Iesha was our waitress and when I say she was by far the best waitress I've ever had, I'm not exaggerating. She went above and beyond and we had an amazing experience because of it. The food was great as well. We will definitely be back thanks to the great service we received tonight.

My family (husband, myself and our daughter) went in for dinner tonight. There were so many options that appealed to us we didn't know which to choose. My husband ordered the avocado chicken sandwich, I ordered a South western type salad that had a quesadilla and our daughter ordered the kids chicken tenders. My husband's sandwich was so good. It was stuffed with tons of great ingredients. I enjoyed my salad, the balsamic vinegar dressing was really flavorful. I also ordered the chilli, which was my favorite. Oh and I can't forget the blackberry tea! Our daughters tenders weren't as good. They honestly tasted like rubber compared to our food.

I will admit we were surprised. Food was really good and our server Sonya was amazing. We will definitely go back.

Went tonight for a late Mother’s Day celebration and our server Diana made our entire night. Even though the food took a little long (the restaurant was packed) our server was upfront and honest about the wait and did so with a positive attitude. The drinks were delicious, the service was friendly, the place was clean. Will be back.

Now I gave this restaurant a 5 stars because I have eaten there before and the food is awesome. Now I ordered this meal through Door Dash and I am not blaming the driver because she was so nice and friendly. It was my fault for not checking the address or making sure it was right. She is a great driver with customer services, next time I will tip her. Now the food is good but I thought I would get buns with my burgers. I won't order through Door Dash again instead I will go instead to eat, that way if my order is not right I can send it back. Anyway I enjoyed the food but I think going inside will be better for me. On 7/15/19, I decided to order the same thing again thru Door Dash and the delivery lady came on time because my food was still warm, but this time with the bun and it was incredible just like I remembered from the past. That's why I gave this place a 5 stars because their foods are great. The burgers in the photos were missing the buns and like I said I order the same thing with the bun and it was over the top good. My partner and I absolutely love the 3 for Me 10.99 meal deal. My sister came with us as well, but she does not eat beef, so the 3 for me does not really work for her (for the lowest price tier of the 3 for me). Our server was Alyssa, who was absolutely incredible. Alyssa was incredibly attentive, made sure our drinks were topped up, and offered us to-go cups for our drinks. We got the fried mozzarella as an appetizer because their fried mozzarella is SO GOOD! The cheese pull on them is amazing and they are perfectly fried. For the 3 for me, I got chips and salsa as my starter. I ordered the big QP burger with just lettuce and cheese, and it came with french fries. For the drink, I got a half-and-half iced tea with dragonfruit syrup. My partner also got the big QP burger with french fries. My sister got the cajun pasta with grilled chicken. Alyssa asked if there was anything she wanted removed, and my sister said no tomatoes, so Alyssa added a side of extra alfredo sauce to make up for the missing ingredient. My sister had ordered this dish every time we go to a Chili's and this has never been offered as an option- so we were impressed and delighted by this! The food was absolutely delicious and it came out pretty fast despite how busy I thought it was. We had an amazing time here, the food was great, and the service was amazing.

I’ve been to a lot Chili’s as it’s one of my favorite restaurants, this has been one of my best experiences and one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Our waiter Liz was prompt and attentive to our needs. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, today was Sunday Father’s Day and it was relatively busy. I was impressed by the speed of their service. Food was particularly good today, would highly recommend this restaurant.

I always love going to this location. We come here often. Sometimes there's a wait, but it's never more than about 15 mins. They'll tell you 15-20, but it's Never that long. They send a convenient text when your table is ready , which I love. The atmosphere is great, the service is always awesome and we just enjoy the food. The ONLY complaint I have is the Steak. I've ordered it several times and Every time I order MEDIUM. I either get WELL DONE or RARE. The Manager is Definitely aware... Other Than That, Great location.

The food was tasty and we enjoyed the atmosphere! I ordered the steak fajitas platter and the presentation was beautiful. But I had a hard time chewing the steak. I usually do 😥 But I still love steak. We were able to speak to the manager about my issue after already eating the steak and he offered a side of chicken breast instead. He even cut the price for me. So happy with the chicken breast. It's grilled, very flavorful and not dry. I usually don't order chicken breast when I dine because it's usually dry. Not the grilled chicken here!

