Want to give a major shout out to the crew that is working there tonight 5/15/18 @1:15am!! I place a large order and with only 2 crew members.. they got my order out promotly and everything tasted great and was put together nice! Usually when fast food restaurants hurry to get large orders together the sandwiches are just thrown together..well not the case here! Thank you guys for doing a fantastic job on a large order with limited staff!

This one has hits and misses, but it gets a colorful assortment of characters that work there. Usually highly friendly and do well to offer strong CS. They usually sauce the burgers heavily, I like it that way so I usually come by just bc they make the sandwiches the way I like the..

Firstly, I would like to give praise to the excellent customer service attendant. She was very polite and truly wanted her customer to have their best experience. Now the review; I Ordered the Grilled Chicken Sourdough Club. The sourdough was perfectly toasted and the inner workings, were beautifully stacked with just the right amount of condiments adding to the savory chicken breast flavor. All this wrapped neatly and then boxed. I have to say overall my experience is a 5 out of 5!

The employees at this JITB are always so friendly, helpful and efficient...they even dot the i in my name with a little ❤️ on the bag label, so cute. They probably do it for everyone, but I like to think I'm special 😊 The food is always fresh, hot and well prepared, the menu changes frequently with new and seasonal items and there are always good deals on purchases through the app. The mini churros are my fave and I love the boba drinks, the boba shake is heaven in a cup.

This location was very clean and accommodating. It looked as if there were only 2 people working and they did not frown or give an attitude with our large order. We do not have a JITB in Georgia so we drive 2.5 hours to get to y’all. Thank you for the great service

Food was great, it was a drive-through experience so atmosphere wasn't really relevant, but I will say this particular location is consistently very slow. I generally end up here twice per week on the way back from a routine, and every single time it's "please pull around and we'll bring it out to you" pretty much regardless of what you order

I just went through the drive thru for the first time in forever and was so pleasantly surprised by how nice the lady working at the window was! I almost never leave reviews unless someone leaves a big enough impact on me, and she definitely did. Very sweet and professional, even late at night. I hope she’s getting paid what she deserves!! Food is good too. ☺️

My standard order was just as good here as it is back home. Drive thru cashier was friendly. The wait for the 2 cars in front of me to get their food was a bit longer than I usually experience but when it was my turn, it was ready in no time.

The place was swamped with customers and there were only 2 employees working. I'm not sure how long they worked together, but they were incredible. Food came out fast and correctly with special requests and more. I'm not sure what the cooks' name was, but the counter persons name was Karen (I know right lol). She was polite and caring to our needs 100%. 10/10 would go again!

We came on Thursday around 11:30pm after a concert. They were super busy and it looked like they were understaffed. The same staff member took our order, cashed us out and gave us our food. She was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Our order was correct and everything was fresh.

I ordered some new food that I guess recently came out and it was really good. I ordered a jr jumbo jack, paid for my food... Next i got home in less that 2 min, ate all my food and decided to come back and get 2 more burgers with their cheese sauce on both of them and it is was really good. I was just really hungry and really enjoyed it. Thanks "Tycie" for being such a great and polite person and getting my order right the first time, I look forward to coming back soon, thanks 😁😎

Erica is absolutely amazing!! I was having a rough day and she went above and beyond!! Kids will love the food. Fresher than McDonald's or Burger King for sure but similar enough for the younger ones to have many options to eat. My son loves the chicken strips and we both absolutely love the churro bites!! I'd go again just for the service. Loved it

I dont live near a jack in the box so when I visit a town that has one its a goooood day. I always get 4 tacos a order of egg rolls and a drink. They were FIRE! Oh my good they were good. Im sure people were staring at me cause of happy noise I was making. A+++. Service was fast.

