The people are great and the food quality is amazing. My burger looked pretty close to the one in the picture. Hot fries. Fast service. Definitely recommend. It has improved a great deal since my last visit

Always love stopping here every time I come through Bartlesville Oklahoma. Always great deals. I got the family bundle which came with 2 whoppers 2 chicken sandwich’s 2 large fries. Great bundle for 3 of us. Fast service and food is very fresh.

UPDATE 09 Nov 2023: Whopper had a burnt coating and the whole thing just had that burnt taste..was really surprised considering but maybe they had a new cook and it was just a slight error. More training maybe? Wish was more $1 menu options..double checking orders before they go out would be nice..got home and half the drink orders were wrong. We weren't going to test everyone's drink, gave us bunch of unsweetened tea and we spent about $100 on 8 meals.

I went through the drive thru to get my order.. there were 4 cars ahead of me and we had our food items within 2 minutes... that is what I call FAST FOOD!!

Went for lunch. The place was extremely clean and well stocked with straws, napkins, etc. The staff was prompt and courteous. The fries were hot and perfectly cooked. I always prefer Burger King for hamburgers. You get real lettuce, onion and tomato making more like homemade.

Moving from Houston to Bartlesville has many advantages. One is that BK employees in Bartlesville take pride in the food they prepare and serve. Very friendly and very delicious.

I have eaten Whoppers for the past 42 years but I have concerns I bought one just the other day and the hamburger patty was white it looked more like fried pork then beef it's not the store's fault it's higher up in the chain but I want to know why my hamburger patty did not look right it didn't taste the same either.

Burger King is a good place to eat. Visiting the branch in Bartlesville was a bit challenging as the person taking orders had a hard time hearing over the background noise so instead of getting what I came for, I paid for two other meals I didn't want. I did get my order, but it was double priced on my ticket as the other "misunderstood" orders were not removed. However, I love the Classic Chicken Sandwich 😋

This BK is consistently professional and friendly and the quality of their meals have been consistently good. Their breakfast is my favorite, but I choose BK Bartlesville again and again because they are consistent quality and make you feel so valued and welcome.

It's Burger King. Im not expecting 5 stars. But their customer service is wonderful. This is my 4 year old's favorite restaurant. We've never been served old food and we've never encountered a poor employee. A few weeks ago we went through and there were only two team members working. The drive thru was slammed. There was a wait. The sweet older ladies handling everything still managed to do so with a smile and without coming across as panicked. I wish I had gotten their names. The people here are so sweet and deserve recognition for it.

Visited today for the first time and I will definitely be back! Audra the GM just recently took over and had that crew working together as a team. Service was fast and the food was fresh. Juan took our order and was very respectful and helpful. My only gripe would be the temperature in the building, it wasn’t very cool. Hats off to the workers and the great job they did today.

Today's visit was awesome. Go see Edith! This is the second time we've gone through the drive through when she was working. She's is extremely upbeat and positive while being helpful and keeping customers informed of their order status. They, like everyone else, are short on help so service takes some extra time. The food was hot and freshly prepared. Order was correct and the service can't be beat! PREVIOUS VISITS: I don't give 5 star reviews unless it's earned. Your dive through employee took the time to reconfigure my order to save me some money and "get the best deal." Kind actions, well appreciated. Give that guy a raise.

Good food. The dining room needed attention. Most tables needed wiped. There were also no napkins and very few straws. Very tasty though. We will be back!

Walked in, Employee's were nice, I ordered Take-Out and It came out quickly. The burger was delicious and didn't come out slimy.

I am not a big fan of fast food, or even Burger King for that matter. However, having said that, this particular Burger King was very clean, the staff treated me precisely the way one would want and expect to be treated. I ate a Sourdough Bacon Burger, and it was of fine restaurant quality. I would recommend this establishment as well as its fare.......

We came kinda close to closing around 8:45 after a basketball game in Bowing. Everything was great! Fries we kinda cold but we were hungry and didn't care!