Had the salmon meal was very healthy and tastes great made just how I liked it. Great bar tenders and thats why I go to watch games there.

Update: We gave them another chance and they didn’t disappoint. The bartender Sierra is amazing and she was our waitress too! You have to get the cheese sticks and dip them in Nashville/Ranch or Honey Chipotle/Ranch. I think there’s some kitchen issues to be resolved but we enjoyed our time.

We didn’t have a long wait time even though we had a lot of people in our party. Our server was on point from the time we were seated until we left the restaurant. She was attentive and simply awesome! Also, the honey chipotle chicken crispers were delicious.

Just as a heads up, it's approximately 8:30 PM and this place is not only open, but also accepting dine-in now. This place is breezy, but thank God it isn't bitter cold. Chips and salsa came with reallly thin chips, but to be honest, I don't mind that at all. The salsa is spicy and reminds me of hot sauce: not the most flavorful thing in the world but agreeable at best. The tea I got wasn't really sweet. Just sweet enough to curve a little bit of the bitterness. Lady was kind enough to bring sugar later though. Took about 40 minutes to bring appetizers and food. Both brought out at the same time. Salad wasn't bad. It was light, like I wanted. Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas weren't bad either. Second tea was sweeter: guessing it's got to do with how they make teas. Lady was sweet and really helpful. Only complication was time, but not bad as a whole.

We had a great experience here for lunch this last week...the 3 for me deal is a good value. The food was hot and really good. The French fries were hot and perfectly crisp. Our server was attentive and very friendly... Soda refills came without having to ask or wave somebody over. Looking forward to our next visit!

Our host had to bus a table before seating us. He apologized for the wait. I use a cane to walk and I think he bussed the table so I wouldn’t have to walk far. That was very appreciated. Our waitress was friendly and made sure our drinks were full. Our order was served hot n correct. I ordered the hot cookie with ice cream. It was oooey gooey and delicious. My husband ordered Mac n cheese and a sandwich. It was ok. I would visit Chilis again and try something new.

Overall the food was good for what we ordered. Just prepare for a limited selection of items to order. I ordered to go on a Saturday night so I expected to wait. Took more than 50 mins crammed into a corner with 7 Uber Eats drivers and 2 other poor souls who just wanted to eat. I could only imagine the business that would roll through this place if you didn't have a 6x6 waiting area and slow service.

Use to love coming here because it was good and also affordable unlike most sit down restaurants. The last few visits the customer service has been awful. There's never enough waitresses, their slow and not attentive at all to guests. You walk in the door & literally stand there & get ignored as staff walks right past you. If they would change those few things it would be much better. You shouldn't have to wait to be greeted or for a drink refill.

Our server Colleen was great. She kept our drinks full, checked on us frequently, and was very sweet. On the other the hostess was extremely rude and barely acknowledged us when we walked in and slammed down our menus when we were seated. Not a great first impression, other customers were greeted and sat the same way.

I ordered a Santa Fe salad and Southwest egg rolls through Uber Eats. My salad look like it was just thrown together and everything was not in the salad the way it was supposed to be. Other than that the food was just mediocre. I spent almost $40 for food that I didn't like. I ordered the witches brew and they did not have green so they made it blue. They were understaffed with long wait times. Today at my dine-in location I ate and enjoyed my food somewhat, however, when the waiter came to the table to serve us, she had a slight attitude like she was not waiting on us or something and they were out of a lot of products due past sales. She was unsure about products sold and she did not know if the steak was served small at six ounces and how it looked. Most people do want to get their money's worth so my mother asked about the size of the steak. However, she continued to order it. The waiter was unsure about the size of the steak that my mother ordered and she said that it's pretty big but then another man came by to bring utensils because we didn't get any utensils after our food was delivered to the table or any condiments, such as salt and pepper and our ketchup bottle was empty at the table when we got ready to use it. They also did not have any A1 sauce, they did give some Heine sauce but she did not like it. We are satisfied but not satisfied at the same time we could have gotten better service. Also, our strawberry lemonade and sweet teas was super sweet and the salsa was so spicy it burnt going down as we ate it, so I decided after the first bite not to eat it at all and my mother ate a few and decided to stop because of the spicy and chips were very salty as well. We always bring a bottle of water with us and thank God we did because we had to use it to down the sugar rush. When the man came back with utensils he told us that we got the 6 oz steak and that he could have told us it was not big enough for my mother's dinner my mother is satisfied but dissatisfied also my food came out good and everything came out looking edible. My mother did not like the mashed potatoes and her steak was dry. We just settled because we were hungry and we had already been waiting 15 minutes to get to the table so we ate what we could and departed. We did receive a discount, which made me feel good inside, however, because the manager communicated nicely with us about the issues, we may go back and hopefully they will have lots of products and the nice customer service at our next dine-in service.

