Fantastic burger, and the staff was really nice. I liked the fries as well. Always a fan of the thinner crispy fries. I will return.

My wife and I popped in here for a quick breakfast and were immediately greeted by Wayne, who was working the register. Wayne was very friendly, our food came out fast, and it was delicious. One of the best Whataburger’s we’ve been to in a long time!

We went to whataburger for a quick lunch and despite the kitchen being backed up we were greeted with great service and a positive attitude from Wayne and Tonya worked hard to make sure we were taken care of and got our order. Our interactions with Tonya and Wayne were wonderful and made us feel welcome and helped ease the extra wait. We’ll definitely be back

Hello. I come through drive through every evening and order the sweet & spicy bacon burger. Very delicious. My cashier, a young lady name Ms Kendra and she has made sure my order was right every time. Kendra offered me the Whatacatch fish sandwich yesterday and it was delicious! You know I’ll be back. Great team member.

Great employees is what makes it all worth it thanks Trobias for this great experience.

No matter what time I've been to this location, they have always been friendly and actually eager to help. The restaurant is always clean and the food is always fresh (at 12:30 pm, 5pm, 3am...doesn't make a difference)

I really enjoy Whataburger. The burgers are big, fresh, and full of flavor, made to order just the way you want them. The food always feels hot and satisfying, especially late at night. Friendly service, generous portions, and classic comfort food that never disappoints.

This Whataburger is great! Good atmosphere, good people behind the counter and in management. A very large crowd came in before us so it slowed our order a bit, however the manager kept up with a smile. That’s how it should be done. Great visit!

Not a great experience at this location. We can understand this is a training center and all but today we went for lunch (4 of us) we got cold fries, were missing one order of fries, my wife’s shake and my daughters gummy snacks never made it out, not to mention 3 out of 4 sandwiches came out wrong as well. The team tried to make it right by redoing the entire meal, ended up still coming out wrong and we just let it be and kept it moving. We have been to the other location in Greenville/Greer and has been flawless. This location needs to do a better job with orders and keeping its dinning room tidy.

This was a brand new Whattaburger, they had only been open 2 weeks and were definitely working out the bugs in the service department. This was my first time a whattaburger. The burger and fries were good, burger tasted fresh and clean. I hate to be a California Snob but it was No In-N-Out. If I had to choose between regular fast food and Whattaburger I would definitely stop in but I would not go out of my way.

If your on lunch break don’t go here(12 min for food ) because it will take forever and yes I was in the drive thru . The only good thing is that it’s FRESH

The wait was super long for a fast food joint. I mean obnoxiously long. I think they only had one cook. They had to close down the kiosks and refused to take more orders because folks were waiting 40 minutes. The staff is nice I just cant believe they recently opened and dont plan on staffing appropriately. When we got the food it was cold, and they got my boyfriends order wrong. If you go here, be patient until they can get a full crew. The staff is so nice and they're doing their best but if they communicated that they were behind we would've went somewhere else..

Terrible service. Very rude! TAKES FOREVER TO GET FOOD. I literally watched a cook take his shoe and sock off and itch his foot IN THE KITCHEN!! And didn’t was his hands. He went right back to work. How about let’s keep Greenville local.

This was our first experience at Whataburger. We placed our order in the drive-thru at 12:26. After that, we noticed that the car line was moving very slowly. We waited in line until 12:59. I then got out of the car and went inside to see if there was some kind of issue. The cashier went back and talked to somebody who was wearing a different colored shirt, I assume it was the manager, and he told the cashier that I could come back there and help because they were short staffed. I understand being short staffed, but they should’ve communicated that when I was placing our order. If we knew it was going to take 33 minutes to get our three burgers and fry we would’ve gone somewhere else.