Came for the Gremlins Midnight Box! You get 2 hard shell tacos, chicken strips, curly fries, and regular fries. It also comes with a special "Midnight" sauce, but that wasn't in the bag. The Gremlins air freshener was, though, and thats what I REALLY came for. Wasn't impressed by the food, maybe the sauce would have won me over. NOTE: They do not have real Gremlins or Mogwai at this restaurant, I asked. Service was fast and friendly. Price was high for what you get in the box. Overall, it was a typical fast food experience just with Gremlins.

Ripped chairs I counted 6. Coming from California we use to do JACK daily. Moved to summerville, sc 2 years ago via AZ, we found a JACK IN THE BOX in Greenville,SC 3 hours away. So it was roadtrip time!! Booked a hotel and put my feed bag on. Ohhh We have hit the payload. We will be back b4 driving home. Haven't had jack in the box for years... their tacos, taste as awesome as I remember and you absolutely must dip them in the ranch..and the egg rolls..totally worth the trip to the bathroom later..clean store, friendly staff!

Jack in the box is my guilty pleasure, we went 4 1/2 hours from Georgia to get jack in the box and it didn't disappoint. The interior is nice, atmosphere is friendly, and the staff is chill. This was only my second time to visit a Jack in the Box... I went through the drive-thru at South Pleasantburg/Greenville SC location. The gentlemen manning the drive-thru during my visit was either having a bad day or just truly does not enjoy anything about his job. He actually said to me and I quote "this isn't Burger King"... And I wasn't asking for anything special, I was just confused about one of the menu items. His smart a55 attitude/demeanor aside, I enjoyed the food...I had mini tacos (loved) ... regular type fries [not the seasoned/curly ones] (were fresh and crispy) ... and a chicken sandwich [the Cluck] (decent)...Seems to imitate the one at the fast food chicken restaurant that loves cows...in my opinion it was fine, but nothing special. And to save anyone that may decide to go there to try the mini tacos (which were definitely my favorite of the 3 items I had) let me go ahead and tell you what is inside the mini tacos... And to do that I will again quote the employee that I had the fantastic opportunity to interact with... "meat".

I only purchase eggs and sliced tomatoes for breakfast from here, so I can't speak on the entire menu. The eggs are seasoned and inexpensive. I've never had a negative encounter with staff. Actually, each member has always been genuine and courteous. You know, not scripted lines, just "good people"

The negatives: The woman who took my order acted like a robot. She never looked me in the the eye, always talked in a robotic voice, and would not raise her voice when I couldn't hear her. Odd... The fries were a 2.5/5. Not a very good taste of texture. The positives: I overheard two other employees and they were as kind as anyone could be. The bacon burger was DELICIOUS. 5/5 Food 4/5 for a half amazing half bleh meal Service 4/5 for a no emotion lady and 2 very kind ladies Atmosphere 5/5 for a clean restaurant My rating: 4.25 rounding to 4

This hit the spot! I don't have a Jack in the Box in the areas I've lived in so it was great getting a taste of this for the first time in a long time. The curly fries were piping hot and giving Arby's the side eye. While the Bacon Swiss burger was a delicious departure from the normal fast food flavors I'm use to.

The food was awesome. Some of the best fast food I've had in awhile. Love the tacos and the tpain meal. The only problem I had with my experience was they forgot my 8 piece nuggets and my chicken sandwich was pretty bad. It's a texture problem and the sandwich being chewy.

If you've never been to a JitB, do yourself a favor and visit this one. Not for the service, which is about as slow as they come (please cut off your car while waiting) and is also just one step below obligatory politeness, but for the menu, which, as fast food goes, has both an interesting variety and usually comes well-made and tasty. Considering food prices these days, you get good bang for your buck, and they're one of the few places that has crispy curly fries.

Average place. Good sandwiches. Never give you enough curly fries to fill the box. Feels like you're being robbed. Staff in AM, afternoons and evenings is fine but the overnight drive thru experience is either very good or down right awful. Rude and love to cut you off to tell you what they can't do instead of telling you what they can do. Adding to this after the note from the owner. This response is pretty typical where they want the customer to go do more "work" instead of taking the review as constructive criticism and fixing the issue. My suggestions is send secret shoppers thru at random times. You'll see exactly what I mean soon enough as well as the speed of service which for the most part is fairly poor overnights. Overall this particular location runs perfectly fine in my opinion it's just that it's clouded by what occurs after 10:00 p.m.

