argue with your customers.

Not as advertised. Poor quality food. Food here has gone down hill. Burger King should he ashamed of messing up this iconic family favorite. With price inflation its just not worth it anymore. This should be called a Stopper, not a Whopper.
