The employees at this location seem to be forced working. We've ordered 4 meals a a couple of sides and when we got to the window they'd only gotten half of the order. We had to repeat our order several times, they ended up splitting our order into 2 separate orders. Our order took long time to come out because of all that and our drinks came with ice, the mashed potatoes had gravy even though we ordered them with out it. If I'm taking the time to write this is because this isn't the first time I have bad experiences at this location, being honest: I'VE GOTTEN THE WORST SERVICE HERE AND YOU GUYS JUST KEEP BEATING YOURSELF ON DOING IT.

After spending over a half hour online, trying to place an order and it wasn’t working. I drive to the store and there’s another man here with the same problem that I had online nobody at the store would help us. It would be nice if you had some English speaking people too very hard to communicate. When it came time to give me my change, she threw it on the counter couldn’t even hand it to me, even though I was standing there with my hand out. Cashier had a very bad attitude Was arguing with the man that was there ahead of me also.

I go here most Wednesday and Monday nights. Without fail, every single time I order there, they forget to give me a part of my order when I pick it up at the drive through. Usually, they forget either half of my meal or the drinks.

DO NOT order delivery from here (Uber, DoorDash, etc) you WILL NOT get your food!! ordered 3 times for my family in the last month and every time many items were missing and I had to go somewhere else to supplement to feed everyone. The employees DO NOT check delivery orders for accuracy.

As nasty as the sour coleslaw and cold wedges were my biggest gripe is how tiny this shitty drive thru is, on my one and only trip here late at night/early morning, my rim got busted in the drive thru as soon as I was done giving my order and pulling up to move towards the window! I need to hear back from the manager as my rim is busted and the employee who worked that night and witnessed the damage in person showed no care and just was rushing me to pay for said crappy food! I need my rim replaced or at the very least repaired! Manager on duty reach out contact the owner if you have to!

I drive for a food delivery service on the weekends and had the absolute displeasure of picking up a small order from this location tonight. I arrived in store to pick up at 10:01 and finally left at 10:30, when the lobby closes. They literally locked the doors behind me on my way out. Over the 30 minutes I was in store waiting I asked about the order twice with 2 different employees. I was not given an estimated wait time and frankly wasn't given an update at all about the food. I had hoped to make at least 1 more delivery before calling it a night but having to stop at this place and waste 45 minutes on what should have been a simple order finished my evening and brought down my tip, even though the timing was not my fault. All told, do not order delivery from this KFC unless you want to wait upwards of an hour for your food and don't accept requests as a driver because you will waste your time.

I arrived to kfc at 3880 Hempstead Tpk Levittown ny at 1040 when drive through closes at 11 pm.... no one comes to speaker to take my order... I stay for 5 min & drive around to window.... the server looks at me through the glass rolls her eyes & walked to the back.... no I'm sorry we're closed on nothing.... terrible service do better

Horrible location. Ordered 3 pc original. Chicken was disgusting. Obviously was just lying around. Plus was given extra crispy which I don’t like. I sent an email and called corporate twice. I was told I would get an email back. Never received one. This Company no longer cares about The Customer so they will never see me again.

Staff was very dismissive,practically threw hot sauce after we'd asked for hot sauce,their lack of respect,lack of personality,not very welcoming,the person that served had an attitude and a chip on his shoulder the bathrooms had fecal EVERYWHERE! nobody cleaned the lobby nor the parking lot. Obnoxiously rude. Food was uncooked,and completely wrong. I ordered a $7 fill up box with a 2 piece chicken i opened my box and found my drumstick to be completely devoured.

Actually I don't want to give them any star! But at least i need one!!! Too horrible!!!! I used drive through to buy two things, big box and $5 fill up box. When I arrived at home and checked.... there was no chicken leg and mash in the big box!!!! Where are them??? Where!!! And I called them!!! They didn't answer me!!! Kidding me? If it is close to my house!! I already go back and fight!!! Damn.... maybe they can be rich!! Cuz without any serve meal!! Take money from customers via drive through!!