We waited over an hour for out food and WASNT during rush hour either, looked around and hardly no one had gotten their food! Our waited poor thing didn’t ever ask if we needed a refill or nothing! Always had to ask him! The service was just terrible and this is the second time. The chicken quesadilla were burnt hardly no cheese or chicken it was terrible, do not recommend. My other orders were great. Just wish they would fix their service and handle the back of the kitchen better.

Ordered through DoorDash. Paid extra for loaded Mac and cheese, got mashed potatoes with green onions. I called to make a complaint and no one answered. I wouldn’t have cared if it wasn’t an almost $4 up charge for the Mac and cheese. Photos of what i ordered vs what i got. The salmon and mushrooms are delicious and fresh. Good portion size as well. UPDATE: I ended up speaking with a team member who was able to help me. They will be replacing the side with the correct item and she was very nice, which is hard to come by nowadays. Very appreciative of them.

I brought some kids here to this Chilis on Evans St in Greenville, NC to celebrate a 7 year olds big day. We had a great birthday celebration.. the food.. the service.. all of it was outstanding. It was a wonderful experience for the kiddos. Service was outstanding up until paying.. I encountered a problem using a $100 Chili’s gift card. The store was unable to process it despite confirmation from corporate that it held the funds. While I ultimately paid with my debit card, I was disappointed the gift card problem couldn’t be resolved at the restaurant level. The manager did very little to try to solve the problem. I had corporate on the phone and corporate told them it had $100 on it yet for some strange reason they couldn’t process it. The manager basically threw their hands up and said they couldn’t do nothing. It makes no sense and that was pretty lousy service. I do appreciate the teams efforts in providing excellent food and service. (besides when dealing with the gift card) The kiddos enjoyed their food a lot. Great dippers and the macaroni and cheese was on point.

Reviewing as a dasher, not a customer. This place is wildly slow. I received a DoorDash offer for them tonight. The order was a dip trio, 2 salads and eggrolls. I was 10 minutes away from the store when I accepted the order. I sat inside for an extra 20 minutes. I was informed that they were waiting on queso…….. it took them a half hour to prepare two salads. Some eggrolls and dips. Restaurant was maybe 30% filled. Far from being super busy. I saw multiple employees just aimlessly standing around the dining area or just walking around not really doing anything. I’m sure the food is decent but the fact that it took them 35 minutes to make 2 salads and some chips and dip is wildly insane. The only reason I didn’t unassign myself from the order is that the customer took very good care of me. Sad excuse for food service.

Had to order drinks 3 times because the waitress didn’t know they were out of coke, or Diet Coke. When it was time to order appetizers she didn’t know they were out of multiple appetizers, also missing a few different salad dressings. I haven’t been to Chilis in years, so we decided to go and soon remembered why we stopped going. The hostess was Ok but the waitress left a lot to be desired. My order was wrong so she came back to the table with an empty plate so I could put the wrong food on before she brought out the right food. I’ve never seen anything like that before in my life. Are they going to resell it? My husband never received utensils and the man that was bringing our food out had a pissed off look on his face the whole time. We had to ask for refills and no apologies for anything that was wrong. Sorry to also say the old salty food is just as bad as I remember it. I will never go back and this time I hope I remember the experience.

Service was a absolute nightmare. I waitressed for 3 years and I am always very reasonable. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all. Waited 45 mins for our appetizer. Didn’t even have the drinks we wanted. Never got refills, or boxes so we had to get our own. Waiter kept disappearing, we weren’t the only table having issues. Silverware is dirty. Food was pretty good that was the only good thing. Manager had to help us towards the end because we were just sitting there. She was very nice and helpful. I felt bad because I get service is tough but this was just downright negligent.