Sustenance provided. Quick efficient, but not friendly, service. It appeared their lobby drink machine may have exploded, at least that is my hope based on the sticky floor all across the lobby and dining room. Those sort of messes require more than one run through with a mop, just a suggestion.

Honestly, 10:00 at Jack in the box is not exactly prime time to order food. Severely understaffed for how many people go through the drive thru at the restaurant (7 cars in the drive thru, waiting 5 minutes to place an order and 2-3 people working.) However, food was decent, even though they were out of a lot of things. Turns out I learned the new smashed Jack burgers are separate from the regular burgers. What an absolute joke. The young man at the drive thru was very nice and understanding though, but, the speaker at the drive thru needs to be fixed because according to him it’s impossible to hear the other side of the conservation.

Disappointing visit. The staff was nice but didn't have their act together. After waiting for awhile they realize they haven't even prepared our order. The place is falling apart inside. Feels dirty. Equipment out of order. Roach control boxes inside the door. Probably not a place I'd choose again.

It took over 10 minutes to get our food in drive thru. First, we were missing a drink. Then they had to ask for our receipt to be complete our order. Then we just got the sandwhiches and had to remind them that we didn't have any fries. It was my first time going to jack in the box in several years. I happily won't be going again.

It took 40 minutes from the time I placed my order in the drive through until the time I received my food and there were only 4 or 5 cars in front of me. There is no way to leave the drive through once you place your order, so you are trapped no matter how slow the service is.

Food is greasy good as is to be expected, but after coming here around half a dozen times, the service is consistently incredibly slow and they are understaffed. Tonight they gave me ice when I specifically asked for none, and the cashier may have had had a bad night or something, which is understandable, but he was far from friendly. Also, apparently general FYI, waters cost as much as a regular drink if you don't get a small. Every time I return, I remember why I don't like to eat here.

I love jack in the box and never have any problems with this particular store... during the day. Y’all are 24 hours for a reason, anytime I go up there looking for something late at night, it’s always “closed” to clean the grill or fryers or something. Doesn’t matter if it’s 11pm or 1 am or 2 am, it’s always “sorry we’re closed for cleaning”.

They are under staffed. Sat for 20 minutes for some tacos and they left out half of our order. The cashier was very cold and did not say hello, thank you or anything. Also was giving the death glare however she may just have RBF. If that’s the case I won’t fault her but the fact she didn’t say anything to me other than the price of the order suggests she was angry. I think she is over worked there must have been only 1 or 2 people working. I love you Jack n the box but you will never get out of this hole in the upstate unless you can staff people . Take the loss to get back on your feet

There were not enough staff and my fries, although waiting I waited over 10 minutes for my mobile orders, were cold. The couple of employees there, one I guess was on break and left shortly after, were exceptionally nice and apologetic.

The burger I got was surprisingly large for a fast food burger, but the quality of the meat...lets just say you could taste it (and not in a good way). The guy at the register was friendly, but seemed a little incompetent. He almost charged me $13 for a combo that usually costs around $7. I won't say to avoid this place, it's just not my cup of tea. If you get a coupon in the mail it's worth a go.