CON: Over 20 minutes in the drive thru. PRO: Food was really good! I decided to give the fish sandwich a try, and it was SO much better than what the "other guys" pass off for a fish sandwich!! The young lady at the window was very kind and super apologetic for the delay in service. I'll definitely go back, just not when I'm in a hurry.

Wonderfully retro, untouched since like the 80s, complete with wood paneling, plastic booths, and a play place. Delicious food, service was a bit slow due to being lunch hour but staff was empathetic about it. Could do with some upkeep and maintenance, but this place must be protected from a corporate-mandated remodel at all costs.

Today my husband and I ate inside this Burger King. Service was friendly. The wait time on food was a few minutes. But the food came out so hot it could have burned us. (I say this happily joking. I will always wait for hot fresh food) the coke freestyle actual was good. I hate those machines usually. For the bad....the place needs upgrading or something. Very old and run down. For the worst....it was miserable hot!! I don't know how the employees put up with it. I was almost sick from the heat. We had to eat fast and rush out of there. Don't think we can go inside to eat until that's fixed. Oh and plenty of parking but like the building it needs work...

Food was cool, I could tell it had been cooked earlier in the evening and left under the warmer. Only one worker there, made me uncomfortable knowing she was alone (and no, not because she is a woman, I'd feel the same no matter what)

Burger King has good food & Awesome service during the day but you might want to make sure if you go in the evening you are not in a hurry because ½ of the time you have to wait one night I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru & when I finally got home ½ of my order was not there when I tried to call I got a fax machine all night if it is a good night I only have to wait 10/15 min & When I get home all of my order is there!!! The Food is good night or day sometimes it is luke warm by the time I get home most of the time it is hot overall a great place to eat especially during the day I still haven't ate breakfast there yet

Serving time was over 15 minutes, and when I received it my sandwich was very sparse on lettuce, pickle and onions: very dry. And there was no cheese that I had ordered. The cheese was listed on my receipt. I just ate the food and left. Disappointing experience with Burger King.

I ordered door dash from here and I will never do it again. The food is tasteless and they messed up my order. My son wanted to try the spider verse whopper which is still listed in door dash but when I called I was told they no longer have it

Got our order wrong in the drive thru. They completely left out our kid's chicken and both of our woppers were incorrect. The fries were cold. No one offered to replace the cold fries or our whoppers. We had to go back to the store to get the kids chicken.

their service was trash, i had to ask for my burger because it took 20 minutes and people that went in after me were getting their food before me. i went up to the counter and they asked me what i bought, and then they proceeded to finally make my food, i get my food and it has nothing on it except a tiny amount of ketchup and they didn’t put ketchup on my friends burger, i go up and ask for new burgers and they rolled their eyes and made 2 more burgers, i go and eat my burgers because i have no time due to them not remembering my order, i ask for a fork for my hershey pie and they gave me one and i said thank you and they said nothing, and then to see if they even hear me i said “you have a nice day” and they still ignored me. point of my story is that these people aren’t friendly and they rudely serve you. the only reason i gave it 2 stars is because the hershey pie was hella good but still upset about their service.

I have had troubles lately recently with this location. Otherwise its quick food and usually hot. Update: I appreciate your store changing the hours on Google but you need to change the hours on your building and turn the outside lights off when your closed. I went there thinking your open because all your lights were on. I sat there for 5 minutes without even a sorry we are closed. Not good business.

This place looks unclean and needs a renovation. Service was just a bit under average. Food didn't taste very fresh. I've certainly been to better locations. I will not be visiting this place anytime soon, unless I have a hankering for a whopper that can't be satisfied. 🤪

Last few times I went thru drive thru ,I had to wait 15-20 minutes just for them to take my order. On 6-5 I was told they were out of whopper Jr buns. This place is going downhill and no one seems to care much less burger King corperate.maybe they need a management change.

Did not have a very nice visit. The restaurant was not very busy, yet there were several tables in the lobby that were dirty. They had trash both on the table and on the floor under them. The one we sat at we had to wipe down with a wet wipe as it had ketchup and other droppings on the tabletop. We had the King meal and our meat was dry. I was not happy with our visit this time around and that is sad as we love Burger King.