Don't visit this location if you have a disability and need a service dog because management is very ignorant in knowing the rules in regards to service animals or service animals in training. The manager,Snow, approached me and my family, after we'd been seated for over 15 mins, asking if my dog was a service dog. He clearly has a vest that says training, maybe she thought meant for a lifeguard, I'm not sure. I told her that he's, indeed, a service dog. She then proceeds to ask for paperwork, which is 100% in violation of the ADA and I told her that. She says more things and starts upsetting me, which upsets my animal, and I told her that. She stood boldly and ignorantly, and said usually service dogs don't act like that. I told her he was in training and she still stood there. I asked her if she wanted me to show her the law or if she'd like for me to sue Chili's for discrimination, her choice. I also let her know that I wouldn't bring an animal to a restaurant, if I didn't have a need for him. Needless to say, since it's so easy for Chili's to offend a disabled person, I'll take my money elsewhere. FYI, not all disabilities are visible. Before leaving I spoke to another manger who informed us that Snow is a manager in training. The irony of her referring to the way my dog was acting, being that he was in training, knowing that she, herself is in training. My pup is only 4 mths and performs his job better than she does. Not all disabilities are visible.

WORST DINING EXPERICENCE IN MY 32 YEARS OF LIFE. Usually, when people go to a restaurant for lunch, they expect to order lunch, eat, pay, then leave. Apparently, this is a new concept to Chili's. Arrived and was seated quickly. Server never stopped by our table. I had to go find a someone who was cleaning tables and ask if they could please get our drinks and order. They were super sweet and went to find pen and paper to take our order. She wrote down our order and passed it along. We waited and waited, one drink for each of us finally came (never given a refill or anything the rest of the time.) I had to cancel my side salad and just have them bag up my dip trio order so I could eat something at my work desk. Why continue to seat people you can't serve? The kicker is, I was expected to pay FULL-PRICE after this experience. If I didn't have to return to work, I would've certainly have had more to say about that. Will be seeking a full refund and will be continuing on to corporate because this was absolutely unacceptable and worst experience I have ever had in my life at a restaurant. ZERO STARS.

Horrible experience their worker Thea most definitely stole my phone case and broke my phone. She tried to deny it and my table literally saw it in the back of her pocket. I’m pretty sure all of her co workers were all in with her lie. The shift leader also lied about being the manager. When we tried asking the waiter for her name she did not want to give it to us and she was passive aggressive to us. The fake manager also rolled her eyes at us and we were given the wrong amount of change back. Whole restaurant chopped🥀

If I could give it a zero I would. We went last night 3/3/2025. We ordered the surf and turf , the ribs with corn platter , cheese fries and two lemon drops with water . Our bill was around $89. I wanted to love it because the fries was so good . However I’m giving it a zero because my fiancé and I woke up this morning with food poisoning. Please be careful eating here

Me and my boyfriend arrived at this location at about 1pm, online waitlist said “No Wait, head right in!” We were seated immediately and our server was pleasant to interact with but the service was not as quick as it should have been. I even last minute ordered the “free” chips and salsa reward and that was the only food we were served within an hour of being seated. On top of that, the tables surrounding us had been cleared and new people were seated, and were getting their food before us even though they were seated after us. I left $5 bc the free chips and salsa wasn’t even really free, but I didn’t want to somehow be held liable for that tab. We tried to be understanding, but by time we decided to just leave we had already lost our appetites!

AVOID, Restaurant is dirty and has major management issues. I'm a frequent flyer at Chili's throughout the United States. The store in Greenville is an absolute disaster. Where is the management team? For starters they currently have a B sanitation rating. The staff at 11:15 a.m. was around behind the store clearly visible to the public smoking and joking around. We waited in the lobby 3 minutes no one cared to greet us or seat us so we left and went to a different restaurant.

Called in my order and waited 20 mins to pick it up my food. Waited another 15 mins while someone asked for my name and disappeared for 10 mins then someone else asked me the same question waited again. They come back it's been 20 mins inside now. They put my name as Nike How do they mistake Matthew and put my name down as nike Food was wrong both burgers fries are ice cold and the (sweet tea) taste like unsweetened tea. I have had decent service but it's always a hit or miss here. I won't be returning. I wish I had my money back. Order number was -20038

Service was awfully slow, took 15 minutes for anyone so greet us and at the end, we waited a long time for our server to come over to ask for to go boxes, eventually after having to wait and wait and wait, we left. server Could’ve worded things a lot differently when speaking to us, seemed like it was with an attitude. The triple dipper appetizer came out very salty and the entrees came out bland. Steaks were not the right cut and the temp wasnt right. med rare came out well done, ordered ribeyes and received sirloins instead.