I have visited this location several times being that its not far from me. I ordered as usual and when I FINALLY got to the window, paid & got my food...I noticed I didn't have what I ordered. Instead of 2 orders of the Tiny Tacos I was given 2 of their Regular Tacos. I mentioned it to the cashier at the drive thru window and she tells me that's not what I ordered & that she asked me what type & I said regular. Ma'am I said Tiny Tacos not Loaded then she yells to her co-workers "I asked her & she said regular" LIES.....mind you I ordered a fish sandwich combo as well and she asked if I wanted regular fries or curly. Ok so my thing is this...IF I SAID SOMETHING WAS INCORRECT WHY DO I HAVE TO BE TOLD WHAT I ORDERED...??? HOW DOES THAT WORK...??!!!! If the headphones aren't working correctly, that's understandable but by them "knowing" that, they should say that when the customer gets to the window to at least confirm what they thought they heard. Then to add even more insult to the wrong items, I had a few choice words for her only because YOU DON'T KEEP TELLING A PERSON WHAT THEY SAID INSTEAD OF JUST SAYING I APOLOGIZE FOR THE MIX UP. They let me keep the 2 regular tacos and gave me 1 order of Tiny Tacos, when I gave my card to them to correct it....LIKE HONESTLY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS...!!!! &&& THE FOOD (REGULAR TACOS) DO AS WELL....!!! Cold slice of cheese on a cold taco...smh

I went there one night to get a boba shake, and I drove off only come to find out that the Bobba was still hard as a rock, so I drove back around to drive through, this is at 1:30am. In the morning and I said, Hey, my bobos are still hard as a rock and she said, well, I put them in the microwave. I responded with, well, they're still hard and I showed her how it was still hard as a rock. While another associate walked up and asked what the problem was, and in a sarcastic tone, she told him, oh, he says the boba is still hard as a rock. And then also told me. Well its probabaly becuse there in a shake.. well ive had them before in a shame and ya, not hard. So then I took another one, and I put on the counter and tried to squish it to show her that it wasn't even squishable. She just sat there as if maybe I was just going to drive away . I told her well. I'd like to get a refund since I'm not going to drink this and she says, well, you don't have to be so smart about it. I told her I'm not being smart, ma'am. I'm simply asking for a refund. I've since then tried to contact corporate office for 3 days now. I guess nobody works there because all it ever says is nobody's in the office left a voicemail and called this store 3 times they don't seem to respond back either. I guess they just don't care about customer service at this location and the owner doesn't seem to care about it. Either way, that's too bad, Jack. And the box has been around a long time. For them to have management team there. I think she was a manager to respond to customers like that. Update. Wrote to the care team like the owner told me to do since bo one pikcs up the phone. And no response from the care team either. Should I be surprised.

Terrible service. Waited for 10 minutes next in line just to make the order. Food allergies were not taken in consideration. Asked specifically for no onions. Burger was smothered in onions. Two bites were taken before finding out. Called and said there was a big mistake made. Asked for the names of the people working and I was hung up on. Called back with no answer.

Had to go though drive through twice because the lady refused to take two orders for one car. Mind you this was at 2 in the morning and we where literally the only customers there. HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I questioned my husband's decision of going here after a concert (Chase Matthew and his awesome band) but upon pulling up to speaker after witnessing 2 employees outside smoking (in uniform so yes) and was told they weren't taking orders. I ordered doordash from you guys around 12:30 and it said it was gonna be 45 to 55 minutes before I got here completely fined with that I ordered 4 tacos and a large engine ring I paid $4.61 for onion rings and there were only 4 in the freaking Box are you serious??? It's not rocket science to work there but somebody definitely needs to be fired for this one you just stole money from me!!!! If I could post the picture I would but I called the store on top of it 3 times and nobody answered. And I grew up in Southern California Jack in the Box was a staple for us in the eighties. I will never order from you again because you can't be trusted with your service!

I ordered a meat lovers burrito. When i got to the window, the lady at the window Nicole had a terrible attitude saying that I had the loaded breakfast sandwich, to which i said no i ordered the meat lovers burrito. She got really defensive saying nah thats just the way the system rings it up as a loaded so i got my meal and left. When i checked it later, it was the loaded sandwich and not what i ordered. First hint should have been the fact that no cars were in line around dinner time. The staff was as slow, useless, and lazy as you could possibly imagine…they were one step above sleeping! After patiently waiting 12 minutes (after they asked us to hold on) we attempted to order. Of course, the shake machine was unavailable and waiting on a part…must be the same supplier as Burger King and Dunkin Donuts, they usually don’t have parts either for their frozen drink machines. Truth be told, nothing is broken. It’s just that the day shift cleans the frozen drink machines before leaving and the evening shift doesn’t want to have to clean it before they go! Beware next time you go to one of these places- the machines are ALWAYS unavailable after 4-5pm. Anyway, this place was awful and needs to hire people who are there to WORK!!