I usually love Burger King and I think the food is always good, but here recently the last two times I have went their customer service hasn't been good and they have messed up my order as well only giving me half of the meals I ordered. The workers have been short and rude so it just makes the atmosphere unpleasant.

Went by Burger King 10:00 at night after we left the casino to get a quick bite . Food was horrible. French fries had been on the warmer way too long and so had my over cooked fish sandwich that turned out to be chicken.

I went through the drive thru.. person infront of me must have ordered the whole menu!! I was in the drive thru for 30mins!!! They could have pulled the person infront me to the side or in the parking lot!! I watch my gas tank even drop. Never again!!

Wow, I used to really enjoy Burger King. Today was horrible. It has been a while since I have been to one, but after today I likely won't return. I order a quarter pounder and recieved the wrong sandwich. I was hungry, so I just kept what I had. It was about the most tasteless burger I have had, and the ketchup they had on it might have been turning. The burger was luke warm and had no flame broiled taste, or even look for that matter. My wife order a whopper jr. which was just as tasteless. We then decided to order chicken nuggets. While they weren'ttasteless, they were close to it and what tastes they had wasn't good, maybe even a bit undercooked. I hope this isn't the way the chain is now. If so, they have fallen a long way, sad. This is the Bartlesville, OK location.

This is by far the worst burger king i have ever been to. 3 cars in front of me in drive through and was waiting in line for 30 min. I would have driven off if the drive through didn't have rocks on the side. Horrible service, rude and very very very slow. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE EVER!!! Just close this place down.

Dirty, slow service, no drink options available workers would not restock pop machine with ice or syrups. The only option they had available was diet drinks. Do yourself a favor go to McDonalds for lunch

My chicken sandwich was cold, and the patty was hard, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. My whopper bun was crunchy like a crouton. They will serve you stale food without thinking twice. Also when I filled out servey for the "free whopper" as they advertised both on the receipt as well as verbally after I ordered. I was told I must order fries and a drink to redeem my "free whopper". Which came to almost $5. A whopper by it's self is almost $5. As of posting they are offering a 2 for $5 on whoppers. This is a bait and switch method very deceptive. Or at the least very misleading. My dad said he got his free whopper from the same store. He never said anything about them requiring full price fries/drink purchase.

Ordered using the app. The app duplicated my order. I only picked up one order. I told them at the window that I was charged twice. They said they can't do anything about it because I ordered through the app. So I have to contact the tech people to get my money back. So disappointed! I looked closer at my bank account and this isn't the first time I've been charged multiple times.

Terrible. Onion rings undercooked and soft. All stuck together and gummy. I asked for ketchup and got it but the six packs of ketchup were all stuck together in a clump with old dried ketchup. I'll never come to this Burger King again.

I had to wait a hour in a half for my food. It wasn't even busy it started with only 6 people in line and I was 2nd. They totally skipped my order and served everyone else. Then couldn't figure out what I ordered so I gave them my receipt so they could go off of it and there was alot of stuff wrong. I ordered my daughter chicken nuggets and she got a burger. None of the of the kids meals had fries so I just gave them mine. I ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich and got grill regular chicken sandwich. I wont ever go back to burger king in bartlesville.

Food cold staff was all kids and was very rude. This place has gone way downhill. It was a good place 20 years ago there was good food and the staff was NOT NASTY TEENAGERS if you are lucky you will go on a day when the good group of teens are there and your food will be a little better.

This is literally the worst Burger King location I have ever been to. I love BK. I eat there in virtually every city I drive through. This is the worst in the nation. My food order was made incorrectly, and I was argued with when I pulled back through for a refund. I was told I would only be able to get the meal exchanged. The manager must have misunderstood my reply through the archaic speaker system because his reply was "We won't serve people who use that language, sir." What a joke. Who would take their money to a place like this with SO MUCH competition in a square mile radius?