Service was horrible, they got my order wrong, it was sent back, after 5 min. they brought back the same order, no change. When I got my bill from the system at the table, itt was my order, I brought it to the waiter's attention and he fixed the bill to his liking (I guess). We ordered 3 $10.99 burgers, which I was charged $12.99, forget about the add, free refills (was never asked if we wanted refills), fries and drinks! He was going to charge me for drinks and I objected; I mentioned the extra fries and he said it was included. I was over it, paid smiled and left. They likely won't miss me, there are better choices.

Terrible!! Chilis 🌶 has bottomed out across the country as far as I am concerned. I went to three different locations in three different states and all of the restaurants were dirty, the staff were rude and the food was horrible, cold and old.. it can't be a coincidence!

My husband and I get takeout on the weekends because he works in the restaurant industry, and gets off work late so we don’t usually have much to choose from, and neither one of us feel like cooking that late either. So chilis is usually an option bc of the hours of operation. So Thursday we ordered burgers from there, and they were great! Perfection almost. So we decided to just get the same on Friday just to make it simple. My husband didn’t get home until about 11:20 and I open my food container, and already I see they put onions on there that I asked specifically to have removed. Whatever not that big of a deal I can take them off. Then I see what is supposed to be a hamburger 😳 I don’t know what this is, but certainly not what looks like a burger. I called, no answer and so I was stuck eating basically a slither of a beef patty and bread. All I could taste was mustard and bread. Also the fries were hard and crunchy …Thanks chilis. This is exactly what I waited all day to eat. Hadn’t eaten since breakfast 🙄

Please needs alot of help. Long long waits and servers don't check on you when you get your food. The place needs a face lift inside and out. It is dirty and in need of repairs throughout the building. The have mold growing on the duct work and the bathrooms look like they have not been cleaned in months.

Waited for 39 minutes for a waiter to initiate service and ask for drinks and she deliberately walked by our table on multiple occasions. A waiter from another area had to come wait in us. I will be calling corporate.

Every time I've been to this location, I leave saying it's my last time. Somehow, my kids rope me back in. The service is always poor and slow. Our server was rude. We were seated for 15 min before our drink order was taken. The queso was extremely watered down. I sat without a refill for 25 minutes, after being asked twice what I was drinking I was still brought the wrong drink. I asked twice for a box. My husbands corn was cold, and the manager happened to be walking by when he bit into it, she asked the server to bring him another, the server then took it upon herself to add the 2nd corn to our bill as a split check. The dessert that came with our 2 for $25 (a cookie skillet) was mush. It was an overall disaster. Never again.

Yall no better then to send this out the kitchen for delivery I am pissed !😡 I want a full refund ! Update I spoke with the manger and she had my order re made I really appreciate it will be back

I got a triple dipper my mozzarella stick were cold, my mother’s big mouth bites were not all the way done in the middle and she got sick, my food made me sick. I don’t know if they were lazy last night but I will never come back!

First time at this location I love the one in Wilson im actually a regular there . This location however.. I wasn’t even in the restaurant for 8 minutes we were served dirty, filthy menus. I asked for new ones and got even dirtier menus with food stuck in it. And nobody even talked to us so we walked out.

The worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. It was my mom’s birthday and we were all out celebrating and decided to come here. We placed our order and as time goes by, we’re wondering where’s the food. My nephew went to speak to the manager and everyone in the kitchen was looking confused. Then he was told there was a “system error” and they didn’t have our order. No one came to tell us that at our table so if nephew would have never went to investigate, we would have kept sitting there waiting. Mind you , the waitress took everyone’s order on her table except one of my cousins , she placed her own order on the tablet at the table. Cousin got her food but it was cold. We’re still waiting for the rest of the food but nothing else came out. The waitress said she just realized the order never made it to the kitchen even though everyone else around us was getting their food and leaving. We finally got our food but my sister and other cousin never did. DONT GO HERE unless you wanna wait 3hrs to eat. We got a discount but the experience sucked.