Went to get 4 oreo shakes at 9pm coming from an event. 1 car in front no cars behind. Waited at drive thru order for 15-20 min. Kept saying hello, no response. Decided to drive to window. Still 1 car in front, none behind. Chick at window says she can't take window order, because they real busy. WHERE? I ask. No one said just a min-hold on nothing..She says they got mobile orders. Then she proceeds to tell me if I drive around she can help me. Yeah ok. NOT!

This is a terrible place to eat out at. If the fryer isn’t always down, the grill is down. They need to replace their entire night crew. It’s terrible service and the workers are rude and do not do their jobs. When we pull up, the workers are all outside and they tell us the system is down or the cooking appliances aren’t working. It’s pathetic. I’m a manager at a different restaurant chain that I would not have a job at behaving that way. The lady at the window is always rude and lying to us, the same lady that was there Monday night.

Went there this morning because I was craving tacos and wanted a great start to my day at 5 a.m......... NOT SO! Charles was very short and extremely rude. Went for cup of coffee/boba, boba was outta date and coffee taste rancid. When we mention this to the cashier she says and i quote “you bought it, you know what i mean?” Completely uncalled for, completely rude and not even a chance to even make it right. I know is a simple cup of coffee but with the rudeness I can’t even imagine how the rest of the service will look like. Do not come and waste your money on this establishment. This place is getting worse and worse. I wonder how they’re still in business after so many complains.

I can’t rate the food bc I didn’t even get to order. I work in food and would NEVER be the way these employees are to customers!! I asked a simple question at the speaker and was met with the most smart assed backhanded comments I’ve ever gotten. I purchased 2 FULL meals and 2 KIDS Meals. I had to PAY for ranch. I have never been to ANY establishment that charges for sauces. I completely comprehend that one should pay for any additional sauces but at least one should come for at least one of the meals I purchased. Once this was brought to the attention to the employee she STILL charged me. There is ketchup and taco sauces sitting in a basket that I could take 10 of them and throw them in the trash and that wouldn’t equivalent what I just paid for ranch. I would give ZERO stars for customer service. Food was mediocre considering fast food….it would of tasted better with multiple ranch packets.

Just stopped here. Waited five minutes at the counter to even see an employee. A dark haired young lady walked in and went behind the counter. Thought I was going to get my order taken. She disappeared, I assumed to wash her hands. Waited again. Nothing. Blonde young lady Pikachu faced around the corner when I told my daughter we'd go somewhere else. I don't blame the employee but this place is understaffed for an after lunch lull and not worth the stop for dinner or likely any time.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Went in at 1:10 pm no other customers were in there and waited 5 minutes for someone to come and take our order. It took another 12 minutes to get our food. In that time the employees that were there were not interested or engaged in there jobs, they just moved in slow motion or not at all. When we did get our food the buns were crunchy and the rest of the burger was warm not hot. Also while we were waiting someone had set off the alarm so that was noisy for a few. Never going there again!!!!!

So I do not know what to say. We walked in and was looking at the menu before ordering. Never been here before. We had to walk out after seeing a staff member cough onto her hands while not wearing any gloves. Then the same staff member coughed again. The restaurant was empty but I just could not allow my family to eat there after seeing the staff member coughing with no gloves on.

My order was completely cold, not fresh at all. The fries were stale and the chicken on my sandwich was cold. I came back for another meal and was met with attitude. I'm not one of those people to get upset about drive thru food but I see why people get disrespectful. It's absurd to be rude when I'm asking for what I paid for. I had to ask for fresh fries twice, if my order was incorrect the first time why not wait until I check the bag before walking away? I was kind even though it was an inconvenience to me and still treated poorly.