Not one napkin. No receipt or mention of one. No condiments or mention of them. When I asked for napkin, the manager Michael said do want an extra napkin or do you want to complain. And he got more hateful from there 😭

The last few times I have gone in, i always get the double whopper with cheese. I don't know what you guys are doing different to the patties but they're slimey and they taste microwaved. I went in yesterday, hoping for the best, with the same result. Only reason I ate it yesterday was because I was starving. I won't be back for awhile, if at all. The food has become substandard and not good. Highly disappointed. And what's up with all the fake 5 stat reviews from bots. Trying to hide something? Very weird.

Lady said something threw the speaker and I tried to tell her to hold on please due to my daughters were fighting. Then started to make my order and no response. I know that you can hear at all times on those headsets I’ve used them before. So now I’m currently waiting to make my order at the the drive thru window.

I went and spent 40.00 on 2 whopper meals and a spices chicken sandwich meal. Then get home there is no chicken sandwich and the sandwiches are freezing cold. Then I call and talk to the manager and he says he can replace the chicken sandwich but not anything else. He us the district manager. What a joke.

The gentleman was very rude in the window when we told him that we believed that the sprite was out and would like something else or wait for it to be switched out. Food didn't test that great and I personally got sick after eating there.

I was so upset I usually go to drive thru never again. The woman taking the order had wonderful customer service but got the order wrong no big deal but the burgers had no flavor then I saw what was going on in the kitchen there was a young man with shoulder length hair with no HAIR NET ON and when he looked down it all fell forward then he would shake his head to get it out of his eyes I could not eat another bite but due to taste it was no big deal. I went back a couple days later he was wearing a hat but his hair was still hanging out so I spoke to the manager and left.

The one and only reason for 2 stars is that is was fresh. Other then that my fries I paid almost 4 dollars for was halfway empty. My burger had 3 pieces of Lettuce and a tiny tomato. They also didn't ask me if I wanted mayo! Yuck! I threw away 30 dollars out the window on my way home. Portion controll? Isn't that why managers bag food. Smoke breaks are obviously more important than customer service. Never again! BYE 👋

Probably some of the most disgusting food I've ever eaten at a fast food eating establishment. You walk in,The place is disgusting. The kitchen is worse! Dirty, A bunch of unkept teenagers with crazy hair, no hair nets or gloves. They looked like they have never showered before. The food was just thrown together and cold. Now the drive thru, they need to start handing out fuel gift cards for waiting 20 mins or more. You sit at the speaker box and it takes the kid forever to come on to place your order. By the time you can finally order you have to repeat yourself 10 times and he still gets it wrong. Ugh..anyway guess you can't have it your way anymore.

These “business people” don’t have a clue about Customer Service! Food, well I don’t know about that. Went there at 5:00 PM and their dining room was locked. An employee inside motioned for us to go around and use the other door—which was locked too! Nobody in the drive through or inside but several employees, so we went 100 yards down the road to Braums, which was 3/4 packed. Wow, how obtuse?!

I’ve been going to burger king since i’ve moved to bartlesville, last few times have dissatisfied me. They are rude, they take 20-30 mins to get your food, they don’t have any signs on the food that is discontinued or they don’t have. Not to mention THERE WAS HAIR IN MY FOOD….. Im not a person to complain, but im fed up with people and not having good hygiene and not wearing gloves or hairnets while handling my food. I know a hair isn’t a big deal but honestly i don’t know that person, so i’m assuming they are disgusting from leaving hair in my food. I tried calling store over 7 times with different numbers throughout the day, no one has picked up or called me back. If i wanted to buy hair i would have went to the salon. You lost my customer service.

The manager was hollering at the top of her lungs at her crew members. They got our order wrong 3 times. The restaurant was a mess. We waited nearly an hour for our food and we were the only ones in the restaurant. When our order finally arrived it was cold. They charged me $19.81 for a cold burger and fries. The drink station smelled of mildew. The atmosphere was awful due to the manager continuing to yell and scream at her crew. I won't be back.

After a day at the hospital thought we could just grab dinner and head home. Went inside to order and was a 35 minute waiting inside for our food. After our whoppers were made, then they realized they forgot to cook the fish sandwich. I had two people that just had surgery waiting in my vehicle. I thought going inside would have been faster than 6th car in line. Was surprised only 5 people working. They were working hard because they were so busy however, drive thru service was served first. Never have I waited at a fast food for that long. Good help is hard to find and I realized those 5 were committed to their job. And needed more help. Maybe offer a free drink if someone is wanting more than 15 minutes inside.

From the time I placed the drive through order until we got our food was 35 minutes. Management can’t keep the store fully staffed and it shows. We ordered 4 burgers, 2 of them were ordered the same. They got all 4 of them completely wrong.

I used to get it my way but those days are long gone. It was 1:30 pm and I wanted a coffee. I pulled up to the drive up menu and ordered a kid's hamburger meal with Coke, two large coffees. Sorry NO coffee available, how about ice coffee, came the reply. I said, not interested and just drove off. Yes that was me that turned and drove right over your curb to get out, it was only 3 inches high.

Took a very long time just for my burger to be made wrong, many rude kids working there. I thought one of the managers was a high school student with the unprofessionalism.

the staff cant get an order corrected if their lives depended on it. The last 2 times we have went there our orders have been wrong. I mean how hard is it ti make a mustard whopper with no ketchup or mayo. Tonight ordered a mustard whopper got a plain, dry burger with lettuce, onion and pickle. Come on you guys learn to read your tickets. Will not go there again. For years the orders have either been raw or wrong Do better!

All 3visits I had to come inside as the dt doesn't move to start lunch just like my last visit manager is inside rudely making demands of team that clearly needs help. Instead of words of encouragement all I could hear is insults. While waiting for my order I witnessed an argument with another guest because her order was prepared incorrectly by the mgr (woman with nasty attitude and glasses) she cut Infront of me while stating that this was the 3rd time her sandwich was made incorrectly and she wants a refund. The mgr yelled from the back where is your receipt I made the sandwich as per your request open the sandwich and look and slapped the counter, I immediately left and will not return this is ridiculous

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and well.. Picture speaks volumes.

Avoid this place like the plague, especially if you do an app order or an online order because they will always get it wrong and then it'll be your fault whenever you have to correct them on the things that are already on the receipt for them to do in order. One combo and a kids meal and they got the drink orders three times wrong to the point where I'm carrying eight drinks in the drive-thru and they expect me to hold them all while they continue to get the wrong drinks even though I've asked for a drink carrier and I tried to give the wrong drinks back but they no longer will accept them because it's not hygienic once they've handed it to me. So I'm left with no choice but to drop the drink and the drive-thru and then I'm yelled at by your employees for doing that and not putting it in the trash even though I have no hands to continue to carry all their mistakes in my car in the Drive-Thru trapped. Then your employee yells at me and tells me to not come back. Well congratulations! I'm reporting you to HR and everything I can and telling everybody I can to stay away from this location. That employee deserves to be fired

The place probably has a low review in general, due to the fact you have a MANAGER that doesn't know how to manage. A Manager isn't supposed to yell and curse at employees. When you see other customers not paying and leaving to check on an employee in tears, when they whiteness the manager lashing out at everyone..... Higher-ups need to handle the situation and get someone that knows how to manage properly and can handle all the tasks required. I will not be going back to this location. What was done, was totally uncalled for. Yet, I doubt anything will be done about the incident. The manager needs some lessons on how to address any issues with the employees and needs some self improvement if they're to remain in that position. But, should be removed from any management position until improvements are made.

Too long of a wait for fast food especially when store isn't busy... New manager Maria still holds to that long wait standard an unprofessionally scolds employees in front of customers and argues with customers about the preparation of product... Maria, you really just need to grab a broom and mop and shut your mouth because your store looks like trash. Or if you're going to order somebody to do it, think about the way I just did. Try to put yourself into someone else's shoes for a change. Talk to people how you want to be talked to and not argue with your customers.

Not as advertised. Poor quality food. Food here has gone down hill. Burger King should he ashamed of messing up this iconic family favorite. With price inflation its just not worth it anymore. This should be called a Stopper, not a Whopper.