Following up on one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My husband left a review over three weeks ago about the terrible service we received and the astoundingly poor quality of the boba coffee ordered. We were told to reach out. Called the local number and left a voicemail. Filled out the form online. No one ever responded or did anything at all to fix the problem. Don’t waste your time here!

I don't leave reviews very often, especially not bad ones but this is the worst fast food experience I've ever had. I waited 45 minutes or more for my food. The guy working the window was extremely rude. It seems like they were definitely short staffed and I've worked fast food so I get that's hard but that's not an excuse to treat customers so badly. I have never been more frustrated with an establishment in my life, I’m not one to go to fast food places late but I just got back from a trip and was trying to eat. It was 12:40 and another car was ahead of us, the hours online said until 3 and the little banner on their drive through menu sign said till 1. The person infront of us got their order taken, and as soon as we pull up they say they’re no longer taking orders… 20 minutes before they close. Don’t display times if your workers won’t stand by them. I’m a fast food worker myself and as much as I don’t like it we keep it open until the clock hits the time. And then they proceeded to take the person BEHIND US’ order.

As we walked in to order, the line cook walked out without telling anyone. It took them at least 20 minutes to cook 3 sandwiches. We were trying to get to a graduation and were on a time schedule, so that was a delay we couldn't afford. They threw in fries for the inconvenience, but we were running so late we couldn't eat them, and they ended up in the garbage. The bathroom was filthy, and even though no one was inside the restaurant eating, we couldn't find a table that didn't have food crumbs and spills left on top. When the sandwiches came up, the meat was overcooked, and mine was missing any kind of condiments. I'd recommend avoiding this restaurant if you're in the area.

If I could give 0 stars I would! We ordered there last night and when my husband went to pick it up they told him someone else already picked it up. When he talked to numerous people all they kept saying was a manager will be here in the morning. We’ve tried to call 5-6 times and it just goes straight to voicemail! AWFUL, bad thing is this isn’t the first time it’s happened! WILL NOT BE BACK! Tried to contact corporate by email, no response yet. I called the corporate office and they are closed today 🙄🤦‍♀️

According to their hours posted, the drive thru is supposed to be open 24 hours. I've gone twice in one week after work around 4am. The first time the worker stated they were closed for maintenance for the next 30 minutes. When I gave them a second chance this morning, I noticed 2 dressed workers sitting in the dining room watching me as I pulled in. A recorded message automatically played over the speaker saying they weren't taking any orders due to maintenance. Very frustrating. Don't advertise your business as 24 hours!!

First of all, I am a dasher and I went to the drive thru just to get someone’s order. Yet, this one female employee screamed at me because I said “Hello!” At the drive thru. Whoever she was, she is very unprofessional towards me and screamed at me and said something rude to me. Not only that, the customer asked for food and she didn’t even bother giving me it. I hope she gets fired because she should not have said those words to me. So, dashers, be careful of this employee.

I recently ordered via Door dash, Jack in the Box with some specific cravings, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfying. First off, I was looking forward to their famous curly fries, but what I received were regular fries. This was a major letdown as I had my taste buds set for those uniquely seasoned spirals. To add to the disappointment, instead of receiving the Dr. Pepper I ordered, I was given Sprite. While Sprite is fine, it's not what I asked for, and it certainly doesn't pair with my meal the way Dr. Pepper would have. The most frustrating part of my visit was the complete omission of the Tiny Tacos from my order. These are a Jack in the Box staple and something I was eagerly anticipating. Their absence was not just an oversight; it was a significant gap in what should have been a fulfilling meal. Lastly, both orders of fries were disappointingly scant. The containers were less than halfway full, which seemed stingy and not at all what I expected from a fast-food chain known for its generous portions. Overall, this visit to Jack in the Box was a series of letdowns - from incorrect items to missing parts of the order and underwhelming portions. It's safe to say that this experience did not meet the standards I've come to expect from them.
